The headphones look and feel premium when you first open the box. It includes the charging case with headphones, charging cable and multiple gel eartips. For me they had charge left and when you first open the case they go into pairing mode and connected to my iphone almost instantly. The jabra sound plus app allows you to control a variety of things and has a simple and straightforward interface and very easy to use. The hear through function works pretty well and you can hear everything around you by amplifying the ambient sound.And finally you have custom equalizer settings which are so hard to find even in premium headsets. There is no drop or choppiness in audio with these at all with the bluetooth 5.0 support on these.
The controls are physical and not touch which I prefer especially when using them with gloves and avoiding accidental presses. The sound from these is crisp and balanced and they work great when watching movies while traveling with no lag between the video and the audio track, The only issue I felt was missing noise cancellation feature and I hope jabra can add that to the next line. The battery life for me exceeded the advertised 5 hours as I got around 6 hours on a charge. The charging case is smaller than expected and provides around 10 extra charges.
For now these seems to be the leader this year in true wireless headphones.

A very basic but functional chromebook from Acer. It has a large 15.6 inch HD screen with Intel HD graphics. Enough display space to run a couple of windows in split mode. The 4Gb memory is enough to run lot of basic tasks together without the window freezing. I was able to run chrome and video chat at the same time and did not experience any lag. As in other chromebooks this has a minimal 16GB of storage but most of the documents do reside on a google drive. The wifi adapter is 802.11ac that provides excellent browsing speeds. The HD camera works as expected and video while on a chat is crisp and clear. The battery did last for a while before charging and the weight is just about right.
This is an excellent chromebook and delivers as promised.

Logitech G613 Lightspeed Keyboard

Logitech isnt kidding when calling this keyboard lightning speed cause it is a beast. Out of the box It feels great in hand and is not small like the cheaper keyboards which a lot of folks prefer for wireless keyboards. This keyboard has a nostalgic feeling from the past but with modern features and feel.
After using mechanical keyboards for most of the last 12 years I love the sound from one and this keyboard with the o-rings just feels great to type on. It is super responsive with its 1ms response and allows you to type fast and feels to have the perfect balance between real mechanical and the dome clicky ones.
The keyboard was easy to connect to computer, phone and even a tablet at the same time and seems to work flawlessly. Wireless and usb both work equally well. The media controls are easy to use as well as the gaming mode. The keys arent backlit but I never look down when typing or playing a game.
Excellent keyboard from logitech. Very pleased.

This little brother wireless scanner comes in a compact little package. The box includes the scanner and the getting started manuals. No usb cables are included and is expected to be setup wirelessly. The only assembly required is to click in the document feeder and plug the power in. The feed tray does not fold over the scanner and results in a small gap on the top of the scanner and exposes the internal glass to dust which could be avoided by design.
The scanner software can be downloaded on desktop pc and includes software for business cards and document management. The scanner can be configured from the color display or by software. The remotesetup and paperport software can be found in Menu after installation.
The main feature - scanning works really well and is very fast for the dpi it produces. I scanned a variety of documents including business cards and they ran through the feeder pretty quick and the resulting color and grayscale scans were outstanding quality.
Overall an excellent scanner that creates high quality images.

The package includes an antenna that is white on one side and black on the other. The antenna has holes to pin it to a dry wall is is very effortless to put up. Also included are two long 10 ft coax cables, a joiner if you need to connect and get to a 20 ft cable, a usb plug and an amplifier.
The connections are pretty straight forward and it took me about 5-10 ins to get it going. In my area with a regular antenna we get 8 channels. With this Mohu supreme we now get 44. That is the best example of how good this antenna is and its signal amplification is.
If you are a cord cutter or not or just need to have a tv in guest room with local channels this is an ultimate solution. Very pleased with this Mohu Supreme.

This is one of the best countertop convection oven we have used. It is 0.8 cu ft capacity which is amble for 90% of our baking and cooking needs. The ove n is very easy on the eye with premium looking body. It does not take up a lot of counter space and is perfect for everyday cooking and heating requirements.
The screen is perfectly backlit and easy to read. The three knobs have the perfect movement and you do not feel like its too fast or slow while using them to select options or setting the temperature. Also the outside of the oven barely gets warm when using it which is quite amazing. The top handle is out of the eyeview and does not block anything. There is an internal light as well to keep an eye on the product that is being cooked or baked. The rack can be moved in 4 various positions based on what you are baking.
There are 8 presets for Toast, bake, convection, broil/grill, defrost, pizza, cookies and Keep warm. These are plenty enough for the daily tasks that we threw at the oven and pleasantly pleased with the outcome.
So far we have used it to make toast, pizza, cinnamon rolls, dinner rolls, cake, muffins , cookies and the outcomes have been batter than using the huge oven. We are very happy with this oven and look forward to using it everyday.

The UE Megablast speakers live upto its name with quality and really loud sound from an ultraportable form factor. The speakers come very nicely packaged and look premium out of the box. The inside box has unique artwork and really looks good. The box opens in half with paperwork on the left with information on the app to download for ios and android. Underneath the manuals you can find the charger and the cable.
The speaker has an excellent rubbery feeling to it. The front has large volume up and down buttons. The top has a small pairing button and a large power button. The bottom has the micro usb charging cable as well as the connection to a dock.
The sound from this speaker can get really loud and easily fill a large room. We really like the 360 sound. The base is a little high but still the speakers sound very balanced. The app is an easy add on and complements the speaker well. Alexa was easy to setup and worked flawlessly. However just like any other alexa enabled speaker when the sound is loud it is difficult to get alexa to hear your commands. Our one year old is a big fan of alexa and really fascinated by our interaction.
The charging base works flawlessly as well and the speaker runs about 7-8 hours on a single charge.
This is an excellent alexa speaker from UE and delivers on all aspects.

Brydge MS Surface pro 12.3 Keyboard Silver

This is a must have keyboard if you have a surface 3,4 or the latest release and should last you for a long time of next version releases if you upgrade often. I found it to be much much better than the Microsoft surface keyboards and am very sure would not go that route again. Especially the kickstand on the surface pro is very inconvenient when you have it on your lap.
The keyboard shouts quality and is very sturdy and feels solid when holding it. It is fully aluminum and looks and feels great. The package is very minimal and you get the keyboard with the surface pro 4 shims attached along with a micro usb charging cable and extra pair of shims for surface pro 3.
The keyboard has 3 levels of backlit which is such a plus and features a 160 degree hinge. Th backlit does turnoff when not in use and do save battery. I have not had to charge it yet and seems it will easily last a few months of regular use. Brydge does mention up-to 3 months of battery life.
The trackpad is perfect size and small enough that it doesn’t get in the way of typing and your palm doesn’t sit on the trackpad. The keys are like MacBook and are easy to type on and have a very good response.
Excellent keyboard from brydge and will convert your surface pro to a surface book with the added functionality.

The Plantronics backbeat 305 wireless headsets come in a minimal package. Package contains a storage bag with micro usb cord and various sizes of ear tips which can be easily swapped. They last about 6 hours on a charge and have a standby time of 10 days which is quite acceptable. The charging time from zero to full is about 2 hours.
The headset has a braided cable and feels really good quality in hand. They are two tone, the left and right are different shades of blue. There is a clip in the center that can be attached to your t-shirt so they dont slide off when not in use and stay n place while running.
Voice quality on calls is very good and the other end party never complained they couldn’t hear me. Plantronics does say these are HD voice certified. I was also able to pair them up with my mac and use them on Skype without any issues. They are BT 4.1 compliant.The ear-tips have a very secure fit and feel really comfortable blocking out a decent amount of surrounding noise. The sound was very balanced and had no issues staying connected.
The headset is IPX5 certified waterproof and after using them for runs and biking they have held up really well. Very happy with the quality and features of this headset.

We have been using an older model of Honeywell programmable thermostat for a few years and really liked it. This new thermostat is a huge upgrade that has color touch display, wifi and can be controlled using voice with an app.
Setup - Setup was easy with all the included instructions. “C” wire accessory is included if you have an older system and does not have the wire to power on the thermostat. The backplate was easy to mount with clear markings of which wire goes where and took me less than 20 mins to replace the old with the new. Once the thermostat is mounted and powered on the on screen step by step setup was easy to follow to configure.
Display - The display has a very nice touchscreen and the color can be adjusted based on your wall or home decor. You can easily select C or F display.
Features - The advanced fan operation feature helps keep the temperature even across multiple rooms throughout the home and it automatically switches from heat to cool based on the temperature settings. It also provides local weather and temperature and manages the home with respect to outside weather.
Intelligent Alerts & Voice Control- You can customize the thermostat to alert you when there is a drop on increase in temperature or humidity and it works as expected. With the app for IOS or Android you can see the temperature on your phone and even control it using voice commands.
This is an excellent product from Honeywell and delivers as expected.
