Excellent but not an Upgrade from Previous Model

To make this simpler, I’ll start with the pros and cons:
Pros:
- Silent clicks, almost enough to get rid of the word click
- Super ergonomic and comfortable
- Very responsive
- Top scroll wheel allows for fast scrolling, especially useful when you need to go to the bottom of the pages, such as when you’re reading EULA when you don’t want to.
- Horizontal scroll wheels. It takes some time to remember that it’s there but it’s time saver
- You can move it to Mac, iPad and Windows PC at any time just by selecting 1, 2 or 3 at the bottom. You pair it only once to each one
Cons:
- Unusable for the left-handed. One of my sons just couldn’t use it
- Vertical wheel can be loud when you spin it too fast

I also have the previous similar model, which I liked the overall construction better than this one. If you have that one and are thinking about upgrading it, you will not be happier. Other than the use of USB-C to charge it, the other differences are not worth it. If it is your first MX Master, then you will probably be very satisfied with it. I would.
My four-star rating is because I couldn’t but compare to the older model. Otherwise, I wouldn’t have hesitated to give it five stars.

Nice Features and Video Quality

This doorbell comes with all you need, including a chime, which is not common with many of these video doorbells. That was the first think I liked about it.
The second and more important to me is the video quality and it didn’t disappoint. It is very good for its category. Resolution is beyond the more common 1080p although is not 4K. A good compromise because it is very clear, and I like the wide view.
The chime is loud enough but not annoyingly loud. I can hear it even from my backyard if I’m not too far and from anywhere inside my house. Where I can’t hear it directly, the Wize app on my phone will ring. That app also has two-way audio that allows you to talk to anybody at the door no matter where you are in the world. That is very handy when you’re away from home and you need to talk to the person ringing the doorbell. I’ve needed to talk to delivery people many times when I was not home. They ring the doorbell and the apps rings too. Then you can chat.
The issue with wireless devices is that they need batteries. Fortunately, Wyze uses USB-C to recharge the built-in
lithium battery and you don’t need to replace it. The only issue here is that you have to take it down to charge. During that time, you have no doorbell. If you are replacing your wired doorbell, however, you’re in luck. You can use the wires and you will never need to worry about charging the battery. That’s what I did.

Since this is not my first video doorbell, I was surprised that you can’t set zones for the motion sensor. What that means is that every movement in front of my house triggers the recording function. With a zone setting, it limits to the area you choose.
Overall, I do recommend. The only reason I didn’t rate it five stars is because of the missing zone setting. Otherwise, it would have been perfect, especially considering its price point.

Good with Some Issues

It feels like good quality. It has the right weight and the RGB function works well if you’re running its software.
My first issue was that at least once a day, it somehow loses connectivity to my computer, unless it is wired. Suddenly it stops responding and the key numbered 1, keeps blinking. I have to turn it off then on again and wait. Then it works okay for a couple of hours or so until it repeats that process. The reason I ordered it was because it could be wireless if I wanted, but it needs to be stable. I’ve included a couple of pictures to show that behavior. This happened on a gaming desktop and on a gaming laptop.
The second issue was the battery ran out too quickly the first time I used it. I assumed it was just because it was not fully charged, and I didn’t wait long enough to try it wireless. But as I write this review, the accompanying Razer Synapse software shows it is at 17%. I charged it the previous day to full and I have used it for just a few hours since. It seems that you need to turn it off completely when not in use, so it doesn't run out too quickly.
It does feel solid and is very responsive both wireless and wired. That is one of the advantages of optical keyboards when well implemented. Excellent for gaming as well as everyday typing, although it almost feels like a waste to use it for anything else other than playing games. I had no issues with functionality .
I like that you can create profiles for different games. For me, that’s a must in any keyboard that are labeled as gaming. The RGB function is fine and not intrusive.
One thing to note is that it feels premium and is heavy, which is a must for good gaming. However, it does not look premium. It’s almost a contradiction. Sure, feeling premium is great, but we want it to look that way too.
I sincerely would like to give it five stars, or at least four, but because of those issues, especially the two major ones listed above, I can’t.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Blending of Style and Performance

When it comes to gaming, the only headset design I care about is comfort, but I might admit that I am a bit impressed about its look. Logitech somehow blended style and gaming features together. It looks and feels nice and stylish. It has a bit of a feminine touch to it, but it is not unsuitable for guys.
But as I said comfort is key to me because when you’re gaming, it usually takes hours and by then your ear and head might complain if you have something heavy and uncomfortable on them. This headset passed my requirements there too. It is still comfortable even after two hours or more.
The other crucial feature to me is sound quality. Of course, I’m not too picky when it is for gaming only, but I want something that keeps me immersed in the game. Again, the G735 met that requirements I’ve had headphones with better sound quality, but there is not much to complain about in that department, especially for gaming, and maybe beyond that. I am pleased with the quality even for music, with the Dolby Atmos compatibility and the drivers sound awesome, especially when it’s wired. That’s not to say Bluetooth does not work well. It does, and for playing games, that’s what I use.
The only issue that I found was that it has no active noise cancellation. That’s a bit disappointing, although that’s not something gamers pay much attention to. Still, I missed that feature.
If you can, I would recommend buying the keyboard and mouse as part of the collection. And even the Mic. By then, you’ll be asking Logitech for a monitor to match as well.

Top Performance, but Loud

This Shark vacuum can brag about performance. It has a strong suction and catches pet hair like few others can, but it brings a loud noise with that strength. My solution is to wear a noise canceling headset while using it.

Overall, I’m happy with it because it does a great job picking up dirt and hair. The loud noise is a bit annoying, but if you just wear a pair of headphones with active noise canceling, like I do, or just listen to loud music, you will be fine. Well, you might hear complaints from the rest of the family, but everybody will appreciate the clean room after that.
I would have no issues recommending it.

From a slow, noisy, inefficient garbage disposal to a fast, quiet, and ultra-efficient one. It upgraded my kitchen. That’s how I feel. Just imagine moving from a ¾ to a 1 and ¼ HP. But power is not all. Although this is more powerful than what I had, it is also quieter. Excellent quality.
Not too complicated to install. I did it on my own and other than going to Home Depot once for a piece of pipe that should have been replaced a long time ago, I had no issues. It was just a replacement anyway. It did take more than an hour to install, but I was not in a hurry and took the opportunity to fix other things under the kitchen sink.
I tend not to comment on pricing, but I feel you are getting more than you’re paying for. Although I can’t remember the exact price I paid for the last one, I know I paid more and got a lot less.
Again, I’m impressed with the quality. It looks and feel solid and sturdy with great stability. Everything I threw in it was handled nicely and quieter than I expected.
With a warranty to back up what I’ve experienced so far, I highly recommend it.

Innovative Toner Refill

A lot of what I print in our home office is monochromatic. Besides that, we often have a lot to print and little time or money to waste. This printer addresses that by printing up to 20 pages per minute and both sides of the paper automatically. It connects wirelessly, which gave us the flexibility of moving it to an area that didn’t have Ethernet cabling.
It looks big on pictures, but it is much smaller in person. One interesting thing that I noticed is that the LCD screen is on top of the paper bin, and it folds as needed. The location is odd, but it hasn’t been an issue so far. I like that Wi-Fi is dual band. I avoid 2.4Ghz as there is too much noise, which causes interference and performance issues. Thus, I’m using 5Ghz instead. It also scans fast. All that in a compact form factor.
We do print a lot, but with a capacity of 5,000 pages for the included toner, it will take us a good amount of time to go through it.
Being able to print from a phone or even via e-mail is nothing new but what I liked the most is the new toner refill. Finally, something new in toner cartridge replacement. After decades, HP finally got this right. That’s the best feature in this printer. I just wish it could also print in color for when we need that, instead of using an InkJet. That’s the only thing missing.

So many good things to say about it. Great quality build worthy of Apple devices. It makes your phone look and often act like a Nintendo Switch. It’s responsive and fun. It fits the 12 Pro Max so well. It can be used to play iPhone games, control Playstation and beyond.
If you are into recording your action, it has a dedicated button for that. You can even connect a headphone directly to it. The whole controller is powered by your phone, so no need for batteries. I could go on and on, but I believe this is enough for the positive side.
It was built to fit an iPhone nicely and it would be impossible to build something this nice and still support the many cases out there.
The issues are few and mostly have to do more with the game you’re playing than with the controller itself. The only thing that threw me off was the subscription requirement. That’s not an immediate issue because it comes with a one-year free subscription, but after that, you must pay $50 a year if you want to keep using it. I never had to pay for a subscription to use a controller before. That’s what caused me to rate it four stars instead of five.
This controller is fantastic. I recommend it if you don’t mind spending on subscription a year later.

Peace of Mind for New Parents

One of my daughters had tried one of these with her then baby girl. She loved it. Now my daughter-in-law tried this newer version with her baby girl, my third granddaughter. She was excited, although she is not as paranoic as my daughter used to be. The main reason is that this is her second daughter, and now she has more experience with babies. Still, she believes it’s comforting to know the baby is doing well and mom and dad can sleep more relaxed.
This is a camera with a special sock with sensors that monitors some vitals. It is great for new parents, giving them a sense of security, and letting them know how well the baby is sleeping and things like unusual heart rates and oxygen level. With the accompanying app, you don’t need to go to the baby’s room all the time. To be honest, even I liked to have it while we were babysitting the baby last weekend. While she was sleep upstairs, we could keep an eye on her while doing some work at the house.
My spouse, who is in the medical field, like the rest of the family, and an expert on babies by profession, pointed out that it’s very good to have something like that. Of course, she also mentioned that this has been rebranded because it is not FDA approved and they cannot claim some of the things they did. It doesn’t mean that it’s illegal or harmful. Just keep in mind that it is a monitoring tool, not a medical device.
You will need to charge it daily, but that’s expected with battery-powered devices that need to transmit data. I don’t see that as an issue. Just charge it when the baby is awake. It takes less than an hour. The camera is still like the first. Not perfect but good enough.
As with the previous version, I still recommend it, especially for new parents. In case you suspect something wrong with your baby though, don’t trust it that much. Only a healthcare provider can determine that

I’ll start with a disclaimer: I already had ethernet cables run due to owning other similar camera system. That made this install extremely easy. Just connected to the cameras to the existing cabling, followed the instructions provided, and using the QR code, I downloaded and used the app to set up the NVR. The whole process was very easy. No power needed except for the NVR, which provides PoE to the cameras.
Being a nerd by nature, I love anything that can be controlled by digital assistants. I just wish you could just say Alexa or Google what advanced features you wanted, and it would just do it for you without you getting deeper into the settings. A guy can only dream. At least I can use my Apple TV to watch what’s going on out there on a 75-inch TV. The image is just as good as on the iPhone, just much bigger.
I like the 4K resolution because it is great when you need fine details, such as being able to read license plates or other similar information without any effort. The downside is that you can see that the video lacks fluidity when compared with a slightly stepdown resolution, which you can configure easily if you prefer a little more smoothness. I set up the cameras at the front at 4K and at the back at 1080p. They all worked perfectly, even at night due to the motion sensors and bright LED lights. I also noticed that if there’s not enough motion, it turns the infrared lights on, which allow you to see images clearly albeit monochromatic.
Having owned a Swan security system before, I am very happy that they have improved not only the cameras and NVR, but also added features for nerds like me, and with the capability to back up the video to the cloud, it is as good as it can be. If you have time and patience, you can also use set up privacy zones in addition to the more common surveillance zone maps. I did find a need for that.

Yes, it can. Open NVIDIA Control Panel, under Display click Change resolution, ignore the 1080p (native) under Ultra HD SD and scroll down to PC 1920x1080, click on it and change the Refresh rate to 144Hz.

No not yet but I believe it will soon. As far as I know, for now it only supports Nest, SmartThings, Philips Hue and IFTTT.
