If you thought the first season of "Lost" got pretty deep, you haven't seen anything yet! Season 2 picks up right from where the first season left off, and it never looks back from there. You'll be engrossed after the first 10 minutes of the episode. Over the course of the entire season, you'll learn more about each of the characters, meet a few new ones, and find out that there may be more to this island than it initially let on. The plot just grabs you and never lets go. I found myself watching entire discs at a time. The cinematography is simply spectacular, with all the right angles and fantastic scenery. Buckle your seat belts, although you probably won't want to move from your seat anyway! Highly recommended!
What's great about it: You can't top the suspense! An absolutely addictive plot!

Lost starts out as your "basic" castaway type story. A plane full of people crashes on a deserted island in the middle of the Pacific Ocean. All of the survivors band together to try to survive. You quickly realize though that this show has a level of detail that is rarely, if ever, seen in a TV show. Each and every character has their own back-story and you get to see them piece by piece. What I particularly love about the show is that you really need to think your way through it. It is more than your basic drama where every episode come to a fairly predictable ending. In fact, it is just the opposite. Every episode leaves you thinking and truly unsure of exactly what may happen next. As far as TV dramas go, Lost is in a class all on its own.
What's great about it: It is a show that starts with a fairly basic concept that runs way deeper than you might think! Plenty of suspense!
Let me just say that this is a great compilation! Linkin Park took a slightly more mellow stance for this album, but each and every song is so powerful! In listening, you can tell that this music is coming straight from the heart. They poured a lot into these songs, and that is exactly what you will get as the listener. At just over 43 minutes, the album is a bit on the shorter side, but I don't think that takes anything away from it. Great music!
What's great about it: A slightly new style, with Linkin Park's classic touch!
I grew up listening to Weird Al, and even now, I still love listening to the guy. As long as there are artists releasing songs, Weird Al will be there to put his own hilarious spin on them. Every single song on "Straight Outta Lynwwod" is priceless. It is literally one laugh after another. Plenty of great parodies of popular songs make this an ablum that anyone can listen to. High recommendation!
What's great about it: Weird Al keeps his satirical style going strong!
"Shenanigans" is one of Green Day's lesser-known albums, but it is still a great one nonetheless. Personally, I am a bigger fan of the music from their other albums, but there are a few good tracks. If you're a fan of Green Day, or just punk rock in general, I'd say pick it up.
What's great about it: Green Day delivers another record of great songs!
Green Day's first record of the new millenium is a smash hit! "Warning" brings that classic Green Day style of punk rock into the 2000's and it delivers. There are plenty of great tracks, all of which are catchy and tell stories that I think we all can relate to in some way, shape, or form. "Warning" is a great record by any standards!
What's great about it: Great music, plenty of good listening!
Whether you're a lifelong fan of Green Day like I am, or simply looking for some new tunes, "Insomniac" is a great way to go. Fans of punk rock, or just rock in general will like this music.
What's great about it: Green Day's unique style of punk rock rises again!
"Nimrod" is another great installment to Green Day's phenomenal discography. Their music epitomizes punk rock from that time period, and all these years later, it is still awesome! I've been a Green Day fan all my life, and "Nimrod" is one of my favorite albums to revisit time and again. Excellent, simply excellent.
What's great about it: Plenty of catchy music, and great lyrics!
"Bullet in a Bible" is a great 2-for-1 deal for all Green Day fans! First, you have the DVD or their live show in Milton Keynes, England presented in a documentary style format! It's a behind-the-scenes look at Green Day along with front row seats to their greatest live show ever! 14 live songs, some from their "American Idiot" album and plenty of familiar Green Day classics. But don't fret, you can take all of the songs from their live show with you wherever you want with the included CD! This product is truly a real treat for any Green Day fan!
What's great about it: A Double-Whammie: Great Music, and a Great Live Show!
I picked up "Made of Honor" for my girlfriend and I to watch, and I have to say that I was quite pleased with my purchase. Of course, this movie is perfect for couples to watch, but don't get me wrong, it's really a movie for anyone. Plenty of funny moments, an altogether light-hearted and cheery feel, and a few of those sad moments thrown in make this a movie worth watching. A far as romances go, you can't go wrong here.
