The 800 cfm – 12-amp Electric Turbine Blower is, quite simply, the most powerful electric blower in the marketplace. Other 800 cfm (Cubic Feet per Minute) blowers don’t put out wind power at 135 mph. Physics shouldn’t allow it, but our engineers found a workaround. And even though you’re going to want to blow at that speed all the time, you can use the variable speed control to dial it down. When you need even more power than the 800 cfm/135 mph can provide, there’s the Hyper-Stream nozzle that focuses all the airflow right where you need it. Believe it or not, all that power can be controlled with one hand. The whole unit is only 6.6 lbs., and that amazing Turbine tech creates a wind tunnel that is easy to point. The cord retainer keeps extension cords from pulling apart, even on snags. And you don’t need any tools to put it together. Time to go clear that lawn.

I really don’t like gas-powered leaf blowers. They’re obnoxiously loud, smell bad, and burn fuel poorly - adding to air pollution. But my battery-powered blower only gets me to the height of leaf season - then I end up raking or pulling out the old, dreaded, gas-powered leaf blower.
Well, no more! This Worx corded blower takes up ALL the slack. I’ve never seen so much power from any kind of leaf blower. On low, it’s practically as powerful as the gas-powered equivalent, but on high, you can clean your yard of leaves, no matter how deep they may have gotten!
Despite its power, this blower is so light. It’s easy to sweep away leaves with one hand, although, on high, there is some legit kickback from the force of the blower! But it’s easy to hold in one hand and support with the other to really get tough work done fast. I found the light weight and well-balanced design made it easy to use with either one or two hands.
I thought having a corded blower would be too inconvenient compared to battery-operated, but it was easier to manage than I expected with no worries about using up the battery before the job is done. The special hook on the unit makes it easy to secure your power cord so that it won’t pull out while you’re working. I’m pretty sure I can retire my gas leaf blower now.

Jabra - Enhance Select 50R Medical Grade Hearing Aid - With Virtual Audiology Care
I’m very impressed with the total package that Jabra provides with these hearing aids. The charger is solid and easy to use. The carrying case is nicely shaped and convenient for a pocket or purse. The wide range of tips for various ear sizes and open air or domed shapes make it easy to customize. I even found that one of my ears is smaller.
I used the app to customize my hearing experience with the ability to set the volume and equalization for each ear. I can choose from four built-in presets: all around, music, outdoor, and restaurant, as well as adjustments to those settings.
I did find a slight delay in accepting a phone call, but that’s more a Bluetooth issue than a negative for the aids, themselves. They do provide very clear call quality.
What seals the deal for me is the included virtual audiology care provided by licensed hearing professionals. I found the service to be polite, professional, informative, very personable, and helpful. After I registered, the audiology specialist called to set up a Zoom appointment and had me send them a picture of my audiology work up from a recent hearing appointment.
When I met with them over Zoom, they were able to remotely set my hearing aids using that info and my preferences from using the aids for a few days. That becomes the new default whenever I put them on.
They were very thorough and made sure I understood how to use the app, the aids, and even how to care for them long term. They checked the measurements on the wires using the included tool and offered to send me different length wires if I thought that would improve the fit. Overall, a very satisfying experience!

I was excited to try this new version of the Theragun when I learned it came with app support for specific sports and activities.
I lead a very athletic lifestyle, enjoying hiking, biking, swimming, weightlifting, rowing, and biking. But I have to admit, as I get older, pains come easier and recovery can be slower.
Enter the Theragun PRO PLUS! With tools designed for muscles and joints, it can add heat (included) and even cold (purchased separately). The device itself is well-made and feels solid in your hands. Its triangle design facilitates easy holding at various angles for reaching and massaging any muscle group.
I gave it a good test run (no pun intended) before a 15 mile hike recently. Using the app before I left, I was able to do a warmup for my legs. Upon my return, I used the recovery session for my legs, but also for my feet and lower back. The hike was great, but the recovery workout made me feel rejuvenated almost as if I *hadn’t* just hiked 15 miles!
On a less active day, I tried out some of the breath work activities in the app. It was wonderfully relaxing. I also found the new sleep breathing activity using the 4-7-8 technique that I knew about but had never tried. Also a keeper for those restless nights!
My wife, who suffers from asthma, often gets tight muscles in her upper back. The wedge tool and the vibration tool made quick work of her tightness is those areas. She had high praise for the results!

I was not prepared for how much I like the design of this wonderful PC. As much as a laptop is flexible in usage, I’ve always preferred using my desktop PC for any extended amount of time. I prefer a larger monitor, a full keyboard, and hate having cables that always end up hanging off a laptop for various peripherals. The HP ENVY Move ingeniously straddles the line between a laptop and a desktop in design. The touchscreen is just icing on the cake.
But first, the unboxing! This was a real treat. All of the materials are recyclable cardboard and paper, yet carefully and skillfully packaged. A QR code greets you when you open the box to learn more about HP’s efforts in this regard.
The PC itself is an all-in-one computer, with a desktop-worthy screen size and a solid, comfortable carrying handle that falls neatly out of the way behind the screen. Best of all, the legs for the monitor retract when you pick it up and extend when you put it back down. Aptly named, the HP ENVY Move is easy to carry from room to room - again, not intended to be as portable as a laptop, but so much easier to transport than a desktop. Two other features help in this regard: the Bluetooth keyboard is wireless and fits in a cozy pocket on the back of the screen, and the power cord is small and easy to remove from the lower right side of the monitor. Built-in batteries power the device if you want to use it outside or elsewhere.
Other design features seem to have been added by ergonomics experts! The volume control is a simple up/down button on the left and mirrors the brightness control on the right. The power button is placed right where you would expect to find it - on the upper-right edge. The camera and microphones on the upper part of the screen are nearly invisible and the camera has a privacy switch on the top edge that covers the lens. All of the controls are small and add to the minimalist design, but all are easy to find and use - a tough usability challenge to get right, but I think HP nailed it.
The audio quality and volume from the speakers in the lower edge of the monitor produce quality sound and excellent stereo. The display is sharp and clear and the minimal edge creates maximal screen real estate.
Startup was quick and easy, setup for WiFi was seamless and getting moving with porting from my old PC went smoothly. Overall, the finest “new computer” experience I’ve ever had.

When I got this new Combi oven from Ninja, I thought it would be great to replace several counter-top appliances that I use less frequently for one that could do all of the same things.
It’s really perfect if you like your air-fryer (but don’t use it all the time), or have a toaster oven that you mostly use for weekend brunch, or a slow-cooker that you haul out for weekday stews, or you need to cook for a small crowd frequently — or all of the above!
I really like the switch on the top that toggles between the two basic modes. This helps limit the options and makes it easier to use.
I tried the tacos recipe for a small gathering last weekend and found it so convenient for cooking while entertaining. I hate spending all my time in the kitchen while my guests are having a good time without me! I made the rice and beans in the lower pan while the upper pan took care of the meat and veggies. Everything came out great, and for a change, everyone gathered in the kitchen to see how the oven worked. It was a great test as well as as a conversation starter.
Like many people, I’m trying to be more conscious of the amount of energy I use, and this oven is smaller than my kitchen range’s and yet big enough to manage a good-sized meal for four or more people. I found it very useful for a Sunday brunch when I wanted to make a quiche and bunch of toast.
There are a few features, like “proof” and “sauté” that I’m looking forward to trying. I love baking bread, but don’t have a dependable way to let it rise, short of using my oven with the door propped open, so this could be great. Also, I like the idea of being able to sauté meat and then continue cooking my recipe in the oven, without extra dirty pans.

This oven has completely replaced my gas grill. No more propane refills and so much versatility. Steaks last night were the best ever; I even tried some of the sample pack of wood pellets in the smoker section to add a woodsy vibe to the meat. Everyone raved about it.
It might not get as much attention, but I like the low temperature control as much as the high. I made sun-dried tomatoes using the “dehydrator” setting. They came out perfect. I plan to pack some away in oil for a taste of summer this coming winter.
I was pleasantly surprised how much food I could prepare at once. It’s easy to make dinner for 4-6 people using the included pan or grill. The documentation even says you can roast up to a 12 pound turkey! This could be a great way to max out Thanksgiving plans when my indoor oven is in use.
Having this oven outside has been great during a week of unseasonably warm summer temps this year in early September. Not adding heat to the house and still being able to prepare something other than salad was a surprise benefit for early fall cooking. It gave me a chance to learn how to use it more fully.
There are a number of wonderful-looking accessories available for the oven. I think the cover is going to be my next go to, but the table, specially designed for the oven, and cast iron pan look great too.

I was looking for three main features in an OTC hearing aid: rechargeable, Bluetooth connectivity, and quality of sound. I found them all in these hearing aids. Sennheiser is world famous for their audio products, so I was banking on them putting their name on these *only* if they met strict quality standards. I was not disappointed.
They’re light weight and easy to handle. Since they have a behind-the-ear component, the portion that goes into your ear is small and comfortable. The part that goes behind your ear is nearly invisible and has simple controls for changing volume and taking phone calls. The connecting wire is soft, but bendable and makes it easy to fit the aids to your liking. They feel secure, but with their open air design, not like some aids that feel stuffed in your ears. Also, they come with three earpiece sizes to fit each ear nicely.
Connecting the aids to your phone is easy with the app, which is also very straightforward. Once paired, a simple hearing preference test locks in your settings until you want to change them. The Bluetooth connectivity lets you listen to music (with quite nice sound quality!) or make and take phone calls. It’s important to note that the 16 hour battery life pertains to using the aids for hearing assistance, but using Bluetooth will only give you a few hours of battery life.
Charging the aids is easy with the enclosed charging case. Red, yellow and green indicators keep you up to date on charging progress. Taking the aids out of the charger turns them on and connects them to your phone. The app lets you adjust the overall volume or set it separately for each ear. You can fine tune the equalization with bass, mid tone, and treble sliders. Audio signals let you know when the batteries are running low.
Finally, due to their construction, sound is enhanced without sounding “canned” or artificial. The mixture of sound traveling directly to your ears combined with the amplified sound comes across as very natural.

I really like my original Level lock and was impressed with the improvements that Level has already made in the lock’s short lifetime - like ease-of-use features to the keypad.
I was excited to find out about the new Level Lock+ with Apple Homekeys, since I’m a big Apple fan, too.
The lock arrived and was SO simple to install. The materials are top notch and the instructions are easy and straightforward. I ran into a slight problem trying to use the Homekeys feature. After some frustration, I found a user suggestion online to remove the lock from the App and reinstall it, then try Homekeys. Everything worked fine after that.
I was surprised to find that the “touch” feature from the Level Touch product was built in to my new lock. Score! It’s so easy to just touch the lock casing to lock or unlock the door. Also, you can use the optional keypad, the physical keys, key cards (like used in a hotel) and the key fobs (included). The app also allows for auto locking and unlocking when you leave the house or return.
My (slight) disappointment came about when I tried to add my wife’s Homekey. Turns out, you have to create an Apple Hub in HomeKit to allow more than than one user to use Homekeys. Although I found this in the fine print on the box, it still made me sad. To create a Hub, I’d have to have an Apple HomePod, HomePod mini, or Apple TV.
Since the Level Lock+ allows for so many ways to use it, I guess this is not a dealbreaker.

Got these for when the kids come over to game at my house. Thought I might get laughed at but instead found everyone fighting over them! We’re talking adults here :)
My first thoughts were about the high quality of the construction and the careful and professional packaging. But after trying them myself, I was more taken by the comfortable fit and excellent quality of the sound.
The 7.1 sound feature makes placing audio from games super precise and really enlivens the gameplay. The easily removable cardioid mic captures clear sound and even includes a sweet spot to minimize stray noises. To be clear, 7.1 is only available with Windows 10 64-bit. But the overall quality of the sound is great, with clear ringing highs and quite substantial bass.
The interchangeable ears are obviously a big draw: you can choose from kitty, bear, or bunny. The ears are easy to pop off and change but stay put nicely. Of course, they also light up which just adds to the cute factor. If you use them with the Razer app, you can customize the light colors to respond to streaming events, which sounds like fun, but I did not give that a try yet.
Some reviewers have commented that they found the fit tight. I have a big head and found them comfortable and easily adjustable. They have very soft ear cups that cut out extraneous sound and the headband padding is comfy. Even after wearing them for over an hour, I had no problems at all.

Go Hearing - Go Ultra OTC Hearing Aids - Gray
This is the third Over The Counter hearing aid I’ve tried and I have to say, so far, my favorite. They are designed for mild to moderate hearing loss and, as such, check all the boxes for someone like me. First, they are very comfortable to wear (although they take a little getting used to - more on that later). They are extremely lightweight and the clear ear tube coupled with the small in-the-ear portion, make them practically invisible. Second, the electronics containing the microphone and controls sits comfortably behind your ear, out of sight. Third, and I was initially surprised by this, they do not come with an app or a require an analysis of your hearing patterns. Finally, they are rechargeable - lasting as long as 20 hours when not using the Bluetooth feature.
I guess the Bluetooth feature is my personal favorite! This kind of connectivity really changes the game for any hearing aids. I can take and make phone calls directly through the hearing aids, which is far superior to trying to amplify a phone call through traditional aids. I can even listen to music or other streaming services, like TV.
As mentioned, most OTC hearing aids come with an app and require you to perform a hearing analysis in order to use them. The Go Ultra aids opt for a simpler approach, although it may not be ideal for everyone. They allow 10 volume settings for each ear coupled with four different “hearing profiles” that can be set on each aid. The profiles are: normal, high-frequency loss, low-frequency loss, and general amplification. If you know what kind of loss you have (general, high, or low) you can select that setting for each ear - and they don’t have to be the same. I tried the fourth setting - general amplification - and found it was similar to the normal setting with a little boost to all frequencies. It’s easy to try the different settings at various volumes to find your preferences for each ear. Once you select a setting and volume level for each aid, they remember them the next time you put them on.
Ah, putting them on… I mentioned they are light and easy to wear for extended periods. They also take a little practice to put on. The electronics easily clip over the back of you ear and the in-ear portion is also easy to insert and comes with different sized silicone tips in two varieties. The stickler for me was the small silicone “retention wire” that sticks straight out. You need to curl this and flip it into your ear to hold them in place. I make it sound difficult and initially, it is, but with a little practice I’ve gotten better and faster at it. My concern is with people with mobility issues - such as arthritis - I think the retention wire would be problematic for such users. Along these lines, I was disappointed to see the user manual reduced to a size that would fit in the box, with no regard for the extremely small print that results. I would recommend anyone who has trouble reading fine print view the user guide on the gohearing.com website - under support.
But overall, these aids have more to recommend them than any I’ve tried. Being rechargeable means not having to change nasty, tiny batteries. Bluetooth, in my mind is essential if you want to use modern cell phones, and the price point is very nice. If you’re considering OTC hearing aids, start with these. They also have a 45 day, full refund return policy if you find they’re not for you. But I’m keeping mine - just saying…

Just one - it combines particle (for dust etc.), carbon (for odors), and HEPA for fine particulates. It can’t be washed but can be vacuumed to make it last longer. It’s supposed to last a year or more.

Yes. It even comes with a phone cord. This is probably great for offices that still fax and have a dedicated line, but many homes don't have landlines any more.
