Great product...bad instructions

The Bose Revolve+ is a fantastic bluetooth speaker. The overall design is simple and appealing. Build quality is top notch with a metal body, rubberized top, sturdy rope handle, non-slip base, and water resistance to boot. Battery life will get you through a work day with ease. NFC pairing is a nice addition that works well. And sound quality is typical Bose with deep base, clear highs, and plenty of volume that fills a room in every direction due to the cylindrical 360° design.
The only complaints to be had are that the instructions are poorly laid out which made the initial setup take a few minutes longer than it should have. And some features are not included in the instructions at all and are not labeled on the device, like the aux in port: Is it a headphone port or an aux in? You don't know unless you experiment with it.
Don't let these minor quibbles deter you in any way though. This speaker will travel well from the kitchen island to the pool side and sound great doing it.

Strong performer

Assembly out of the box is quick work. Parts fit together logically and Dyson's picture-only instructions are easy to follow.
Once up and running, the vacuum immediately impresses. Very, very strong suction and ease of maneuverability are the first things to jump out at you. The head is very low profile allowing easy reach under low couches and chairs. And, after several uses, I've still not had to clear the brush of hair (which is normally an every-use occurrence in my house with a DC07 Animal).
As with previous Dysons, the entire outside of the unit and all of the accessories are very 'plasticy'. Historically this hasn't been an issue with Dyson (my DC07 has taken a tumble down the stairs from the 2nd floor with no damage to show for it). But, just as an observation, some of the parts do feel...thinner...with this model. In particular, the wand and the accessories don't feel quite as sturdy as previous models.
One other note: In comparison to my DC07, the canister is noticeably smaller. May prove to not be an issue in the long run, just pointing it out.
Overall, a very strong performer.

Nearly a perfect phone...nearly...

The Google Pixel is the perfect blending of the best parts of so many other good Android phones with just a few oversights.
Build construction is definitively premium. The Gorilla glass screen, metal body, and metal buttons give the phone a solid, high quality feeling. The HD screen is plenty bright, very sharp, and seems to offer good color saturation. The Snapdragon processor and 4GB of RAM offer excellent performance that is very snappy and responsive. And the fingerprint scanner is well placed and very quick to unlock the device.
The camera is awesome. It is very quick to open, quick to focus, and image quality is quite possibly the best ever offered on an Android phone. Plus, its set fully in the body with no annoying bump-out.
On the software side, Android 7.0 Nougat is a great improvement on an already great OS. On the Pixel, there's no carrier bloat to deal with and no OE skinning; just a clean, pure Android experience.
On the downside: There is no SD expansion, no water-proofing, and no wireless charging. But, depending on your personal usage, these may or may not be an issue for you.

Good software package

The PhotoShop and Premier Elements 15 combo package is a pretty good consumer-grade suite for photo retouching and video production.
The Photoshop program provides all of the necessary tools in a clean and easy to navigate interface for simple retouching of family snapshots.
The Premier program, which is also clean and easy to navigate, produces great looking videos using a multi-layer timeline and plenty of options for image correction, transitions, titles and soundtracks as well as many options for output of your final product.
Both programs start quickly and have so far proven stable for me.
The only issue I had: Both pieces of software would not install from the included discs. I had to download trial versions from Adobe then convert them to licensed copies. Still uncertain if this was the fault of the program or a quirk in my particular computer (Windows 10 Pro 64-bit).

Excellent Laptop

This is an utterly fantastic laptop. Despite its razor thin design and feather weight, it sports great build quality with a metal chassis and solidly engineered hinge design. Zero lag performance is delivered via its Core i7 processor and SSD. HD screen looks amazing, sound quality is loud and clear (albeit a bit light on bass), and battery life is more than sufficient. Zero complaints here. Amazing machine.

Excellent sound with solid construction

The Bose QuietComfort 30 is a very well built neck-band style Bluetooth headset that offers excellent sound quality and phenomenal noise cancellation.
The neckband fits comfortably on my modest neck and isn't particularly heavy. The cables leading to the earbuds utilize heavy duty wire. The earbuds, despite the quirky StayHear design, fit and stay in my ear comfortably. And you will have no problem getting through the work day with battery life.
Sound quality is amazing, as you would expect from Bose. Crisp highs, clear mids, and deep lows make anything you choose to listen to sound great.
And I cannot say enough about the noise cancellation. Many products advertise they cancel noise, but this one does it. And you have the ability to adjust the level of cancellation from either the controls on the cable or the downloadable Bose app.
The only downside is, its not advertised as water proof. So you may want to limit its use to the office or a plane ride, rather than the gym or pool side.

Easy to use, harder to clean

The Bissell CrossWave is very easy to use and good at its job with only one minor hangup.
Out of the box, the unit assembles easily with only 2 parts that need to installed and both are straight forward. The unit is well marked and the directions are clear and easy to understand, making it so you can be cleaning within minutes.
Performance is also very good. Floors are very clean, with even stubborn messes effortlessly removed, and residual moisture dries up quickly. And it's not overly loud.
The only hangup is cleaning the unit after use. While it disassembles without tools very easily, deciding how to clean out the waste tank is problematic. If you do not pre-vacuum the floor, you'll find a mix of dirty waste water along with hair, leaves, etc that cannot be poured down the drain as easily as the instructions make it seam.

These headphones are impressive right out of the box. Solid construction with heavy gauge cable connecting the individual sides.
So easy to setup I never even read the instructions. Easy pairing and subsequent reconnecting.
Battery life has been really good so far and the BT range is impressive.
And the sound is phenomenal. Crisp highs and deep, clean base.
Overall, an excellent set of BT headphones. You won't be disappointed.

The Linksys EA9500 is a great high-end router that will serve well homes with a large number of wireless devices.
Physically, the device is substantial. Its quite heavy with a large foot print. Build quality seems solid.
Setup is typical for Linksys. For the less technically minded, you can be up and running quickly just following the quick start guide. For the more advanced user, there's easy access to the advanced options and plenty of tweaks available.
Performance is really good across the board. Signal strength is amazing even in a large house. And the MU-MIMO technology keeps all of your devices streaming smoothly.

Good budget tablet

The Iconia One 10.1 is a good budget tablet with a couple of minor issues.
First, the good points: The initial out of the box impression is that the device is solid, despite its plastic chassis. Setup is easy with the standard Android setup experience. The screen looks good with decent resolution and plenty of brightness. The 32GB offers plenty of storage and battery life, so far, has been acceptable.
On the downside, the sound quality from both the on-board speakers as well as the headphone jack has been poor; volume is low and sound is flat. Shipped OS is Android Lollipop 5.1 with not too much bloat. However, the uninstallable System Doctor has been giving frequent memory usage alerts right out of the box.

Texture or feel of the keys? Are they hard plastic or do they have a somewhat spongy or soft rubbery feel to them? I type on my fingernail tips is why I ask.

Yes, the combo is compatible with an HP laptop; both with the included dongle as well as using Bluetooth.
I am currently using it simultaneously with an Elitebook (dongle) and an Envy X360 (Bluetooth) and all is working well.
