This is a new class of tri band wireless routers.
It has Bluetooth speakers and Alexa built in.
The device is 20 inches long so plan accordingly with respect to where you want to place it.
You can expand it with up to three Wi-Fi mesh routers from ASUS.
For a single family ranch style home up to 2500 sf, condo or apartment, the device alone should suffice.
I have an ASUS router that has served me well. And know several other people who like their ASUS routers.
ASUS wants to be an innovative leader in wireless routers that’s for sure.
Don’t think you can go wrong with this one.

This one caught my eye because it’s only 2.2 lbs. I was surprised to find how light the power brick is too. It’s made out of plastic to get the weight down.
It also helps this laptop PC is running the latest 8th generation i7 processor, has 16 GB RAM and 512 GB SSD.
FHD 1080p display nice And battery life up to 17.5 hours is good although I get approx. 12-14 hours as I’m always on the internet. Touchpad is a little stiff but no problem hurting my arm.
PC is built to MIL standards so more durable than most laptops on the market now.
Speakers better than most laptop PC’s I’ve had. More bass is much appreciated.
Light enough to flip over into a tablet but tent or stand mode more appealing to me. I tried the included pen on MS One Note. OK but probably won’t use it much.
Fingerprint reader a handy sign in feature. And very reliable to use too.
Personally I like the color of this machine. It’s an enduring classic.
It was slow going getting set up. Booting up, setting up fingerprint reader and creating a recovery drive on a USB 2.0 flash drive. Think I’ll buy a USB Type C flash drive and try again.
Recommend this laptop to folks who are always on the go. Or anyone that wants a light and powerful laptop.

First off I wanta say love the included charging stand. Wish other models come with this handy feature.
Travel case alway welcomed as is 50 minute run time. Fully charges in one hour or five minutes for one shave.
Shave wet or dry.
Skin protect blades and click-on beard styler nice.
Replacement heads available. Have used the liquid shaver head cleaner in the past.

This is a compact 360° bluetooth wireless speaker but don’t let that fool you.
Sound is amazing for such a small device.
The colored lightning ring at the bottom is a feature I have not seen in other products.
Very festive and ideal for parties.

12 hour battery life much appreciated. Can take up to 3.5 hours to reach a full charge tho.
Don’t need water resistance but could come in handy someday.
Bass Up mode doesn’t seem to work as well as desired.
App would only let me view the Owner’s Manual so must be a work in progress.
Also no Aux cable included.
All in all a good speaker that doesn’t take up a lot of desktop space and can be used on the go.
I recommend it.

I have been thinking about getting one of these for a while.
This universal remote has it’s own app that makes it easy to set up.
Remote was almost fully charged when I got it. Only needed a few minutes to top off the charge.
Smart lightning and streaming TV player options very good. And of course TV ones.
U can create A/V Scenes to control multiple devices together. And Smart Home Scenes and group multiple lights together.
There are also Room Sensors to help speed up use of the remote
Like the small size and light weight of the remote. Helps if U don’t have a lot of storage space to work with.
Looking forward to spending many hours with this convenient and useful device.

Insignia true wireless, in-ear, bluetooth stereo earbuds, have over the ear hooks that keep them in place.
So no worry about them falling off. Indoors and out.
That’s what attracted me to them in the first place.
Came in very nice packaging. Nothing cheap about product.
No problem pairing with an Acer R11 Chromebook.
Listening to YouTube music Epic Film Scores now. They also work well on Google Play Music free radio stations.
Charging case easy to use and provides an additional 15 hours of playback. Without the case, battery lasts up to 5 hours during music playback. Just insert the earbuds and plug in wall charger or use the included USB cord. Used a charger from an Android tablet. Didn’t take long to reach a full charge. Maybe 90 minutes or so.
Mic lets you make phone calls in stereo mode but not sure what benefits this offers.
I’ve used other truly free BT wireless earbuds before.
These are the best so far.

Daughter opened today, Christmas morning, and this Acer R11 has same problem a few of the others have had according to reviews..., repeatedly turns off and on. Just my luck. Talk about a disappointed daughter! Geez. I'm a little upset to say the least. I hope exchange goes smoothly tomorrow, if there is another in stock that is.

I have owned two Chromebooks prior to the R11. I am familiar with the Chrome OS ecosystem, what it has to offer, and where it falls short.

BUILD QUALITY (3/5):
The build quality of the R11 is average, at best. It has a patterned aluminum cover/lid, but it doesn’t make the device feel any bit premium, and I wouldn’t count on it providing any additional protection to the display. The unit I received has misaligned hinges, which causes the device to rock a bit at certain angles—in addition to being an eyesore. That being said, I don’t feel as though it will cause any harm to the device in the long-term.

I had no issues with flipping the display 180 degrees. Typing on the keyboard was fine, but I personally felt as though the keys could have had less resistance or bit more vertical displacement. I had to press harder on these compared to other keyboards I’ve tried on Chromebooks around this price range.
DISPLAY (3/5):
The 11.6” display runs at 1366x768—resulting in 135 ppi (pixels-per-inch). Comparatively, a 13.3” display at 1920x1080 results in 165 ppi. The R11 display is adequate at this resolution—text is sharp enough to avoid complaining, and viewing images and videos is enjoyable.

That is, unless you’re trying to use it in direct sunlight. This display is quite reflective, so you won’t be using this much in direct sunlight. With a bit of shade, you’ll be fine. Indoors, the display is adequate and provides adequate brightness. The display is also quite reflective and is also a smudgy fingerprint magnet, which is why indoor use in moderate lighting conditions is ideal.
As for the touch screen, it works quite well. If anything, Chrome OS needs more refinement and more features to really utilize the touchscreen. Multi-touch worked without issue. However, modern web content isn’t really suited to touch screens, so it’s definitely a bit awkward to have a touch screen, at the moment.
PERFORMANCE (2/5):
I really can’t give this Chromebook a 3 because there are older, cheaper Chromebooks that outperform this more expensive R11. The Intel Celeron N3050 is really a bottom-bin Intel Atom, more than it is a Celeron. These fanless processors (aside from the Core M series) don’t come close to the U-series Celerons. Sure, you’ll get more battery life, but what is that worth if it’s a pain to use the device?
I really can’t give this Chromebook a 3 because there are older, cheaper Chromebooks that outperform this more expensive R11. With my bookmarks, caching, history, extensions, etc. that is associated to my Google account, this Chromebook could not handle more than a few tabs without throwing a fit. When I used Guest mode, the Chromebook performed adequately with 4 tabs—to the point where scrolling was not abysmal.
That being said, I had much better performance on a 13.3” 1080p Chromebook using the Intel Celeron N2840 and 4GB of RAM—which was the same price as the R11. Even Acer’s own C720 outperforms the R11.

The battery life on this Chromebook doesn’t quite stand up to some other contenders, but with light processor usage, it shouldn’t have any problem lasting throughout the day before needing a charge. However, the idle drain is not very good. For a fanless design, you would expect low power consumption when the device is idle, but you will want to turn the device when you aren’t using it for long periods of time—otherwise you will be saying goodbye to 10-20% of your battery.

Being my first Chromebook this was a brand new experience for me which made it fun to review.
Pros:
Lightweight - can use on lap without getting uncomfortable.
Good build quality - Case, hinges, keyboard felt sturdy and well built.
Pretty good battery life - not sure about the advertised 10 hours but I used in tent mode listening to music all day at work for several days (6-8 hours) and it had around 20% left.
Easy to setup - If you already have a Google account like I do all you have to do is sign in and it syncs everything up for you.
Lightweight - can use on lap without getting uncomfortable.
Good build quality - Case, hinges, keyboard felt sturdy and well built.
Pretty good battery life - not sure about the advertised 10 hours but I used in tent mode listening to music all day at work for several days (6-8 hours) and it had around 20% left.

Offline mode for certain functions needs special apps (e.g. gmail) - Some apps like mail require a special app to use if you are offline. Why can't the core gmail app just be smart enough to work connected or disconnected.

This is a decent little 2-in-1 if you subscribe to the "cloud" OS always connected model. Great for internet surfing and light productivity work especially if you are all-in with the Google app Eco-system. Don't expect to be as productive as using a traditional laptop computer though, especially when disconnected. Also until the Play store and Android is fully integrated you might be disappointed in what apps are available.

Soundbar is really a soundbox because it's compact. Rich sound from such a small form factor.
Sub woofer not very loud but tech support said they could replace it.
Bluetooth and casting works fine. WiFi enabled but don't need it.
Still learning all the features so may provide feedback at a later date.

Mesh Wi-Fi router can cause interference

I had installed the soundbar next to a Linksys Velop Wi-Fi Mesh Router. On Pergo flooring with 9' high ceiling in a family room.
Caused all kinds of problems.
Then moved to approx. 12' away from a TP-Link wireless N router. Problems went away.
My set up is now in the living room of my condo. There is a 20' vaulted ceiling. Sound still quite amazing.
Most of the time I used the built in Chromecast feature. Have casted from a Nexus 6 phone and a Chromebox so far. Soundbar is connected to my TV with the OPT cord provided.
Had the remote replaced. Testing it now. Can say the soundbox recognizes it.
Price is on the lower end of the Polk Home Theater line. I highly recommend it. Will always some gear like it on any TV's purchased in the future.

It has a built in sub woofer so the bass was good. Maybe that's why it's so big
Connected my Nexus 6 to the USB port to charge it.
Connected an old iPod Touch 4th gen. and it worked too.
Battery took three hours to charge out of the box. Had to try several
times to insert the US power adapter but eventually it snapped into place.

Forgot to mention there's a blue button on the control panel, for taking a hands free, mobile phone call using this speaker.
I may not be close enough to the BT speaker to use this, but it's nice to have anyway.

This is my first Roomba. Must say it's loads of fun. Did a good job cleaning the carpet in my 724 sf one bedroom condo. I say this b/c I had to clean the dust out of the bin after using it only one time. Best to use the mobile app as U can program it to clean on certain days. Also it's easier to tell the Roomba to end the job and head back to the charging base. Roomba took almost 25 minutes to clean my carpets which seemed like a long time. And I cleared away a lot of furniture and stuff on the floor before operating it. Don't think it cleaned very well underneath my bed. Maybe it will as time goes by. Also it was a bit noisy but not much more than my upright Hoover SAVVY. At this point I need more experience with it and will not let it loose if I'm not home.

Needs time to learn about UR flooring

I ran my Roomba 890 for the third time this morning. It went straight for my bedroom bed and spent a lot of time underneath it. Must have some kind of dust sensing feature for carpeting. It did, however, spend waaay too much time in the living room. Carpets there are cleaner than other areas in my condo so don't understand the logic of it.
Will keep using it until I get it figured out.

Attach the Window Mount to Circle 2 Camera and place it on any window pane to see outdoors. Watch over the front porch and driveway or overlook the backyard from indoors.

Couldn't find any info from the OEM about why it does what it does. Maybe they think mounting the camera outside is better ?
Think I read something on a blog post about reduced glare & reflections and that's why I purchased it.
Please see a photo from the box it came in, to read the most important feature for improved night vision.

I was skeptical at first when I found this book shelf mini Hi-Fi system.
Set it up in the living room of my one bedroom condo. Have high vaulted ceiling there.
Sound quality similar to the standard, factory installed, 6 speaker stereo system, in a 2005 Toyota Prius.
Bass effect could be a bit better tho.
Have some CD’s and even audio cassettes from several years back. All played fine. System couldn’t detect my old, iPod Touch 4th Gen. I was able to play a MP3 from a USB 2.0 flash drive tho.
I used to listen to FM radio a lot. Selection of stations not too good where I live. But I can get the same content I listen to, when I’m driving.
Wish the two speakers didn’t have to use wires.
Speaker and main console fit under my TV stand. Other speaker went into my old stereo system cabinet.
Nowadays I like to stream free, Google Play Music radio stations, so can make greater daily use of this system. Pandora was also fine.
If U find this system on sale @ Best Buy for $149.99 with free shipping, U are doing pretty good IMHO.
This is a Gr8, compact sized, Hi-Fi system, for those who don’t have a lot of room to work with.
And the price won’t break the bank.
