I have this air purifier in my bedroom and am so happy with it. The size is quite small, so it can be placed in a discreet location and just do its thing! I will say, it is not the quietest air purifier I've ever had, but it's not the loudest either, kind of middle of the road. For me, this is perfect because I like white noise in the background when I sleep (in fact, i can't sleep without it), so this works well in that secondary function for me as well.
If found setup and app use to be very simple and user friendly. I love the smart features this purifier offers, setting it on Auto, so that it increases air flow when needed. I've found it to be highly effective in relieving allergy symptoms. I also can't tell you how much I appreciate the inexpensive cost of replacement filters. So often it seems like buying a couple of replacement filters ends up equaling the cost of the actual system. This has been a great addition to my home in terms of functionality, design, and looks.

As someone who has had both professional laser hair removal treatment and used other at home hair removal systems, I was definitely curious about the SmoothSkin. Right off the bat I will say, I do not believe there is a true substitute for professional laser hair removal. It simply is more powerful and administered by a professional (doctor).
HOWEVER, I do think this is probably the best at home system I have ever tried and it does produce results. I used the system on my armpits. I used it once a week for 8 weeks and did see a noticeable reduction in hair. I do still have hair growing but it has thinned out, and I'm hopeful that with more treatments, I'll see better results.
Those are the pros of the machine. Cons? Yikes, it smarts pretty good when you're actually using the system. Armpits are pretty sensitive and you will feel every single zap. I would imagine on other areas (like your legs) this may not be as big of an issue. And this is no less true of professional treatments, those are uncomfortable too. I wanted to start out on a smaller area for the initial try and focus on that. It does work, but just keep in mind it will not produce the same results as professional treatments...but then it's also a fraction of the cost. So, I guess you take the good with the bad...hence my mixed feelings.
One other thing that is AMAZING about this product is it doesn't require bulb replacements. It offers unlimited flashes and that's actually a HUGE plus for a home system. My last home system (which was not nearly as effective by the way) only gave a couple hundred flashes before you had to replace the bulb. That is not much at all if you want to do larger areas like arms, legs, etc.
All of this to say, does it match up to professional laser hair removal? Nope, but that was to be expected. But does it work and produce results? Yes, it does. And is it better than other home systems on the market? 100% yes.

I’ve obviously had a number of printers over the years, and the majority of them have been HPs. I’ve tried a few other brands but always come back to them. On top of that, my favorite line of HP printers is the Officejet Pro.
This printer is the latest in the Officejet Pro series and it did not disappoint. For me, this will be replacing another HP printer that I haven’t had for very long. The biggest differences and what I found I missed with that printer are the on screen controls (on the printer rather than having to rely only on your smart phone) and the ability to handle larger print, scan, and copy jobs. Since the Officejet has a feeder tray, it can handle multipage jobs with ease and it makes my life so much easier. I like to scan in any and all paper records that I get so that I only have to maintain electronic files. Having a printer/scanner that I can essentially set and forget is awesome rather than having to put a page in one at a time.
This is also the second printer I’ve had from HP that works on their HP+ program. The printer can tell when it’s running low on ink and will automatically order more when you’re running low through HP+. Don’t worry though, you set the parameters so you don’t spend too much or end up with way more ink than you need.
Bottom line, HP printers are my go to, and the Officejet series is one of the best. I don’t think you can go wrong with this printer whether you’re using it for home jobs or in a small office setting.

Bulky but quality gaming experience

In terms of offering a quality gaming experience, this laptop absolutely does that. I have to start off with the Intel Core i7 and NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2070 graphics card. Right off the bat, you're doing pretty well with these. I honestly don't see the point of investing in a gaming laptop if you you're not going for an i7 processor. It truly does make a difference, especially when you factor in the beautiful HD viewing paired with that graphics card. It also has way more ports than I'm used to seeing on any kind of laptop (in large part I'm sure because of the size of this thing...it allows for a lot more than most of today's computers).
Now, let's be clear, this is NOT the laptop you buy if you're looking for true portability. It's obviously better than a desktop if you want to be able to take it with you and maybe game with some friends. However, it is bulky by just about anyone's standards for laptops today, and that is why I took 1 star off of the review. I get it, it's got a ton packed into it and delivers on the gaming experience it promises. But I'm willing to bet in the next year or two that this computer will still able to offer all of the features it has now but do it in a smaller package. I love it and recommend it as a great gaming computer. But if you want something lighter and easier to move around or take on the go, you'll want to keep looking.

I am absolutely loving this immersion blender. A lot of my appliances (including my stand mixer and blender) are very nice but they're super bulky. Sometimes I just want a nice easy way to mix or blend something that doesn't involve manhandling heavy appliances around my kitchen. I've missed having an immersion blender because it's so simple to use for quick little kitchen jobs.
What I especially love about this one though are the extra attachments that come with it. I LOVE the whisk attachment. I think I may have used that more already than the actual blender because it's so convenient for whipping something up quickly and easily (pun intended). The chopping jar is also a really cool idea. I used to have a hand chopper that functioned similarly...this is that much easier and convenient.
I love the more updated look of the blender as well, very modern. Plus, it functions powerfully (as I would expect) and gets the job (plus so many more!) done well. Super happy with this and highly recommend!

I was a little concerned when this was delivered because the box is huge and heavy. However, it was just a well packaged item! For the area this covers, I think the overall size of it is very reasonable. I wanted something sleek that would blend into the room, not take up too much space, but still do what it’s supposed to do!
I have a dog that sheds a lot and also loves to be in and out of the house, so she brings a lot of dirt and dust with her. I gave this air purifier a good week of use before writing this review and am super impressed with the results. I suffer from allergy headaches and really feel like this has made a difference. I think the real test will be in the spring of course, but I’m feeling confident! The dust, fur, and other particles honestly seem like they’ve been neutralized at this point!
I don’t love the app that you use with this product but it’s not the worst I’ve seen and doesn’t warrant taking off a star. The product itself works great and is user friendly. I’m hoping with a few updates, the app will be right there with it.

Very nice, few design issues

Overall, I love this barbecue. It’s very well-built in terms of the hood, the actual grill, and just overall cooking quality. I do have a few gripes about the way the stand was designed as well as how you have to mount the propane tank. I’ll get to that later though, let’s talk about the good stuff first.
First off, this is a little bit different barbecue style than I’m used to having. I usually have the kind that you buy on sale from the local hardware store. I’m used to it having multiple, straight burners, high sides, and an upper rack. On the flipside this Everdure has only two square burners, it’s completely open on the sides, and it doesn’t have an upper rack. I love all of these things.
The square burners, in my opinion, offer a much more even cooking surface, plus we’re talking cast-iron grills, so they get hot and they sear your food well. The high sides of a traditional barbecue mean that it’s hard to reach in and use the full space of the grill. I love the flat open surface you have to work with on the Everdure and frankly don’t miss the upper rack at all. I rarely used it and don’t find it’s needed on a grill like this.
Now it’s time to get to some of the things I wasn’t so big on. First of all, putting the stand together was incredibly difficult. I’ve put a lot of furniture and other things together and have never struggled to understand directions so much. I found them very difficult to follow and the pictures weren’t much help. I also don’t understand why so many different size screws were needed or why circular rods were used instead of square ones with notches. Trying to get the shelves onto those round bars that kept moving and turning the wrong direction was incredibly frustrating. I also don’t understand why you wouldn’t have a dedicated spot in the stand for a propane tank. Yes, the shelves are notched for it and there is a strap. But you have to hold the propane tank in place in order to tighten the straps or it’ll just fall right over. If you’re going to design a space for it like that, why not just put a place in the shelf in the first place that holds it up properly?
Despite a few frustrations, this is still an excellent grill that puts out awesome food. I recommend it but hope Everdure takes into account some of the comments on the stand, instructions, and propane tank placement for future designs.

I love that this combo oven takes the place of at least two other appliances: toaster oven and air fryer. Plus, I also love that it can be used in place of my oven, especially in warmer weather. It maybe smaller than my oven but that also means it heats up faster but doesn’t heat up the house. In the California heat, that’s a huge bonus.
It’s definitely a big “small” appliance and takes up some counter space. After all, it says right on the box it can hold up to a 12” pizza. To me that’s a plus though. I don’t have the biggest kitchen, but I put it in a corner and it’s a nice looking appliance that I don’t mind being there. Plus, there’s no breaking out the separate air fryer. My favorite thing to do is air fry my veggies (favorites are broccoli and asparagus). I toss them in the fryer basket/tray with some cooking spray, salt, and pepper (sometimes add some minced garlic) and they’re ready to go in 10 minutes tops.
The one thing that I found kind of irritating is the lack of an interior light. That I don’t get and find that I do miss that. That being said, still a super versatile appliance that looks very sleek.

A Sous Vide Must Have!

First let me say, if you’ve never cooked anything using the sous vide method, you need to! There’s nothing quite like it and it’s absolutely worth it. It’s kind of like using a slower cooker, set it and forget. Then you can add some finishing touches when it’s time to serve (like searing a sous vide steak right before you serve it).
In addition to the actual sous vide cooker, I recommend two additional things to make it a smooth and simple experience: a vacuum sealer and this cooking container. A vacuum sealer is essential so that you get all of the air out of your bags so they don’t float and your food cooks evenly.
This container makes the whole process all the more simple. One of my biggest challenges with sous vide has been having the right container to do it in. It’s hard to do it in a pot because they’re usually too deep and take a REALLY long time to get to the right temperature, and it’s harder maintain the constant temperature you need. If you’re going to use a plastic container, it has to be cooking grade or it won’t keep the heat in and could even start leaking. The Anova Precision Container is built to hold your cooker, so it stays in place. It’s cooking grade and not too deep, so it holds in the heat and doesn’t take all day just to heat up.
It makes the overall sous vide cooking experience so much simpler and enjoyable and I cannot recommend it enough!

I don’t have a huge house, but I do have security cameras connected to my WiFI that I want to make sure are always online. One of the cameras in particular is on the outside of my detached garage and frequently has issues staying connected to my network, especially in bad weather. This 3 pack system was perfect for resolving this issue.
In the past, I’ve tried WiFi extenders and found those to be less than satisfactory. In order to get the most out of this WiFi system, I did spend some money on a better modem and traded that in for my old “rented” modem/router combo from my cable provider. Then I sent up the mesh system with the wired mesh connected directly to my modem, one wireless eero upstairs in my home office, and one actually out in my garage to ensure my security cameras have a good connection.
Since establishing this set up, I’ve seen a dramatic rise in my Internet speeds as well as continuous connection for my security cameras. That includes during a pretty heavy rain and good amount of wind that previously would have taken my garage camera out of commission. Set-up was super simple with everything and I love the app provided. This is a perfect set-up if you have multiple devices, especially if they’re somewhat spread out in your home/property.

I'm have AT&T but plan on ordering through Best Buy because of $100 gift card. Why is it not showing up in my cart but Chromecast is? Do you have to activated it through Verizon to get the gift card?
The Google Pixel is exclusive to Verizon, so you won't be able to buy it with an AT&T account.
