Crown the Empire is one of the funnest hardcore bands in the scene right now. Every release is very well thought out and executed with perfection. This one has a message of taking back what is ours from a government thats very much in control. I love it. Its beautiful and heavy and melodic and just a blast to listen to LOUD
Overkill cannot do no wrong. They seem to be on a roll with their last several albums. Each one is just incredible! Heavy and brutal and fast and everything you'd want in an overkill album.
Adelitas Way has been around a couple years. Their goal is to bring back the spirit of rock n roll to a generation that seems to have forgotten just how fun music can really be. This album is their most mature album yet. Some love it. Some hate it.
This album has a very dark mood. Its a gloomy album. I loved it tho! Its not so much of a crazy party rock star album like their last few albums. It has Alice Cooper featured on a song. Way cool!
Oh wow! I did not expect this cd to be this good!! After a year of As I Lay Dying drama with former lead singer Tim and his murder for hire charges, these guys come back with an incredible release! The message behind this entire album is for Tim. Especially the lead single. I got serious goosebumps when I realized the message. Seriously. Read the lyrics. Very powerful. Tim definitely "has the change to rise again" after his time in prison. He will come back stronger than before.
I am a big Godsmack fan. I know Sully has turned a lot of people off. Not to mention that beef he has with Nikki Sixx. But I believe they are a great band and are a ton of fun to listen to. This cd I think is their strongest work to date. Can never go wrong with Godsmack
I have always loved Fozzy. They definitely get better with each release. This one contains a pretty cool ABBA cover song. Got this for my bro for his birthday and he seemed to love it
I love Ace. I don't care he was an alcoholic and had his problems back in the day. He's a great guy and has cleaned up his life. Its too bad KISS has turned their back on him. Oh well. His solo work is fantastic! This release is a little stronger than his last release. Its really catchy and has a pretty cool Steve Miller Band cover.
This is a celebration of the anniversary of their Waking the Fallen cd released years ago. Many fans argue that this is their best release of their career so its no surprise here that they "resurrected" it this year. Its a pretty neat package with some pretty cool DVD footage. I already own the original album. I am a huge A7X fan and so I bought this anyways. I recommend anyone to snatch this up. Very cool
Who knew this would be the final release from Slipknot as a complete and original band? Paul Gray (bass player) would later overdose after its release. Slipknot would also fire their drummer, Joey. Lots of people didn't like this release...including slipknot themselves. Idk why!! Its a powerful heavy release. The songs are really catchy and it doesn't seem to have any filler.
