This Logitech keyboard is the one for all uses.
Obviously it is essentially just a wireless keyboard but its compatability across devices make this a must have.
For tv and pc, it connects through a usb dongle, so your tv needs to have a usb port. It has great connectivity and response. It also connects through bluetooth to your phone or tablet so you can use the keyboard to type on those devices.
What makes this keyboard great is the touchpad and d-pad. The touchpad clicks for left mouse clicks, but there is also 2 buttons on the left side for left and right clicks. You can use the d-pad to scroll up and down webpages.
The battery cover is easy to remove comes with a spot to store the usb dongle if travel with it.

A great standard monitor

It is hard to go wrong with a Dell, and if you need a good, current solid monitor, this Dell monitor does a great job. It is pretty basic, and it does have an HDMI port and a VGA port. Any kind of instructions with it are very limited though. The stand is very easy and quick to put together and attach to the monitor. There are two 3.5mm jacks on the monitor though with weird symbols i've never seen on a monitor before and not sure what those are. Don't recall seeing anything on the documentation on what it is either.
One annoyance is that the power for this monitor is delivered through a power brick,like you use on a laptop, instead of a standard plug. So it just adds to the clutter around the power strip, but it is an overall decent length cord.
One perk is the inclusion of an HDMI cable, which was a nice surprise to see in the box.
The menu's are pretty basic but easy to navigate, with on screen logo's appearing on top of the buttons to show you what they do when you push one of the 4 menu buttons. For some reason, there is an audio section in the menus, but the monitor does not appear to have any speakers, so not sure why that section is there. There is no volume up and down either.
For gamers, You can adjust the response time of the monitor and it has 3 options: Standard, Fast, Very Fast. I imagine the very fast is the advertised 5ms. It is set on Standard from the factory, so you should adjust if you are going to be gaming on it. You can hook up your Playstation or Xbox or other game system through the HDMI for fast response time as well compared to a TV, but as stated, it does not have sound or volume. You can also change the aspect mode from 4:3, 5:3, or 16:9.
The image is very bright and clear. It has a nice contrast ratio of 8,000,000:1 so the blacks look pretty black.

Overall, for a computer monitor, This Dell is very nice and stylish, it has all the functionality you could need from a standard monitor, and the visual performance is great. Definitely worth a buy for the price.

A great multipurpose cooker!

If you are looking to maximize counter space, combining an air fryer , steamer, and a pressure cooker in one with this Ninja Foodi Tendercrisp is the way to do it!
This thing is pretty big, and moderately heavy but not too bad. It is well packaged and easy to put together. It includes a pretty good size non stick pot, a reversible wire rack, and a crisper basket. It also comes with very well written instructions and guide book for cooking different things.
Pressure Cooking. The first thing I didn't like was having to use the separate pressure lid, You have to install that lid while the air fryer lid just stays there hinged to the side of the cooker, but this was only a minor dislike. The first thing I cooked was some chop suey. I used the pressure cooker to cook the meat and sauce. On high for 25 minutes the beef came out perfectly tender and cooked, but ran into an issue while I was releasing the pressure. You have the option to let the pressure release naturally, or by opening the release valve on the top of the pressure lid. When I manually released the pressure, it shot the soy sauce out everywhere all over the wall and countertop. The pot was only 1/4 full. All I can recommend is releasing the pressure valve very slowly and not fully open.
Air Fryer. Using the cooking pot and setting the crisper basket inside, I cooked up a handful of fries with my dinner and cooked for about 13 minutes. They came out nicely golden and very crispy. The cooking guide says 19 minutes for 1lb of fries, so I guesstimated with just a large handful, and picked the basket out half way through and giving the fries a good shake, before placing back in and finishing the cook. The crisper basket is mildly difficult to take out of the pot with pot gloves on. It is definitely HOT! Don't try and take out with your bare hands.
Steaming. Bought some fresh corn and prepared them. I used the reversible cooking rack and was able to fit 6 ears stacked up on the rack. Added some water to the pot and put it on steam mode. The corn came out perfectly tender for eating off the cob.
When pressure cooking finishes, it automatically turns on the warmer to keep the food hot up to 12 hours. You can also put it on the sear/saute mode for it to act as a stove top, and can control the temp easily.
My reason for 4 stars in this review is solely due to the pressure cooking lid. The only things removable in the lid are the silicone ring that seals the lid and the small vent cap. The lid is overall poor design, as the metal inside the lid is screwed into the outer shell, and is not sealed, so when you wash the lid, water gets trapped between the shell and the metal plate inside the lid and drips everywhere after drying what you can. Also the vents are too close to the wall of the inner metal plate so washing between the vents and the wall is difficult and hard to access. It is important to keep the vent cap clean between cooks, and don't bother trying to take it off when it's in water. It is impossible to get a grip on once wet. It kind of snaps on and off and covers the check valve. You don't want it to be jammed up with food..
That along with the soy sauce spraying out everywhere when venting earned this a solid 4/5. Everything else works awesome and is now one of my favorite ways to cook.
Would still recommend despite problems with the pressure lid.

I ask Ninja to consider modifying the pressure lid so that it is sealed between the metal and the cover and move the vents out further away from the inner wall.

This Ninja brewer is perfect for both tea and coffee.
Out of the box there is a lot to clean and put together. A water tank, the carafe and its lid, each basket for both coffee and tea and their permanent filters, and the milk frother whisk
Once plugged in and powered on, the controls are very easy to use and a very informative guide can direct you through all the procedures. The top knob controls the brew size, and can select from a single cup all the way to a full carafe. A fold down arm inside the fill area is used to set your coffee or tea cup on for individual brews. The guide give approximate sizes for each in oz. so you know if your cup is big enough.
The second knob controls what type of brew you want to make. It will naturally default to the left side choices. The machine auto recognizes whether you have the coffee or tea baskets installed, and will display COFFEE or TEA on the control panel. When the tea basket is installed, you can push the green leaf button on the control panel and it will allow access to the tea brew panel where you can select from different kinds of tea you are going to brew.
The second knob controls what type of brew you want to make. It will naturally default to the left side choices. The machine auto recognizes whether you have the coffee or tea baskets installed, and will display COFFEE or TEA on the control panel. Also included on the control panel is a drip stop button, so you can pour a cup of coffee or tea during the brew cycle. It also has a brew delay button that lets you set up your brew for when you wake up or whenever. It is very easy to use.
The Coffee basket does require #4 cone filters, either bleached or unbleached if you choose not to use the permanent filter. The permanent filter is a high quality gold filter and does a good job with brewing, but you can't use coffee grounds that are finely ground, as they can seep through the screen and into your coffee. I prefer paper filters over the permanent.
The tea basket permanent filter is small and can be a minor annoyance to fit correctly in the tea basket. It should be used with loose leaf tea, and doesn't need to be used with tea bags.

The water storage container is clear and holds 1 carafe full of water. It has markings for each brew size as well if you don't want to make a full carafe. It is important to not fill the water past the max line, and there is also a little tab on the inside when filling that says max on it and should be filled just to the bottom of that tab.
On first start, after filling the water reservoir, you are required to run 2 brew cycles to prime the system. This needs to be done with out anything in the brew baskets. During this it brewed a full carafe in just under 8 minutes, steaming hot.
It also comes with a scooper for all different measurement sizes of coffee on the top of the scooper and tea on the bottom. It attaches nicely to the side of the coffee maker. The milk frother whisk attaches easily to the fold out arm and produces nice froth with either hot or cold milk.
Included is a recipe book for different coffees and teas both hot, and over ice.
As for the brewing, everything I have brewed has been perfect. Classic coffee, Iced coffee, Iced Black Tea, and hot green tea have all been excellent. This thing almost does it all.
Overall I would highly recommend. Besides all the parts that have to be cleaned, this does a great job and brews perfectly every time. I recommend reading the user guide on all the different types of brewing, and also trying out some of the recipes from the book!

Great performance from a pizza/toaster oven

It's hard to ask more from a pizza oven than this!
Upon opening, the contents of the box are very well packaged and secured. The accessories it comes with are the drip tray, a toasting pan, a broiling pan, a small mini cookbook, and the warranty/instructions, which the instructions seem very well written and easy to follow.
The oven itself is a very nice stainless finish. It has two shelves, although most cooking will be done on the top, but the guide goes through which to use and when.
This oven uses water for a convection and steam cook, which actually turns food out very crisp and browned perfectly on the outside and soft/fluffy/moist on the inside.
This oven does require an initial bake before using with nothing in oven at 485 degrees for 20 minutes. It will smell up your kitchen and house during this time, but it is ok after that.

The main thing I love about this oven is there is no preheating, just set the dial and go. It shuts off automatically after the timer ends. The casing does get very hot during cooking, but the radiant heat seemed very minimal. I could not find any big radiant hot spots around the oven, so it seems safe around other items on the countertop as long as they are not directly touching. There is a vent though on the left side when facing the front of the oven but even that never seemed to blow very hot.
When cooking, things seemed to cook perfect on the minimum oven setting the food package states. I cooked frozen biscuits that say 20-25 minutes and they were perfectly browned and cooked on the inside at 20 minutes. The only thing I noticed was they didn't quite have the same height as when cooking in a regular oven.
The toast setting works very nice and the tray can hold up to 9 pieces of bread. The setting goes from 1-8 and I put mine on 5 initially and the toast was quite dark. I tried again at 3 and the toast was a very nice shade and very crunchy. I also tried a piece of pre-buttered toast on 5 and it melted the butter perfectly, and the bottom of the toast was still very crispy.
The toasting tray is barely big enough to fit a tombstone pizza on, and it is kind of awkward to cook with it being a square toasting tray. On the pizza setting, it cooks perfectly with a nice golden brown cheese and crispy crust. All the cheese was melted and no cold spots.

It says the water tray is good for 60 mintes of cooking before its empty but it seemed to use water quicker than that. Just need to make sure you keep track of it between cooks.
The instructions recommend doing a 20 minute bake at 485 degrees with no water at the end of every day you use it to get the water out of the feed lines, but really seems like overkill to me and a lot of wasted electricity, seeing as this is an 1800w oven.
Also to note the instructions say to place food directly on the trays, but I would strongly recommend using foil on the tray first with a bit of pam. Also, you must use the drip tray that comes with it, because there is a lot of moisture inside the oven when cooking, and it is designed run down the bottom of the door so when you open it after cooking is done, the water will run into drip tray. It is very easy to remove and drain and clean. It attaches to the front legs. But only the cooking trays are dishwasher safe.
Overall this is a great pizza/toaster oven. I love not having to preheat and the perfect cooks, nice design, and ease of use make it well worth it.

Awesome speaker for all occasions

LG knocked it out of the park with this bluetooth speaker.
With a super rigid construction, the PK7 can handle being just about anywhere, including it being weather and splash resistant, but it is not submersable.
Its frame structure also gives it a nice carry handle to walk around with. This speaker does have some weight to it, but feels good like a quality built speaker.
Out of the box the speaker comes with a 10% battery life and says to charge it full immediately before using. During that time you can download the LG Music Flow app to contol the speakers functions on your phone including the lighting effects.

There is a multifunction button on the top of the speaker that has a microphone and a light bulb symbol on it. Holding that down will cycle the 4 different light schemes, also including the ability to turn the lights off completely. The buttons on top of the speaker are good quality and respond very quickly. There is a power, bluetooth, volume up and down, play/pause, mic/light, clear voice, and enhanced bass buttons. Just pressing (not holding) the mic button will activate the assistant on your phone or device, in my case through google, and can also act as a speaker phone.
The clear voice and enhanced bass are already on when you turn the speaker on and are indicated by a little white light in the buttons themselves, including the power and bluetooth buttons. There is a red light that will come on to the left of the power button when the battery is starting to get low.

On charging, the speaker took a little over an hour to fully charge. This speaker boasts an impressive 22 hour play time. I personally had the speaker playing around mid volume for 10 hours and the app said I was at 55%. When charging, the unit, it has a standard wall plug and cylindrical plug that goes in the back of the speaker (like a laptop plug). It is hidden under a cover on the back. I've seen some complaints that it's not a USB charger but I think with size of the battery, a USB charger would take 4-5 + hours to charge vs. the hour with this plug. I'm fine with this. The only thing is that the power cord also had a power brick, just like a laptop charging cable.
Under the cover in the back you have the charging port, a reset button, and 2 extra features; a 3.5mm audio jack and a multi-pairing button. Holding the dual mode pairing button down will allow the speaker to connect to another speaker to have stereo sound. It also has the 3.5mm input jack which is great if you don't have bluetooth on your phone or laptop and can use a headphone jack to plug into this. This does not come with 3.5mm cable.
Finally, onto the sound. This speaker boasts Meridian Audio technology, which is a very high end audio company that has been around for many decades. It is excellent, even at higher volumes. Very clear and crisp. The bass is pretty good, and it has a passive bass radiator on each side of the speaker. It is important to remember, these are not subwoofers, and can't hit low bass notes. Just like your car speakers, if you try and run too much bass through these at max volume, it has the possibility of damaging the speakers.
It does have bass enhancer and clear voice. Turning off the bass enhancer will significantly reduce the bass output, and clear voice is good if you are listening to more vocal music or news or an audio book. It doesn't hurt to leave it on.

Overall this speaker rocks, and is one of the best bluetooth speakers I have ever had. Its strong build, powerful performance, super long battery life and cool features make this one heck of a contender in the bluetooth market. Would definitely recommend.

A much more capable laptop over the 8GB model

Upon opening the box, Lenovo likes to keep it basic. There is not much included inside the box. It does throw you off a bit, that the user guide comes in every language, with Arabic on the front cover. All the languages are in alphabetical order so you need to flip some pages to find English. The laptop comes in a nice protective sleeve, and also has a nice screen protector insert that can be used later on for general use when you close the laptop or when traveling with it. It has a standard Windows 10 home setup screen when powering on for the first time. On the lid the "Y" in the Legion lettering lights up when the computer is powered on and also has back lit keys.
The casing itself and keys seem to be very prone to collecting fingerprints. Most of the connections are on the back of the laptop, but there is a usb port on each side and the audio jack on the left side. The bottom is raised in the back and has 2 visible cooling fans on each side. The speakers are in the front. On to the gaming. This laptop runs pretty smooth when running games like PUBG, Rainbow Six Siege, Destiny 2, but does slow down when on the highest settings. With 16GB of RAM in this system, it holds up well with the GTX 4GB graphics, but still has to run on slightly lower settings, which is not bad for a laptop. Unless you are a lefty, it is almost impossible to game with out at least having an external mouse . The touchpad is left of center and is a bit different as well as the touchpad itself does not click to make button presses. You can tap the touchpad to click on something or use the clickers underneath the pad. The sound output is ok. It doesn't get too loud. I would probably have expected more from them being Harmon speakers. They are very clear sounding though, but I would still recommend using the Bluetooth and connecting to a home theater set up or wearing headphones while gaming. The webcam is off the norm as well. It is located at the bottom of the screen so if you are going to utilize the webcam you have to have the screen angled way back to be able to see your face and it has to look up at you. It takes pictures at .9mp but can record video at 720p. Its mic pic up is pretty decent if using to Skype or use chat channels when gaming, but overall the camera is not a selling point to this laptop.
Overall this is a very quirky gaming laptop, but as long as you are using an external mouse it is not too bad. Using the Oculus tester, it just meets the minimum system requirements to run VR as well.
For a laptop, this packs a punch. If you are looking for anything beyond this, I would look at gaming desktops with stronger cards and liquid cooling.

Upon opening the box, Lenovo likes to keep it basic. There is not much included inside the box. It does throw you off a bit, that the user guide comes in every language, with Arabic on the front cover. All the languages are in alphabetical order so you need to flip some pages to find English.
The laptop comes in a nice protective sleeve, and also has a nice screen protector insert that can be used later on for general use when you close the laptop or when traveling with it.

It has a standard Windows 10 home setup screen when powering on for the first time. On the lid the "Y" in the Legion lettering lights up when the computer is powered on and also has back lit keys . The casing itself and keys seem to be very prone to collecting fingerprints. Most of the connections are on the back of the laptop, but there is a usb port on each side and the audio jack on the left side. The bottom is raised in the back and has 2 visible cooling fans on each side. The speakers are in the front.

On to the gaming. This laptop runs pretty smooth when running games like PUBG, but does slow down when on the highest settings. With only 8GB of RAM in this system, it is much friendlier towards older games. Unless you are a lefty, it is almost impossible to game with out at least having an external mouse . The touchpad is left of center and is a bit different as well as the touchpad itself does not click to make button presses. You can tap the touchpad to click on something or use the clickers underneath the pad.
The sound output is ok. It doesn't get too loud. I would probably have expected more from them being Harmon speakers. They are very clear sounding though, but I would still recommend using the Bluetooth and connecting to a home theater set up or wearing headphones while gaming.
The webcam is off the norm as well. It is located at the bottom of the screen so if you are going to utilize the webcam you have to have the screen angled way back to be able to see your face and it has to look up at you. It takes pictures at .9mp but can record video at 720p. Its mic pic up is pretty decent if using to Skype or use chat channels when gaming, but overall the camera is not a selling point to this laptop.

Overall this is a very quirky gaming laptop, but as long as you are using an external mouse it is not too bad. Using the Oculus tester, it just meets the minimum system requirements to run VR as well. I would go for the 16GB version of this laptop instead.

Upgraded to this Norelco beard trimmer from a facial hair trimmer that was at least 10 years old. Wow, what a difference! There are 10 settings for the guard height that is on a easy to rotate wheel and the the trim guard easily slides in and out over the trimmer for easy cleaning. It is a wide trimmer but if you are removing a lot of beard you will need to pull the guard off and clean it often. The kit does include a cleaning brush to be used on the trimmer head itself. It is definitely no slouch when it comes to removing the hair, so you need to be careful where you are trimming, especially when not using the guard.
Trying to trim your mustache with this is workable but as stated the trimmer head is pretty wide and can be hard to properly trim a mustache, but works ok as long as you are careful. The instruction state to start your trim at length 10 and move down towards 1 until you reach the desired length. I trimmed by beard at number 4 and ended up being a little too close. Personally for me 6 would be a good number. You do need to go back and forth over the beard and at different angles to be able to get an even trim.

I have owned many different brands of receivers over the years and Yamaha keeps being my go to brand. The functionality and output of both HDMI signal and audio signal are both fantastic. While this is certainly not a Magnolia receiver or really high end it is everything you need for something standard with a kick to it, with the inclusion of Dolby Atmos. I have 7 Klipsch audio speakers hooked up with two 12" subwoofers. Dual zone is more common on most receivers now if you wish to use it so I can use my 6 and 7 speaker as a rear height or dual zone speakers to play something different in another room. The bluetooth and wifi functionality built in are great features. My older Yamaha had the wifi support but not the bluetooth so that's a nice addition instead of using a seperate bluetooth transmitter.
The menu for the receiver comes up on your tv (when hdmi plugged in between the two) and has a lot of sound and video options that are very easy to change being on the tv and not on the face of the receiver.
The sound quality is superb to me using the Klipsch speakers. I can crank the volume to very high levels with out distortion or cracking or buzzing from the speakers. It has many different sound environments available if your watching either movie or listening to music. I hope to be able to upgrade to Atmos speakers now that I have a great receiver to handle them.
The HDMI has 4k up scaling if you have a 4k TV. My tv already does its own up scaling but just using the receiver seems to give a better picture. Good for watching cable tv, or blu ray movies if you have a 4k tv but no 4k blu ray player. The quality is great for being a pass through system.
One gripe I do have with Yamaha is their YPAO microphone system for balancing your room. While the idea has always been great, The sound quality after programming with it is just never up to par in my opinion, and I feel not even using it yields much better sound results. Now this is just me and might be different for others.
Overall, there is a vast market of audio receivers to choose from and it can be tough making the "right" choice. In my experience with Yamaha, it is hard to go wrong.

I think it would. The air draws in from the back and blows out the sides. It has a large furnace type filter so should definitely help improve your air quality

On the k-cup side, can a travel mug fit in that space or just a regular coffee mug? Can you provide the clearance (in inches) please?
You are able to take the spill drain out to fit larger travel mugs. It can fit a mug right around 7 3/4" tall when taking out the drain.

Is this S2319NX compatible for extended display use from a Dell Inspiron 3059 all in one computer? I have the HDMI hooked up to HDMI and it's not working..help plz
It displayed extended from my laptop just fine. You will probably have to adjust the settings in your graphics options on the computer itself for the second screen to work. The monitor just displays the image, it's the computer that will have to split it like you want.

Yes, it includes around a 4ft HDMI cable so you can connect directly to the xbox and play. There is sound on this monitor though.

Do I need an adapter to connect the monitor with my xbox?
No, The monitor includes around a 4ft HDMI cable, so it can plug directly into the xbox and work fine, but there is no audio on the monitor.

Can u customize the resolution to play stretched and stuff
There is no adjustable resolution per say on the monitor. Most resolution adjustment is handled by the computer itself. The monitor has a max resolution of 1920x1080 though. It does have a factory aspect ratio of 16:9 Wide, and can adjust that to either 4:3 or 5:3 as well if needed.
