light and simple for on the go use

This is review of Oster® MyBlend® Personal Blender.
It is a simple and light appliance. Upon grabbing it feels like grabbing a toy due to its built material.
It comes with only one button as touch or holding it work at one speed.
Placing the blade on the bottle then upside down on the blender base is quite straight forward. Once placed it, it will blend till holding the button.
In short is simple and ready on the go just replacing blade with the lid.
Only downside I experienced is that the fasting the blade assembly is clockwise which is same direction removing from blender base. Hence if one is not bit cautious can spill as blade assembly is stuck on the base.

made for simple function for the basic cooking

This is review of Chefman Chef IQ 4.5Q model RJ38-SQ-45T.
As unpacking it, it feels light and not that bulky as could be its bigger version of capacity. This is good as can move around without effort for use case in which place aside after usage.
On the cooking and usage, the process is simple as many others have experienced and reviewed with other model similarly with under review model.
Therefore here below list what spot to caught by my wife during cooking and washing it. Any comparing aspect is based on experience of using Gourmia 6.0 2019 model.
1. It felt the cooking process was faster or more powerful. We relates this most probably it is for being newer model and maybe it is called Turbo (?)
2. The basket has design of open slices alike shark has grill for breathing, and suspect it allow efficiently circulate the air during cooking process.
3. The power cord is quite short, about less than 2ft 1/2.
4. It has alarm during cooking process allowing you to shake (or flip side)
5. Simple to wash.
Then among the first impression listed above, below list of what might feel bit annoyance:
1. The basket rack, its bottom side, the border of the edge can potentially create cut alike paper cut during washing process or holding it for cooking prep.
2. In the basket can get sucked little pieces for instance bread crump in between spaces hence need additional steps while washing.
3. Not sure if it is due to its kind of coating, but after wash, doesn’t dry well taking bit longer time. Similar coating used in other appliances does dry immediately after being washed.
4. Doesn’t have preset time by default, nor a comparable recipe guidance at the finger for quick look and have to look for separately.
To conclude, Chef IQ 4.5Q as hardware looks simple, does cook as intended and well based on one cooking experience. Cooked Donkatsu, spread bit of oil, and in couple of minute was done well.
However, had to setup the time and temperature as guessing right number.
Although works as per its intend, feels for the same price or around can get other brand with further functionality and from one time experience using Chef IQ 4.5 couldn’t notice any critically differential function such to say is best.
But if all is needed basic buttons, might be appealing to those users, but still for similar price that can get bigger capacity with various functions, and as comment above, not sure if does justify it.

tiny budget mouse delivering high performance
on September 8, 2020
Posted by: MigDigital
from East Bay, CA
Review based on one day of use.
The M190 is a mouse that work as intended by design. It is large size but in actual on hand doesn’t feel oversize but comfortable in 5 hours straight of usage performing different task to navigate, working on documents, multitask feels seamless.
It is praise as selection of part of graph or documents. Compared to MX3 which is also large for sophisticate use cases, M190 feels the core with basic functionality that still allow to accomplish everything without compromising any additional function apart of high/left click and scrolling being cord free. Compared to compact size, actual feels is still comfortable and not at all too big. (Comparison based on had size of small size user of glove)
During usage feel its lightness, flexible but sturdy as use across different activities and move around. Its built material is plastic unlike MX3 for instance that gives more grip. But on benefit of its material makes less sweating.
Dislike:
1. It comes with USB receiver that doesn’t have option for USB-C for today’s notebooks in the market, hence need second adaptor.
2. USB receiver is unifying receiver so to make exchangeable between Logitech devices
3. Can’t connect via Bluetooth hence mandate to dedicate a port from notebook.
Aside of dislike, M190 feels qualitative made and user can be productive in long hours of usage without creating fatigue within understandable hours of usage.

Nice to have with but

Innovative thought behind the coffee mug to retain hot still while in the move. It is not the first of its kind but among few in the market integrating drinking habit with technology.
It comes with what the brand communicate, charger, outlet power cable, usb, tumbler for 12 oz coffee and rechargeable battery. In overall upon unpacking, it does appeal a nice feeling and wanna have coffee for that just bit longer warm or hot while mindset is on the task or in motion.
Now, grabbing the tumble feels solid, and having sip not big difference from existing ones. Nothing new in this aspect. Now, the main feature of self heating, for this Muggo implemented a Turn On/Off button in the nicely camuflage with log and placed in interestingly on the upper side of tumble. LED indicator it has temperature, control to change temperature, OFF.
The Turn On/Off allow the tumbler enable view of temperature, and seance tap allow to enable signs minus and plus to control increment or decrease the temperature.
Then rechargeable battery is the second part of body that is detachable and be charged separately in the charging base. The attaching and detaching is quite well thought as it is really easy due to its magnetic effect. As place under tumbler, just attach and no need of spinning or need to look for the right point of join to attach.
The charging base comes for two placement, one for rechargeable as described above, second for the tumbler it self. Then underneath a light indicator of charging or fully charged in my understanding as it Is absent from manual what is what and how to
Placing tumbler on the charging base serve the purpose of keeping warm, doesn’t charge it. So the full picture of how to use is, while you are working or at home, have the base plugged into your notebook or outlet power and have the tumbler on it, and the battery charging. Then if you are on the move either inside office or driving distance or walk out take the battery and attach to tumbler to keep warm the drink. I had to figure out a bit scratching the head as bottom of tumbler and charging battery are the same and give sense that the tumbler itself has battery but I concluded it doesn’t .
On charging the battery fully, it takes more than couple of hours if I monitored correctly. In the subject of how long maintain warm, it does keep warm for about 3 hours or so with the battery. Without battery, baed on my first couple of test, does remains warm for about 2 hours or so. Either way, it is reasonable time to have warm drink assuming the norm is one will finish the 12 oz drink in less time.
Regarding temperature, having hot drink at 150F, and as pour cold drink, can see immediate change of temperature decreasing.
The maximum of 150F does feel true to it (minimum is 95F). The drink is hot enough to say is hot but not to burn. To have perspective, the suggested water temperature for tea is between 160F to 180F. With 150F for me was hot to close to as I would drink tea. Then retaining it warm at the set temperature does keep couple of hours based on my first experience. Of course, as use through out the time remains to see if remains same as it wear out. And holing it does feel warm on hand perfect for winter time. And it doesn’t leak when fully closed the top
Now on using the touch function to control the temperature, and turn on/off, often had to touch several time to change. Sometime with one touch does change, but not always has been the case.
Some list of downside:
1. Fully charging the battery takes considerable time, more than three hours.
2. Charging base is not wireless charging used across devices such to charge other devices. Considering the base can be charged using usb and considerably big next to desktop or notebook, this seems relevant as in the space of notebook and desktop compete for charging multiple devices.
3. LED doesn’t offer option to see level of battery. Or indicator to know when it should be charged.
4. Can’t tell if it is dishwasher compatible although for me is not an issue but might be for some.
5.Changing temperature from 124F to 150F while on rechargeable battery, takes about 30 min or more to fully achieve intended temperature. Hence not sure on the practicality considering 3 hours is maximum time to keep warm.
6. Considering its price, need another accessory or built in at bottom to protect from impact of falling as there is high chance of let slide accidentally.
7. Doesn’t come with base or recharge in the car. One could use the same base that come with the product, but considering it is made for mobility, charging in the car is not practical with ease.
8. Manual nor its website at mgggocoffee.com doesn’t tell basic details like how long need to charge battery, meaning of blue and red light in the charging base.
The Muggo does offer true to temperature and easy of attaching/detaching battery with touch sensor to control basic functions. However in the process and use experience comes bit short of its mobility use experience at the price point. It is expensive toy and nice to have but not sure if worth spending that much for the full experience of drinking 12oz coffee or tea.
As side note, it could have other applicability using as thermos for South American countries that refill their tea (mate) as serve. But still regular thermo can keep hot water for longer hours.
Hence the product and its design behind is not that bad, but still too early at the offered price point.

Ease of use and secure monitoring and affordable

Compact and light surveying camera with full range of functionalities to control.
It is simple to setup to connect to wifi through its mobile app, and place at any spot unless install at fixed location.
The package comes with necessary cables and accessories to install fixed location.
This process knowing where to place, the setting time takes less than 5 min.
From image perspective, it does give clear view either outdoor under daylight or indoor under the dark. For instance image in the dark, user can tell what is.
The other part of benefit of the camera consist of the mobile application with full range of functionalities. It has different view and if have more than a camera, it has capability to display all in one screen up to 9 divided screen.
Also, allow other user of mobile app add to it the camera and control. This is great for spouses or homeowners and out in different location.
Regarding sensors, it has sensor for person detection, sound detection, and two way talk. These works quite well. For instance for person and sound, it detect and recorded if it is setup the option the application, and it add into time lime or separate screen where by time of recording shows image and sound caught by the camera.
It functionality is large to describe, but to add to the above description, the function of timeline is a practical and straight forward to assess what was going on while away.
Shortcoming: access to it via desktop is not that straight as via mobile. It need to login to the Lorex account which is same as created for mobile app, and the site contains full range of product and company information, and among menu at the last place has menu for live view. Upon opening it, it shows variety of application that available for all Lorex product, and among them the option for cloud, and link to download web player, client and view now option,. However, attempting via Mac and installing all of the option, unable to view from desktop nor the View now via cloud.
In short, good hardware and software for mobile, without the need of cloud storage that comes attached for major brands like google or ring. Hope Lorex doesn’t change in this aspect. Recommendable for those who are planning new security package or replacing as its control and monitoring cannot be unified with other brands.

Powerful experience the sound
on August 8, 2020
Posted by: MigDigital
from East Bay, CA
With classic look but a portable speaker with powerful sound does feel the pure music. It is packed with the basic necessary to go cordless and easy to connect with any devices, and just enough to control of volume and give sense of battery life nicely.
The hardware feels sturdy, speaker panels covered with metal alike net for both side., the rest part of body covered with rubber alike feeling material that give look of strong lasting to any occasion, and less worrisome if falls or get scrached or wet in the pool.
For controls, it has on one side battery indicator that gradually shows number of bars as fully charged or how much of it left while playing. The second light is Power on and connected indicator to the opposite side which is next to Power button. In the center the controlling knob to manage volume, pause, play, next and previous functions.
After having used for a week and half during daily lifestyle, I would describe it as following:
Connection experience with notebook, tablet, and phone are straight forward as per standard in the market. What remarkable handling of multiple connection simultaneously. Having two or more devices with the speaker, then from each device play its own song for instance, the speaker play it immediately, and repeat as the second device play different song with ease and without having to reconnect etc. which was the case observed from two kids while in different devices OS can alternate what they want to listen each and haven’t done any complain. Hence big plus and tells how flexible and good is the software inside in this sense.
Another signature can tell is when it connect, disconnect, power on/off does guitar sound.
From sound perspective considering its purpose, not much to expect, but Marshall seems to have put effort to each part of music play as should be at the best in the given scope. Bass, low and high of voice and note does feel in balance and well. In short great sound in overall for what is, and powerful as increase the volume. For instance, listening Miles Davis’ Autumn Leaves, can hear the trumpet vibrant to the last air while listen the drums from the background, as comes in saxophone with high note. (Played from iPhone 11 Pro with Eq mode Jazz, stored on the phone)
Listening Andrea Bocellis Nessun Dorma, (Played from iPhone 11 Pro with Eq Voice Booster, stored on the phone), it plays nicely the voice remarkably as it hit high and low.
Then listening streaming Beats1 session (Played from iPhone 11 Pro with Eq mode Bass Booster), it plays continuously without interruption and retain its sound level through out listening session.
Battery life, haven’t tracked exactly if it really last 20 hs as the brand claim. But feels it last longer. With full charge, had it played with medium volume for an hour or so, leave for a while and played again, then left for next day to repeat the same. And repeated for four days. And battery life still left 60%. Probably this result is different if it is played at full volume continously.

Shortcoming:
1. Some of songs from the device played seems to need to have volume from medium to max to be able to appreciate each part of the composition. Lower to medium feels very low hard to tell.
2. Connection after stopped playing and left for a while. It need to Power On or Connect again as automatically doesn’t wake up and connect..
3. Marshall Icon is only in one side of speaker. Considering plays both side, could have same.
Depending on perspective, following are arguable point as shortcoming or good:
1. I am not a fan of installing app for every device we get, but absent of equalizer in the hardware itself nor Marshall app to control it and having to rely on each device OS equalizer feels bit odd as have to look for it.
2. Bit heavy, so having to carry in the backpack among many items, tablet and phone then this speaker going to somewhere to spend the day, add-on wight eels quite heavy. Due to this, even its intend is for mobility, it has its own downside and optimal for certain use case.
3. Unable to replace battery in long term use as it get depleted hence can’t save the sound from the speaker unless always use plugged.
For last, aside of price point, in general is good product that represent the brand while bring fun to the music experience.

Cook any kind without many thought
on August 2, 2020
Posted by: MigDigital
from East Bay, CA
The Pressure Cooker with App connectiviy labeled as Smart Cooker is good for quick cooking without much thought in the process.
The review consist of two point of view, one from as cooking device, second as technology gadget as part of connected devices.
As cooking device, it compared to Instant Pot, that comes connectivity to internet such with an App can have monitoring and recipe instruction capablities from mobile devices.
Its major key benefit is the convenicence of some sort of integrated steps for cooking recipes orders and required time managed or controlled with the cooker and application, that put aside the separated process that would exist cooking with normal instant pot.
As connected device, it introduce new level of sophistication to the cooking as need to get engaged in ChefIq content to look for recipes which will be sent to the cooker, and when desired recipe not found within ChefIq content, need to create separated or custom recipes. Other sofistication user need get to used to is following step by step synchronized with the order and buttons to press. During the actual cooking, that appears to be bit of something to get used to compared to instant pot use experience in which user just have to tap the cook button once based desired preparation.
Going into bit of actual experience of using it, first as recommendation, if plan to use certain day upon reaching it, plan a day ahead or hours for preparedness of the cooker. Upon opening and plugging in, connecting to internet and application, automatically look for firmware update. At this instance, in my experience was that while attempt to update and fails, I don’t have a way around to start cooking unless Firmware installation completes. And the problem was the process had failed multiple times that took about couple of hours, and there isn’t instant customer care to address the problem such to be able to start cooking for dinner. Hence there is business aspect that might not help the smooth start.
Cooking, my wife and tried four recipes, from which 3 guided by the cooker and its application, theses are Beef Stew, Sushi rice, and Beef and Broccoli. Then one manual out of list of recipes Korean style Pork Belly.
The guided cooking tells in the screen what to add, how much, step by step, then instruct to select type of cooking and time intervals. The manual cooing is without it, once place all ingredient in the pot, select manual for type of cooking and time.
One observation made my wife about guided cooking, although in the process seems to put together all needed information and data, it is too much tap or buttons to pressure too many times to follow.
Regarding the taste or flavor of food seems to be bit off although would depend on how strictly followed the recipe and preference of eater. But considering having followed close, in Sushi Rice become bit watery despite of having added bit less of water than instructed in the recipe. Beef Stew was almost ok would say. Beef Broccoli having followed strictly the guide, it was bit burned the beef and broccoli. About manually cooked Pork Belly, was good as well. But in overall was fine for quick and eating normal not being picky.
But for who look for exquisite flavor or personal taste, it takes some of getting used to in order to understand how the cooker work in term of times and quality of ingredient being cooked based on selection of options and learn to adjust. Which case is still a manual or human process.
For review of the device and application aiming for cooking process, one benefit I would say that if have multiple devices connected, all are synchronized. This help when one start with mobile phone and for recipe and cooking monitoring move to a tablet, in this case user have single interface but available same information across multiple devices.
Secondly, of usage of unplugging after the usage, then plugging back for new use, the cooker remember wifi connectivity still, and the user connected to the device if open the application.
Regarding number of recipes available for guided cooking it fees bit limited although ChefIq site mention something around 3,000. For instance searched recipe for beef, there was only 8, and same result for search with Pork.
Downsides: 1) one is about update of firmware as mentioned above. It totally bock the usage if it has to be updated and there is error. User can’t download and update via USB, nor connect directly to the phone to complete and start cooking. Need to wait til get to customer service and wait if they are available immediately. Hence it adds one more layer to address software side of problem.
2) it feels it gets too hot if touch the external surface while cooking or warming.
3) the pot paint get easily scratched. After not even first use, at bottom can see scratched.
4) Too many taps or interaction with the button and app that sometime in the middle seem to get lost in the process and application from the focus of actual cooking.
5) Demand some time to get used to.
6) Food is Ready indicator should appear after the red floating valve released. As is it shows time remaining to release in the same time of indicator Food is Ready. This is bit confusing but dangerouse as prompt to open thinking is ready actually when not yet.
Not sure if as use more, above described experience would get better, but as is in the first three days of usage and 4 meals preparation, Smart Cooker doesn’t seem to add wow factor compared to regular or non digital pressure cooker. For better food taste need to experiment with the cooker till find right taste for one self, has more number of interaction with the device that risk of missing the focus of cooking, and so on but fact of it being connected to application and internet doesn’t seem to add differential experience.
In one way of describing in short would be a Truck F150 for multipurpose attempting to be self driving when it use AutoCruise vs a simple sedan that has defined function and clear of its benefit.
Recommended for who has some level of patient for technology and cooking at same time.

Solid accessory but for specific users
on July 2, 2020
Posted by: MigDigital
from East Bay, CA
The Combo Touch Keyboard Case for iPad 10.5” screen size is a bundled for all things Logitech that become as one piece with iPad.
First its look and feel is solid and with iPad in place feels as a single item.
It complement perfectly for whom look for a portable and light notebook but can function as full tablet but still can work with documents.
The combo consist of two pieces, the case and keyboard that come with touch mouse.
The case is easy to place the iPad in simple two or three steps. Then the keyboard get attached by simply placing in its dedicated side.
Then the keyboard feels good typing and using commands keys as would in the regular notebook. Only thing that feels odd is that being able to use as mouse pointer on iPad in the beginning gives some interesting change of experience for moment. But aside of that, does feel alike using regular and light notebook.
The most impressive function is backlight that is fully functional and distinctive for being simple, functional and responsive under the dark.
The for need of not using keyboard, instead replacing with Apple Cover, it fits nicely without any hassle, nor look and feel for combining different type of materials between the Logitech case and Apple cover.
The if need to separate the keyboard for long typing or adjust further for desk, the process is hassle free by just detaching from the case.
What Like Most:
Keyboard and touch mouse function giving the feeling alike using notebook, and the backlight.
What didn’t like:
It is bit heavy either with the keyboard and case or separately. Holding it with one hand let say to read or writing on the touchscreen, feels stress on the arm and hand. Then using with the keyboard cover and the case together feels heavier that offset the meaning of iPad’s light portability.
Other downside is dependency to second Logitech App and to know battery need to depend on bluetooth setting and can’t have on the control center or at first sight.
In overall, is sturdy and good for who specific type of users that need bit of notebook using experience from full iPad experience.

Good Dash Cam for its quality of image & function
on July 1, 2020

from East Bay, CA
The dashboard camera Rexing full of feature in the compact hardware form and help to monitor surrounding of the car while driving or parked.
The camera comes with number of accessories to install nicely in the car, like cable management tool, cable adhesive spacer, 12ft of car power connector, and mini usb cable, and the camera itself has option to adjust angle which is quite handy.
Its installation takes bit of work to adapt into the car, and avoid hassle with its long cable for charging. But once installed. the camera quality and stabilization while driving is quite good. Recorded video shows doesn’t show blurring or unstable image from driving. The captured recording and photos has same quality for cabin view and front view. The camera I believe has fish lens and able to capture almost the same level of view rage by our eyes.
Its size is almost alike one of mini camcorder out there with screen similar to the same. It has buttons to control functionalities alike in the camcorders. Buttons are placed underneedth to turn On/Off, change view point (frong.cabin/combined), navigate, view menu, confirm or ok.
Functions controlled by the software side, it allow to set definition of images for recording, timer, among the basic standard function that exist in the camcorders.
Its WiFi function is for device to device connection for mobile phone connect to the camera, from which allow to have same view from the camera and control view and save photo on the phone.
Other functionality that has remarkable is recording of speed, and alert on switch of lane although need to get used to recognize in the beginning.
Full functionality at quick help from Rexing USA https://www.rexingusa.com/wp-content/uploads/2020/03/Final_V3-QSG_Superside_FinalFile-proofread.pdf
What is most impressive: quality of recording and stable images
What experienced downside:
1. Use with mobile phone be better experience, I was not able to view form the phone as meant, and had to go through troubleshoot without success based on usage with iPhone.
2. Usage of buttons bit counter productive as is on the downside and small and takes bit of time to get used to.
Wishfull list
1. Have firmware update mode via direct connection to internet from what I could tell.
2. Screen were touchscreen
3. Support Voice command for usage during driving for function like take photo as one of applicability.
4. Mini USB were USB C due to the direction of form the cable for power need to go around more than needed. With USB C would allow either direction depending on the installation and car.
5. Second camera for cabin that is be rotated work as 360 view upon rotating toward to front.
6. Capture sound and voice, and from software allow to separate with it or not based on the need

The Bose TV Speaker is a small soundbar that clarifies speech and improves overall TV sound. Inside there are two full-range drivers angled to deliver wide, spatial sound, while the center tweeter specifically focuses on clarifying speech. And built-in Dolby decoding enhances the audio capabilities of your TV Speaker to deliver a more realistic and satisfying listening experience. Designed with simplicity in mind, a single connection to your TV has you up and running in no time. This connection can be either an optical audio cable (included) or an HDMI cable (sold separately). At just over 2″ (5 cm) tall, this TV Speaker is small enough to fit just about anywhere. Place it in front of your TV or mount it to the wall. Plus small LED lights on the front turn on and/or change color when certain features are enabled or when the volume is adjusted. The Bose TV Speaker also has HDMI-CEC, which allows the TV and soundbar to communicate when connected by an HDMI cable. So when you turn the TV on, the soundbar will automatically turn on too, and you can even continue using your current TV remote to control the volume of the soundbar. However, the Bose TV Speaker also has its own remote. On it, you can pair your Bluetooth device to wirelessly stream your favorite music or podcasts, enable Dialogue Mode to further elevate center vocals, or add a bass boost for some extra depth. And the Bose TV Speaker is Roku TV Ready certified. Meaning, it’s designed to work seamlessly with a Roku TV. When connected to a Roku TV via an HDMI cable, you’ll enjoy smooth, automatic setup, easy access to the TV Speaker sound settings in the Roku TV on-screen menu, and compatibility with the Roku TV remote. If you’re looking for even more bass or just want to expand your system, you can add a subwoofer for more theater-quality home theater sound. The Bose TV Speaker requires a wired connection and is compatible with the Bose Bass Module 500 or 700 (Bose Bass Module Connection Cable sold separately).

Compact & Excel performance to replace tv speaker
on June 12, 2020

The speaker is compact with full spectrum of sound that prioritize on voice from center of TV without expectation of complex surround sound system.
1. Its hardware size and weight is light for who would have space limitation next to tv and light to carry.
2. Installation is simple via Optical or HDMI ARC depending on available TV input/output. Once plugged in, works straight forward.
3. The sound in overall is excellent for the purpose and size of the speaker. Big differentiator is the crispy voice from streaming programs. Tested fully watching shows and programs from YoutTube and Netflix movies and the clarity of dialog is center of positive side of the speaker. Then sound effect is not exactly surround experience, but some what spatial I would say as can feel the effect from different directions creating immersive like experience. From Netflix watching 2012 can feel effects for wave, chopper approaching to characters from different directions. Watching 6 Underground, can feel cars crushing and explosions impact. In both movies as characters start talking can perceive from center of speaker while all the effects occurs across.
4. Remote control is simple and compact without much of functionality, It consist of volume, tv, power on/off, bass, and sound mode I believe.
What come short: it is combination between remote control and sound. While experiencing movie or program, and changing Bass or Sound Mode, can’t tell when and what being changed. Using Bass button, there is light that blink, but not exactly if it is decreasing or increasing for instance. Using Sound mode similarly can’t tell if it is voice centered or effect prioritization with exception of cases that can tell it via actual effect, but most of cases couldn’t.
Secondly, using with Apple TV, it can’t learn the remote control of Bose TV. Seems there isn’t compatibility or need further troubleshooting to make it work after out of box.
In bottom line: it is perfect for who want simple and compact speaker to replace the TV’s own speaker and still have bit more of sound effect, and can close to optimize for streaming experience.

Pixel Buds A-Series bring you rich, high-quality sound for a lot less than you’d expect. Their beamforming mics help make calls crystal clear.*** The flush-to-ear design is stylish, and the stabilizer arc keeps them in place so you can wear them even during the sweatiest workout.**

Does Google pixel buds pair with iPhones?

it can be paired and use well with its limitation to use voice control as it work only with Hey Google. (answer based on usage with iPhone12 Pro Max)

As worker around had to switch to second HDMI connection then switch back to HDMI connected to streaming device.

I have a Sony tv with eARC hdmi. I use a Polk magnifi max that does not indicate it has eARC. Will the enhancements of eARC be available anyway or do we all have to buy new sound equipment to take advantage if the new technology.

I connected to TV with non eARC hdmi and worked ok.

it works for 2020, haven't tried on 3rd generation
