Printer with the speed of a laser jet

The HP Office Jet Pro offers the speed and reliability you would expect to see with HP products. With the use of modern day technology implemented in their printers, HP has improved both the speed and quality of their printing process. With the added feature of HP+ you no longer need to worry with keeping up with your printers updates, ink cartridges or disposal. Let's dive in and see what makes this newest flagship a bit different.
Out of the box you get everything you need to get started, which really isn't a whole lot. You get the main printer, power cord, the four ink cartridges necessary to print, and a set of instructions. What i really like about the printer is the fact that the only cord i have is the power cord. You have one outlet for the ethernet cable and another for USB printing but other than that this unit is really meant to shine with the use of wireless technology. So how easy is set up on your PC? Really easy in fact. Set up took about 5 mins, and that included a update for the printer. All you need to do is download the free HP Smart app for either PC, Apple, IOS or Android and follow the step by step instructions. Through the app on your phone you can easily print directly from your phone to your printer. The printer also comes with a built in LCD screen so you can also manually do everything through the touch screen as well. I don't want to spend to much time on the touch screen but some of the items you can do is print, scan, adjust your settings and even print passport photos, to name just a few. Where this unit really shines versus its previous model that i noticed right away was the speed and quality of the print jobs. For being your typical ribbon wire printer, these units have always been slow and noisy. The HP Office Jet is a lot more faster than its predecessors with the speed that almost feels like a good quality laser jet printer. The print quality is superb leaving no streaking or breaks in the print job. For the most part its your standard printer that your used to owning. It prints, scans, sends emails and can even print photos and passports. But what is meant to make it stand out besides its speed and quality is the added feature of HP+. So lets talk about HP+ here for a minute. HP+ is a added feature that is free however it is meant to be combined with HP instant ink. So what the HP+ does is give you a extra year of warranty for your printer but it also allows HP to monitor your printer to help improve performance. HP+ will monitor when updates are needed, it will readjust the ink jets when it feels it needs it and when combined with HP instant ink HP will monitor your ink levels and when they start to get low they will automatically send you new ink cartridges with a free return slip so that you can send them back free of charge to be properly recycled. Obviously there is a monthly fee associated with this subscription.
Overall guys this is a printer just like every other printer you have seen. But what makes it truly shine is the speed of the print and the fact that the printer monitors itself through HP+ and adjust itself and updates itself as necessary. In a busy world sometimes i don't have time to keep up with all the minor things like buying ink or checking to make sure it has the latest firmware update. For me what really got me sold was the speed of the print and the fact that they pretty much monitor and take care of my printer needs for me along with providing me with ink before i run out. Check it out and let HP handle all the trivial stuff.

Good but not great

The Corsair Sabre gaming mouse comes in to help give you the competitive
edge in FPS gaming. Rather or not it delivers is going to be based of your own personal perspective. Hopefully this review will help to answer any questions you have.
First off out the box you get the main unit and plenty of cable to run your mouse to which ever port you please. The mouse is lightweight and pretty comfortable for the most part. One thing i noticed as far as weight goes is this unit does not provide additional weights to fit the desire of your gaming experience. Me personally i like a little bit of a heaver weight when playing FPS this way i don't over shoot when clicking my quick tabs. Let me get this out of the way right not for all you RGB fans out there, this unit is not RGB and the only thing that comes close to it is the little LED light on the bottom side of the mouse which changes colors to let you know what DPI setting your in. Speaking of which that is the second thing i noticed was the placement of the DPI button. For the life of me i can not understand why Corsair opted to place the DPI button on bottom of the mouse instead of the top near the scroll wheel. This means if you wish to change your DPI setting on the fly you have to lift the mouse up, flip it over and press the button. I guess that's their way of giving you the competitive edge, or are they trying to give your competition the competitive edge? Hmmm.. Anyways for those of you barely getting in to gaming your DPI setting is Dots Per Inch, which basically controls cursor speed or sensitivity. Through the ICue (which you need to have the latest software) you can adjust your key assignments, which are your five buttons. Two on the side, left click, right click, and scroll wheel click. DPI can be set through ICue and you can set it as high as 18000. Also you can adjust and set separate DPI settings for your X and Y axis which is kinda cool. You have five different settings you can set for your DPI along with a sniper mode.
Alright enough about that because well, that's pretty much the basics as to what you can do. As far as gameplay goes, this mouse is meant to be used for FPS such as COD or battlefield. I would not use this mouse as a mmo mouse as you have very limited buttons to map. Over all when it came to gameplay the mouse was very responsive and what felt like was a 1ms of responsive time, there was no lag that i could pick up on. The button mapping was easy to manage and quick access to the side buttons made accessing my utilities a breeze. With the DPI setting on the bottom side it made switching between my sniper mode and close quarter mode a big pain.
Here's the bottom line guys. This is a very basic entry level mouse that offers a affordable edge for people wanting to get in to FPS. However what really gets me and prevents me from wanting to recommend this to friends is that the DPI button is on the bottom, which makes no sense and the fact that there are better designed FPS mouse out there in this price point makes it hard for me to get behind it. For me this is a hard pass, however if your a fan of corsair then by all means give it a try.

built to almost near perfection

The Asus ROG Zephyrus is a near perfect laptop for someone looking to get in to gaming or those looking for a upgrade. With the recent shortage of hardware this laptop is a no brainer on rather or not to buy this product. Hopefully this review will help to assist in your buying decision.
First impressions of the laptop is that it actually looks pretty simple and does not tend to stand out too much as other gaming laptops have done in the past. For me this is a big plus. I prefer simplicity over flashy laptops anyways. All the specs for this unit can be found on Best Buy's website so i don't wanna waste time talking about them but instead i want to dive in to how well this performs from a gaming aspect and rather or not this is a good buy. So lets dive right in. Let me start by saying that this laptop is designed for hardcore gaming and those looking to push the settings on triple A gaming. With this unit packing some of the best hardware on the market to date. First off for all you RGB people out there yes the keys have RGB with a decent backlit display. The keyboard keys are nothing special in the way of mechanical keys and the spacing between them is ok. Not a big deal as i usually use a separate gaming keypad and mouse anyways, so i could personally care less about the stock keys. The 15" display is beautiful and really helps bring out all the beauty that is Ray Tracing. The speakers are actually quite decent putting out pretty good quality across the mid and high ranges however your low bass sounds are going to struggle and sound a little over compensated. Not a big deal as most people game with headsets anyways. So real briefly about the hardware that is packed in to this unit. The graphics card is a 3070 which is the newest card out in the market. While its not a top tier in the 30 series line up it comes in very strong on a middle grade level. The Ryzen 9 is one of the best CPUs out there right now and while its not top tier its very very close to it. So let's see how it holds up to some of the best and most anticipated games out there. I wasted no time and wanted to check this set ups Timespy score against my 2070 super. My super was coming back at roughly a score of 10197 where as the Asus ROG with the 3070 gave me a score of 13752. When pushing it to the limits against Cyberpunk with all my settings maxed out including setting Ray Tracing to ultra against my pc build which contains a 2070 super, I7 9700k and 32gigs of ram. My 2070 would average 38fps with gpu temps of 64 C and cpu temps of 60 C with minimal dropouts. The Asus ROG ran the same settings with a average framerate of 55 to 60fps with gpu temps around 72 C and CPU temps pushing 80C. The laptop got noticeable hot but not hot enough to make it uncomfortable to place on my lap. Heat dissipation was done through 2 rearward facing fans and which as hard as it tries to bring temps down there is only so much you can do in a confined space. While stress testing it against the Witcher 3 temps were obliviously better along with frame rates. At maxed settings gpu temps held steady in the low 70s to high 60s Celsius where as my cpu stayed around 75 Celsius. FPS held a solid 80 frames average and image rendering was smooth without any ghosting or issues what so ever. Ray Tracing was gorgeous doing a very good job of mirroring images off of water surfaces or marble floor. I think what really impressed me the most was the way torches gave off light against the stone walls on a dark night. The shadows would move with almost near perfect physics while allowing the light to be perfectly rendered against the backdrop. Under high load battery life also dropped from a average of 9 hours of battery life down to 1.5 hours of run time. Obviously that's to be expected so no surprises there for me as i leave my power cord plugged in all the time anyways. With the Ryzen 9 set up for the CPU it gives you more flexibility in the way of mulit-tasking. What i mean by this is that you can easily have multiple windows or even stream videos while gaming with no lag and very little frame drops. For me when i game i like to run multiple parses, or add ons, which help monitor my dps and give me ticker warnings when my CD are up. This can take a big load on the cpu however the Ryzen 9 didn't even bat a eye when given the extra tasks. Temps did up, however stability stayed consistent and not once did i notice any throttling with the temps in to the 80s.
Here's the bottom line and my honest opinion. Me personally i am not a big fan of gaming laptops for a couple reasons. One, upgrades are expensive and a pain to do and some laptops are modular units which don't even allow for upgrades. My second issue and probably the most important one is high temps. Laptops are always going to run hotter then a PC desktop due to lack of space and the ability to dissipate heat properly. The added temps will cut the life down in comparison to a desktop. Now with that being said, as of writing this review due to Covid and all the scalpers in the world buying up parts, high end pc parts are near impossible to find and if you do find them you will end up paying double what the msrp value is. The GPU retails normally around $476 U.S. dollars however due to the shortage of parts the GPU is currently going for upwards of up to $800 or more. The GPU alone is more than half the cost of the laptop making the buying of this laptop a great deal. Not just that but Asus did not hold back on any cheap parts with this laptop. Although it may not be a top tier gaming laptop it comes in a very strong second and will easily handle any Triple A game out there with ease. Temps are gonna run high so i would recommend buying a separate cooling base to assist the fans in heat dissipation. Overall guys if you see this laptop for sale and its not sold out don't waste any time and buy it right away. This laptop is a no brainer and will easily outperform most set ups out there. Buy it up quick before the scalpers do.

Healthiness starts with clean air

The Blueair air purifier offers a new level of home cleanliness that most could stand to benefit from during these trying times. Question is, does the price tag warrant the hype?
So let's get the basics out of the way. Out of the box you get the main unit, instruction book, filter and power cord. I want to start by saying this is not a small unit. I uploaded a picture of the unit with my german shepard in it for size comparison. The unit is big and will stand out however its sleek and modern look makes it so that it does not become a eye sore. The Blueair air purifier comes with a free downloadable app. Through the app you can access your unit anywhere there is a internet connection. Once connected to the app you can then see several different functions, data, and different options. Through the app the first thing you will see is your air quality, i.e. excellent, good, etc. Once you dive in to the main portion of it you receive quite a bit of info, alot more then i was actually expecting to see. You will get a graph of your PM1, PM 2.5, PM10, tVOC, temp, and humidity. At first i was very overwhelmed by the amount of information it gave you however once i took some time to sit down and read everything thoroughly i realized that its pretty simplistic even though it appears not to be. So real briefly here, your PM is your "find particulate matter" reading. And basically what this means is rather or not the air purifier detected particulates and if so of what size are they. To put it simply PM 1 is your fine particulates such as bacteria and virus, where as your PM 10 is larger more coarse particulates such as dust and pet dander. Your tVOC graph is probably one of the bigger ones i focused on as that measures gasses. My master bedroom is in the basement and living in the basement can pose some health risk with the presence of radon gasses. This unit will monitor those gases and tell you your quality level while also filtering them out. But i'll get back to touch on these items. Through the app you can also set schedules for example, at 8am you can have the fans go at full speed while your away at work then set them to tone down at 5pm when you get off and then have the unit go in to sleep mode at 8pm which will turn off all the led lights and lower the fan speed so you can sleep. If you don't like using apps that is ok as the main unit will allow you full control of everything except setting up schedules. At the top of the unit there is a full LCD screen that will allow you to cycle through the different PM levels and Gas levels as well as change speeds and activate Germshield. Speaking of which this unit offers a really cool feature called Germshield. The premise behind this feature is just as it states, it will filter out the finer particles that carry bacteria and viruses allowing you to hopefully avoid the common cold. Now let me get one thing straight Blueair does not promise this and even in there pamphlet it says that it will not protect against Covid or Sars however it does filter particulates that are fine enough to get you sick. I don't know about you but with everything going on in the world right now i'll take just about every little bit of help i can get. Now directly under the LCD screen is a LED strip that will light up different colors in order to give you a quick glance of what your air quality looks like. The strip is split in to two sections in the middle allowing it to give you two different visual representations. For example the left part of the strip represents your PM levels while the right side of the strip represents your tVOC or gas levels. Let's say your PM levels are excellent and your gas levels are moderate. The left side of the strip would be lit up blue while the right side would be lit up yellow. The colors are based obliviously on air quality, Blue=excellent, Green=good, Yellow=moderate, and Red=poor. The unit comes with a main Hepa filter that is shaped like a V and two side pre-filters that are washable. The pre-filters is a very nice feature to have for all us pet owners as it will collect pet hair allowing them not to make it to the main filter which would end up shorting the filter life. Also one thing i forgot to mention was the LCD screen will also give you filter life in the form of percentage. It will also tell you room temp and humidity also. Fan speed can not be heard at its lowest setting while at its highest setting it become a little bothersome noise wise.
Now i want to talk about if it does what it claims it can. This really is a hard question to answer as most particulates and gasses can not be detected by the human eye. So how are we to judge this then? Simple put i was able to judge against the smells that i normally get due to having pets and kids. Let me give you one example. One day my dog was not feeling good and he had a accident in the laundry room which is in the basement. Now normally the whole house would smell because this has happened in the past. While when i woke up in the morning i noticed my LED strip was yellow which it never is indicating that it was picking up both gas and particulates. Come to find out my dog had obviously had a accident but the really cool thing was i could not smell anything whatsoever. The air still smelled really fresh and clean. Another to add credit to this unit is that every time my wife gets ready for work she uses hairspray and every time she uses hairspray the Blueair will pick up the gas and turn yellow. This happens every time, and i mean every time! So i know this unit is working at detecting gasses and if its detecting gasses its also filtering them as well. Having this unit in the basement gives me a lot of piece of mind as i feel pretty confident that although i may not filter out all radon gas i feel confident it will greatly help. After all some filtration is better than no filtration. The air quality that comes out also just smells more crisp and clean. At first i thought maybe i was just buying in to the hype and it was all in my head but when my teenage daughter who never notices anything came in to my room and asked why it smelled fresh downstairs i knew it had to be working. If your a pet owner then there is no doubt this is a must have. For all the cat litter or dog hair smell this unit is sure to take care of that making the house smell so clean that not even your guest will know that you have pets. We have a cat, and mind you i am not a cat person just do to the fact that i hate the smell of cat litter. After the first night i immediately noticed the smell of cat litter was gone. As big as this unit is you can easily filter a 1000 sq ft room with ease allowing your house to become more welcoming to guest while hopefully improving your health.
Here's my take away from this set up. Everything about this unit is worth the price tag. The app works flawlessly and the data on the screen seems to be somewhat consistent with what we got going on in our house, such as using hair products, cooking, having animals, etc. The fact that it can get particulates down to PM 1 which can carry the common cold is an even better feature to have. Once again just so we are clear im not saying that this unit will prevent you from getting sick and neither is Blueair however if there is even a slightest possibility that it can then i personally feel its worth it as me and my family are looking for anything and everything we can do to stay healthy during this pandemic. Putting that aside though this unit does a phenomenal job getting rid of pet order. The built in removable pre-filters means you won't blow so much money on replacing the main filter. So far as of writing this review i have yet to find a single flaw yet. Everything works flawlessly starting from the app all the way down to the main unit and LCD touch screen. I understand this unit is on the higher end for sure. But i will leave you with this one string of words my doctor once told me. "How much is your health worth to you?"
Pros:
-filters air as small as PM 1
- Built in touch screen LCD
- Comes with 2 pre-filters
- Can't be heard at its low setting
- App that works perfect with no issues
- Built in wheels to easily move the unit
- Germshield
Cons:
- none yet

Decent and Different

The Bose Sport offer a different option for those looking for earbuds to listen to music while working out or doing your daily activities. The design of a open earbud may be great to some and cumbersome to others. I'll try to break this set up down and hopefully it'll help with your buying decisions.
First off lets talk about what you can expect to receive out of the box. Your going to get the earbuds, case, charging dock, usb charging cable and some real basic instructions on how to link it with the free Bose music app. Out of the gate the first thing that stood out to me was the case. It feels kind of cheap and flimsy but more importantly it does not serve as a charging station for the earbuds. Every single earbud that i have tested rather it be in the ear or open ear design the case would always serve as a charging station. Not with Bose though. They provide you with a separate dock which requires you to separately charge your earbuds. A little weird considering Bose is held pretty highly in the audio community. Basically the case is just that, a case and nothing else. Very basic and behind the times in my opinion. The next thing i noticed was the way you wrap the ear buds around your ears. You do just exactly that. The hooks are stationary and do not bend or move for fitment and yes i understand it is a open ear design so there is no tip replacement however it would of been nice to have other options for the hooks seeing as how everyone's ears are different. However that is not the case here, this is a one size fits all so hopefully you don't have above average ears. Syncing the earbuds to the free Bose app was a pain as it struggled to link together. After linking the buds to the app i realized the app is really useless at this point as it is very limited to what you can even do through the app. At the time of writing this review the only thing you can do is see battery level and link the left earbud button as a shortcut button however there are no options for shortcuts right now. No built in equalizer even through app which is a very big let down coming from Bose.
Ok all this may be trivial to some people so lets get in to sound quality and just how well they hold up during a workout or light jog. First off the Bose name really shined through with how well the sound quality really was. I have to be really honest here for a minute, i have tested several open ear designs and they flat out suck. Main reason being is that they do not go in the ear canal so you get a lot of audio bleeding out which makes the audio quality completely garbage. That is not the issue here at all. The audio quality stayed true to the Bose name and was very rich, crisp and clean. It sounded just as good if not better then some of my in the ear designs that i have. Vocals were very clean and not distorted and my mids did not try to over power my highs. One thing i will say is that bass does lack however that is expected from a open ear design. The audio was very rich and volume was ample enough to please just about anybody. Does it hold up during a workout or light jog? Surprisingly yes it does. Although at times placement feels weak and not secure the earbuds never once fell off during a run or weight training. Now with that being said i don't think they would be my go to design for the gym. The main reason being is that since they don't fit in the ear canal and this is a open design you get a lot of background noise bleeding through. You can hear the weights bang as someone throws another plate on the bar and you can also hear what the person next to you did during their weekend. For me when i go to the gym i don't like distractions and this set up will allow outside noises to bleed through, so keep that in mind. A full charge yielded me roughly about 5 hours of run time, which is about average given their size. No these are not noise canceling just in case some of you are wondering. As far as functionality, yes you have the same functions as every other earbud out there. You can answer and take calls through the earbuds, talk to your personal assistant (Siri or Google), skip tracks by double tapping the right button, check battery level by tapping the left button and so on. Call quality is actually done pretty well through this open ear set up. I was able to hear the other person clearly and they were able to hear me flawlessly with zero dropouts or distortion.
Here's my take away from this. The audio quality is good for sure which i would not expect anything less from Bose. The main reason i gave it three stars is for a couple reasons. Fitment is a one size fits all, which is gonna suck for some of you bigger or smaller folks. Not exactly ideal for a gym type environment seeing as how lots of noise pollution does get in which becomes distracting at times, and the fact that the case serves only as a case and does not charge the earbuds!!! I feel like that is a basic necessity that just about every earbud design has, except this one. At the end of the day sound quality is great however you better hope your in a quite room in order to truly benefit from it. I definitely like this design and do wear them while im driving to work so i can listen to music, answer calls, and still be able to hear what's going on around me however they would be my very last pick for a gym workout earbud.

The Epson Epiqvision Mini is designed to be easily transported for those on the go looking to bring so entertainment via a movie or streaming service or those looking for a quick power point presentation. Rather or not this is going to fit the bill for you really depends on your personal needs.
Just a little side note here, i used this set up mainly for streaming movies and really never tried it against a power point presentation. However given the fact that it does have a HDMI port ( and i mean literally only 1 port ) pairing this set up with a raspberry pi would make a perfect on the go media presentation. Out of the box you get everything you need to get your set up going and if you can hook up a DVD player then your more then capable of setting this unit up. Initially i really enjoyed this unit versus my pervious Epson projector for the simple fact this is more compact and easy to store. The built in speakers is a nice bonus, however don't expect to have them blow you out of the water. While streaming movies off of my firestick i was very impressed at how well the picture quality was displayed. While this projector will not display in native 4k it does a pretty decent job at HD conversion. Paired with a proper black back drop the colors were surprisingly vibrant with display at 50". One thing i noticed was that once you pushed the projector past the 60" mark i was able to immediately notice pixilation and color blur. Though not enough for my wife to notice i was able to pick up on it so just some food for thought. One thing that i really dislike about this set up is the fact that Epson still does what its been doing for most its projectors which is basically building everything around its remote. With out the remote control the unit is pretty much useless in my opinion as most options and set up is done through it. The HDMI port allows for it be easily paired with any outside streaming services including, firestick, apple tv, and roku to name a few. Given the fact that your only given 1 HDMI port means that versatility of this unit is severely limited. With that being said though streaming videos over a good internet connection proved to be flawless with no video drop outs or color distortion. I really have to say once again the picture quality at 50" was phenomenal. I mean i was really impressed with just how vibrant the colors were for being a projector. It almost out performs some of my higher end T.V. set ups.
Here's the bottom line guys, i don't want to bore you with all the specs and specifics of the unit as you can easily find that off of Best Buy's site. If your buying this unit your buying it for one of two reasons. Your either a person on the go who needs this unit for easy transportation of your business presentations or your looking for something compact that can be easily moved outside to watch movies as you fire up the BBQ grill. I would not buy this unit if you are trying to set up a permeant projector for a in home movie theater room as there are better quality units out there that allow for better versatility and sound. This is a great set up for those looking to bring a little extra entertainment during those long summer days or for those business people that are constantly on the go. The fact that it is a Epson means that you can rely on long lasting dependability without having to worry too much about laser failure. For me i like to display movies during the summer in the backyard while i grill, so the fact that it is compact and easy to set up without having to lug around a big unit is a big plus for me. Yes the 1 HDMI port sucks as it limits you to have to keep switching units out between services rather than just changing the input setting, which is a big reason this would not make a good permanent set up.
Pros:
-Awesome picture quality
- Very easy to transport
- Built in speakers
- Auto correction for Skew
- Built for streaming services
Cons:
- 1 HDMI port

Good, but is it great?

Yamaha's TW-E7A is a true wireless in the ear bud set up that boast great clarity with Active Noise Cancellation (ANC). Nothing really new compared to what's out there in the market, however the real question is how well it stands out in regards to its competitors. I hope this review will serve you well in your buying decision of this unit.
First off let's get the basics out of the way. Out of the box your going to get everything you need including the docking case, travel pouch, multiple ear inserts, and the usb charger. This unit does provide a free app which like most other headsets allows you to customize certain pre-sets such has sound controls, noise cancellation levels, etc. Really this is your run of the mill wireless headset and if you have ever owned a wireless headset or currently own one it pretty much will share the same features. I don't want to touch too much on them as they are pretty basic and you can pull the features off of Best Buy's website. But some of the basic features include, direct link to your google assistant or Alexa, answering phone calls or making them and so on. The case serves as the main charging dock for the earbuds and charging is done via the two magnetic pin connectors. Charging the earbuds is easily done and the magnetic tips ensure that pins line up just right every time which makes placement a cinch. Full charge of the base station was roughly under a hour and yielded roughly 4 hours of play back time pending your audio and ANC settings. Out of all the earbuds i have own or tested i will say this set up offers ample selection in the way of fitment for your ear tips. Most units only give you three tips, small, medium, and large. You get five ear tips with three different sleeves to ensure that your ears get the maximum grip necessary during your usage.
Let's not waste any more time and dive right into sound quality and functionality. First off i wanna say that i tested these in the gym and while running on my daily trails. In the ear buds are always my first go to when working out at the gym as they are very discreet but most importantly they don't become cumbersome during my exercises. Let's talk comfort. Once the correct tip and sleeve were found for my ears i will say this one of the more comfortable earbuds i have worn. Now with that being said i noticed right off the bat that even with the addition of extra sleeves these earbuds struggled to stay in my ear. Lifting weights or doing a low motion workout was not a problem however when i got to doing more impact workouts such as cardio or sit ups i noticed that they struggled to stay perfectly seated in, which kept making me have to adjust them. This was very disappointing considering that every time they shifted, outside noise got in which made it very distracting and would keep taking my focus off my workout to re-adjust my placement. Now the active noise cancellation is a nice feature and does a very good job at keeping out medium to low level noises however keep in mind this function only shines if the earbuds are properly seated in the canal and stay seated. With the fact that they kept shifting during my workout it kind of made this function of the earbud useless. Sound quality was average, which was kind of disappointing considering the company that is making this unit. And yes i get it, earbuds are not going to sound as well as over the ear however there are several other earbuds out there that just sound rich and more full. The mids and highs were great however the vocals and lows were lacking just a bit. It seemed like the drivers were struggling to ramp up the low bass rifts while allowing the vocals to come in with clarity without being over shadowed. There was no static distortion or inference from the bluetooth side at lower levels however it just felt like the sound was lacking clarity. For those of you that like to blast your music really loud your going to notice this even more at the higher levels as sound quality seems to get slightly more distorted at the higher volume levels. Battery life isn't the greatest either as most times i would barely get enough sound for a three hour workout. Now i understand that most of you probably don't workout this much but keep this in mind, if you use this for travel, rather it be by plane, car or train, you better hope that trip doesn't go longer than three to four hours or your going to find that your buds won't be able to hang with you. There's nothing more aggravating than to be three hours in to a 10 hour car ride only to have to stop listening to music for about 20 mins to recharge them for another go around.
Here's my final verdict. This is a decent, average earbud and nothing else. Sure the ANC works great as long as they are properly fitted in your ear and don't move however for those of you that have a active life style and wish to use them on your morning jog or workout routine i would say this is a hard pass. Now with that being said if your the type of person that is just trying to get from point A to point B every morning on your way to work via the train or bus, than ya this is a great set up for you. The fact that you have to ride on public transportation means you block out the sounds around you and the fact that your sitting means the buds will stay perfectly seated. Put them back in your case when you get to work and by the time you get off to start your trip home they are fully charged and ready to go another round. The low battery life means they would not be my go to for a long adventure however if i was about to take a short trip then sure i'd grab this unit. At the end of the day the purchase of this unit is going to come down to how exactly you plan to use them. I personally would pick them up only if they were on sale.
Pros:
-Multiple eartips and sleeves
-ANC (Active Noise Cancellation)
Cons:
-Average sound quality
-Average battery life
-Struggles to stay in the ear firmly

Solid performer but does the price match?

The Crucial 1TB ssd is a great addition for anyone looking to fit there m.2 slots with a good solid TB that can read and write at amazing speeds. No matter what your goal is with this set up im pretty confident it will fit the bill for just about anyone out there regardless of your goals.
So if your here looking at this SSD im gonna assume its safe to say you know some minor details about computer building and storage. We all know that SSD is faster than HDD and for me personally its all i prefer to run. My PC rig is built strictly for gaming and nothing else. With that being said speed is king in my book and what i typically use my SSD for is my boot files. There's nothing more irritating than having to wait a long time for my games and pc to load up. I really hate to compare companies but without having a good set up to bench test it thats basically what i did. So my bios boot files are installed on to my Samsung 970 Evo and with start times under a minute im pretty sure there's little out there that can compete. I was wrong however. I moved all my files over to the Crucial (which was a pain) in order to see if there was a noticeable difference between the two set ups, rather it be good or bad. In all honesty load times were amazingly fast. So much so that i didn't notice a difference one bit. My boot time was still under a minute. One nice thing Crucial does for those of us that are not too tech savvy is they provide free software via their Crucial Storage Executive software to help you set up your files. This software also makes partitioning the ssd a little bit easier, however i have my own software that i prefer to use in that category. Now load times with games such as FFXIV or Warcraft vs. big box companies like the EVO970 i noticed a 1 second difference. Not enough for most people to pick up on but enough for me notice. Now when it comes to transfer file speeds it does great however when it comes to big package file transfers such as 4k movies or 1 gig and up files there is a noticeable delay. I noticed almost a 600mbps difference between the crucial and my EVO. With the processing power claimed in the specs im not understanding if this is a issue on my end or if the claims are being exaggerated a bit. However it was something i noticed right away with bigger files that were over a gig. Another area i looked at especially hard was power consumption and idle temps. With the release of Nvidia's 30 series and the power hungry demand for it, power consumption is now in the back of my mind for all my hardware as i don't particularly want to upgrade my PSU unless i really have to. This by far is the worse for power consumption compared to my other SSDs. I noticed about almost 75 more wattage at peak performance than i did my other hardware and at idle my temps were hovering around 55 to 60 degrees Celsius. If my hardware temps aren't under 50 at idle (given the exception of my GPU) then for me that tends to worry me a bit. Running the Lian Li Bauer case, where there is more than ample room for heat displacement. I feel this should not be running at those temps unless the SSD is not doing its job internally or they are either using inferior parts for heat distribution.
Over all this is a decent set up for those looking for a quick SSD to hang with the big boys. Is it the best out there? In my opinion no, but its far from the worst and its no where near being average what so ever. This a great addition for a new or upgrade build and while there are some minor difference such as read and write speeds and idle temp issues it still makes for a good hardware upgrade. What really stops me for giving this 5 stars is the price tag. At the price point that this unit is coming in at, it puts it right up there with some big hitters like Samsung's Evo 970 and Corsair's nvme m.2 drives. The problem with that is it gets outperformed in some key areas. Were the price to drop more then i would consider this for myself or a friend. However as good as a m.2 ssd this is, it just makes it hard for me to recommend this while you can spend a few bucks more and get a better performer. I guess at the end of the day its gonna come down to personal preference.

Sound never felt so good

The Shure Aonic 50 is a wireless headset that offers superb sound quality while giving you isolation of from outside noise pollution. With its hefty price tag it comes in with hopes of competing with some big hitters like Sony and Bose. Let's see what you can expect to get from this high end headset.
Out of the box you get everything needed to get you started including the main headset and power cable. Connection is done either through Bluetooth, nfc, or the free app. Initial charge time for a full cell was roughly about a hour and so far with noise cancellation at its full setting i have been able to receive right around 18 hours of run time. The design of this headset is top notch for sure. The cushions and head straps are probably some of the thickest and most comfortable i have ever had the privilege of using. With removable and replaceable earcups, this unit is sure to offer longevity. One big draw back i noticed right out of the gate was the lack of a collapsible band. With the market that this unit is coming in at, both its big name competitors offer this in their headsets which allow for a compact design for easy carry on. This unit does not offer this and therefore you are left carrying around this bulky headset while you board your airplane, bus, or where ever it is you are headed. Through the free app you can easily set up your headset to meet your needs such as utilizing Shure's equalizer settings to get the sounds you want, and adjustment of your noise cancellation in order to allow as much or as little outside noise in.
Let's get in to functionality and sound. In the way of noise cancelling headsets this unit is pretty much the same as most others. The right earcup holds all the buttons you need to access all your basic settings such as volume controls, foward/back playback, and noise cancelling/ambient sound button. This unit does allow features that give you access to pair which ever personal assistant you choose, rather it be google or alexa. You can also answer calls or use this headset for your zoom meetings as the built in mic allows this. In the way of noise cancellation this unit is awesome and does a great job of cancelling outside noise however most units have a different frequency at which they really shine. The Shure Aonic 50 shines in the low frequency category meaning it will cancel such low frequency noises as air conditioning units, washing machines, and jet engines from airplanes. The sound quality is top notch and is almost guaranteed to please just about every audiophile out there. With the use of the free app you can easily fine tune your sound settings to fit your desire, rather it be more bass your looking for or higher vocals. Either way the sound quality is enough for just about everyone to fall in love with.
So should you buy this headset? Well that depends on what exactly you plan on using the headset for. This headset is great for people who travel daily or weekly by bus, plane or train as this headset will do a phenomenal job at blocking out all those engine noises and passenger chatter. If your working at home now due to covid and you have noisy roommates or kids, then this unit is a must have as the mic does a great job at getting your voice heard and the noise cancellation will keep out all that noise pollution allowing you to focus on your zoom meeting. Now if your just looking for a headset that offers good sound and none of those other issues are a thing for you then i would pass on this unit due to the hefty price tag and the fact that there are other headsets out there that offer studio sound quality at half the price. My only real complaint that i have with this unit is the fact that it is not collapsible and therefore makes it cumbersome when traveling. Other than that this is a excellent headset to pick up if you have the funds for it.
The good:
-Great sound quality
-Awesome noise cancellation
-Long battery life
-Replaceable earcups
The bad:
-Lack of a foldable design

decent speakers

The Logitech 2.1 Bluetooth speakers is a great entry point for anyone looking to get some decent sound quality at a fair price. There are some areas it does fall short so hopefully this review will help with your buying decisions.
Let's talk about the basics here real quick. Out of the box your going to get your two speakers, main bass box, all the necessary wires and a wireless hub to control sound and playback. Let me start by saying this is a Bluetooth set up and not a wireless set up. The only thing that is wireless is the sound hub which runs off of 2 AAA batteries. Set up is very easy and can be done either via Bluetooth or through the provided 3.5 mm cable. I tested this against my ps4, android phone, and PC. Both set ups worked really good through Bluetooth except my pc. While trying to run it through the Bluetooth audio was badly distorted and would not come through crystal clear. I can't really blame Logitech for this as i don't truly know where the problem lies. What i ended up having to do was run the speakers to my PC through the 3.5 mm cable and everything worked just fine. One thing i was disappointed to see was the lack of a app to allow further customization of sound control and quality, mainly speaking of the bass speaker. The Bass speaker looks nice and with a downward facing subwoofer i was really hoping this thing would shake the ground when the bass hit. I was wrong however. Sound quality on this set up seems to focus more on clarity and vocals then it does on any other area. While playing games like COD, bass was decent around explosions and could be felt. Now don't get me wrong bass can be adjusted through the wireless hub however even at full setting it just seems like the unit is trying to hard to push it through. That's not to say the sound quality is horrible because its not. Your going to pick up on vocals and your highs very well and with very good quality, however compared to some of my other speakers that i have that are very identical to this set up, the Logitech falls short of keeping up. Through the wireless audio hub you can do some basic task like raise the volume, pause the track and skip/rewind the next track and well that's pretty much it.
Overall guys im keeping this review short because, well basically this unit is as average as it gets. There's not a whole lot of features, and there is no use of a app to control features or fine tune your audio device Sound and voice quality is very clear with decent bass however that's about where it ends. I own a lot of Logitech products and for me this would be a hard pass for two reasons. One, i like full control of my audio sounds via a provided equalizer, and two certain sound qualities are lacking. Over all this is a great set up if you are on a budget or looking for some discreet speakers. For most people this is going to be enough however im very picky when it comes to my audio and at the end of the day for me, this a basic set up at best and nothing else.

How do the cameras attach to the house?

the outdoor cameras are attached via magnets to the base. The only item that requires 2 screws to mount is the base plate. Once the base plate is mounted then the cameras are attached and removed via magnets.

Do you have tonoay for monthly monitoring

you dont have to pay for a monthly subscription however keep in mind the free plan is very basic and i mean very basic. The free plan only allows for you to disarm and arm the system and allows the siren to go off if the alarm is triggered however they will not call the police and they will not allow for your video footage to be recorded. So it basically forces you in to a monthly plan but keep in mind there is no contract so you can cancel at any time.

does this camera system run on a 5g mhz speed wifi i have at&t fiber internet and my camera system that i have now BLINK only works off of 2.4 mhz speed .

Good question. On my Linksys it runs on the 2.4 band and as of right now there is no option on the Simplisafe app to move it over to the 5g band.

Can cameras be plugged into power while mounted to wall or do they have to be charged then put up. And pull down to charge when dead

So the wireless cameras can either be mounted wirelessly or hardwired in to a wall outlet. If you dont feel like charging the battery every month or so then you do have the option to wire them in as well. As far as charging goes the batteries are removable from the cameras so this way when it comes time to charge them you dont need to charge the whole camera unit just simply the battery pack.

What are the triggers like on this controller? Are they like normal Xbox controller triggers with a long pull or do they use any trigger stops for a shorter pull?

The triggers can not be adjusted as you would find on a Astro controller. As far as pull goes it feels very similar to a xbox trigger pull and has medium senisitivity. The pull is not short but does not feel long either. Most actions seem to activate after about pulling a 1/4 of a inch.

Can you use a wireless headset with this controller? It's a Turtle Beach stealth gen 2

No you can not as the there are only two ports, a usb-c port for connection and a 3.5mm port for audio cable hook up.
