This Color LaserJet is replacing a workhorse HP PageWide printer that I absolutely love (and still works very well - going to my daughter). This printer has excellent print quality and speed. I particularly appreciate the ability to print directly from my iPhone if I need something on the run.
This is my first go at a color laser printer, and I'm liking what I see so far!

I'm a first-person shooter gamer and have played for so long that the screen in front of me was where I see the game play out. With the Oculus Rift S, I was immersed in the virtual world. Not watching it, but participating in it.
Installation was very straightforward. Just download and run the installer - it walks you through everything including putting the batteries into the hand controllers.
The downside is content. It is quite limited. Oculus is banking on that changing, so we'll see. But for now, I'd check out the content and make your own decision as to whether you want to spring for a $400+ VR setup.

This speaker was well-designed to fit into virtually any part of a home. The industrial design was well done, with nice ergonomics and intuitive controls. The sound quality is exceptional! Nice crisp lows, and solid and faithful mid-range and high-end fidelity.
Alexa integration was pretty well done. Alexa understands the key aspects of the Home Speaker, which makes voice controls intuitive.
I felt that the app setup was a little clunky, but that is a one-shot deal so it's not a biggy.

I enjoy listening to music on a nice system. Small speakers will always have limitations with bass reproduction, and these are no different. However, the midrange and high-end reproduction is solid.
For outdoor listening, the Sonos system is a good solution. Setting up the system is simple, and the Connect Amp app allows streaming from several sources. The keypad lacks Android support, so be aware of that if you're an Android fan.
I would recommend this product if you are looking for good sound and streaming capability.

FINALLY! A great pair of earbuds!

That pretty well sums it up. The primary objection I've previously had with earbuds is their stunning lack of low-frequency. That is not the case with these earbuds. They sound great, and are extremely comfortable to wear. You truly forget you have them on given their light weight and comfort.
They come with a storage case that also serves as a "docking station" for charging. The case is about the size of a ring box, so you can easily put these in your business travel gear and reclaim space that was previously occupied by a pair of bulky headphones.

Nice aesthetics, and an 8th Gen Intel Core i7 along with 16 GB of DDR4 memory, and a 256GB SSD make this a REALLY fast system. The 4K display provides awesome image quality as well.

Definitely lacking low-end response

Out of the box, I plugged the headphones in via the provided USB charger, and charges the headphones completely. Turning them on. Well, honestly that could have been made clearer in the instructions. Press and hold the PLAY button for two seconds turns them on and puts the headphones into pairing mode.
I gave them a listen, and while they are very functional, they lack any real bass response. I get it - it's hard to reproduce low frequency with tiny drivers, but I felt as if I were listening to AM radio.

Out of the box, I connected to my iPhone and streamed a little music. Bass. Wow, bass. Maybe too much bass. I didn't bother downloading the app for the phone, which is only necessary if you want to use some of the features that I ultimately used.
After downloading the app, I flattened out the EQ and turned off the light show feature of the speaker. I really wanted a remote speaker rather than an optical show. But that was easily accomplished and I use the speaker up in our bathroom in the mornings to catch up on new music or just the news.
At this price point, I thought that Sony would have included a travel case or travel sleeve, but that was not the case. Maybe a suggestion for Sony going forward that a little protection could be appreciated by owners who want to pack this guy for a trip.

Awesome Performance, Tremendous Value

First impression: Wow. The aesthetics of this system are a "10" without question. Assembly is just plain simple. A few cables with obvious endpoints and you're up and running. The performance is, well, awesome. The Intel® Core™ i7-7700T really delivers in this system, and 12 GB of DDR4 memory gives Windows 10 and your applications plenty of room to run within. Having a touch screen is a new experience for me, and it takes a little while to get used to but if you're "old school" you don't have to use it. However, that would be leaving value on the sideline with this system. Touching is faster than the mouse once you become accustomed to it.
The one thing that I would have rather seen in this system is an NVMe (some refer to it as PCI Express) 1TB SSD rather than a 1TB spinning hard drive with Intel's Optane "caching" SSD. Caching isn't perfect, and the price-points of SSDs are dropping. For another $200 or so, I would have preferred a pure SSD solution. Either way, you will not be disappointed with the performance of this system.

I have a very strong wifi network password: made up of several words and spaces, etc. During the setup process it told me it did not support such passwords.
Now, this is not unusual. It is standard WPA2, and I have many devices (computers, phone, printers, etc) that can handle the password just fine.
Thus the WeMo is useless.

New firmware

I just bought a WeMo outlet today, and was concerned that I would have problems with my WPA2/AES encryption. I was able to connect initially, but couldn't power the outlet on or off via my iPhone. After a few minutes, the iPhone application indicated that there was a new firmware update, which I applied and now the device works correctly. Not sure this will address your issue, but thought I'd throw it out there.

I bought this product thinking it would make timer settings and remote control of my light easy, but the iOS app was hard to use for scheduling and the connection was always a hit and miss, not reliable at all. I returned the product after using it for a week. I will wait for future releases.

Hi Whacknut, IFTTT will likely do what you want to do. Check out http://www.ifttt.com. I'm using it in conjunction with my WeMo Switches to turn heaters on and off on my boat when the marina temperature gets near freezing. It's a pretty slick tool.

I am an experienced and careful drone operator on typhoon and Dji models. Once it flew away on its own, unobstructed at an altitude of 160' only 9 minutes into a new battery over park land and lakes. Needless to say, I can't recommend this drone with the per flight cost I had! It was only 3 days old. Once it flew away, I went online and was floored by the number of DJI Drone owners with the same experience. I would have reconsidered buying such a new release.
Without a crashed drone I have no recourse. Nothing. I'm out $1500.

I'm a P3P owner, and have not experienced this personally, but reports on the Facebook "DJI Phantom 3 Owners Group" have owner reports of this happening. It isn't common, but it does happen for some unexplained reason...

I'll start with the design. In typical HP fashion, the aesthetics really hit the mark for me. The Ash Silver aluminum frame is complemented by Gold (colored) trim.
The display is a 3000 x 2000 IPS panel with touchscreen (and a pen for good measure). Screen sharpness and intensity is very appealing to my eye, at least. The backlit keyboard attaches with magnets, and has a nice retention feel. It folds nicely and makes for a "laptop-like" look, or may be detached and used solely as a tablet.
Internal I/O is headlined by a PCI Express 3.0 SSD (aka NVM Express), which makes overall system performance really pop. This drive is approximately 3x the speed of standard SATA III SSDs, and the latency is much lower with NVMe. There are two USB 3.1 Type C ports, a headphone/mic jack, and a micro-SD slot for external I/O. Bluetooth and integrated WiFi are also included as part of the overall I/O.
Battery life is pretty reasonable given the attractive form-factor, yielding about 8 hours of use from a full charge.
This is a solidly designed product, typical of HP design standards, and given its performance should serve me well for a few years to come.

No. I believe the cable that comes with the set is 9', which worked well for me, but my television and supporting components are located close to one another.

What is the max load it will handle? Can it control a window air conditioner (120 V, 12 Amps)
This is a great question that I have not been able to get an answer for. However, from an engineering perspective, we could deduce that since the outlet plugs into a 120VAC 15A-capable outlet, it should be able to handle that same level of current output. So if I were a betting man, I'd say it should support your application.

Does this require a monthly service fee?
Short answer: no. In your home, the device connects to your WiFi. However, you can also sign up for an IFFFT account and control your device from the cloud using a myriad of internet-based data. That account is also free, and one of the reasons I bought the device since it will be located far away from my home.

does this wemo support devices which wok on 220-240v
The outlet is designed to plug into a three-pronged 120VAC 15A style outlet. Its electronics are also powered off the outlet it plugs into, so I don't think I'd try powering off a 220/240VAC source.
