I was really excited about this speaker. LifeProof makes some pretty unbeatable ;-) phone cases. So, when I saw a Bluetooth speaker that has those same features (water proof, shock proof, etc.), I was pretty excited about that. This should be the perfect outdoor item for someone who wants to listen to music anywhere. That being said, I was left disappointed by the overall sound quality.
Yes, set-up was super easy, I had no problem connecting my phone. And yes, as LifeProof is known for, this speaker does hold up well. I haven't dropped it from any tall buildings or gone swimming with it, but it does seem to deliver on the "LifeProof" features. The problem is, LifeProof seems to have focused too much on that and forgotten that this is still supposed to be a speaker that plays music. The sound quality is just not there. It's not bad at lower volumes, but as soon as you start trying to turn it up, things just don't sound right. The treble is too high in my opinion. Frankly, I think my Google Home has a better sounding speaker than this.
It's great that I can drop it on the ground or in water and it'll still work...but it falls short on it's main function. And for the price this is marked at, it's not worth it for me.

Works well, work on set-up

I read a couple of other reviews on this product, and I'm in agreement that set-up left something to be desired. It wasn't a terrible experience, but it took more than one try. With all of our awesome new technology, why is set-up still such an issue with some items? All of that being said, I did get it set-up and working, and so far I'm liking the results.
I've used other wi-fi extenders before, but they were cheaper and really didn't help. They were also set-up much differently. With other extenders I've used, they basically "extend" your already existing channels. This is pretty hit or miss, and I wasn't happy with the results. However, the Helios-Ex adds two new channels to your already existing wi-fi network. This is most useful for households that have a lot of devices connected (which I do - 11 or 12 at last count).
On top of that, the Helios-Ex says that it extends your network up to 12,000 square feet. Now, unless you're living in a mansion...I can't imagine why anyone needs to cover that much area. I haven't tested the limits of this 12,000 square feet (I don't know that my neighbors would take too kindly to me setting up shop in their living room), but I haven't experienced any issues in or immediately around my house. I can sit in my car in the driveway and still get a strong signal on my phone (which I could not before).
Someday, maybe all new products will be fool proof when it comes to set-up. For now, at least I got it working, and I'm happy with the results. Honestly, it might be a little bit of overkill (at the price point and 12,000 square feet of coverage), but if that's what you're looking for, this delivers.

My feeling is, with a product like this, you really can't go wrong with Sony. This is what Sony does, and they continue to do it well. The sound quality and features are excellent. I love the built-in Chromecast that lets me stream music. I listen to music on headphones at work most of the day (nothing fancy). It's kind of shocking to come home and hear the difference between this and my headphones. Not an apples to apples comparison, but still left me feeling like I'm missing out on my music most of the day!
I don't have a lot of experience with this type of product, so everything was new to me. The ease of set-up and use were definitely positive things for me as well. I've had some issues with other products from other companies that I found frustrating. I feel like these days it shouldn't be that difficult to set-up new tech.
An overall awesome product that I think we'll be able to enjoy for a long time!

Impressive Gaming PC

The price tag of the HP Omen is pretty reasonable for a gaming PC, and when you look at the specs, it really is a pretty impressive computer at a competitive price. With a 16GB memory, 1 TB of storage, and the i7 Intel Core to put it over the top, the Omen is powerful. I'm partial to Intel processors anyway, so the i7 was an excellent feature on this particular model for me personally. I've had computers with other brand processors and just didn't feel that the experience was as smooth.
The Omen 870-244 packs a punch and delivers on everything it promises. The outer design is also pretty sleek.
I have absolutely no complaints and highly recommend this PC.

Excellent vacuum!

We are very happy with the Dyson Ball Animal 2! It doesn't lie when it says it has the strongest suction. We had just vacuumed a day or two before this vacuum was delivered to us. We went back over the areas we'd just vacuumed with the Dyson and were pleased (and a little disgusted) at how much more there was to be cleaned. Our old vacuum was definitely missing a lot.
The ball design really does make this vacuum very maneuverable and the hose and attachments are a good length (not too short) and very easy to use.
The only small con was it's still a fairly heavy vacuum, for some reason I thought it would be lighter than it is (maybe because the design makes it look like it would be lighter). This hinders the movement slightly, but not enough to take a star off of the rating.
Overall, an excellent vacuum and highly recommended.

Sleek & fun to use

I feel like I have to preface this review with a disclaimer: I'm an Apple person. I have an iPhone and a Mac, but I decided to give the Samsung tablet a try. The design of this tablet is very sleek. It's thin but has a good feel to it.
It has fingerprint ID and that seemed to work very well, no issues after setting it up. The touchscreen is incredibly responsive and this particular model comes with the S Pen. I liked the features of the pen, but there's nowhere to store it with the tablet. On the old Note II and similar products, there was a place to store the stylus when not using it. I'm afraid I'll lose the S Pen when on the go.
As far as the overall user friendliness of this tablet goes, I have to be honest, I still prefer Apple. I'm sure this will probably earn me a few down votes from people, but I truly do like the intuitive design that Apple products offer. I consider myself fairly techy, but I feel like you just have to work so much harder with the S3 to figure out where even the simplest features are.
Overall, an excellent product that any Android fan would love. Probably not my first choice, but like I said, I am a bit biased.

Perfect

Now this is how you do Wifi. Having one router often just doesn't do the trick unless you're right next to it. And then what's the point of having a wireless connection? By having three separate access points that you can set up throughout the house, your Wifi capability and reliability go up drastically.
No more complaints about a bad signal in certain rooms. I felt like the Linksys Velop vastly improved my home's Wifi. Set-up was simple and straight forward. I was a little surprised by the complaints about having to have a smartphone running Android or iOS to set-up. Who doesn't have that these days (especially if you're setting up this kind of system)?
My one "complaint", I wish they were black. I feel like they'd blend in a bit better in my house. That said, if color is the only problem, I can definitely live with that!

I'm a big fan of this vacuum because it's smaller and versatile but it gets the job done! It's your regular upright vacuum, but the wand easily detaches for the harder to reach areas. Plus, you can also pull the canister off and carry it with you. This is ideal for cleaning stairs because it's lightweight and you're not dragging the whole vacuum cleaner behind you.
My floors were pretty dirty on my first run through with this vacuum. It looked (and sounded) like it picked everything up. Plus, there was a lot of dust in the canister, so I felt like it was a good, deep clean. I used it on carpet and hard floor (there's a handy switch on the vacuum for switching between the two) and this did the job on both.
I have a smaller condo and I felt like this was the perfect size vacuum that still offers plenty of power.

Good but bulky

Considering this item lets me keep on the move and charge my Apple Watch, it's a nice item to have. However, it's also a little tricky to use on the go. For one thing, it's heavy. Yes, I realize it's a battery, but I was hoping for something more along the lines of the portable battery I have for my iPhone. That's fairly compact and connects by USB which allows me to stick the battery in my pocket or purse and keep using my phone.
This battery is large and can only be used by laying the watch on the magnetic charging pad. It's a little cumbersome, but it's better than nothing and it does charge my watch well.

Good but with a few issues

The pictures I've seen of these headphones are little deceiving online. For one thing, they're a lot bigger than they look. In fact they're kind of bulky, and I wasn't thrilled about that.
It's nice that you can cinch the cord behind your head so that the cord doesn't get caught when moving (especially when working out). However, as shown in the pictures...this works a lot better if you have no hair. If you're a woman with longer hair (mine comes down just below my shoulders), it's not quite as easy to tighten these without getting hair caught in them.
The sound is great, I had no issues with connectivity. But the size and fit of these isn't quite what I was hoping for. I would recommend these for a guy (or girl) with short hair who wants a good set of headphones while working out, otherwise, I'll probably look elsewhere.

I'm have AT&T but plan on ordering through Best Buy because of $100 gift card. Why is it not showing up in my cart but Chromecast is? Do you have to activated it through Verizon to get the gift card?
The Google Pixel is exclusive to Verizon, so you won't be able to buy it with an AT&T account.
