Great unit.
Sounds great to me.
Sounds very good to caller.
Pretty comfortable. Many comfort options. More so than most.
All in all, very good unit.
What's great about it: Comfy, loud in my ear, quiet in listeners.....
What's not so great: Would like to see a mute.
I would recommend this to a friend!

how do I get my mouse to move properly on my intel computer screen
I'm not sure I understand the question. You should be able to plug the USB into your PC, turn your mouse to the "on" position and have it operate no problems.
