Excellent Sound & unbelievable Mic quality.
on March 3, 2024

I had always heard good things about Astro headsets. I had many close friends swear by them as being the only good headset for competitive play. I never gave them a try until now.
The A50X sound incredible, the mic is also just as incredible. The quality from the Mic is very surprising. You wouldn't expect it to be capable of much given it's small size, but it punches well above it's weight class. I wouldn't put it exactly on par with my dedicated USB or XLR Mic's but for what it is, it is beyond adequate.
The audio quality on these are just incredible. I normally use a dedicated USB Mic and a pair of Headphones with a Amp/DAC combo and they've always served me well for the bevy of games that I play. From RTS, FPS, RPG etc, they've always more than delivered than I could ever ask. The Astro's however, given they way they're designed and that is a focus on Gaming, they do a lot better than these headphones. As an FPS player and one of them that I play a lot of is Escape from Tarkov. That game relies so significantly on audio queues and sound positioning to the point that if your headphones/headset is of low quality, it makes that much of a difference.
I wasn't expecting too much from these but boy was I surprised. I've so far found it much easier to pinpoint where gunfire is coming from, where footsteps are coming from, or even more audibly hearing in-game comms. I've found myself having a much easier time finding opponents in game and being able to be proactive rather than reactive with firefights. I really wasn't expecting such a huge difference but it's there. I've not even gone in and adjusted any of the tuning from the app or from GHub, everything is still at defaults. I find the default strikes a great balance.
As for fit, I've got a rather large melon of a noggin and it is extended nearly as far as it goes, so if you have a larger head, these might be a bit of a tight fit for you. Pressure on the ears is good. I didn't find them getting too uncomfortable during long sessions. My only quirk here is that I have and will always prefer my over ear headphones/headsets to be of the kind where the earcup sits around the ear, not on top. I feel that plays such a significant role in creating a depth and field for where the sound goes. I just find that the earcup resting against the head versus on top of the ears contributed to much better listening but also more so important comfortable experience. The Headband I'm not crazy about. If you have a wider head, this is going to pose a problem. You can order a replacement for it, but I feel it's not going to have much longevity, time will tell of course. The way they fold however make them fantastic to wear around your neck and are very comfortable when doing so.
The build quality I feel is good, not exceptional by any means. I've used a multitude of headphones and headsets over the years and I've had many cheaper ones that felt better constructed. For the price, this shouldn't be the case for these. Astro's to me have always had that feel like they're the Bentley of headsets and every other brand out there was just a cheap imitation, but I don't feel that the case here.
The Amp/Dock is really great. I like being able to have my PS5 and PC hooked up at the same time and just pressing a single button to switch. There's of course a couple places for improvement. If there's nothing in a particular input, you should be able to just press once to change the other detected input signal instead of cycling through them all. The Bluetooth implementation is also a major point of improvement. The Bluetooth radio is inside the base station. If you start walking away, you will start losing signal quickly. I was maybe 15 feet away when it started to cut out. My headset I use for work, I can get almost 50 feet away with walls in-between before it completely cuts out. It's really disappointing that I can't get far away and I lose connection. Something I didn't encounter, but some others have is the HDMI input and output not working with some Monitors or TV's. I've not had any problems with this connected from my PS5 into my Receiver that supports HDMI 2.1. Everything that works with the PS5 directly connected to my Sony OLED works exactly the same. ALLM, 4k120, VRR, Tone Mapping, it all works perfectly. I've also not seen any perceptible input lag with introducing the Astro Dock.
Overall, this is a fantastic headset. I don't however think personally, the price is justified. Build quality certainly can use some attention. Integrating the Bluetooth into the actual headset would also be a welcome addition. If you have the money to burn and you want one of the best sounding headsets with one of the very best built-in Mic's around, you need not look further than the A50X.

Affordable, easy to install and Eco-minded
on January 10, 2024
Posted by: Saitzev
I've been looking for a replacement washer head for some time now as the one I have might very well have been installed for a decade or so and was falling apart and half working. Nowadays you pay so much for one and it doesn't do anything special.
But then we have the Hai. A Showerhead that does more than just spray water and look good. It's a very well thought out device. I like the simplicity of it.
I went with the Charcoal as it didn't clash with the colors already in the bathroom.
It was a breeze to install. It took me maybe all of 2 minutes to take the old Showerhead off and install this one. Hai really knocked it out here making this a tool free installation. Being able to adjust it using the built in hardware means less fuss and a more easily guaranteed install as you're not having to mess with a wrench and adjusting the size just right.
I also appreciate the ability to adjust how the water flows, be it a straight flow to a full mist. It's really simple to operate by using the small slider on the neck of the Showerhead. The hose it generously long, honestly longer than I really need.
I like being able to set a "timer" in a sense through the app to where I can set it to tell me wrap it up. The only real complaint I have happens to be with the App. It's easy to use and setup but the drawback is that you have to open your app and keep it open until you're done. It will not sync to the app if you turn off the water and then open the app. It would be nice if it would simply connect to your mobile device once it get's power and passively syncs. It's a bit of a nuisance honestly as I don't have a habit of bringing my mobile device with me to the bathroom. Hopefully there will be an update to the app that will allow this to work in the background.
The issue with the app aside, the Hai is brilliant and affordable option. To have something that integrates with an app and helps you save money is not something you encounter today. Usually when you buy something that will save you money, you're paying a high price compared with cheaper alternatives.
Hai really knocked it out here, most especially with the installation process. It really is easy, quick and intuitive. If you need a replacement and are looking for something that can help you save some money, this is a fantastic option.

Incredibly sound in a compact and sleek package
on December 19, 2023
Posted by: Saitzev
I've never been a big user of Earbuds as they always tend to get uncomfortable for me after long listening periods. This being the case, I normally stick with Over-the-Ear Headphones, not just for comfort but for the level of quality they bring that Earbuds cannot.
The feel and look of them is very much a premium one which you'd expect for anything above a couple hundred dollars. They're backed by a 2 year warranty as well so you truly can't go wrong there. Not only are getting a premium product, but you're getting one that the company is glad to stand behind.
Enter the Gemini II. These have been nothing but fantastic. The sound Quality from these is astounding. The previous Earbuds I had been using were quite good, the best I had used up until that time.
The audio quality really is on another level. I generally enjoy my music with a lot of Bass, regardless of the Genre. These things deliver astounding levels of bass, much more than you'd ever expect from something so compact. I listened to several diffent genres, Rock, EDM, Hip Hop and even some Classical tracks. They truly shine with anything the has a focus on the low end, so if you're a Bass head, I genuinely think these would be more than worth investment. These truly are something you're making an investment in given the price. If that's not a concern to you, I'd say look no further than the Gemini II's. There's really not any music they can't handle.
Battery life is great. In one of testing at around 1/3-1/2 volume They dropped around 5-10%. Quite respectable for earbuds. Some of the brands I've had over the years, I was lucky to get more than 3 hours off a single charge. Your mileage will vary of course depending on the music you're listening to and the loudness of it. The Case is also very nice and compact. It can charge the earbuds as well like a lot of other competitors in this space. The design of the case is quite slick.
The Noise Cancellation is pretty good. The ability to toggle Transparency for a more Open Ear kind of experience and the closed off Cancellation is very much welcome. I didn't test much in the Noise Cancellation mode, but of what little I did they do a good job of filtering out any distractions.
The Devialet Gemini App is good. It's easy to setup and navigate. I think the only thing I could see as an improvement is integration with other Apps like Spotify, Pandora, Tidal etc. Some other earbuds and headphones I've used, the manufacturer's app integrated with these and you could control the music. There is an EQ you can adjust. It's not got a lot of customization as it's only a 6 band EQ, but it does give you some flexibility to tailor the Audio to your tastest.
I really don't know how much more I can say about these aside from them being the best dang earbuds I've ever used. If you've got the income to to splurge and treat yourself with, these will very much do the job and more.

Future-proofing for Wireless Home Networking
on December 17, 2023
Posted by: Saitzev
I've been using a previous Gen Orbi for the last year or so. Main selling point of this one is the 10Gb Ethernet and the multiple 2.5Gb Ethernet ports.
The profile of the satellites are much improved over the previous gen. These are taller and more triangular versus the kind of oval shape. Makes it much easier to to place them in various areas. I've not been able to take advantage of the 10Gb ethernet however as I don't have any devices currently capable of utilizing the kind of hardwired connection. My desktop computer is capable of 2.5Gb ethernet, but I lack anything else that can feed that much speed right now. I'm still waiting on Fiber to be rolled ot in my town.
Of what I've experienced with my previous system and moving to this new gen, the setup is exactly the same and just as easy. There was a slight complication with setting it up however. My old network had a , and a space in it. I had taken the other system down, went to setup the new one and it wouldn't allow me to name it the same, necessitating having to reconnect everything in my house, which was quite the hassle. I don't quite understand why the mobile app was enforcing this, however, once it was setup, I could rename it to anything via the Web Portal, which oddly enough was more difficult to get to this time as it kept wanting me to use the Mobile App.
One thing I did experience with my previous model was one of the satellites would randomly drop it's sync to the main hub. Sometimes it would automatically sync back up, or I'd have to fight with it for an hour to get it to sync back up. So far I've not experienced this with the new system.
This should tide me over for years to come given the bandwidth and Wi-Fi 7 capabilities. If you want to go down the road of using a mesh network and you have the purse strings for it, Netgear really does make some of the best networking hardware.

It's a TKL that isn't lacking features & function
on November 20, 2023
Posted by: Saitzev
This is now my 3rd Razer Keyboard I have used. I've used the Huntsman Elite full size with the purple Optical switches for the last several years and then moved to a competitors half height mechanical keyboard and it's been fantastic as well.
I've been wanting a TKL for a while, and this one fit the bill while retaining the Function Keys, Arrow keys and the Media Controls. It's hard to find a keyboard that fits this criteria unless you go with a custom board spend well over $200, heck even over $400 depending on Switches, Keycaps, the frame etc. This keyboard strikes a pretty good balance.
I don't have any negatives of this keyboard. I do miss the clicky sound but that's a personal thing. The adjustable actuation is really nice. You can increase or decrease it depending on what you're doing. So if you want it super sensitive for more twitchiness if you will, you can absolutely do that. Or if you desire a more firmer press you can do that too. You don't have to go into the Synapse software to adjust it at all, it's done on the fly.
To test out the Analog feature, I fired up Forza Horizon 5 and changed the keyboard profile to the built-in Racing profile. It did take some getting used to. Now while a Keyboard lacks any manner of force feedback, it will likely take some practice. Adjusting the actuation to your preference will help as well. I left it at the default. After about 10 or 15 minutes of playing, I was zipping around the map. Not something I'd ever think I could pull off on a Keyboard. No it's not going to replace a Controller or a wheel, but if you're not up to using controllers and you don't have the room for a Racing Wheel, this is a very viable option. The Analog aspect works really well. The harder you press on the key, the harder you accelerate or brake. Drifting I think was the perfect test for this given the amount of control you need over steering angle and throttle response and surprisingly this handeled exceptionally.
Having the little extra room on my desk gives more more space for my Razer Naga Mouse.
Typiing on the keyboard is quite pleasant and responsive as well (it's what I typed the review on). A someone that tends to mistype often, adjusting the actuation point for typing is a godsend. I do find myself occasionally reaching for the non-existent 10-Key and I have to remember it isn't there.
There's an included wrist rest as well. It's got a textured leather on it and it's magnetic so it smoothly connects to the keyboard. It doesn't budge even with pretty rough movement thanks to the rubber feet. I do wish it was a bit softer and more supportive. It's pretty much just hard plastic with leather on the top. We'll see how long the texture holds up over time though.
As for software, Synapse will let you do pretty much anything with it. You can adjust the actuation point of every single key individually, so if there's certain keys you don't need responding quickly you can increase the actuation of them and decrese it on the ones you're most frequently using. Chroma is of course present and again the options are endless. The only thing I didn't like with the profiles was that you cannot change the RGB of the Factory default Config. Easiest way around that is to just copy the profile and edit to your hearts content.
I hope this keyboard lasts me several years. I'm already getting accustomed to the full height keys again. I'll probably swap them out for one of the other Razer Keycap sets I bought for my other Huntsman years ago.
If you're looking for an alternative to a full size keyboard and still want your FN, arrow and Media Keys, this is most certainly a stellar option.

Fantastic headset to compliment your PS5
on October 29, 2023
Posted by: Saitzev
Over the years I've tested numerous headsets, headphones and so on. Several for gaming several for not.
The Inzone's I have to say are really nice. The price point is definitely in a competitor rich arena.
What makes it stand out to encourage you to pick it up over another similar price headset? The features and integrations it has with the PS5. 3D audio, which carries over from the other Inzone's or the original Pulse Headset. You can tailor it to your hearing in the PlayStation settings so you can have a more personalized sound. The spatial audio works really well and you get that depth and sense in games. I mainly tested it in Spiderman and I also tested it in Final Fantasy XV, though the latter didn't have 3D audio support since it's a PS4 era title. That said though, they worked great for both. You could definitely differentiate the levels of distance of sounds.
Comfort wise they're great. I fully charged them before using them and of the 8 or so hours I initially put in, they were still showing 3 full bars of charge so the 28 hours is likely more than achievable.
Sound quality wise they're really nice. There's a bit of leaving towards the low end but it's not overwhelming. Mids and highs come through very well. I didn't test them with just music though, but game music sounded fantastic especially with Final Fantasy XV.
The mic I have no issue with though I probably play single player titles on my PS5 so it didn't get much use. Of what it did, the quality was fine. You'll never get the quality of a dedicated microphone from a great of course. No one complained about beaing unable to hear me. The AI feature with the mic certainly helps to filter out unwanted sounds from being picked up. The flip to mute is always a welcome feature as it's less hassle that hunting for a mute button. You can also adjust your game and chat mix directly from the headset.
I do wish there was a different volume adjustment method. The dial is nice and you can feel the steps when you increase our decrease the volume level. I think it gave been better to have either a touched based adjustment or even a different supply of dial.
The other thing is I wish there was no need for the USB dongle when using it for the PS5. It makes sense for PC, but we're taking about a first party Sony device, so it would only make sense that the headset could connect directly to it but this is not the case.
The 360 Spatial Audio app is quick and easy to use and helps give a more personalized feel to ears.
Overall I'm very happy with these and I'm sure I'll get plenty of use from them over the years.

Excellent Quality, 2 Cameras!, Easy to use
on October 23, 2023
Posted by: Saitzev
I've been in the market for a new Video Doorbell but there's just so many options out there. The options start to really fall of if you're not interested in paying a monthly/yearly fee. Cue the eufy.
I've had it setup for a week now and it's been great. Picks up much better than my old video doorbell. Though I did have some false positives over the following days. Setup was a breeze and getting it synced to my network through the app went without a hitch. The app is also quite easy to use. It was also way easier and intuitive to add a family member so they could also view it as well.
My biggest like on this has to be that it utilizes 2 separate camera's. There's the front facing, which has a pretty darn good field of view and fantastic quality. Then there's the bottom camera that you can monitor if you have a package dropped off on the porch.
I had mentioned some false positives. It seems those are fixed now since I changed up the zones (which I didn't realize you could do) so now I only ever get alerts when there's an actual package or someone at the door.
A quirk would be the connection to hook up the doorbell for wired installation. It would have been nice to just use my wires I already have, but you need to use the connectors they include with the Doorbell. It's clunky really, and making it so the pre-existing wires could be either looped around the leads on the back or where they would slot in like speakers on a stereo receiver would be a much easier install. It would also have made mounting easier as I had to hide not only the actual wiring, but also their connectors so it was a bit of a fight to get it in place.
I do like that it came with a wedge. The last one I had did not, and I had to buy some . I did buy an 3rd party adjustable one as the way our doorbell is installed, it faces the opposite side of our entry way so it doesn't pick anyone up until they're quite literally next to it, though I've not had that issue with the eufy.
I wish the onboard storage was larger, especially given that flash drives as small as thumbnail have as much a 512-1024GB of space now. If you opt for the monthly fee, it's stored for 30 days on the cloud, otherwise, you have 8GB of local storage which really isn't a lot when you're recording at 2560x1440 in either color or in Night Vision, especially if you live in a busy locale. Even if not increasing the size internally, allowing the ability to either connect a flash drive or expand the storage with an SD Card would go a long way with having some more peace of mind.
Overall, it's a really fantastic doorbell and outside of the clumsy installation and limited local storage, it's a great unit and competitior in a very crowded market.

Excellent alternative to a Racing Wheel
on September 30, 2023
Posted by: Saitzev
I've used so many controllers over the years, this one is probably one of if not the most unique I've used.
I have a Racing Wheel, but I can't use it due to the way my desk is designed, so I can't truly enjoy games like Forza, GT and many others.
This Controller is a kind of saving grace. It gives a kind of feel as using a wheel. It's been taking a bit of getting used to, but after a good hour or two of playing Forza Horizon 5, I've come to really enjoy using it. It does a good job of making steering more precise, much more than just an analog stick. It's a good compromise if you don't have the room for a Steering Wheel, or you if don't like using a Wheel. It obviously won't ever replace a Wheel, but it's a more ideal way of controlling your cars.
I do love the ability to move the D-Pad, Analog Sticks and the Wheel to however it feels good for your grip. The additional buttons on the back are a very welcome feature if you're not using the D-Pad. Another welcome feature is being able to adjust the throw of the Triggers. Even if not using it for a Racing game, it's still really great for many other game types. The controller also has rubber grips on the outside of them. It's not textured, but in playing Forza for several hours I didn't find my hands getting sweaty at all, something I can't say for countless other controllers I've used.
Another great feature is the controls that flank the Mic port. You adjust the volume, mute etc.
The Grips and triggers are also swappable so you can customize your controller to needs.
I'll probably be using this a lot more, especially whenever the call of Racing games beckons.
If you're looking for a customizable compromise outside of having a Wheel, Pedals and Shifter due to not having the room, this is easily a great next choice.

Small Footprint, plenty of connectivity
on September 25, 2023
Posted by: Saitzev
As I work from home, I wanted to test out another dock with my Dell Precision laptop as it only has Type-C ports, one of the being a TB4 port. I do have the one that I received with mine, however it's bulky and cumbersone and I just don't use all the ports on it so I wanted something that would take up significantly less space.
This Dock is not very large at all. Roughly the dimensions of a 3"x5" card. It's not very thick at all, maybe half an inch. This is substantially smaller than my current dock.
It has 3 TB4 ports on the rear of the Dock along with the port for the included Power Adapter. You can utilize 2 of these for 2 Monitors up to 4k60 or a single monitor at 8k30. I was able to test the 2 4k monitors as this is what I use at home and they worked no issue.
There's a USB 3.2 Type A port on the opposite side along with the TB4 port that connects to the device. This is handy as most users have at least one device or accessory that still requires a Type-A port.
My only qualm with the dock is the location of the port that connects to your device. I seems odd to have the port on the front of it. It would be better to have it located on the side so it is out of the way. It's rather unsightly and makes for a messier setup. That single qualm alone, I don't see any other issues with the dock. It does exactly what it supposed to while taking up a very small footprint meaning you can tuck it away out of sight.
It does come with a proper Type-C cable that is capable of saturating the TB4 port's bandwidth as well as provind Power Delivery. Something a lot of companies will skimp out on. It was able to provide power to my Dell, but only minimal power and it needs at least 90W whereas the Dock is only 60W.
If you're looking for a small dock and don't have tons of accessories and want something to match your Space Gray MacBook, this will be perfect.

I got this as the current Hair Dryer I had was a handme down and quite old. I got tired of dealing with it cutting off the hot air and only blowing cool air sporadically.
This thing has been great so far. I like having the various attachments to maintain my longer hair. It certainly dries my hair in a fraction of the time of the old one.
The attachments work well. The Turbo Concentrator works really well when needing to focus the heat into a smaller area to get more control.
The Comb works well and helps to smooth out my hair. Mine tends to be quite curly when it's of middling length so I can imagine this will help that for whenever I do decide to cut my hair to a shorter length.
The RapidGloss finisher takes some getting used to. I've still not quite gotten the hang of it, but of the times I have used it, it's defnitely helped to get rid of a lot of the frizz I get with my hair.
I really like how light it is. It certainly is a stark difference from my old one which was quite large and bulky. The lightness of the SpeedStyle really makes a difference if you've a lot of hair. Your hands don't get tired near as quickly and it's not at all uncomfortable to hold.
The attachments when connected to the SpeedStyle appear to have a kind of automatic control over the Speed and the level of Heat needed for each.
The air filter on the back is very easy to clean and is only a quick turn away.
Overall it's a really great Hair drying system and being able to use different attachments to accomplish different needs of different styles makes it incredibly versatile.
If you're needing something light that can work with different hairstyles, this is a safe bet for your needs.

Unlock a world of crypto possibilities with the Ledger Nano S. The world’s most popular hardware wallet to securely start your crypto journey. Buy, secure, exchange, grow and manage your favorite crypto assets.

Does this wallet support Dogecoin?

It certainly does. You can buy, swap or send and receive Dogecoin on the Nano. You do all this from the Ledger Live app either on PC or your mobile device. I'd recommend doing so from the PC as connecting it to your phone would require you to use an adapter since it uses the antiquated Micro-USB connection.

If you need to know about other coins, you can visit the Ledger website and click on Crypto Assets and from there search to see what it supported.

Stream your favorite tunes from media servers, PCs and smart devices with this Yamaha sound bar. The built-in Alexa voice control lets you decide how your favorite content should play, and the preset modes provide different surround sound effects for your listening pleasure. Featuring clear voice technology, this Yamaha sound bar ensures clear dialog so you can keep up with critical scenes or plot twists.

can i use this remote only and not have to go to a different one?

If you're meaning whether or not you have to use the included remote, then yes, you don't have to use any other. If you mean if you can use a 3rd party universal remote, that would be something you would probably have to reach out to Yamaha or the manufacturer of the remote for.

Also keep in mind you can use your phone as a remote with the Sound Bar app. It's called Sound Bar Controller and it's made by Yamaha. You can also use Alexa to control it as well.

Acer Nitro 5 Laptop: Lose yourself in the absorbing multimedia experience delivered by this Acer Nitro 5 gaming laptop. The Intel Core i5 processor ensures a lag-free performance, and the NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1050 graphics card delivers immersive visuals on the 15.6-inch Full HD display. This Acer Nitro 5 gaming laptop has 8GB of RAM for seamless multitasking.

Do you know the average fps on high setting on high quality games.

Performance is of course going to vary from game to game especially when you consider the settings people use. I've attached my benchmark report from AC:Odyssey. This would be a killer unit if the GPU was a 1650 instead of the paltry 1050. As you can see at 1080 it just barely holds on to 30 fps at mostly medium. Further tweaking and you can probably get that closer to 35-40.

I bought this laptop with 256gb a month ago. Can I add extra 2.5 Internal HDD or SDD in it?

You certainly can. It's got expansion for another M.2 drive as well as a standard 2.5" Mechanical or SSD drive. If you want to expand the SSD storage I'd recommend looking at the Corsair MP510 series. They're cheap, fast, have a 5yr warranty and will probably outlive you lol. They have the highest endurance of any drives currently on the market, enterprise sector aside.

See who's at the door on your smartphone with this SkyBell Trim Plus home-security doorbell. It sends HD video and two-way audio and can detect and record a visitor's presence via live monitoring and a motion sensor. This rugged SkyBell Trim Plus home-security doorbell has full-color night vision and withstands inclement weather.

Does it come with the angle mount?

It does not sadly. You'll have to buy them. They're $10 per wedge at their website. You'll have to use theirs though, I bought some off Amazon and the SkyBell does not fit on them. They secure points or too close together which makes it impossible to use with them. Sadly I had to eat the cost cause it would have cost me more to send them back than I did paying for them.

How many USB ports does it have

Sadly it doesn't have any. I was hoping it might have had even just 2 USB 2.0 ports but it doesn't even have that.

Does this monitor rotate to be used in portrait mode?

You sure can rotate it. It might not seem like with how high the stand extends, but it is enough with some room left if you have anything beneath the screen itself.

The ambient lighting only displays from the middle one below the logo, how do i make it display from all of them?

The lighting is only along the bottom center strip, the Green you're seeing go out along the sides is merely accenting trim. It would have been nice to see either just the single bit being green instead of all along the bottom or just extend it but that just doesn't happen to be the case here.

It's still quite bright and doesn't really seem invasive. You can adjust the lighting option in the OSD though from either Off, On or Breathing.

Enjoy interactive streaming with this Google Nest Hub. With the built-in Google Assistant, you can view your calendar, receive alerts and reminders, and control devices from the single dashboard, and voice control lets you access other smart features. This Google Nest Hub lets you listen to music from Spotify and Pandora and view YouTube content. "

Can this be used with your phone to make video calls? Using Duo App?

It cannot :( as it lacks a Camera. There may be 3rd Party models that include one, but the one from Google does not have this capability. I attached a photo of mine, pardon the grainyness, but at the top you can see a small oval, this is an Ambient Light sensor to adjust the screen brightness. There's 2 mics flanking the Sensor to it's sides.

I imagine in the next revision we may get a Camera though.
