On the final date of The Who's 2012-2013 tour where they performed their second rock opera Quadrophenia in its entirety they filmed it in London. I got to see this tour live & for anyone who was disappointed that they didn't get to see this tour this DVD will suffice. Highly recommended for all fans of The Who!

What's great about it: Seeing The Who perform their greatest album
It's no secret that there have been many Lynyrd Skynyrd compilations that have been released over the years. In my own experiences, I will say that you will get the best value for your money picking up this 2-CD ICON compilation as it contains mostly the original studio recordings & both studio & live versions of "Free Bird". Also a great starting point for anyone just discovering Lynyrd Skynyrd.

On 5 Classic Albums, four of the albums in this collection (their self-titled 1974 debut, Dressed to Kill, Destroyer & Rock and Roll Over) live up to the billing. Instead of including 20th Century Masters - The Millennium Collection they should've included another album like Love Gun or Dynasty. Nonetheless this collection is a great introduction to Kiss.
During three concerts on their Clockwork Angels Tour Rush recorded three concerts for this live album. They showcase why they're still one of the premiere live acts in rock music on this release.
After two decades, Live and Loud has been officially released by Nirvana. I'm glad they included the full concert as there's a lot of their set that didn't air on the initial broadcast on MTV.
On Dream Theater's self titled release which is their second album with drummer Mike Mangini after the departure of Mike Portnoy in 2010, they feel more like a band here as opposed to their first release with Mangini 2011's A Dramatic Turn of Events. On that record Mangini's drum parts were already written for him whereas on the self titled release Mangini was fully integrated in the creative process which makes this a better album than their previous one.
Fear of a Black Planet, along with It Takes a Nation of Millions to Hold Us Back are the studio albums that I consider to be Public Enemy's magnum opus. This highly influential album is a must for not only rap music fans, but historians of popular music.
For anyone looking for an introduction to Public Enemy's music, look no further than Power to the People and the Beats as it delivers the best of Public Enemy's catalog during their years with Def Jam.
Dog & Butterfly was the final album by the original lineup of Heart. While it wasn't a strong as Dreamboat Annie & Little Queen, Dog & Butterfly is nonetheless a solid release & a must own for Heart fans whether you're a diehard or casual fan.
