These guys are back with their strongest release yet! Their bassist is mesmerizing with his fretless bass skills! The guitarists are extremely technical yet rather than just turning into standard tech wankery, there are some great progressive metal moments not really present on their previous releases! Recommended!

After The Burial are back with perhaps their heaviest release yet! I was a little skeptical after the tragic death of their guitarist but the sound didn't suffer at all and perhaps stayed more focused now that they are down to one guitarist. Heavy production!

This is Star Wars done right! None of the prequel nonsense! This is probably the first Blu Ray I've watched all of the bonus features on in a long time! Every bit of it is great! My only complaint is there aren't more deleted scenes. If you consider yourself even a casual Star Wars fan then you probably own this already!

It was a long time coming but Intronaut have finally returned with their best album yet! This album is solid from start to finish. This is solid progressive metal that every self-respecting metal fan should own! Don't just sit there check it out!!!

I always thought Sworn To The Great Divide was their best for its epic melodic snthems and the following two albums though good didn't capture that epic mess and focused more on speed. This album they succeeded in delivering some truly amazing melodies on par with STTGD but while also incorporating some incredibly fast songs that still deliver the melody. If you have liked any of their past works you should own this now! If you like metal that is both techinucal and melodic with a vocalist who actually has a powerful singing voice as well as death vocals this album is definitely for you!

I got this cord because my wife let her rabbit run around the house and it chewed the wire going to my sound bar rear subwoofer which I wasn't pleased about. Unfortunately the replacement also got chewed and am in need of a new one. :-/
Okay, so I know a lot of people love to make fun of this franchise mainly because of Michael Bay. I always enjoyed the first one, disliked the 2nd, and found the 3rd one to be amazing and it even found a way to make Shia seems to be a decent character finally! However after the epic battle in 3, I wondered how they could ever top themselves. Apparently Michael Bay thought the same thing and took a whole new approach here. For starters, there is only a small ragtag group of autobots left this time and they are bitter at the humans. It made the battles less epic in scope but more squad-based tactical which made it much easier to care about each character. The other big change is there's ni Shia, instead we are upgraded to Mark Walberg's presence along with his wild child daughter. The father daughter story is good though it is very similar to the relationship of the father daughter duo in another Bay classic Armageddon so take that for whatever that means. The big battle at the end while not Transformers 3 scale is quite good. The origin story for Galvatron is way off from the original animated movie/series but the premise except for who he used to be. He also looks nothing like he did in the old toy and cartoon but he's still cool! The ending sets the foundation for an awesome set of sequels that likely can introduce more of the cool characters from the animated movie (Unicron and the Quintessons perhaps?). The future looks bright for this franchise!
I absolutely love this movie! The monsters have such life to them and without speaking a word seem to convey not just emotion but also seem to be able to communicate all through powerful body language. I even feel bad for the villain monsters a couple of times just a little. Some peopl take issue with the pacing in the first half but I think it is absolutely critical for character development. Don't just sit there reading reviews, go get this now!

So Apple has finally gone in to make a phone with a great screen size yet still fit in your pocket unless you have tiny pockets or tight clothes. Mine fits perfectly in my front pocket and that's with an Otterbix Defender case in. I found the 6 though being much bigger than my old iPhone 5 to still feel small compared to my 6 Plus. I never bothered downloading iBooks on my iPhone 5 because the screen was too small requiring a page turn after every paragraph. The 6 plus makes for pleasant reads while in bed at night. The 128gb now allows me to carry much more of my music with me and still allow a lot of apps and photos/videos as well which I never had room for before even though my old iPhone 5 was 64gb! Apple Pay is a wonderful feature as is the Touch ID sensor.
the Acacia Strain are back with their first double album of sorts! Disc 1 is typical Acacia Strain stuff still heavy as ever with perhaps more atmospherics this time around. The true star of this album though is disc two which is one heavy 30 minute song full of atmosphere and with dialogue samples from sources unknown to me while other parts are very punishingly heavy! A great song for driving at night especially in dark rural areas! Very much recommended!
