OK, I have been in the Google smart home for... Well, for longer than I can remember. I have Google hubs, existing doorbells, floodlights, and multiple indoor and outdoor cameras. So when the opportunity popped up for this Google - Nest Doorbell (wired, 3rd gen), I jumped on it.
In typical Google fashion, the hardware is great. High quality consumer build, and of course, Google's home software, you know what you are expecting.
The one area I think they could (and should) improve is the actujal mounting hardware itself. I have used Blink and Ring doorbells in the past, and while I find Nest Doorbell's to be overall better than both, the mounting hardware of the Google Nest is most assuradley sub-standard. That is the only reason I rated it four and not five stars.
The biggest thing (in my perspective) that this generation brings is the improved 2K HDR resolution. This improvement not only means clearer video, but also a wider view angle, and noticeably better night video. That is a nice feature.
It also has Gemini AI. I hav enot been able to mess with that much, but previous experiences tell me it will be a solid feature as I get more experience. with it. Another nice touch.
In all, this product line was a great base and the 3rd generation is a noticeable upgrade.

My son is a U.S. Navy Nuclear Engineer and an avid gamer. Needless to say, after months under the ocean on the submarine, when he back on-shore , he passes away a great deal of time gaming. So when the chance came up to grab this Corsair Elgato 4k S Capture Card, I jumped on it. He was glad I did as he loves to record and stream his gaming on-line.
In the box, you will find the Corsair Elgato 4k S Capture Card, HDMI 2.0 cord, and a USB C to C cord. This Elgato 4KS has a quality feel and a fairly small foot print. The cord also have a solid, quality feel. With what's included, setup up is quick as it is simple. You can be open the box to fully in use in an easy 10 minutes, and that will include the time to get a fresh beer.
From a techy standpoint, here are some highlights:
*Records with 4K 60 resolution *Plug-and-play with the included USB-C and HDMI 2.0 cords *HDR10 passthrough up to 4K60; HDR capture supported up to 1080p60 *VRR (Variable Refresh Rate) support *Ultra-wide resolution, ujp to 3440×1440 & 2560×1080) *High frame rate passthrough@ 1080p 240
End of the day, this is an excellent choice if you have the need.

Being a part of the Best Buy Tech Insider Network for the last several years, I have been fortunate enough to have tested and used many mice, both for productivity, general use, and high-end gaming. This Logitech MX Master 4, is by far and away the best productivity mouse I have ever used. Prior to that, the Logitech MX Master 3 was the best. And while the MX Master 3 is still a heavyweight contender, this MX Master 4 is a heavyweight contender, with a super lightweight's agility, and a super heavyweight's knock-out potential.
That said, it does have one glaring fault, but that should be overcome in the near future with firmware updates. More on that later.
The mouse itself has seven unique programmable buttons. It also has two separate scroll wheels (horizontal and vertical), with the vertical offering yet another push button.
The build quality is top-notch. And the customization (using the Logi Options+ app) is beyond reproach.
Connectivity is both via Bluetooth, with up to 3 devices. You can toggle each device using a simple press of a button on the bottom of the mouse. You can also use the included USB-C dongle, but there is a minor problem with that option. More to come on that later.
Ergonomically, this is far and away the most comfortable mouse I have ever used, yet it is still substantial, and somehow lightweight at the same time. Brilliant.
Another great inclusion is the "Actions Ring" option. A simple single click with your right thumb bring up the HIGHLY customizable "Actions Ring". I won't go into it here (because it would take far too long), but suffice it to say, you can program this to do most anything you want. I took 2 simple clicks to send my buddy a snarky GIF in a text that otherwise would have taken multiple clicks using any other mouse... Awesome feature-set!
OK, so what makes this from being just "awesome", to not being "perfection"?
Three things, in order of importance:
1) There is no built-in storage for the USB dongle. Frustrating, but not a deal breaker considering Bluetooth.
2) The "Action Ring" has occasionally stopped functioning. This has happened to me a couple of times, and a buddy of mine has also experienced it on a few occasions. The good news, it should be able to be permanently fixed in future firmware updates, and it has a simple fix. Just go into "Logi Options+", and choose the "Restart Logi Plug-in Service", and you are good to go.
3) There is no left-hand version.
Beyond that, this is an excellent productivity mouse. You can't go wrong.

Let me open by saying I have been quite pleased with all other Jabra products (and I have had several). Sadly, these are the exceptions that prove the rule.
Dad moved in with us about 5 years ago after Mom died. We noticed right away that he seemed to have the TV up loud, and would try to follow conversations without really "following", if that makes sense... We talked him into trying hearing aids, and he really tuned in, and started being a part of the conversation, and not just a "bystander".
Fast-forward a handful of years, and the other hearing aids, while still functional, did not serve him as he wanted. He had to replace the old-school hearing-aid batteries every few days, and he really wanted to be able to stream Bluetooth audio. When this offer came through, it fit every bill... He would be able to have the recharge case, and he could stream Bluetooth, in addition to the other advanced technology on-board these hearing aids.
And that is where the "good" ended for these Jabra Enhance Select 700...
The last pair he had, he was able to get them set up and tuned with minor support from the manufacturer. This pair, not at all his experience.
We found out we had to have headphones to take the hearing test, unless he went to an audiologist for a hearing test. Not too happy about those requirements.
The earliest appointment with the Orientation team is 2+ weeks out. The last pair (as previously mentioned), we had tuned and tested in less than 30 minutes from open box to fully in use. Very disappointing.
Additionally, the receiver wires that came with the hearing aids are too small, which is not the problem. The problem is that no other size wires are included... We have to order them from Jabra and wait for them to arrive so he can tune, and start using the hearing aids.
At the end of the day, I am sure there will be a noticeable upgrade once we get them properly tuned. But this setup and the required delays are beyond disappointing. So far, these are as useless as a submarine door-gunner.

I have had previous experience with the Gloriouos Gaming products in the past, and have never been dissapointed. They offer high quality, gamer-centric peripherals. This Model O 3 Lightweight Wireless Optical Gaming Mouse with InfinitePlay Swappable Battery is no different, Great product.
So when I forst got this offer, I was a little perpplexed as to the efficacy, or even the need for this. I mean, for most of us, when your mouse battery goes, you just plug it in. And for many of us, depending on your mouse software, you often recieve low battery notifications, so no biggie. But after talking to my 23 year-old USN Nuclear Engineer (who is an AVID gamer when he's not under the Pacifiic Ocean), he said that thiswas actually a useful "tool". He said it's not uncommon to be burried neck-deep in online, live games, and if your battery goes dead, your in traouble. With this set-up, you can swap the battery live so you (for most practical purposes) bareley miss a beat. OK, that makes sense.
As for the mouse, baterries and docking station, it is on par with other Glorious product. The mouse is ergonomically designed for hours-long sessions, lightweight and adjustable polling and DPI. Both helppful for the "hard-core" gamer.
End of the day, a unique, if not necessary, product. If you have the need, this could be a game changer.

This HP - DeskJet 2827e Wireless AI-Enabled All-in-One Inkjet Printer is a perfectly compatent and capable printer, at leaset for most home and studednt uses. You probably wouldn't want it to be your work-horse in your office, but for a handfulof users, it's great.
I got this particular unit for my daughter to use while away at college, and of course at home for summer break.
Out of the box, it's an attractive unit. Build quality is typical consumer-grade HP, which is fine. Set-up was on-par with other printers/scanners, (yes it has a scanner), from most any consumer grade printer/scanner. Download the app, connect to the internet, load some paper and you're off and running. OK, that is a bit of an over-simplification, but for all praactical purposes, pretty much captures it.
This unit comes advertised with A.I., but for our purposes, I'm not sure that would be used very. The claims are that it cn remove unwanted items, monitors the printer, and removes unwanted items to waste less paper. I guess that could be nice printing boarding passes, but who pronts boarding passes in 2025. I can also see it coud be nice printing web-pages, but I can not attest to it's effacacy.
It also comes with an ink-subscription package. We didn't sign up for that becasue we don't plan on using the printer enough for that to be of value for us.
All in all, decent choice, and it moght offer you saome additional A.I. features.

This Brother - Work Smart 1360 Wireless All-in-One printer is a decent choice for home/student/small-business use. It offers everything you couldever need for those casual users.
Out of the box, you have a perfectly serviceable printer. And not justa printer, this is your ubiquitous all-in-one, printer, copier, and scanner. Typical consumer grade quality. Nothing wrong with that. You don't need to stand out to work well. And this unit, it does not stand out, but it works great.
Set up was... Well, as expected. Download the app, create an account, connect to the Internet... LOad some paper, run some test prints, and you are good to go. The front panel offers a 1.8 inch color screen that is controlled by the buttons on the panel. That said, the reason I gave four-stars instead of five, was because the contros were... Not bad, but not necesarilly intuitive. I mean, really no problem, but could be a litle more responsive.
Manufacturer claims nine PPM color printing, and a respectable 50 PPM in black-and-white. Not bad.
The print quality was very good, with the B&W being slightly better than the color, but that is too be expected.

Great RoboVac! Even better with it's Self-Empty base!
This is not my first expereince with Shark. Not just vaccum's, but their other project lines as well. Every Shark product I have ever used, tested, reviewed, integrated into my life, has been great. And the previous Shark RoboVac lasted us well over 7 years...
Fast Forward 7 years, and the technology in Shark's vacuum's has expanded exponentially. Our first Shark RoboVac, was a basic Robo, very powerful, and efficient, but had very little "smart technology". It was great for our home at the time that had a grid-like layout.
This unit, is by orders of magnitude, so much "smarter". Especially when it come to mapping and memory. We have a fairly complex first floor, East wing lay out. Every other RoboVac we have tried has gotten "confused", and easily failed hitting every area, every time. This Vac, took a handful af tours, and it each time, it learned more and more. Great intellegence
Setup was pretty easy. Download the app, connect ti your WiFi netowrk, and you are good to go.
Power of the vac was great. Use was simple.
The ony small area of improvement? This is awsome for single-terrain homes, but add in throw-rugs, and it gets a little caught up sometimes.
End of the day, if you have the need, this is a great unit.

Let's start with the brand... Insignia... Insignia is an "in-house" Best Buy brand, wholly owned, controlled, and managed by Best Buy. In typical Insignia fashion, these television legs offer a solid product for a reasonable value.
When the chance came to select this porioduct, I was glad to do so. I have had my television mounted to the wall since we first moved in five years ago. Needless to say, I have no idea where my original stands were put. So I saw this and thiught what a great opportunity!
First impression: this a solid and HEAVY product. Usually when you hear something is heavy, that is not necessarily a good thing. Hoiwever, when it needs to support your very expensive television, that is most certainly a good thing.
Inside, yoiu will find the leg components and multiple screws to mount to a multitude of various televisions. The specs say it will work for up to a 77 inch TV, but also up to 100 pounds. Most modern LCD flat panels clock in well under 100 pounbds, so it certainly it will have no problem most any flat panel.
Since I recentlky upgraded to a 98", I was able to move my 87" from the wall and miount on these legs. Thery had no problem supporting it's weight, and they do so with coinfidence.

When this offer came up for the Yale - Smart Lock with Matter, designed for Google Home, I was excited at the opportunity. I have a robust Google Home environment with everything from camera's, to smart displays, to smoke detectors, to Yale Smart locks. In the Yale eco-system, I have a couple cabinet locks (keep medications away from curious eyes), and now 3 Yale smartlocks. Outside of my house, my daughter has a Yale smart lock for her college apartment, and my son (a US Navy Nuclear Engineer on a nuclear submarine), has Yale smartlocks on his apartment. He has it set up so that when he is underway, his mom and I get a notification if the lock is ever disengaged, so we can notify the police from 935 miles away. Needless to say, as a family, we are Yale fans.
This lock is one my favorites. It has an attractive aesthetic, and the lock also feels quite substatntial. For a security device, that is important.
Install was simple. If you may not be the handiest person, no worries. You should still be able to install it. If not, buy a buddy a six pack.
As for the tech, it comes with a platform called "Matter". What is Matter? In a nutshell, Matter is the protocol that makes most everything play nice. It’s the unifying language for smart devices, designed to eliminate the chaos of incompatible ecosystems.
After install, setting it into my Google Home system was, (per usual), simple.
End of the day, this is a great choice for most anyone. If you a Google Home, user, it's a no brainer.
