I love this dock; it's absolutely perfect as far as I'm concerned. First off, it charges my iPhone 6 and my Apple Watch at the same time. The phone pops right in, and you can just slide your watch into place. I charge my phone and watch at night and then can quickly grab them and go in the morning.
Now, for my favorite part. It's probably the simplest thing ever, but I've never had it on any other dock that I've owned. In fact, I've never seen it but always thought it would make so much sense. There is a dial on the back of the dock that allows you to adjust the height of the USB connector where you plug in your phone. This means that I can leave my case on and just plug my phone right in. You can adjust the height of the USB connector once, and then you're all set. Sometimes it's the simple things!
This dock has a nice, sleek design, not at all bulky, and it works great. No complaints, absolutely love it!

I have to say, I'm pretty impressed for $250. You get a laptop that converts into a tablet and runs quite well. I like the Google operating system. It's pretty simple and straightforward. It's especially nice if you already have a Google account because you can log in, and everything is there. Google chrome has all of your favorites and your Gmail account is synced up. Because of this, initial set-up of this computer and then overall use is a breeze.
While you can't use programs like Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.), you can use Google docs which can be opened in the Microsoft Office programs on other computers.
I wish that this had more in the way of hard drive space. Instead it has flash memory (and my little thumb drive holds twice as much as this). And it's not entirely necessary since everything you'll be doing on this computer is through Google and therefore saved online. And again, for the price you're paying, it's an overall great deal.

The quality of these headphones is what you would expect from Bose. They are well made and provide excellent sound quality. Honestly, the way they fit in your ear isn't my favorite. I feel like you have to get them just right or they feel like they'll fall out. However, I've always had a little bit of trouble with earbud headphones, so that could just be me. And you do get different size covers to give you the best possible fit.
Really the only con I've experienced with these headphones is the limited battery life. With a full charge, they last for approximately 3 1/2 - 4 hours of continuous play. For me, I use them at work, and I sit at a desk all day. Therefore, this shorter battery life is something of a pain.
But again, the quality is excellent. The box includes the headphones, 3 additional ear bud covers in varying sizes, the charging cable (Micro USB), and a nice carrying case. I would definitely prefer a longer lasting battery, but I would still recommend these headphones.

In my experience with this router so far, there's really nothing negative to say about performance. It's new and pretty much top of the line for home routers. In fact, if anything, it might be overkill for most homes (it's supposed to cover up to 10,000 square feet). I have it set-up in my home office and wow, totally impressed. My wifi network is strong and stable.
Set-up is a breeze, and I love the features of a smart router. Among other things, you can see and control who has access to your Wifi network.
The one possible downside to this router is its size. It's pretty big and weighs about 6-7 pounds. I think my previous router was about half that size. Give it a year or two, and new routers with the same or better features will be lighter and more compact, I'm sure. But for now, this is it.
This thing is fantastic, and I would recommend it to anyone who has need of a powerful router (for covering a large area, multiple devices, gaming/streaming use, etc.). However, it's probably not necessary for the average home. Also, keep in mind that even the best router is only as good and capable as the modem it's connected to. If you have a low-end, cheaper modem, you will not receive the full benefits of this (or any) router.

I should probably start off with a couple of disclaimers. First, I love Apple products, that's usually what I prefer. Second, this is my first tablet, so I don't have a lot to compare to. I have a Mac and an iPhone, and I haven't enjoyed my experience with Android in the past.
All of that being said, Apple doesn't have a tablet available for $100, and I love this Acer! First the size, I think it's good. I don't have huge hands or anything and I feel like the 10" would have been too big for me. (Although I wish the 8" was available in 32GB instead of just the 16GB). But I can deal with that.
I was very surprised and happy with the picture/video quality. No, it's obviously not 4K Ultra HD, but for a little tablet like this, it's more than enough. Also, the complaints about the speaker in this thing? I don't get it. Again, it's a $100 tablet, it doesn't have top quality but pretty good! I can watch Netflix without headphones, no problem.
The battery life is also impressive. I took this out of the box and started messing around with it. I've been downloading apps, playing music (Pandora!), tried Netflix (works great), and playing games (Sonic!). I have about 1/3 of my battery left after 4 1/2 hours of use. And remember, I didn't charge it at all, this is fresh out of the box.
Bottom line, this may not be the ultimate tablet, but it is a solid item that comes with a very decent price tag. I love mine (in fact my roommate is a little jealous that he didn't get one). I would absolutely recommend it.

I live in a two story house that has, at best, spotty wifi. Our modem and router are tucked away in the back of the house on the second floor because that's where my home office is. Of course, this makes for a difficult set-up and our computer downstairs and Samsung smart TV have some serious struggles sometimes.
That being said, I was pretty excited about the possibilities of this product. Unfortunately, it really didn't live up to expectations. Set-up wasn't difficult, but it took several tries to get it properly set-up. Lots of back and forth before everything synced. I have a Linksys smart router, which puts out two wifi networks (one is a 5GHz). With the extender, I now have 4 options to hook-up to. My regular network plus an extended version of that and my 5GHz network and an extended version of that as well.
When I connected the downstairs computer to the extended network, it seemed much better...for about 30 seconds. Then the signal was dropped entirely...no Internet connection. And when I went in to my Network settings on my TV, the two "extended" networks showed as the WEAKEST signals. The extender doesn't not maintain a steady wifi signal, which makes things even more frustrating than they were before.
Bottom line, the concept is great, but the execution? Not so much. I really wanted this to be great, but I can't recommend it.

I’ve had Bissell carpet cleaners in the past and loved them. The quality is fantastic. I don’t think the quality of their robot vacuum is quite there, but it’s not bad. And my opinion of this vacuum is going up the more I used it.
I was so excited when it arrived and got it charging immediately to try out. It has to be charged 4-5 hours before the first use, and it lasted about an hour off of that initial charge. After it finished charging, I used the manual setting to have it go all over the room until the battery started to die (then it’s supposed to return itself to the charging dock and charge). With a full charge (I charged it all night before the second use), the vacuum goes for just about 1 ½ hours. I wanted to do the first cleaning while I was home, so I could see how things went.
Initially, it seemed like the “powerful suction” that was promised was lacking. I watched it go right over several visible pieces of dirt on the carpet…and then leave it behind. I also saw the spinning brushes on the side flick stuff out of the way, rather than actually suck it up. When going through the kitchen, the sensors on the vacuum seemed to kick in too soon, and it didn’t go far enough under the counter to pick up some crumbs that were there. However, when I emptied the dustbin (super easy), it had actually picked up a lot more than I thought. Pleasantly surprised by that.
It moved very well. Although the pattern it follows is strange, I think it did cover most of my downstairs. Some spaces got vacuumed multiple times, others not so much. The Invisible Wall that comes with it to block off areas you don’t want vacuumed worked perfectly. It really looked like the vacuum was bumping off of a wall. And it never got itself so stuck that it couldn’t get out again. I would feel comfortable letting it run while I wasn’t home. It was able to move between my carpet and hard floors with no problems as well (and there is a dip that it has to go over to go back and forth). It also found its charging dock, plugged itself in, and began charging itself when the battery ran low.
I still think there’s something to be desired with the suction…it needs to be stronger. But overall, it’s a good starter robot vacuum.

I am thrilled with this router. I went in planning to buy a Netgear Nighthawk ($199.99 at Best Buy), but the guy I talked to there convinced me it was worthwhile to spend $50 more and get the Linksys instead. He was absolutely right!
Here's a rundown of our situation: we have Comcast and the router they provided us wasn't cutting it. We have 5 adults living in a two-story 2400 square foot house. And the router was in the back of the house on the second floor. With 5 adults, we have 5 computers, 5 smartphones, various gaming devices (at least 3), a Wifi printer, and a smart TV.
When we got the new router from Comcast, we had spotty connections at best. Our download speed was about 9-10 Mbps. And half the time, I couldn't get connected on my laptop at all (unless I was sitting right next to the router).
SO, I went to Best Buy and bought this Linksys. It allows you to set up two networks: 2.4GHz (for longer range needs) and 5.0GHz (for better streaming and gaming). It also allows you to set up guest networks if you have visitors.
Set-up was a breeze, so simple. All of our devices connected successfully and run with no problems (anywhere in the house). I even get a connection out in the front or back yards. Our download speed (while admittedly still not that high) is much better at 34 Mbps (keep in mind, we still have a Comcast modem that doesn't go much higher than 150 Mbps). I also love the Linksys Smart Wifi website that you can log into. It allows you to see what devices are connected to your router, set parental controls, change network names and passwords, troubleshoot, etc.
All of this to say, I'm very happy and satisfied with the purchase, and it was well worth the money (including the extra $50).

The second season of The Vampire Diaries finds Elena (Nina Dobrev), Stefan (Paul Wesley, Damon (Ian Somerhalder), and the cohabitants of Mystic Falls facing an ancient and terrible evil in Katherine, who hopes to unleash the world's oldest and bloodthirsty vampires in an attempt to destroy Elena once and for all. Keeps you on the edge of your seat ALL SEASON LONG

Yes, this is a show with vampires (it's in the title, kind of a given!). But it is not just a vampire show per say (though there is some awesome vampire action), there's also so much more involved! From the fantastic writing by Kevin Williamson, Julie Plec, and their team, to the wonderful acting and chemistry from the cast, especially Ian Somerhalder, Katerina Graham, and best of all Nina Dobrev, this show will keep you on the edge of your seat from the VERY FIRST EPISODE. Season 1 of the Vampire Diaries was good, Season 2 was BETTER!
This is a fantastic show that stands on its own (don't compare it with other vampire stories, i.e. True Blood, Twilight).
My one and only complaint about the DVDs was the bonus features were a little lacking. I could have used more. The gag reel was good, but only about 2 and a half minutes long. I did really enjoy the feature on Nina Dobrev talking about playing Elena and Katherine.
I don't like writing (or reading) reviews that tell you the entire plot. But if you like vampires (or just sci-fi/supernatural) stories, check out the Vampire Diaries Season 2 (there's also lots of werewolf and witch action!)
What's great about it: Fantastic storytelling and acting that keep you on the edge of your seat all season long!
What's not so great: Bonus features could have been better, but not bad!

No, it has to be upright in the portrait position. It doesn't work in landscape, and the phone bumps into the charging location for the Apple Watch when in landscape anyway.
