Skullcandy has done something amazing and designed the best headphones I have ever owned or listened to. With the bass enthusiest in mind, these headphones deliver the most powerful bass and hands down the easiest way to control it.
Even if you don't like a lot of bass, I would not pass these headphones up. Their wireless technology is top notch and battery life is over 10 hours with the bass all the way up. I listen to music with these headphones a couple hours a day and only need to charge it once a week.
They fold up easy and are able to store in the included carry bag. These headphones are rigid and comfortable, and adjust to fit larger heads.
The key feature to these headphones is the bass slider on the back of the left ear cup. It's bass level on the fly so you dont have to fiddle with EQ setting on your device in order to adjust bass.
The volume controls are on the right ear cup and also a function button for play/pause or even answering calls.
Yes that's right, these headphones also have a mic built into the ear cup so you are able to make or receive calls while wearing them. Those on the other end of the call describe the mic very clear and good sounding with no issues.

There is also an app you are able to download from skullcandy and it lets you adjust a few different features of the headset, including a personal hearing test that adjusts the audio according to what tones you can hear. I did not personally notice really any change with that mode turned on, but it's a cool concept.
Back to the key feature of these headphones.. BASS.. and lots of it. You can turn it to a minimum so it is hardly noticable, all the way to earth shattering, blow the windows out in your car powerful bass that is beyond amazing technology that bass that powerful could possibly come from a wireless headset. The bass is no joke, and is able to hit extremely low sub frequencies. Its not to say heavy use of such low frequencies may eventually damage the driver, but these headphones put in some major work.
They are also sound canceling to an extent, and while wearing them at full volume and bass, you can hardly hear noise emitting from them if you were standing close by to someone wearing them.
Overall it is very hard to not be impressed by these headphones and are truly a must buy!

One Beefy Center Channel!

This review is written in conjunction with and meant to compliment the Bowers and Wilkins Anniversary Edition Floorstanding Speakers.
Completing the Bowers and Wilkins Anniversary edition setup is not complete with out upgrading your center channel speaker to fully compliment the rest of the speakers in your home theater or listening room.
This center channel is no slouch. By size or by quality and power.
Unboxing, is much like the floorstanding speaker counterparts. It is very well packaged and very secure. There is no base to attach like the tower speakers. It also includes a magnetic speaker grill cover and is easy to take off or put on if you wish to show the individual speakers off.
This center channel is a big one! It is pretty deep and moderately wide, so make sure you have some good space to mount it or set it somewhere in your setup.
There are also caps on the ends of the jacks that need to be popped off if you plan to use banana plugs (I recommend).

As with the tower speakers, the build quality on this center channel is excellent and its weight is a compliment to that.
The audio quality is absolutely amazing. I had to listen several times to music and movies I have been watching because I am able to hear sounds so crisp and clean that I never remember hearing on my lower end systems. This center channel and my B&W tower speakers are able to handle almost all the power my receiver is able to dish out on volume before distorting out. Being mated to a higher end receiver with enough RMS Wattage is important to achieving those results though.
I love this center channel speaker and like the towers, they are discreet and basic looking, but that is not why you are buying them. They are not very flashy but very easy to compliment a room with out the speakers feeling overburdening.
Overall this center channel speaker is a must have, whether going with the full B&W Anniversary Edition or not. An excellent build quality and intense sound performance make this center channel speaker a hard one to beat.
As with the floorstanding speakers, I would just recommend to Bowers and Wilkins to use a bit stronger magnets for the speaker grill cover as it is easy to knock off if bumped accidentally.

There is a lot that goes behind the name Bowers and Wilkins and these anniversary edition tower speakers are worth every penny for the true audiophile experience!
Starting with the unboxing, these speakers are very well packaged and protected. You do need to install pedistals on each speaker, but it is very simple and all the hardware is included to do so. It comes shipped with the owners/warranty guides, port plugs and the speaker covers.
First thing you will notice once the pedistals are installed is how small the tower seems. But don't let this fool you, these speakers are HEAVY, but only as a compliment to the craftsmanship and overall build quality of these speakers. Their smaller stature makes them easier to place in a room with out them feeling overburdening in size. They include magnetic speaker grill covers which make it easy to slip on and off if you are wanting to show the beautiful speakers off.
Hooking the speakers up, it should be known to get the best sound you will want a higher quality receiver with plenty of rms wattage to power these, and a lower gauge speaker wire (like 12/14 AWG vs 18/20 AWG you see in lower end systems), but I have used these on lower end receivers as well and they still sound pretty good. There are small caps on the ends of the jacks that you will need to pop off if you plan on using banana plugs, which I highly recommend.
Getting into the sound quality, the highs and mids are so crisp and clear. Some of the best sounding audio i've gotten to ever experience on a personal level. The woofer is small but mighty and desires to make your ears perk. They do include foam port plugs to dampen the bass if is too much for your room setup. The quality really must be heard in person to appreciate, and trying to describe it in text does not do justice.
Overall these tower speakers are a mighty package in a more slender body and pack a huge punch from something unsuspecting. These speakers are not flashy, but that's not why you are buying them. You are wanting the sound quality and experience, and these speakers truly deliver.
My only recommendation to Bowers and Wilkins is to make the magnets for the speaker grill cover a bit stronger. They can be easy to knock off if you accidentally bump it.

Everything you want in a security camera setup

This is my first Swann product and I am very impressed. Installation can be very laborous but very rewarding once completed.
The hard drive has capacity for up to 8 wired cameras and even includes an optical mouse to navigate the hard drive with. Hooking up to a tv or monitor via hdmi is a very smooth process but setup can be a little confusing at first. There a lot of buttons and options and different menus, but after playing around with it for a while after all of the cameras are set up, it becomes very easy to use. It is great to see a security setup with so many options in the menus.
The installation is pretty straight forward. You are supplied a generous length of wiring for each camera and it is easy to connect. I would definitely recommend a professional installation though, which this package offers an installation service. There are also plenty of swann security stickers to put around the house to let people know they are being recorded.
The cameras have a built in led flood light and also little red and blue flashing lights and siren, which can be activated on demand or when motion is detected.
The quality of the cameras

The wifi auto tracking camera works very well but needs to be in close proximity of an outlet or extension cord because the power cord is not that long overall. Accessing the camera through the Swann app is easy and again there are many options for setting up your camera.
The video quality on all of the cameras is very good and streams are very clear. They record in 1080p, but I can easily make out facial features and other details.
For the price, it is very hard to beat a security camera setup of this grade. Its ease of use after initial set up and easy installation (minus running the wires through walls if you go that route) make this camera set up a must have.
Would definitely recommend.

One of the best, but not perfect

If you have been wanting a 4k dashcam, this is definitely one to consider.
First out of the box things can be a bit confusing. Nextbase is mostly for the European market, but the settings are all there for American conversion. On their tech support, there are phone numbers listed to be able to call in European countries, but USA only has an online help database available. Also right out of the package it is noticeable that there is no memory card included. You will have to buy a mini SD, and it supports up to 128gb card.

It tells you to charge the camera for 2 full hours first before powering on. It does come with a usb cable to charge but no wall adapter so you will also need one of those. During that charging time, it is a good time to sort through the different mounting options you have. It comes with a suction cup mount and also a double sided tape solid mount. The adapter that connects to either and the camera is a powered mount with GPS in it, Allowing you to leave the mount plugged in to your power source all the time and the dashcam connects from the front of the camera with a magnet mount that has power prongs. It can be a hair difficult to remove the camera from the magnetic base because of 3 little posts that keep the camera in place when mounted. I chose to use the double sides tape solid mount for mine since I don't swap vehicles a lot, and it holds super strong on the window.
When the camera is done charging, and you power it on, you will want to download the MyNextbase app and set up your camera through it. It will want to connect through Bluetooth and Wifi Direct.
The touchscreen is very nice, very responsive and easy to access everything. Once you are all set up you can also set up Alexa to use command prompts for your dashcam, like take a picture, start and stop recording, protect files. etc.
Video playback is super clear and the audio pick up is very smooth and clear. very little distortion. You are able to choose between 4k@30fps, 1080p@60fps, or 1080p@30fps. Recording is automatic when powering on. There are many settings and features to adjust.
I have come across connection issues when trying to connect to the dashcam through the app, and usually requires completely turning off bluetooth and wifi, completely closing the app and reopening the app and letting the app reconnect everything. I have also had to unlink the phone from the camera bluetooth several times as the app doesn't realize you are already paired to it.
Overall this is one of the best dashcams I have ever used and it is well worth it once all set up. Besides the camera not coming with an SD card, and the issues with connecting the camera with the app, I would definitely recommend for some of the best recording you can get.

Epson knows how to make a great printer. This one sets apart from others with it's liquid ink well instead of having cartridges. Super easy to set up and fill each ink tank up. It prints pretty fast and the colors are all spot on. It has a rear top paper feed system instead of a tray. It is made for wireless printing, but you can hook up a printer cable to it, although it is not included with the printer. Setting up for the first time was a bit of a pain, as the printer kept making a very loud noise and giving a critical failure notification. I unplugged the printer and was going to reach out for support but I decided to plug back in about a half hour later and try one more time and it completed the set up with no problems. It does use a decent amount of ink during the set up out of the tanks to prime the head, but the ink bottles included have extra in them to be able to top off after the setup is complete.
Setting up the wifi is a bit more difficult on this printer vs. other epson printers I have had. For some reason they changed the input screen for the wifi password and instead of giving a keyboard you have to cycle through the entire alphabet for each line, which is annoying and glad I only had to do once. Epson, Please put the keyboard back on there.

It does come with CD software to install the drivers, but as most cases nowadays, CD trays are becoming less used in computers so I had to just go to Epsons website and download the driver package from there.
Scanning is great and the clarity is crisp and is fairly quick.
Overall a great printer, even after dealing with the issues I had. Would still highly recommend.

A great camera, but a lot to be desired

This review of the Defender 2k wireless security camera is a tough one. I will start with the camera. It is very well built, and very solid. Its picture is great and even better when switching to HD. Its weather proofing makes it a very worthwhile camera to have outdoors. But this is a camera only. There is no microphone so no sound recording capabilities, which isn't an issue, but if you're used to having sound it seems a bit weird no not have it during playback.
Mounting is simple, and comes with the screws required to do it and also wall anchors for mounting in drywall or other softer surfaces. The ball mount this camera has is well designed and lets you mount the camera straight or at a 90, which is really nice. The included wifi antenna attaches easy and also folds if needed to adjust to mounting preference.
This is a hardwire powered camera. There is no battery and you must run a constant wall power to the camera, which is the opposite of what you think when you see "wireless". It has about a foot of weather grade cable and power/Ethernet dongles to plug into. The wall plug itself is not heavy weather grade, but has thinner wiring to allow more concealment when routing to your camera. The wire is 10ft long and plugs in with a quick connect barrel plug. With the ethernet dongle, you can completely hardwire your system if you don't want to depend on wireless internet, but then that also means having to run a ethernet cable all the way to your camera, which I don't think a lot of people would want to do with a "wireless" camera.
Included inside the camera is a removable 16GB mini SD card, which I feel is also way to close to the cameras "Reset" button. The SD card removes like normal by pushing down on it and letting it pop up. It says it can handle up to a 128GB memory card, which is pretty nice. The nice part of the SD card is not having to be dependent on it capturing video and storing on the cloud with video degradation, and you can just remove the card and plug it into the computer with an sd reader to view the files. The SD card and reset button are hidden on the bottom of the camera under a weatherproof cover with 2 phillips screws that need to be taken out. The camera also comes with an adjustable weather shield to help keep off rain or sun glares, but I was disappointed at how little it allows you to move it. You could remove the shield and dremmel out the hole longer if you wanted to I suppose.

Now to the main course of the meal, the app. You need to download the Defender SmartSignal app. Once downloaded you have to create an account and make sure you are connected to wifi. It has to be a 2.4 ghz bandwidth connection. It will not read 5.0 ghz. You then have to scan the QR box located on the camera and leave it a couple inches from the camera while it connects. It is best to do all of this before you mount your camera! There are included instructions to also follow to do this but they are very basic. Once the camera is linked and set up, you do not need to be on wifi to view the camera feed. The app allows you to link up to 4 cameras at a time. When selecting the camera feed and going to live view, you are presented with some options under the feed. A pause button, a square that will let you view all 4 live feeds at once, an option to switch between SD and HD, for some reason a sound mute button, and a full screen button. Underneath you have the options to live record or take a picture, then also view the history record. When you view your recording history, the first thing you are presented with is "Cloud Storage Not Available At This Time", but you can click on a little button underneath the sound mute button and switch to the SD card storage, and view any saved files. Clicking on the 3 lines underneath the screen expansion will pull up all videos and their record times will be listed in the preview box. The preview box never loads up an actual preview for me. It just has a generic picture.
This is all where there is a lot to be desired. The app is very minimalist, and there are not a lot of options. It bugs me when viewing the live feed that every time you go in, it automatically puts your feed on SD quality, and you have to keep switching it to HD quality. I suppose they did that to keep down people using a lot of cell data on HD streams, but there should be an option on how you want to view it. It also then begs the question if it is always recording in HD or in SD until you switch it. I have not been able to find out.
You are supposed to be able to set activity zones, but the app just shows a black "Live" screen when setting the zone up. It will not display a live image so you can properly set your zones. You kind of have to guess. I tried on both wifi and hardwired ethernet and can't get it to work. It appears there is also no added benefit to having your camera hardwired using an ethernet cable, besides better streaming quality over your network.

On the other hand, the app need LOTS of improvement and takes quite of bit of working with to be able to figure some of the stuff out. With certain features also not working in the app, it makes it much harder to enjoy this product.
To the developers. As I mentioned, Please include a choice to view in SD or HD fully, and clarify whether any recordings are only in SD or in HD, and you can not tell when viewing recorded playback.
I would recommend this for the camera capabilities and recording, but not for the app.

Dolby Atmos in a soundbar? Could you really ask for more? This soundbar and subwoofer makes other basic soundbars seem like a pocket speaker. It is massive, and heavy at that. Just make sure you have enough space to mount it or set it up. If you are going to wall mount it, you will probably want to reinforce the wall where it will mount because the soundbar is so heavy.
First off, it comes well packed and balanced in the box. The box is absolutely massive as well. Once setup, you can connect via 2 different HDMI in's, blue tooth, or by Optical audio in. It does come with the same remote found in other Samsung soundbars, so it very simple and easy to use and is the main way to adjust sound mode, EQ settings (treble, bass), sub level, etc.
The sound is absolutely amazing. It is very crisp, clear, and voice comes through sharp. It does come with an 8" wireless subwoofer which gives an overall good blend, but does not really hit hard like you would think a subwoofer should. It just keeps a nice overall balance to the sound system. It is very easy to distinguish the atmos speakers in the top of the soundbar, and the surround effect does a very good job, especially having speakers included in the sides of the soundbar as well. The sound goes from 0-100 and even all the way up to 100, the audio holds together great and doesn't distort. This is definitely the ultimate for sound, if you do not have the room for a full 5.1 or 7.1 home theater speaker system.
The one thing Samsung needs to work on is sound lag when using bluetooth over phone or tablet. I tried streaming a movie on my tablet and using the soundbar for audio and the sound was very noticeably behind the video. It is a non issue though when using HDMI. I would recommend Samsung work on that or add in a counter-lag feature for those issues.
Overall a great setup. Very clean looking, very loud, very clear, and great Atmos audio. Would highly recommend.

I have used many different gaming headsets in the past 15 years playing xbox, and these Astro A40's are the best for a wired headset. First thing is the build quality. They are very well built, especially to withstand drops or throwing, which could happen accidentally or purposely when gaming! The ear cushion pads and head cushion pad are a great quality and very breathable. They don't get very hot and stay comfortable for many hours of gaming. They also work very great as a regular audio headset, which a separate cord is included to do that, though it is not a very long cord.
Plugging the mixamp into the xbox controller is pretty easy and straightforward, and there are 3 different equalizer audio settings to choose from once the controller is powered on. You can click the voice and game buttons to control how much balance you want between voice chat and the game volume itself, which is indicated by a light bar on the mix amp that moves when you click the buttons. On the bottom of the mixamp is the volume control and in the center is the mute button, which will turn red when muted. The volume control will also move a light bar on the mixamp to show how loud the volume is.
The microphone boom is pretty flexible and does a good job staying where you want it. People have told me online that the mic quality of these Astro's is great, crisp and clear, and that the mic sounds way better than another name brand headset maker that likes turtles.
The game sound quality is absolutely amazing and so clear and pinpoint surround where noises are around you in the game.

Overall the price is well worth what you are getting for a headset with great build quality,comfort, sound, mic, and mixamp controlls. Would highly recommend

What a great door latch! It is perfect for guests, deliveries, AirBnB, and even for kids to get in and out of the house with. This is not designed for doors with deadbolts. It certainly is not stopping you from using a deadbolt, but the spacing for it will be way off of standard if you are using a pre-drilled door. I had it installed on my garage entry door to the house.
Out of the box this setup is quite confusing, but it has a very thorough installation guide, setup guides, warnings and templates. This is a moderate project to task, but is more than capable of doing yourself by following all of the instructions. Right away there is a warning explaining not to lose the initial door code. It is very important to keep it, as you can not access the lock functions with out it and you can change the code later on. Just in case something does happen with the bluetooth/wifi, the kit does come with 2 physical keys to be able to open the door with, and there is a nice hide cover over the key hole on the handle.

The overall construction of it all is very detailed and solid, and quite stylish. The handle and plates are a nice solid metal and feel sturdy and a nice weight to it when operating. The keypad has nice responsive touch sensors and I didn't run into any problems using that. Setting up on your phone or other device requires the Lockly app, and is one of the main basis of this door latch. It allows you to unlock and lock your door wirelessly, change codes, assign user account so you know who is using the door and the history of who accessed the door and when. It also has live alerts that will notify you when the door is opened. I love using it. It is one less key on my keychain to carry around, and worked great when my sister and her family came into town and were able to get in the house while I was at the store.
I highly recommend this, and I plan to get another one in the near future for some of my other doors.

I think it would. The air draws in from the back and blows out the sides. It has a large furnace type filter so should definitely help improve your air quality

On the k-cup side, can a travel mug fit in that space or just a regular coffee mug? Can you provide the clearance (in inches) please?
You are able to take the spill drain out to fit larger travel mugs. It can fit a mug right around 7 3/4" tall when taking out the drain.

Is this S2319NX compatible for extended display use from a Dell Inspiron 3059 all in one computer? I have the HDMI hooked up to HDMI and it's not working..help plz
It displayed extended from my laptop just fine. You will probably have to adjust the settings in your graphics options on the computer itself for the second screen to work. The monitor just displays the image, it's the computer that will have to split it like you want.

Yes, it includes around a 4ft HDMI cable so you can connect directly to the xbox and play. There is sound on this monitor though.

No, The monitor includes around a 4ft HDMI cable, so it can plug directly into the xbox and work fine, but there is no audio on the monitor.

Can u customize the resolution to play stretched and stuff
There is no adjustable resolution per say on the monitor. Most resolution adjustment is handled by the computer itself. The monitor has a max resolution of 1920x1080 though. It does have a factory aspect ratio of 16:9 Wide, and can adjust that to either 4:3 or 5:3 as well if needed.
