Easy For Use At Home Or On The Go

The Hyperice Venom Go is a very effective combination heat and vibration pain management device. It can't magically cure the causes of pain, but it can very effectively treat sore muscles.
I have long experienced relief from massage and heat therapy so I was very eager to try this device, since it combines both methods. A major benefit is that it is compact and battery operated, making it very easy to transport.
The first thing I noticed is how truly powerful it is for its size. The vibration strength is truly surprising for the small size. Likewise the heat settings can get quite hot. In fact the highest heat setting was so hot that I had to turn it down after a few minutes.
It can be completely controlled by the buttons on the device or by the Bluetooth capable App. I recommend using the App because it allows the device to be more precisely controlled.
The Venom Go attaches magnetically to the pads and doesn’t function without being connected to a pad.
The internal rechargeable battery lasts about 40 minutes which is not surprising to me considering how powerful the heat and vibration effects are.
Included in the box are 3 adhesive pads and a USB-C to USB-A charging cord. The pads are rated to last for about 20 uses.
If you need a portable battery operated heat/vibration massager then It is highly recommended!

Compact And Easy To Transport

Like the description says, this Insignia USB-C compact wall charger is designed for the MacBook Air or the iPad. But in reality it can be used with many other USB-C devices. Not only does it easily charge smartphones, but It can even trickle charge some laptops.
The small size and retractable prongs make this charger easy to transport in a small bag. In addition, the 30W power rating will allow it to do double duty as a smartphone and iPad or MacBook Air charger. I tested how long it would take to top off my Ipad battery from nearly depleted, and it took about 1.75 hours, which is a big improvement over the charger that came with my Ipad. I have included pictures contrasting it with a typical 5W adapter to show how compact it is for being 30W. The prongs feel tight but are easy to operate. They open and close with a satisfying click. They sna enough open and close with a satisfying movement that feels like they won’t move unl;ess you move it.level of operation.
I tested this adapter with a few of my UCS-C equipped laptops with mixed results. My Lenovo Chromebook recognized and accepted a charge, but with the warning that discharge will occur in excess of the charge it was getting. So in other words it uses more power than it is receiving. But the discharge rate will be slower than it normally would on battery power alone. I left my Lenovo laptop charging overnight and this adapter was able to fully charge it over about 8 hours. Other laptops do not accept a charge from low power adapters So when using it with a laptop, your mileage will vary.
For a MacBook Air or iPad, this wall charger is an excellent choice! It works well, is easy to transport, and even works with some laptops.

Noticeable Improvement In Air Quality

The LG Aero Tower air purifying fan is well worth the price if you value air quality as much as I do. I suffer from allergies so high air quality is especially important to me. This air purifier is for anyone that puts a premium on air quality. As I previously indicated I am very sensitive to air quality, so this unit is a welcome addition to my home. Not only does it have a fabulously stylish look, but it also keeps the air clean and the room feeling cool.
The box it is packaged in is very tall and quite large. The tower itself is also much heavier than it looks, coming in at nearly 30 pounds. Setup consisted of a couple of quick easy steps. Just plug it in, download the ThingQ app and scan the QR code to pair. Since it is Wi-Fi capable, it can be controlled from anywhere using the App. The App is not required to use the device, but not using it will deprive you of the advanced features that the LG Aero Tower offers. Not only is it controllable by App, but it can also be controlled by voice from Alexa or Google Assistant.
After using it for 5 days, I am very impressed with its performance. The already good air quality in my bedroom has noticeably improved. I especially like that it gives me a measurement of air quality, temperature and humidity. The UV light should further assist in sanitizing the internal fan blades and air that is being circulated.
The fan noise is nearly imperceptible at the lower speeds. At the highest Turbo speed the fan is somewhat louder. I keep it on high at night because I subjectively like the white noise it creates as it helps me sleep. If a maximum cooling power fan is what you want then this may not be what you are looking for, as the HEPA filter reduces the air flow somewhat. This is not a design flaw, but is due to the effectiveness of the filter. The more effective a filter is, the more air flow is reduced. That is whyy many HVAC techs recommend not getting a high MERV filter, as it reduces air flow and puts a strain on the HVAC system. With that being said I am completely satisfied with the cooling capacity and I think most people will be as well.
The LG Aero Tower has a fabulously stylish look that will enhance any living space you chose to put it in. The remote control magnetically attaches to the main unit which is a nice way of keeping track of the remote. It can be controlled by the App, control panel buttons on the unit, or by the remote control.
As with any air purifier, the air filter will need to be replaced but the app will notify when it is time to purchase a new one. LG recommends the filter be changed once a year.

This Wireless Gaming Headset Is Legit

This will be my first SteelSeries gaming product, so I was eager to use and compare them to other gaming gear brands that I am more familiar with. After a few days of testing, I can say without reservation that the Arctis Nova 7 Wireless Gaming Headset sounds excellent! They sound as good or better than any of the gaming headphones I have used over the years. But in one important area, they are actually an industry leader! Read further and I will explain.
So what impressed me the most is the simultaneous connection capability. Multipoint connectivity is somewhat widespread, but none that I have used so far do it as well as the Arctis Nova 7. SteelSeries has really nailed it here. What sets them apart is that a Bluetooth connection can be established and used at the same time as the USB receiver. What that means is that you can be gaming or watching videos on your laptop via the USB receiver, and be connected to your phone via Bluetooth. So if you receive a phone call or text the sound is received automatically. I find this method to be superior to Bluetooth multipoint because of the inherent stability of the RF USB connection. Some other products also require that you manually flip a switch or hit a button to swap devices, but this product does it seamlessly.
Since I have multiple laptops and primarily use a hub with multiple monitors, I especially like using the USB-C receiver which I insert into the hub. This allows me to easily swap out my laptops and be instantly connected with these headphones. If you are going to use them with a compact laptop, you might have to use it with a hub or connect by Bluetooth because some smaller laptops only have one or 2 USB-C ports, one of which needs to be reserved for charging. This is not a problem for me because I always travel with a portable hub. But if your laptop has 2 or more USB-C ports then this will likely not be a factor. Included is a USB-C to USB-A adapter.
The sound quality of these headphones is outstanding! They produce powerful, full range sound with apparent ease. The high quality drivers really make a difference! Bass is tight and defined and can be adjusted by using the EQ in the App. The App is nicely designed and makes customizing the headphones easy. All but the most demanding of audiophiles will be pleased with how good they sound.
The battery life is rated at up to 38 hours. This seems to be quite accurate because after 3 days of heavy use, the battery read as barely reduced.
These headphones are not active noise canceling, but the size of the cups create a seal that provides a lot of passive noise cancelation.
Another thing I really like about them is that they do not look like gaming headsets. The solid black color makes them look like a pair of traditional high-end headphones. I hope more gaming companies start doing this, because not everyone wants headphones that look colorfully loud. The retractable boom microphone also helps make them look like a regular pair of headphones.
The build quality is excellent. I can usually tell instantly the first time I pick headphones up whether they are cheap. These headphones feel solid and well constructed. They are quite comfortable and I had no problem using them for hours at a time.
The retractable boom microphone deserves an honorable mention because of how well it works. An external microphone will always work better than an internal microphone so I use it not only for gaming but on phone calls. The people I have spoken to have commented that the sound is significantly improved when it is extended. When I don’t need it, it is easily pushed in.
I truly did not know what to expect from SteelSeries, but after using the Arctis Nova 7 headset I am thoroughly impressed. They look good and sound great. But what sets them apart is the very best multi device connection method I have ever used. In this area they completely nailed it!

Fast, Portable, Reliable

This flash drive is part of the SanDisk Ultra Eco line. This new line is designed to be environmentally friendly by being made from over 70 percent recycled plastic. Other than that, what you have here is a fully functional 128 GB flash drive.
It features a USB-A 3.2 port for fast data transfers of up to 100 mb per second. I tested the speed by moving large video files from my PC to my backup flash drive and the high speed does make a difference. It can cut the wait time in half for large file transfers.
For maximum performance, be sure to use a USB-A version 3.0 or higher port. These high speed ports can be identified by the blue color of the plug in the port. Another way to identify the generation of the port is by checking the device manager.list which will identify the version.
Most of my newer laptops lack a USB-A port, so a USB-A to USB-C adapter will be necessary if you want to use it with a laptop on the go. Another option is to use a USB-C hub. I primarily use my laptops with a hub and this flash drive works flawlessly with the two different ones (one at work and one at home) that I tested it with.
This drive is small enough to easily fit in a pocket or a bag. It also has a loop that can be attached to a keychain or tied down to a bag with a strap. Which is smart because the small size would make it easy to lose track of.
If you need a 128 GB flash drive, I wholeheartedly recommend that you give this one a look. It is fast, portable, and reliable. Everything you would expect from a SanDisk product.

Mesh Wireless Networks Are The Way To Go

I am currently using a Linksys mesh system that I have been wanting to upgrade to Wi-Fi 6 from Wi-Fi 5, so I decided to order these Atlas 6 mesh routers to add to my existing network. Since all Linksys mesh devices are compatible with each other, adding or making changes to an existing system is as easy as can be.
My existing network had only 2 nodes for about 2300 square feet. This gave me adequate range and performance, but I wanted to increase the range and signal strength. And boy did these 2 additional routers do that! I immediately noticed a substantial increase in strength and signal power. The improved signal strength is likely due to adding the additional units as well as the benefits of Wi-Fi 6.
The intelligent mesh system auto selects which devices to connect to which unit and what band. No more selecting and switching between 2.4 and 5 ghz. The mesh system does all that for you depending on the device and location.
The Linksys App is very functional and easy to use. The App walks you through the 15-30 munte setup process.If you are completing an initial setup from an older system remember that as long as you name your new network name (SSID) the exact same name as your old network, your previously connected devices will not notice the difference and connect without having to reenter your passwords. Which can be tedious with most households having dozens of connected devices..
A limitation of these routers is that they are dual-band. If you need the absolute best performance at range, then I recommend looking at Linksys tri-band mesh routers. They will of course be more expensive, but will extend the range with minimal loss of signal strength. Most people will be quite satisfied by the range and performance of these routers however.
Intelligent mesh networks are without a doubt one of the best technological innovations of this generation. The intelligent mesh system works seamlessly behind the scenes to generate and manage the wireless network. Because Linksys has made it so easy to add or remove nodes, this system can change as your needs change.

Looks Pretty But Can Game With The Best Of Them!

Despite its purposefully dreamy aesthetic, the Logitech Aurora mechanical keyboard is at its core a gaming keyboard. What sets it apart is the distinctive white finish, which is uniform to the new Aurora line from Logitech. If a dreamy white, cloudy aesthetic is what appeals to you, then you will be impressed by the outstanding performance and bright RGB lighting this gaming keyboard offers.
If this is your first mechanical keyboard, one of the first things that you will likely notice is how sturdy it feels compared to standard keyboard. The keys are precise and not as mushy as a basic membrane keyboard. But for dedicated gamers, don’t let the white look fool you. This keyboard has the gaming chops you would expect from Logitech and at this price point. I tested it out with some FPS games and found the response time to be instantaneous and completely lag free.
One feature that I especially like is the volume roller which makes adjusting the volume quick and easy. Since it is located on the top right hand corner of the keyboard, it is easy for me to locate and adjust without looking down. Another nice feature are the dedicated media keys for Play/Pause, Rewind, Fast Forward, and Mute. This is a TLK keyboard so there is no numeric keypad. If you prefer a ten key pad, then this is not the keyboard for you. A benefit of the TKL size is that it offers a compact footprint that saves valuable desktop space.
This keyboard is nicely illuminated and the backlights look especially bright under the white surface. Seven different illumination presets are installed and can be changed by pressing the brightness button and numbers 1-7. Two custom lighting effects can be set by pressing the brightness button and number 8 or 9. The G Hub App is used to configure the custom lighting effects. Using the app allows each individual key color to be changed. The G Hub App also allows most of the keys to be reprogrammed. The keyboard can be used without the App, but the App provides a much deeper level of customization and control of the lightning and keys..
The included cloud wrist rest is as soft and comfortable as you would expect from how it looks. It blends perfectly with the keyboard, and since it is not attached the position can be adjusted to suit preference.
If you love the look, then have no reservations about getting this keyboard. It looks pretty but completely lives up to the gaming keyboard part of its name!

Pairs Perfectly With Samsung Galaxy Phones

The new Samsung Galaxy Watch 5 is a perfect companion for Samsung Galaxy phones. The performance, design, and overall capability has impressed me, and everyone that I have shown it too. Even a few Apple watch users I know have given it a subtle approval. If you need a new smartwatch or have been on the fence, then this is the watch to get!
Setup is easy peasy. Take it out of the box, turn it on and pair it with your phone. Download the watch App and the devices do the rest. Included in the box is a magnetic charger that plugs into a USB-C power adapter (which is not included). The magnetic lock is strong and feels quite secure when attached.
Then the next step is to customize the watch settings. To Samsungs credit, there is a nearly limitless different possibilities. Take some time to explore and experiment with different App's and configurations to make the watch your own. I strongly recommend using the Samsung Health App because that allows the watch to provide biometric readings that are unique to the Health App. It is amazing to be able to effortlessly check health related information by glancing at one's wrist.
One of the first things I noticed was the bright, colorful display. The precise specs are available in the specifications section, but the bottom line is that the display looks great and is easy to read. The touch screen is responsive and precise to operate.
I am using it primarily as a convenient readout, but it can also be used to type messages. To do so it utilizes a finger swipe method which I am not fond of, so like I said I use my phone for messages.
My model is LTE capable so cellular service can be added from your service provider. It cost me about an extra $10 a month to add the watch to my plan. I tested the LTE capability independent of the phone and yes it can send messages and make phone calls. But with all the limitations of operating a watch as the primary as opposed to a phone. I think the LTE feature would be especially useful in an emergency if your phone was damaged or lost.
Samsung has completely exceeded my already high expectations. The Galaxy Watch 5 lives up to the hype and pairs perfectly to the Galaxy Phone. You can't go wrong by getting this watch! Very Strongly Recommended!!

Has Earned a Prominent Place in My Home

I did not know what to expect when I ordered the HoMedics Drift Meditation Sand Table. I was intrigued by it conceptually, but was not sure whether it would be something that I would use on a regular basis. But after a few days, I can truly say that it has won us over and earned a prominent place in our home. My significant other has even commented a few times about how much she loves it.
Watching the sphere move around the table as it creates patterns is both relaxing and fascinating at the same time. It almost seems impossible at first, but this wondrous device precisely draws sand art right in front of your eyes. Sitting in front of it while it works has become a normal routine for us. The patterns take about 15-30 minutes to create but even if you don’t have the time to sit and watch it work, it is just as enjoyable for me to select a design and come back later to see how it looks. There are over 100 designs to choose from, and I hope that more are added in the future.
Though it is described as a mediation table, I consider it to be tha and much, much more. The high-end, attractive design also qualifies it as a decorative piece that will look great in any room it is used in. This model is quite large and heavy so get the smaller 16 inch version if that will fit your living pace better. We like it so much that it lives in our family room. The nearly infinite control that the App provides over the LED lighting hue and pattern makes the table and surrounding area look so nice.
Setup was straightforward and did not require much effort. An important first step is to download the Drift App. Creating an account is not required but an initial product registration is required to use the App. The table can be controlled by the buttons on the table, but not using the App will rob you of the full functionality and enjoyment you can achieve from it. Within the App is the capability to control the lighting, create a schedule, create and use playlists, and to control the speed of the sphere.
The box contained 2 small bags of sand and the instructions were not clear on whether both should be added, so I added them both as one bag did not seem to be enough. This was not the right choice though because the metal sphere frequently got stuck. Once I removed some sand the sphere operation was flawless. If you ever need more sand, HoMedics advises that only a certain type of fine sand is compatible, and recommends that it be ordered directly from them.
If you find my description appealing, then I give the HoMedics - Drift Meditation Sand Table an enthusiastic recommendation. Yes it is expensive , but the premium design and performance have added so much enjoyment and relaxation potential to my life, that I consider it well worth the admittedly high cost.

Superior Wireless Performance and Sound Quality

This wireless gaming headset features superior wireless performance, sound quality and comfort. All the things one would need out of a wireless gaming headset, the Razer Barracuda Pro has it!
The headset can be connected wirelessly by Bluetooth or using the included USB-A RF receiver. I tried both methods, and found them both to be stable. The USB-A receiver worked exceptionally well and I will be using it with my PC. Even though it is marketed as a gaming headset, it can be theoretically used with any Bluetooth capable device.
The Razer App is not required, but I strongly recommend that you use it. The App opens up a world of control and customization that makes these headphones what they are. If you don’t use the App, you are not maximizing the features that you are paying for.
I spent several days using them to play games and watch movies, and found the sound quality to be outstanding. Thanks to the high quality drivers, they produce powerful, full range sound with plenty of bass. The EQ in the app allows the headphones to be further dialed in to suit personal preference.
The noise canceling capability is quite effective. This is likely due to the active noise canceling processing and the large size of the over the ear cups, which creates a natural passive noise canceling effect.
The internal microphones worked very well at picking up my voice, especially since they don’t have an external boom microphone. I was very satisfied with the microphone performance, and I think all but the most demanding users will be.
Razer rates the battery life at 40 hours, and I feel that is quite accurate. I of course never game that long, but used them regularly for about a week and did not have to recharge once.
I found them to be well made and comfortable to wear. I had no trouble using them for hours at a time.
Also included in the box is a hard carrying case which is a welcome feature for protecting them during transport.

Replaced an old SXRD Sony 60" from 8 years ago. Tried the 65" 930 model and that picture was good however not like the 940D. Full array backlighting makes a big difference. First one upon delivery had a line all along the right side of the screen and a horizontal line about 6 inches up from the bottom of the screen. Magnolia came out a few days later with a replacement and this one is much better. Remote control is not user friendly, poor design, Arc audio does not work with my 2 year old Yamaha receiver so must use separate fibre optic cable to allow audio to services. Sony 3D nothing like the Samsung. 4 free movies promotion was difficult to set up and must supply credit card info to get promo and only 8 titles to choose from. I wish they would have included the 3D glasses instead of free movies with a $6500 TV. Overall happy with the purchase and would recommend as a great home theater TV with lots of smart features.

Cable Box breaks ARC

Are you using a cable box? Cable and satellite boxes are notorious for breaking ARC. When I disconnected the cable box HDMI cable from the chain, ARC started working. I am going to get a HDMI "CEC less adapter" and connect it to the cable box which should fix the problem.

It is about as loud as any powerful vacuum. To my ear no more or no less. I do not know the exact decibel level. But my pets run and hide from it.

What is the charging setup - does it need to be charged on a wall-mounted dock or can you just plug it in anywhere with an AC adapter while it's folded over? Can the battery be removed easily and swapped, assuming they start selling batteries separately?
The battery can be charged while attached to the vacuum, either when it is folded over or upright. The battery can be removed and charged while removed. The battery is very easy to remove and attach.

No it can not. This camera does not have electrical connections for a junction box.

I want to use wireless assuming it has an internal battery you can remove, bring inside and charge then insert it back in unit? How does it work wirelessly?
The camera housing snaps out of the wall mount by pressing a button. You bring the entire unit in for charging. It is a very simple method.
