A Unique Vacuum Cleaner

The SV391 has a totally different design from any other cleaner I've seen. For its light 10 pound weight it's really powerful with bright LED headlights to find the dirt.
It folds in the center to easily vacuum under tables and furniture. The motor head detaches from the unit and with the included accessories can easily clean stairs and upholstered furniture.

What does take getting used to, compared to other cleaners is the HV391's center of gravity. Since the motor is at the top of the unit instead of at the bottom it can become heavy in your hand if you're doing a lot of vacuuming. Also because of this, when the vacuum is in the operating position, it will not stand by itself, if the phone rings you need to prop it up against the wall. When folded down to its storage position with the moter near the base. It does remain upright.
Bottom line, it's a very powerful and well built lightweight cleaner, but if you were going to use it to vacuum your entire house at one time, it might become tiring in your hand. It would make a perfect second cleaner for just one or two rooms at a time.

Powerful, Fast & Quiet

My desktop computer was over 5 years old and wow, is this machine light years ahead of my old unit.
The first thing I noticed when turning it on was how quiet it was. I thought maybe something was wrong with the power supply but looking through the vents at the top of the machine, the fan was spinning just fine, and my computer monitor ‘woke up’ and soon the “DELL” logo appeared.
I got the usual initial Microsoft messages, asking for a registered email, it then looked for Windows updates which took no time at all because it’s a really new model from Dell and I was up and running in less than 10 minutes.
I appreciate its modern look, and the total of TEN usb ports; Six on the back for more permanent devices and four in the front for quickly inserting a memory stick or such. An SD port also awaits.
As others have said, if you’re connecting an older monitor that does not have an HDMI cable you’ll need a simple low cost adapter. They are cheap and available at Best Buy to solve that problem.
Overall if you’re like me and want to continue using a desk top computer and your current one is showing its age, this would be a great replacement. It’s FAST, quiet, lots of ports for accessories, the 1 TB hard drive should hold most of what you’ve got, and I’ll bet it takes up no more real estate on your desk than your old computer and will give you so much more. The cost for all you get is very reasonable.

Big Sound, Plays Just About Everything

At first glance, this LG audio system looks like something left over from the 80's. It has a 3 disc CD tray (you can change the CD's from the other two trays while it's playing the third) and a cassette player for your old cassettes lying around the house that you thought you'd never hear again.
But this device will surprise you. It features Bluetooth which I found connected instantly to my smartphone. It also has a USB port which you can use to either play music files or record music from your CD's or cassettes.
The unit IS big (takes up a lot of real estate) but the sound is also, especially when you engage its bass boost. It really made the music on my smartphone come alive.
One important suggestion. If you buy this system, make sure you go to the LG website and download the full instruction manual. The instruction "leaflet" that LG puts in the box with the unit is virtually worthless, and without the full manual from the website you'd miss all kinds of "hidden features" this system can offer.

Excellent Wireless Mouse

I know this mouse has a zillion features, but to be honest being a basic computer user I probably wouldn't use most of them but I can tell you this is the SMOOTHEST mouse I've ever used. This thing can be used on any surface, glass, your sheet in bed if you're working at night, just about anything. As others have said it can connect wirelessly to three different computers using a switch on the bottom and I tried it and it does, but I think it's more practical to just have a separate mouse at each machine. i KNOW if I go downstairs to use a computer down there, the mouse will be left upstairs and I'll have to make a separate trip to fetch it.
It has a rechargeable battery in its tiny body that should last for 70 days, and there are lights that tell you the battery status so you should be OK for a LONG time.

I think this mouse is a real value, especially if you're going to use many of its varied features, otherwise it's just a really great and responsive wireless mouse.

Works Great After Complicated Install

I needed the helpful folks at Belkin support to get me up and running, but they had all the answers and I'm online with my dimmer! To get it online I needed to do things like turn off Bluetooth (even though the device doesn't use Bluetooth) and put my phone in airplane mode for awhile.
The app has all kinds of features that I'll never use, but maybe you'll find them useful. It has a sleep mode, a timer which can control your lights and a 'night mode' for gentler lighting at night, etc. I"m happy just using the app to dim the lights when watching TV, and then to turn them off when ready to sleep, no automation needed.

A few caveats before you purchase. You need to check and make sure you have a neutral wire in your switch box which usually is not connected to a standard switch or dimmer switch. You also need to make sure you have a 2 inch clearance in your box. I live in an older house and also had a problem getting the switch in the box in the wall because the corners on the metal box prevented me from pushing the Wemo all the way in. This was corrected with a metal nibbling tool to bite away some of the metal.
The installation took more work than I had figured but bottom line, the Wemo is in and working just fine.

My Favorite Bluetooth Speaker

I have sampled a few Bluetooth speakers, but the Lifeproof AQ9 is my favorite for several reasons.
First of all a Bluetooth speaker isn't much good if it can't connect to your music source. The AQ9 had the easiest connection. All you do is turn it on, then look at the Bluetooth connections in your music device and it's there. Select it, and your done. NO complicated steps.
Next the sound. Other reviewers mentioned what they thought was a lack of bass. I feel for a speaker this size, the bass is good, especially compared to other speakers of this size. No, it's not like a Bose or JBL speaker, but it's smaller and cheaper. than those speakers.
Finally as others have said, the built in carabiner clip makes this radio special. It clips easily on a backpack a loop in your tent or even your shower (the speaker being water resistant).
For the price, I really think you'll be happy with this device, it will make a nice companion for you on a camping trip, or sitting outside in the backyard this summer.

Tiny Bluetooth Speaker; Works FIne

It's a cool idea, really. A small speaker that you can use while jogging or bike riding, allowing you to hear traffic noises and ambient sounds around you better than using headphones or earbuds. The clip is really strong, I clip it on my shirt collar and listen to my music without worry it will fall off.
It's about the size of my Ford's key fob, it connected instantly to my smartphone, and away I went. The sound is good, you won't mistake it for a Bose speaker but for its size its fine and the volume can be turned up surprisingly loud. You remove the rubber cap when you come home and connect it to a USB port. When the little LED turns blue, you're all charged up.
In fact the biggest problem I had with the speaker is just getting out of that hard clear plastic bubble packaging that it comes in. If you can get it out without slicing off a finger you'll be very happy with this tiny portable speaker.

Light and Powerful

The box the Shark "Powered Lift-Away" NV801 comes in says "Our most advanced upright cleaner." I believe it.
It's called a "Duo Clean" because it features two rollers in its head; a standard brush roller and a second soft roller which feeds debris into the brush roller. It must work because I seldom if ever had to go over the same spot twice.
It's called a "Lift Away" because if you want to vacuum under low furniture, you can "lift away" its pod and it becomes similar to a canister cleaner to reach under tight spaces where a standard upright would not allow you to do.
I was impressed with the EIGHT bright LED headlights on the head which light the cleaner's path like no other I've ever seen.
Included are assorted brushes including a 'pet power brush' to easily vacuum away leftover fur from your cat or dog. The 30 foot power cord means you'll have to unplug and plug in the Shark less often.
Overall I was very impressed with the Shark NV801. Easily five stars.

VERY Easy install ---- BUT --------------

The Weboost "eqo" is the easiest Weboost booster to install. It needs no outside antenna. Just connect the coaxial cable between the two units, power up the booster, place it by a window and move the antenna more than 6 feet away. The green light comes on. You're DONE! It literally takes less than 60 seconds.
My problem was I saw no increase in bars on my smartphone. I tried many different locations in my house but saw no change each time.. I called the help number and a very helpful consultant came right on the phone. I explained my situation and told her I used the Sprint Spark service. She said "That's the problem. We don't support the Sprint Spark network, but it WILL help with the Sprint Voice network.
My problem was I saw no increase in bars on my smartphone. I tried many different locations in my house but saw no change each time.. I called the help number and a very helpful consultant came right on the phone. I explained my situation and told her I used the Sprint Spark service. She said "That's the problem. We don't support the Sprint Spark network, but it WILL help with the Sprint Voice network.
Since I do not suffer from dropped voice calls in my house, I have no way to gauge any improvement.
My suggestion would be that a potential buyer should be notified of the lack of support for Sprint Spark before purchase. Apparently though, if your main problem is dropped voice calls with Sprint, this unit might be perfect for you.

This TV has absolutely blown my socks off. What an amazing picture. Just look at all the reviews here. If you’ve got four grand to spend on a television, this is your baby.
But what I really want to talk about is the 3D feature. As you may know, LG has REMOVED 3D from their 2017 models, so this set is your last chance. Now I can hear you saying “I don’t have much interest in 3D so I don’t care.” That’s the reason that LG gives in removing it from future models. But all it takes is one viewing of a good 3D Blu-ray disk on your OLED65E6P such as “Avatar” or “Gravity” or a 3D version of a Disney classic like “Frozen” or “Beauty and the Beast” to realize how breathtaking it looks on this set, often better and brighter than in the theaters. Also this set uses ‘passive’ glasses. Unlike the expensive ‘active’ glasses some other sets use, they require NO batteries. It uses the exact same glasses you get in the theaters. Best Buy sells them for less than 7 dollars each, unlike the “active” ones that are often 50 dollars or more, not to even mention the battery costs you won't worry about. . Even though this feature won't be available on hardware many 3D movies are still scheduled for release in this format throughout 2017 and beyond. Most important, a simple question. No, for some reason this camera does NOT work with either the Nest app or home.nest.com. You can NOT see the output of the camera on your computer.

Previous reviewers are saying it's not compatible with the Nest App that my current doorbell and outdoor wired camera is on. Is this true? Can I integrate this camera with my Nest App and other cameras?
Unfortunately this camera is NOT compatible with the google Nest app which to me is a huge disappointment.
You have to use the Google "Home" app which does not work with a PC. So you can't even see the camera's output on a PC, which you obviously can with their other cameras.

How long does it take to charge one of these cameras? I would use it primarily overnight so during the day we would charge it whenever the battery is running low. Speaking of low battery, will the app display battery life remaining?
They claim that under normal use the battery should last about a month. Charging from zero to full should take about 5 hours.
And YES, the battery 'meter' is very large and clearly seen in the Google Home App.

No it does NOT!

I already have a Nest aware subscription. Will these cameras be able to be added to my account?
Yes! The good news about the "Aware" subscription is that it will work with ALL your cameras.
