Some Heart Stopping Sequences
on May 12, 2008
Posted by: kevman79
'Vertical Limit' is a decent movie at best, but it does contain some real heart-stopping material in certain scenes. Worth a watch. Widescreen, ample bonus features.

The Cast Is the Highlight

Young Guns isn't a top-notch film in my opinion, but its got a great cast that's fun to watch. Decent features on this Blue-Ray release.

I Almost Fell Asleep
on May 12, 2008

I like Sean Connery, and I think Catherine Zeta Jones is a beautiful woman, so I'm not quite sure what it was about this movie that almost put me to sleep. But for whatever it's worth, I'd say skip this one.

Should've Been Better
on May 12, 2008

'Con-Air' showed all the signs of being a great movie, it got a lot of publicity, had a good theatrical trailer, and an exceptional cast. Sadly, the movie just didn't present the product most patrons were expecting, and was therefore somewhat of a disappointment. Widescreen.

Missing Bonus Features of Special Edition Dvd
on May 12, 2008

an excellent film not to be missed by anyone, easily one of the best films to have come out in the past ten years. Flawless picture and sound quality. Big fans may want to opt for the 2-disc special edition that has lots of extra bonus features that are oddly absent from this Blue-Ray release.

This 1966 'Batman' feature is sure to please fans of the famed television series, based off the popular comic-book hero. Recommended.

Unimpressive
on May 12, 2008

This was one film that was well marketed and I was excited to see. However, the movie didn't live up to its hype in my opinion and was rather bland, but some people may enjoy it. Widescreen.

Missing Bonus Features of Special Edition Dvd
on May 12, 2008
Posted by: kevman79
While not a poor film in any sense, the only reservation I have in regards to 'the Usual Suspects' is that once you've seen it, there's really no need to watch it again. Oddly, this Blue-Ray release is missing all the features of the standard special edition dvd.

Odd, and Hard to Follow
on May 12, 2008
Posted by: kevman79
I found 'the Fifth Element' to be an extremely odd movie that's incredibly hard to follow, let alone get interested in. This visually beautiful production has some nice special effects, but the plot of the film just isn't up to standard.
