Meet Talk GO, JLab’s compact, lightweight, and portable USB microphone. With 2 studio-quality condensers and a generous resolution of 96kHz/24BIT, this is a great entry level microphone for all around use with high performance. The Talk GO has 2 directional pattern modes to choose from and has volume and mute controls, making it great for calls, podcasts, gaming, ASMR and voiceovers using its two directional pattern modes.

Excellent budget mic for the money!

I'm coming from using a few different headsets from over the years in my exploits of playing Multiplayer games on PC.
I've used headsets from Kingston, Sennheiser and even a set of V-Moda's. Moving away from a headset to a dedicated mic and headphones is such a great change.
In the week or so I've been using this mic, just with the included tripod, I've had nothing but a positive experience. I didn't really have any complaints using the headsets though, but using an actual mic definitely makes a big difference. It's good sized mic and the tripod is pretty nice. I wish it was a bit taller, but it gets the job done till I decied to put it on a boom. I've supplemented a Pair of Sennheiser HD 595's for my headphones to bring them out of retirement.
Pro's!
I like that it connects via USB A to Type-C instead of making use of the typical micro-USB cable.
It's a nice that they also include a mute button. This seems to be pretty uncommon on the majority of dedicate mic's, especially when you're looking at mics under $100.
The included headset port with volume adjustment to control how much of yourself you hear. You could also run your headphones off it, but I wouldn't recommend it for anything more than monitoring yourself before a stream.
The mic is pretty light but it definitely doesn't sound cheap.
There's also a LED ring around the base and around the mute/function button.
The mute/function button using a long press toggles between Cardiod and Omni-Directional. There's also two indicators on the base of the mic that show which mode it's in. The Ring around the base also lights up in their respective colors for the two modes. Red is Mute, Green is Omni-Directional, and Blue is Cardiod.
Cons!
I can't really say I've got anything negative to say.
I think it's best to just keep your expectations in check. This is only a $50 Mic and for the price, on a budget this is a really great proposition. This is obviously going to be a bar below a Blue, it's also not gonna be able to hold a candle to most over $100. The top tier model of the Talk series seems to have pretty good reviews and improves upon what already makes the Go a great value.
For those on a budget, I'd most definitely recommend this Mic. If you have a higher budget, the Pro would also be a good choice.

Small, Slim and unobtrusive. Does what it needs to

Been using this adapter for a few days now so I thought I share my thoughts on it.
The adapter is working great. I've noticed that with the charging plug I have that supports fast charging, my Note 10+ that I'm using this with will fast charge. I did notice that while using it and having too many apps open that charging dropped to slow charging. Closing apps seemed to alleviate the issue. I will be testing the charging ability further once I have the mount for my car to put my Tab S6 in and use.
As for audio, no issues here. It sounds just as good as if I was connecting just the Type-C to Aux adapter.
One thing I did notice was when I was turning my car off and if I opened the door before disconnecting my phone, there would be a pop from the speakers. This happened before when I'd use just the Type-C to Aux if I disconnected the phone before opening my car door. Instead it now happens without any power to the device and with stereo powered off.
My advice is to disconnect your adapter before opening your door or powering off the car. Doing this it's not popped once.
If you need a cheaper adapter but of good quality then this will fit the bill. There's also indicators on the end where it splits to show which is for charging and which is for Audio so there's no confusion.

KitchenAid, it’s a brand so many of us who work in Kitchens either for hobby or professionally.
In the week or so that I’ve been using this Hand Blender, it’s been nothing but a pleasant experience. It’s simple to use and has quite a bit of power to blend a variety of things including shakes/smoothies.
I appreciate that there was a measuring cup included with a Rubber lid and also a protector for if you’re using the Blender in a pan and don’t want to damage the surface of said pan.
It has two speeds on it. The speeds are dependent on the pressure applied to the trigger mechanism. There’s also on the opposite of the trigger a large lock button that unless pressure is applied to it, the blades will not engage. It’s likely not entirely child proof, an actual lock of sorts would be better for this, but it at least prevents accidental operation of the unit.
It’s got quite a long neck to it so if you have a deep cup or container that you’re needing to blend in, you won’t have much of a problem. The neck containing the blades is detachable to make cleaning quick and easy. The Pan Protector is also easy to clean and is made of plastic. It snaps right on to the blender head with ease and won’t easily fall off.
To charge the unit, you disconnect the Blender portion of the unit and on the inside of the handle there is a charger port. It doesn’t appear to take a long time to charge and also appears to hold a charge for quite some time. I charged it to full the day I got it and have not placed it back on the charger still. It does have a 3 color indicator to show when it’s full, low or needs to be charged.
I have to say I’m quite pleased with this. It’s quick and simple to use and makes the need for taking out and setting up the full sized blender unnecessary. Given the KitchenAid quality, I expect this to last for many years without issue.
If you’re looking for a nice durable and quality feeling Hand Blender and have relied on KitchenAid or even any other brand of kitchen appliances/utilities this will not disappoint. You certainly won’t go wrong with purchasing one of these.

Once again Sony hit’s it out of the park.

I’ve used several of their line of these speakers. I still use my XB41 to this day, though I think the XB33 will take its place.
I wasn’t expecting too much of a difference but boy oh boy is there one. The addition of the side-firing “woofers” definitely brings more to the table than just have 2 speakers and 2 Tweeters to drive all the sound. The fact that this change was made, helps the Live Sound option to sound so much better than before. On my XB41 the Live muddled everything but the highs and those were way too bright so I stuck with using my own sound profile. Now though, that’s a different story because the low frequency response is handled by the woofers. Sound is no longer muddled and everything is boosted. It does sound like they adjusted the mid-range with the Live Sound profile as before it seemed as though it was completely missing.
All the typical features of the speaker are there though. You have your USB port to charge a device like on previous models. There is no aux this time which is a shame, but I think that takes away from the fact this is a Bluetooth speaker. The biggest change here though and it’s quite a shame it didn’t make it in to the last series with the style now being the standard in mobile devices and even laptops, is USB Type-C. This is such a huge welcome change as it means less need to have a certain style cable with you anymore. Now I’m not certain if it supports fast charging and can find no mention of it. If it does, then I’d imagine you’ll spend much less time waiting than you would the previous generations.
Another thing is that there is no DC charging anymore which is again very welcome. I can’t recall how many times I misplaced the charger for my XB41. Battery life is on par with previous models, though I never used it for that amount of time straight. I would keep my 41 in the bathroom so I could have music while in there or listen to a podcast and typically charge it every other month. It holds its battery over long term incredibly well. Even the little XB12 I have holds its charge for long amounts of time.
If you’re looking for a fantastic sounding Bluetooth speaker that’s waterproof that you can keep with you by the pool or in the yard or even out on the beach, I’d say you definitely can’t go wrong with this generation of the XB series.
Can’t wait to see what Sony cooks up next.

Great looking unit, but very noisy
on May 15, 2020

I’ve not had an air purifier before so I wasn’t entirely sure what to expect.
The setup was simple and I had it running in minutes. The first night that I did run it, I could certainly tell a difference. There a different pressure if you will in my room next to my bed. I generally only run it at night as I also sleep with a CPAP.
The filters for them do seem a bit pricey, though they only need replacing per the manual, every 6 months. It’s easy to replace as well and will take roughly a minute to do.
I like the look of it too as it’s quite sleek and minimal in its design.
Since this is just the Mini model, there is no app control which is disappointing, even though in various bits of material I’ve read, there is WiFi built in to the device, they just don’t have it enabled. This may be due to a move to push folks to the more expensive model the Air Mini+. That model also includes other features such as auto-sensing with the particulate in the air as well as the Auto Protect mode, which this model lacks.
It’s quite large so ensure you have the space. Its dimensions are roughly 16-18” tall, and about 8-10” in diameter. If you want this on a nightstand, you’re going to have to move things.
The main thing I really want to touch on here is the noise level. Anything above 2 in a small room is more or less unbearable. My room is roughly 12x13 with a 8.5’ ceiling and is likely the most ideal for this potential of this unit. On setting 1, I can hear the fan, but it’s not something that’s too distracting. At setting 2, I’d venture the DB is around 30-35, but setting 3, that’s easily approaching 45-50 DB. I work in I.T. and I have a knack for fan noise and I can say, this thing at 3 is louder than my self-built PC with all fans running at maximum. 4 and 5 are just so unbearable that I’m not even sure why they’re even options. At this point you’re approaching DB levels of the average conversation. Something this loud should definitely not be marketed for a 250sq feet but for something at the very least, 500 or greater where the unit is a good distance away.
This really is a deal breaker for even looking at adding another unit or even the larger Molekule Air system that supports 700sq feet.
Because of the noise level alone, I don’t think I could recommend these products. Not to mention the disabling of the WiFi capability to push people to the Mini+ I can’t fathom that it costs $100 more just to turn it on.
If you’re in the market for something to purify the air in your home or in a particular room, look for something that doesn’t sound like an industrial fan in a warehouse.

Good sound for small space
on April 9, 2020
Posted by: Saitzev

As an owner of a Yamaha receiver which I absolutely love and has loads of features, I would say I’m surprised by the quality of this sound bar, but I’m no as Yamaha hasn’t disappointed me with their products and the quality.
The main point of the review is the sound. It’s good, despite not even having a separate physical subwoofer, the sound is quite good and it can get pretty loud. Remember though that this is a sound bar, not a full Surround System and you won’t exceed your expectations.
The Sound Bar is perfect for something of a small bedroom and will most definitely fill the room. You’ll even get some boominess from the dual 3” Subwoofer’s built in to it. It won’t shake the house down, but you’ll get more definition and depth than you from say using just your TV speakers. That is really where the target is for this product though. I have these connected using the Optical cable out from the TV, it’s an older Samsung LED panel. It doesn’t have the ARC HDMI port on it so this was the only option if we wanted to keep the TV speakers for when the Sound Bar isn’t needed.
Clear Voice helps when you’re watching the News as it brings everything more front and center. The Surround does help when watching movies or other things designed for home theaters with surround sound. It’s obvious that it won’t hit that same level, but since we’re looking at a sound bar here, odd’s are you don’t have the room. There’s plenty of High’s and quite a bit of Bass for this unit. Mids do seem a bit muddled, but not enough to completely detract from the experience.
The setup was quick too. I hooked up the TV to it, plugged it in, turned it on and it was working within seconds. You can control it a couple of ways, either with the very small, likely to get lost remote, or thankfully using their app on your mobile device in case the remote does go missing. The app is super easy to use and is very minimal and straight to the point. To get it connected to your network you just do so by putting the Sound Bar in a kind of Pairing-Mode and then the app will have you connect it to your Network. It’s quite quick and easy. I did have an update available for mine which prompted nearly immediately after connecting to my home network. It didn’t take too long to install; I want to say between 5-10 minutes but once was done I was able to get back to using it.
I do wish there was at a minimum two HDMI inputs on the sound bar though. The room it is in has a Roku and a TiVo so the options I had was to one of them plugged in or to leave them in the TV and use the Optical Output. So far, the latter has not had any issue. It’s just a slight inconvenience since a lot of folks may have 2 devices connected to their TV, especially if it’s not a Smart TV. There is also an output on the Soundbar should you want to connect an external Subwoofer to give you more complete 2.1 experience so that is a big plus. I believe this model is also available with a separate Subwoofer should you have the space. Alexa is one of those hit or miss, like it, love it, hate it things. I've not really used it all that much despite having a few Alexa enabled products, but it does work without issue. It's a nice way to adjust the volume or input if you can't find the remote or your phone isn't nearby.
Last thing I want to touch on is the size. It’s quite bulky. It’s between 5-6 inches in depth. If you’ve limited space where your tv is, then you may not be able to use this. I didn’t think it was going to be as deep as it was, but we did still have room for it so it wasn’t a big issue. It is a bit cumbersome with its size.
One of the nice things Yamaha did was include a folded piece of card stock that is the same size of the sound bar that you use to mount the Sound Bar on a wall. This is very thoughtful of them as some may want to place this on the wall and it takes all the guess work out aside from leveling it. I imagine that having it on the wall versus it being flat on a TV stand would give you some better sound, especially when using the surround option.
So long as you keep your expectations in line with what your buying, this won’t disappoint. It provides a nice sound stage for something such as a Home Office or Bedroom or a smaller Living Room. If you’re looking for something for a larger Living area you will likely want to look at something more complete such as full 5.1+ Surround system or maybe a Sound Bar system with a separate Subwoofer and in addition surround speakers.

Good keyboard, but a bit on the pricey side.

The Logitech G513, It’s a pretty good keyboard.
A bit jaded on this one. The key’s, GX Brown are responsive, but in my time with this keyboard they kind of feel a bit mushy, almost as though it’s not a true mechanical but instead a membrane. It could be that I’m not used to the Brown’s. I did have another brand based around Kalih’s that was a Mac keyboard. They’re surprisingly a bit loud which I wouldn’t have expected given browns are supposed to be some of the lower noise switches.
The RGB on the keyboard is good. At it’s brightest which is in my photos don’t seem all that bright. They’re quite responsive with the color changes and the effects are cool. I am a bit sad that since the first version of GHub I used when I got my other keyboard, the G813 had a ton of different effects but now there’s like 10 in total, before there was around 25 or so.
I can say I certainly prefer my G813. I’ve grown accustomed to the shallower key caps. The full size key caps aren’t bad, but I don’t like the taller keys as much anymore.
I like the USB Passthrough and especially the wrist rest. The wrist rest is very comfortable and has a heft and quality feel to it. I don’t expect it to wear down any time soon. I hope they offer it separately as I’d be very interested in buy one, or even a couple for home and work.
One thing I miss is the separate media keys. Instead they’re integrated in to the FN key’s.
The only big con I can think of is the price. If I had to choose between the 813 and 513, I’d spend the extra money and go with the 813. I think the 513 is bit overpriced as it’s not offering a lot over other models in Logitech’s line. I could see these new for around $99 but that’s just my opinion.

This mouse is amazing.

I’ve used many mice over the years, all ironically Logitech, and the OG Microsoft Intellimouse 2.0 for a very long time before Logitech.
I’ve not had much luck with those mice as I’ve already had 3 fail on me inside 2 years, so I thought I’d give Corsair a try as I love their Cherry Red/Blue keyboards and a few other Corsair components in my build.
I was a bit cautious with this mouse because I wasn’t sure how it was going to work for me. I don’t have large hands and I wasn’t sure if I could adjust to all those buttons on the left side. Well I hooked it up to my computer, ICue prompted for 2 separate updates, one cause I was a version behind, the 2nd was for support for the Scimitar RGB Elite. Once it installed, which took about a minute or so, I was off and using the mouse.
I mainly play Shooter based titles, CoD, Borderlands, Destiny 2, Apex Legends etc… along with RTS, MMO and RPG games. I’ve also accustomed myself to playing at low DPI settings. This mouse goes to 18000 DPI, I probably won’t ever use anything even ¼ that high.
One quirk I found with ICue is that if you’re changing what the key does after you change the name of the Action/Macro, it will revert the name. A small inconvenience, but you just have to change the key first, then name it to what it does. One thing I strongly recommend is to wipe out all the profiles on the mouse, otherwise they will override your changes. I found this out when I hopped in to a game and noticed none of my keys were doing what I setup initially. I blew out the onboard profiles, then created new ones and it’s worked perfect since. ICue I will say works great, more so that Logitech’s GHub that I’ve had the opportunity to use and ICue just seems more friendly with creating Macro’s once you get the hang of it.
To give it a workout, I got to configuring the buttons for my first venture out with it in Apex Legends. With the amount of different items you’re using during combat, it’s incredibly helpful to have everything within reach. Once I had everything going, I got acclimated to the mouse very quickly. I didn’t think I could handle so many buttons on the side, but it’s working fantastically and it’s quite easy to use.
I really like the rubberized textured grip on the right side as it helps keep your hand in place. I do wish it was just slightly narrower as it does feel a bit large in my hands. It’s got a great weight to it that you don’t really notice in fast paced scenarios. The lighting is a great feature and it’s pretty cool that you adjust everything individually, so if you want rainbow puke RGB, you can do that lol. Or you can have everything synced. I have mine set to a cycle and my Profile selection set to the side lighting in front of the keys so I know what Game I’ve got going.
I gave it a run in Destiny 2 and it worked flawlessly there as well. One of the nicest things is that you can map literally anything within ICue to any button. One of these that I have mapped is Push-To-Talk for my games and for Discord. It’s an inconvenience to have to reach across your keyboard to press the key. Being mapped to a button that only takes a fraction of the time to quickly press and hold without have to look away from the screen is a major convenience. I really can’t wait to give it a go in some of the other games I play. I’d really like to see how it works in something like No Man’s Sky.
I think my only constructive point of improvement would be to offer a Wireless variant. I’ve gotten so accustomed to the G700/G900/G903 Wireless mice that having a cord seems a bit weird given I never saw any perceived latency.
That said, this mouse is now my daily driver. I can’t see myself using anything else especially for gaming. It’s got a great feel, never feel’s overwhelming or confusing with the side buttons. I love that the keys alternate in texture. From front to back they got smooth, textured, smooth and textured and the 5 key has a dimple like the 5 key on your keyboard’s 10-Key so you know you’re thumb is in the right place.
One other thing I absolutely love is that the side buttons can be moved fore and aft. Corsair includes a little Hex like tool with the mouse and there’s a Hex shaped screw in the base. Loosen that screw just a bit and you can shift the button’s to get the best fit for your hand. It seems like a small thing, but it’s something that makes a large mouse like this much more user friendly.
If you’re looking for a wired mouse with plenty of buttons for your games, this is one of the best options out there, especially with the adjustability of the side buttons which no other mouse I’ve seen or tested offers.

Great alternative to Gas
on December 31, 2019
Posted by: Saitzev
from Missouri, USA
Given the way the weather has been in my area over the last couple weeks, I’ve not really had much time with the blower.
I will say it certainly can handle most jobs. It’s slightly less powerful than the leaf blower model, but this would easily fill the gap for a little bit less.
The battery lasts for about 15 minutes. If you have a large yard/lot, you’re definitely going to want another battery or maybe even 2. The nice thing about the ONEPWR series is that the battery is usable across all of them. So if you have say, the wet/dry vac you can then use the battery from that on this and vice versa with the other ONEPWR devices.
It is a nice convenience over gas, given that there’s less that could stop working or go wrong, the other bonus is no other needed expense for purchasing fuel for it.
I will probably look at other ONEPWR devices in the future. Hopefully with more advances in Lithium technology we can see these get even longer runtime. It’s definitely a step in the right direction and can only get better.
The only other con aside from the battery duration is the charge time, which is quite a while.
If you’re looking for some devices for you house work, these deserve a good look as an alternative to heavy gas or electric powered devices.

That was quite a close shave.

There’s not a tremendous amount to get in to with this. It’s an electric shaver and it does exactly what it’s designed to do.
Been looking to replace my ancient Norelco trimmer that’s held up well for a very long time now. Only thing needing replacing is the blades, which are hard to find and not cheap anymore. I wanted something inexpensive and that was similar.
I like how this has the included trimmer on the back which is handy for those needed touchups. I do have a dedicated Norelco Trimmer for the more detailed work. This will be great for portability as well. It’s a fair bit slimmer than my old Norelco shaver. Though it does as good if not a better job with delivering a nice smooth clean shave. It’s no straight razor, but it more than gets the job done.
Battery life is more than adequate. I find it unlikely I’ll ever hit that 45 minute runtime. I do like that they’re sticking with a charger that can work across multiple Norelco products so I only need to have the one plugged in and I can charge either the trimmer or shaver at my convenience.
I do also like the design of this as it’s much easier to grasp without getting uncomfortable after long use.
Aside from all that, if you’re in the market for a new shaver and want to stay within a certain budget, I’m sure that this will please for years to come.

Unlock a world of crypto possibilities with the Ledger Nano S. The world’s most popular hardware wallet to securely start your crypto journey. Buy, secure, exchange, grow and manage your favorite crypto assets.

Does this wallet support Dogecoin?

It certainly does. You can buy, swap or send and receive Dogecoin on the Nano. You do all this from the Ledger Live app either on PC or your mobile device. I'd recommend doing so from the PC as connecting it to your phone would require you to use an adapter since it uses the antiquated Micro-USB connection.

If you need to know about other coins, you can visit the Ledger website and click on Crypto Assets and from there search to see what it supported.

Stream your favorite tunes from media servers, PCs and smart devices with this Yamaha sound bar. The built-in Alexa voice control lets you decide how your favorite content should play, and the preset modes provide different surround sound effects for your listening pleasure. Featuring clear voice technology, this Yamaha sound bar ensures clear dialog so you can keep up with critical scenes or plot twists.

can i use this remote only and not have to go to a different one?

If you're meaning whether or not you have to use the included remote, then yes, you don't have to use any other. If you mean if you can use a 3rd party universal remote, that would be something you would probably have to reach out to Yamaha or the manufacturer of the remote for.

Also keep in mind you can use your phone as a remote with the Sound Bar app. It's called Sound Bar Controller and it's made by Yamaha. You can also use Alexa to control it as well.

Acer Nitro 5 Laptop: Lose yourself in the absorbing multimedia experience delivered by this Acer Nitro 5 gaming laptop. The Intel Core i5 processor ensures a lag-free performance, and the NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1050 graphics card delivers immersive visuals on the 15.6-inch Full HD display. This Acer Nitro 5 gaming laptop has 8GB of RAM for seamless multitasking.

Do you know the average fps on high setting on high quality games.

Performance is of course going to vary from game to game especially when you consider the settings people use. I've attached my benchmark report from AC:Odyssey. This would be a killer unit if the GPU was a 1650 instead of the paltry 1050. As you can see at 1080 it just barely holds on to 30 fps at mostly medium. Further tweaking and you can probably get that closer to 35-40.

I bought this laptop with 256gb a month ago. Can I add extra 2.5 Internal HDD or SDD in it?

You certainly can. It's got expansion for another M.2 drive as well as a standard 2.5" Mechanical or SSD drive. If you want to expand the SSD storage I'd recommend looking at the Corsair MP510 series. They're cheap, fast, have a 5yr warranty and will probably outlive you lol. They have the highest endurance of any drives currently on the market, enterprise sector aside.

See who's at the door on your smartphone with this SkyBell Trim Plus home-security doorbell. It sends HD video and two-way audio and can detect and record a visitor's presence via live monitoring and a motion sensor. This rugged SkyBell Trim Plus home-security doorbell has full-color night vision and withstands inclement weather.

Does it come with the angle mount?

It does not sadly. You'll have to buy them. They're $10 per wedge at their website. You'll have to use theirs though, I bought some off Amazon and the SkyBell does not fit on them. They secure points or too close together which makes it impossible to use with them. Sadly I had to eat the cost cause it would have cost me more to send them back than I did paying for them.

How many USB ports does it have

Sadly it doesn't have any. I was hoping it might have had even just 2 USB 2.0 ports but it doesn't even have that.

Does this monitor rotate to be used in portrait mode?

You sure can rotate it. It might not seem like with how high the stand extends, but it is enough with some room left if you have anything beneath the screen itself.

The ambient lighting only displays from the middle one below the logo, how do i make it display from all of them?

The lighting is only along the bottom center strip, the Green you're seeing go out along the sides is merely accenting trim. It would have been nice to see either just the single bit being green instead of all along the bottom or just extend it but that just doesn't happen to be the case here.

It's still quite bright and doesn't really seem invasive. You can adjust the lighting option in the OSD though from either Off, On or Breathing.

Enjoy interactive streaming with this Google Nest Hub. With the built-in Google Assistant, you can view your calendar, receive alerts and reminders, and control devices from the single dashboard, and voice control lets you access other smart features. This Google Nest Hub lets you listen to music from Spotify and Pandora and view YouTube content. "

Can this be used with your phone to make video calls? Using Duo App?

It cannot :( as it lacks a Camera. There may be 3rd Party models that include one, but the one from Google does not have this capability. I attached a photo of mine, pardon the grainyness, but at the top you can see a small oval, this is an Ambient Light sensor to adjust the screen brightness. There's 2 mics flanking the Sensor to it's sides.

I imagine in the next revision we may get a Camera though.
