The sixth season of E!'s hit series follows blonde bombshells Karissa and Kristina Shannon, and Playboy mogul Hugh Hefner's "number one" girlfriend Crystal Harris on a series of wild European escapades, and a reunion with the original Girls Next Door stars Holly, Bridget, and Kendra.

I am NOT a Playboy fan. I started watching the show in the winter of 2009. I gave it a chance, I ended up becoming a fan of the show. Why? I liked Bridget & Holly.
So, I was a late bloomer to getting the actual five seasons of the show on DVD.
This season 6 I do NOT acknowledge. Why? Because the Girls Next Door are Bridget, Holly & Kendra, NOT the runaway bride & those twins who I am guessing were just there to get as much as they could. So, I only watched three episodes: Bridget's, Holly's & what you would call Kendra's even though Bridget & Holly were in it.
Where you saw the chemistry between Holly & Hefner-you saw ZIP between him & the runaway bride.
I will NOT buy this DVD set-NOT FOR 3 EPISODES.
And, the Kendra episode. So just for TV. Big huge NOT REAL stuff about the runaway bride & those twins buying gifts for Kendra or caring about her to do this. The show did it or Hefner made them because he is still close to Kendra. So fake the runaway bride & the twins.
End of the franchise-which actually happened with season five.
DO NOT BUY THIS, if you are a real TGND fan-we know who the real TGND are, NOT THE RUNAWAY BRIDE & THE TWINS.

I was first in the door opening day for all three of the original films in my home town. Theater is NOW a used car lot.
So, Indy 4 Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull was released in theaters May 2008. Just before this happened a smaller box set with the first three films came out.
George just loves to release OVER, OVER, OVER AND OVER AGAIN these films and the Star Wars films in video formats. How many times did he release the first three films or the original Star Wars trilogy on VHS & laser disc? Too many times.
This set in my opinion was way to expensive, why? Simple, 5 months earlier the first three films were released in that box set to be RELEASED AGAIN in this larger set.
Plus there are a lot of extras, some of course we have seen before. More ads, Lego's again. Thanks George. Just what I want to see ads.
The back of the DVD carrying case just pushed the extras, etc on Crystal . George, this is no doubt the least favorite of the four films, how about equally push all the films? If you are an Indy fan you will enjoy the set, I did BUT just keep in mind George over releasing the films on every video format. The 2004 set for the first three films will cover those. You can get that and get the multiple disc of Crystal and basically have the same set as this is.
Just keep in mind when buying this George re-releasing the films over and over and over and over so you will NOT see a lot of stuff you have not already seen if you are a true Indy fan.

The sixth and final season of the HBO series Sex and the City aired in two different installments, spread months apart from each other. This three-disc set contains the last episodes in the history of the series -- including the series finale, in which our protagonist finally decided her romantic future (but in a city other than the one viewers might have expected). Each episode is presented in a standard full-frame transfer that preserves the original broadcast aspect ratio.

This is the show that started the now long string series on HBO.
The end of the show
MY COMPLAINT FOR HBO-SPLITTING THE SEASONS INTO 2 PARTS FOR DVD RELEASE WASTE PEOPLE’S MONEY & TIME. Thanks HBO for nothing AND, WHY DID THEY NOT MAKE THE SHOW WIDESCREEN?
My favorite character is Samantha. Why, for the most part she is honest & tells it like it is. Yes, she does lie but it is her responses, to the point, not mincing words. Her relationship with Jerry/Smith continues. Then the breast cancer. Least favorite Charlotte. Everything has to be a certain way. If a piece of gum got stuck to the bottom of a shoe she would call a cab & run into her apartment to take a shower. She thought herself so much better than others but she slept around without a thought. Always liked the Harry character. Pushing & obsessing about a baby AGAIN Kristin Davis did a great job with the character but still my least favorite of the girls.
Carrie. You like her 1 minute, the next you do NOT. She is high end to but won’t cook for herself The clothes & shoes were a big deal on the show YET IN A LOT OF THESE OUTFITS HER BRA STRAPS HUNG OUT This last season & the Russian. The set up for the end with Big (John)
Miranda She was smart but easy. Liked her views sometimes the next you did not. Steve & the marriage. Moving to Brooklyn. Nose in the air while doing so. I never cared for the Steve character but still A short season due to pregnancies so we viewers were cheated. HBO should be ashamed of themselves
NOW WHY I HATE THESE DVD PACKAGES These horribly designed flop open cases. In information in these on episodes, no extras.
The Kardashian sisters feel the impact of celebrity in this season, when Khloé must deal with the very public aftermath of her DUI, while Kim and Kourtney contend with sibling rivalry as their professional and personal relationships blur.
Overall4 out of 5
Guilty pleasure, MUCH IMPROVED OVER SEASON 2
ByCKCSWHFFANfromhome
Yes, the show is a guilty pleasure.
Episodes that aired in 2009. 12 episodes this season
Now, THE IMPROVEMENTS. 1. The episodes are wide screen, 2. Disc 1 has deleted scenes & 3. Disc 2 has commentary for episodes. Why not with each episode-no clue about that. But it is MUCH better than the blog from Rob on season 2.
Now, this time out apparently there are ONLY 3 Kardashians in this season. Kourtney, Kim & Khloe are only shown on both sides of the DVD case. BOTH discs have the same photo of them. So, they do NOT give credit to Kris, Bruce, Rob, Kendall & Kylie? Show is called Keeping Up With The Kardashians NOT Keeping Up With The Kardashian Sisters.
1 big mistake done again on this DVD. Same CHEAP, PLASTIC DVD CASE WITH THE INTENTIONAL HOLES IN IT. CHEAP & NOT SAFE. Apparently the DVD makers just want people to buy this over & over again since the DVD are NOT safely secure.
And, a point for anyone. There was MASS CONFUSION ABOUT THE RELEASE DATE OF THIS DVD. It was released 8-17-10. Some stores & websites changed the date until 9-21-10. THIS WAS UNTRUE. I purchased the DVD from a local store 8-18-10. So, make sure IF you want it check with the store. DO NOT GO BY PRINTED MATERIAL
