The sony Wi-1000X is neatly packaged and includes charging adapter, wired connection cable ,multiple ear tips and a carrying case. The headset connected to my iphone in an instant without any issues. The sound is very clear and includes a nice balance of highs and lows. While on phone calls the other party could hear me well and did not complain of dipping or varying voice levels.
The headset features adaptive sound control which detects your activity whether you are walking, at an airport or in a crowded place and balances the level of noise cancellation. The app complements the headsets and it is very easy t adjust the noise cancellation levels based on your comfortability. In the ambient mode the ambient sound is adjusted and you can hear essential sounds even when you are moving and do not miss things like a bike horn or an ambulance.
The headset takes a few hours to charge and works upto 8-10 hours while noise cancellation is active. The airplane adapter is an excellent option that allows you to connect to a headphone jack and still use the headset. We all have been in a situation where you want to connect your wireless headset to the airplane entertainment system.
This is an excellent wireless headset from sony and the only improvement would be to include a hard case for storage instead of a soft pouch.

The ninja chef is a 1500 Watt high speed blender that had enough power to liquify any ingredients into restaurant style purees. The blades have a cyclonic action and nothing escapes them and all the ingredients move to the center of the blender.
The ninja chef has variable speed control and works perfectly whether you are making a salsa or a smoothie drink. It is auto-iq enabled with 10 preset programs namely ice cream, soup, nut butter, flour, extract, dressing, puree, frozen drink, smoothie and salsa. This really helps to take the guesswork out of the prep and the results are quite as expected.
One of the best feature is move from auto to manual mode and you can precisely control the speed form 1 thru 10 to get the perfect texture needed for your dish. We are very pleased with the footprint as well in the kitchen since it takes a lot less space than other blenders. Also we love the auto timer so you can move away from it to do other things.
It is a bit loud when crushing ice but that is expected from such a powerful blender. The only downside is that it does not have a spout to pour drinks but isnt a big issue for us. All in all an excellent blender for the chef in the house.

As an apple watch user I often wish that I had an extra one in my bag when traveling so I do not have to remember picking up the only one beside the bed when when waking up early.
This belkin apple watch charging cable feels really sturdy with a quality that seems it will last forever. This is a 1.2 m or 4 ft cable with a 5 year warranty included which gives you a peace of mind.
The watch aligns magnetically to the charger and the charging indicator comes on instantly. Being apple certified there are no error popups. The quality is excellent and belkin rates the cable to bend at least 1500 times or more before it has any issues. The inside wiring is said to be kevlar reinforced to add durability and feels really great in hand.

If you like VR and feel you could hold something in the palm of your hand and see some really awesome effects get the Merge cube and you wont be disappointed.
The VR cube is a device you can hold in your hand. The app and the headset make the cube come to life in amazing ways. Its pretty hard to express how this cube when bundled with the Merge VR headset can do. I was very skeptical of the cube at first but to hold something in your hand and use an app to make it come to life was an excellent experience.

The Lenovo Yoga 920 really delivers as a versatile 2-in-1 laptop. The laptop is about 14mm thin and weighs about 3 pounds. The hardware feels really premium and the watchband style hinge feels really sturdy and rotates very smoothly when using the display in tablet mode.
The screen is crisp and has clarity very impressive. It is a 1920 x 1080 and is also available in 4K if needed. It boasts of a 360 deg sound with Dolby Atmos and delivers with the music being very clear and you can hear it in all directions when using headphones. Also the two JBL speakers are loud enough to fill a room with quality sound.
The yoga 920 comes with 2 thunderbolt 3 usb-c ports that can support external high resolution displays, external drives and fast charging phones and tablets. The battery life is pretty good and lasts upto 14-15 hours of normal use. Also the always-on usb port can be used to charge your phone even when the laptop is shutdown.
The fingerprint reader allows you to login quickly and takes about 2 seconds to get back in and is faster than typing in a password.The 720p camera provides high quality video when on video chats and conferences.

We have all come at a point when we are worried about losing our phone and losing all the memories we have on it and would like to have easy access to it where ever we are. I have an Iphone that has a backup size of 28 Gb when done on a mac. Backing up to the mac takes quite some time and it kind of becomes cumbersome after a while. This is where the sandisk iXpand base steps in.
The iXpand Base package comes with a base and a wall power adapter. It charges at 3A which is pretty fast and backs up your phone or ipad while it is charging. Using the app it becomes very easy to have a current backup of your phone or ipad all the time. The base itself is sogt and rubbery and the device sits nicely on it and does not fall off easily.
It does not come with a lightning cable which is kinda disappointing but the functionality makes up for it. Using your own cable it wraps around the base and does not hang around which is nice.
This is a very nice backup device which gives me some peace of mind knowing that every night my precious memories are backed up.

This sphero spiderman looks great with its oversized head and expressive LCD screen eyes. The eyes are the best features of the toy and they can move, squint and also wink based on the conversation you are having. It also flashes in different colors when using spidersense.
The toy with the stubby legs does not move and the arms are posable only. The rubbery texture is silicone like a rubbery basketball and feels pretty durable. The toy turns on and off by pressing the glowing spider logo on the chest and is the only physical button. It comes with a webbed charging base and a microusb cable. It works a couple of hours on a single charge when away from the base.
The toy is controlled by an app and is required to setup. Once setup you do not need the app an can just use the button. The app however provides a plethora of activities to have fun with including cracking a joke and going on adventures.
It can also be used as an alarm and in guard mode where it can register movement and asking intruders to go away providing a movement report at the end of the day.
A very nice and fun toy from sphero.

Very pleased to see that the Jaybird team have worked on the old version and produced an excellent enhanced version of the freedom headset. The headset is packaged nicely and come with different size of tips with ear hooks that are guaranteed to fit nicely and stay on no matter what. I charged these up and took them on a bike ride and also a run and they stayed on all the time without any issue. These are so light that at some point you forget you are wearing them.
The sound is crisp and clear with right amount of bass. The earbuds fit snugly since they go inside the ear cause of the foam and never move even move while running. The cable manager works as expected to tighten up the cable behind the neck providing a secure fit.
The package comes with a micro usb cable and a clip along with a storage pouch. A single charge is expected to last 8 hours or so. The jaybird app complements the earbuds nicely and will probably provide upgrades in the future.

The Merge VR headset fits snugly and is very comfortable to wear for longer period of times. It is made to fit phones of minimum 123mm and upto 156mm. I was able to fit an iphone 7 plus comfortably and it stayed put. if you are new to VR there are easy instructions included on the box as to how to check if your phone is compatible and what apps to look for. I used the headset with an astronomy app and the result was outstanding. The way the surroundings and the horizon and the sky merged was very impressive. Also a few games i tried worked really well and for a while I forgot that I was not using a VR headset.
The VR cube is the first device you can hold in your hand. The app and the headset make the cube come to life in amazing ways that is hard to explain. I was very skeptical of the cube at first but to hold something in your hand and use an app to make it come to life was an excellent experience.
Merge has made some excellent products here and the apps are ever increasing to support VR. Excellent products.

Little speaker that packs a punch

We all have come across multiple small portable speakers and am sure everyone owns a few of them. Bose soundlink micro is a small portable speaker but with a difference - excellent sound.
The packaging itself is as simple as it gets. The box includes speaker and a micro usb charging cable. The chaging indicator has 5 leds that turn solid when the speaker is fully charged and lasts around 6 hours of playtime.
The speaker has a built-in strap that works really well when attaching to a bag or to a bike handlebar. It is really good quality that seems will last.
The top has 3 buttons - dedicated volume up, volume down and a multifunction button that changes function based on what you are using the speaker for. WHile playing music it can be used to skip forward or go back and in call mode it can be used to answer calls.
The side of the speaker has the bluetooth pairing button as well as the power on/off button. The speaker itself is rated at IPX7 waterproof and works well. The sound has excellent base that does not fade at high volume. The audio quality is crisp and makes this speaker a no brainer.
This little bose speaker has raised the bar for all micro speakers.
