Perfect active lifestyle headphones

These are my new on the go headphones. They are perfect for active lifestyle use, and I am going so start using them on the go instead of earbuds.
SOUND QUALITY:
The sound quality is great. Due to their size and the over the ear design, they sound much better than most earbuds I have used, even the more expensive ones.
The sound is full range and pleasing with adequate amounts of bass. The EQ also helps to customize the sound to your individual preference, and is nice touch at this price point.
COMFORT:
They are very comfortable to wear and are highly customizable because of the included extra headband pieces. I found the normal fit configuration to be perfect for me.
DESIGN AND USE:
I love how durable they are. The headband can be twisted and the ear cups are washable.
I can be reluctant to take some of my other headphones on the go because I am worried about them getting broken. I can put these headphones in the included soft case, throw them in a bag and not worry about them being damaged.
Another benefit they have over earbuds is the 20 hour battery life, since most earbuds top out at 5 to 6 hours.
The Be Aware setting allows audio in and works well for situations where you need to hear what is going on around you.
The USB C charging connection is a plus because it charges faster that the old USB setting.
The sound quality for voice calls is excellent as well.
VERDICT:
These headphones are perfect for active lifestyle use. The battery lasts long, they pack and wear well, and they sound good and are comfortable to wear. They are everything you would want in active lifestyle headphones.

Precise control in an ergonomic packa

This mouse is a very nice upgrade from a basic mouse. It is very comfortable to use and provides a noticeable improvement in tracking and control.
COMFORT:
The shape of this mouse is so different from that of a traditional mouse that I had to look at it from a few different angles. But after I used it, I appreciated the ergonomic design. The shape really reduces stress on the wrist.
SETUP:
I tested this device in wired and wireless mode and found both settings to be very easy to setup.
I used it in wired mode first to charge the mouse while I used it. As soon as I plugged it in using the provided USB C cord, my computer immediately recognized it and configured it via plug and play.
I then plugged the unifying receiver into my computer and it was immediately recognized and configured via plug and play.
After the easy initial setup both modes worked flawlessly.
USE:
I really like the layout of the buttons. They are easy to reach and logically placed. In addition to the traditional right and left click buttons, there are also back and forward buttons on the left side of the device.
The optics of this mouse are so precise, that I would rate it as near perfect. The scroll wheel is so smooth and precise that I would also rate it as perfect as well. If you are using a basic mouse, you are going to immediately notice the improvement in tracking and control.
All of the buttons are configurable via an App. But I found the default configuration to be optimal for me, and left the settings as is.
On the top of the mouse is a tracking speed adjustment button that cycles through a few different speeds every time you press the button. I choose the medium tracking speed option.
BATTERY AND CHRAGING:
The battery is rated at lasting nearly four months on a full charge. I have been using this device for a few days now, and can report that after a few days of heavy usage is still going strong so I fully expect it to last as long it is rated.
I also like that it uses USB C which charges much faster then the older USB interface.
VERDICT:
This mouse combines premium design and control in an ergonomic package.
Not only is the improvement in tracking and control noticeable, but it also puts much less stress on the wrist.
The intelligent button layout makes using your computer much more efficient.

I am new to the world of air fryers, but I wish that I had gotten one sooner. I have had to give up fried foods for health reasons but thanks to getting this air fryer, I am now able to enjoy some of my favorite fried foods again!
DESIGN AND CONTROLS:
This is my second Ninja kitchen appliance. The first was a Ninja Blender that I absolutely loved so I had high expectations, and I am happy to relate that my expectations were not only met but exceeded.
This air fryer couldn’t be easier to use. All it takes is loading the basket and pushing a few buttons.
The 4 cooking modes (Air Fry, Roast, Dehydrate, Reheat), all work well but the one I used the most is the Air Fry mode. This mode is what will allow you to simulate fried food and get that crispy result that tastes delicious.
The four quart basket is large, and it will hold enough food for most situations.
I was very impressed with how hot this fryer can get. High power is critically important because high heat is a necessity to cook some foods properly and get them nice and crispy.
The amount of oil needed to cook with is minimal. This is very important to me because not only am I concerned about eating healthy, but because fried foods give me heartburn. Being able to cook with a minimal amount of oil has made a world of difference in my life.
The non-stick components easily and cleanly release food after cooking. I really appreciate this because it is frustrating to have to pick stuck food out of a surface. This also makes clean up very easy. I found that wiping down the surface was sufficient to remove most of the residue without needing to wash it.
APPEARANCE:
This air fryer has a high end elegant appearance and will look great in any style kitchen.
VERDICT:
The Ninja Air Fryer is now my go to device for cooking. Up until recently, I never even knew air fryers existed. But now I don’t know how I lived without it! It truly is a must have item for the kitchen.
USEFUL TIPS:
I recommend looking through the included cook book. It will give you a lot of useful recipe idea for your new air fryer.

Amazing Video Quality and Built Like a Tank

EXTREME ACTION CAMERA:
The HERO 7 Black is my first GoPro product, and I have to say that I did not know what I was missing. I thought that the camera in my phone was sufficient, but I was completely wrong.
The first thing I noticed was how small and handy it is to carry. It fits well in my hand is very easy to maneuver and handle.
Since this is an extreme action camera, I tested it to see how well it held up to getting wet. I submerged it in a sink of water and can confirm that it was completely functional after getting wet. I did not have the heart to beat it up too bad even though it is rated by GoPro as “tough as nails.” But my impression is that this camera can take a beating and not break a sweat.
VIDEO AND SOUND QUALITY:
The 4K video quality is simply amazing! It is hands down the best and most life like video that I have ever captured with any device. Whatever you are using now, the HERO7 Black will likely blow it out of the water.
This camera has a feature called Hyper Smooth that works amazingly well at taking the wobble out of jumpy action videos. I tested this riding a bike and was very impressed at how smooth the video turned out. You really must see it to believe how well the image stabilization works!
This camera has a 12 MP sensor, so you can expect very detailed and vibrant photos.
The sound is noticeably lifelike compared to other cameras that I have used. This camera is equipped with a quality microphone and it makes a big difference.
DESIGN AND FEATURES:
One feature I really liked is called Time Warp, which allows you to do a fast-forward time lapse recording from 2X to 30X.
It is Wi-Fi capable, so you can live stream the action (if you have access to a hotspot or Wi-Fi). But just remember that 4K videos won’t upload very easily unless you have a fast and stable internet connection.
4k video takes up a lot of room on your SD card so the video is adjustable down to lower resolutions.
It uses the newer USB C cord which is superior to the older version due to improved charging time and data transfer capability.

The box also comes with a nice assortment of accessories.
This camera also offers voice control, but I did not use this much. It works, but I prefer to control my device by touch rather than voice.
VERDICT:
This camera is expensive but is worth it if you want a premium extreme action camera. I am very impressed with the feature set and it’s build quality. This camera is obviously designed by people who take pride in their work. I can’t emphasize enough how good the video quality is and how well the image stabilization works!
USEFUL TIPS:
The camera requires a high-speed Micro SD card to work properly (which is not included). I used the SanDisk Extreme Plus card and found that it worked perfectly.
You will also need a newer computer with a fast processor and enough RAM to handle the higher resolution videos. The same goes for your phone. Slow, older devices just can’t keep up with the high-resolution videos.
If you are going to be using this camera on the go, make sure that you take the power cord. I found that you will get about an hour of video use per charge. Fortunately, USB C can charge fast, but If this is not enough recording time for you, then it is advisable to get an extra battery to take on the go.

The Sony WH-1000XM3 wireless noise canceling headphones are the most incredible headphones I have ever used! Not only are they supremely comfortable to wear, but the sound quality and active noise canceling are far superior to any other premium headsets that I have used.

The active noise cancellation is phenomenal! When activated it seems like the whole outside world is turned off and that I was in a perfect bubble of silence.
I really like that the noise cancellation effect is adjustable so that you can chose to not use it, or partially use it depending on your circumstances. This is a very nice touch because there may be times when you can’t be sonically cut off from the outside world.
Another important feature is that it is compatible with high bit rate Bluetooth versions such as aptX HD and AAC. This is important because these standards provide a signal that will sound better because it is less compressed than the previous Bluetooth standard.

Hits sweet spot for great sound and portability

The LG PK5 Bluetooth Speaker is an excellent choice for someone looking for great sound quality and portabilty.
Setup and Design
The speaker feels very well made and was very easy to put in use. All that is required is to charge it and then pair it with another Bluetooth device.
This speaker is equipped with a USB C connector for charging. USB C is the most recent USB standard, and is the first device that I have used to have it. But I am noticing that it is starting to become the defacto standard for newer devices. So don't worry too much about having a new cable to keep up with, because it is superior to the old version and you are going to start seeing more and more of it.
I really like that the volume of the speaker and the device syncs so that when you turn it up or down on your device, the speaker volume goes up and down simultaneously.
This speaker is medium sized so the handle grip makes moving it around a breeze. The grip feels really solid and well made. The exterior has a premium rubberized feel to it which should help protect it if you drop it.
Another nice feature is that this speaker is IPX5 water resistant, which is important if you want to use it outside.
Sound Quality
For a medium size speaker the sound quality is excellent! All of the music I listened too sounded full, accurate, and pleasing to the ears.
The laws of physics dictate that there are limits to the amount of bass and mid bass that can be produced by a speaker of this size, but LG cleverly uses two passive radiators to reinforce the low end. Passive radiators are normally found on speakers much more expensive than this, and really make a difference by making music sound more dynamic.
Another important feature is that it uses 24 bit Bluetooth (known as aptX HD Audio), which provides a signal that sounds better because it is less compressed than the previous Bluetooth standard.
I experimented with the Clear Vocal and Enhanced Bass settings, and found them to be pleasant sounding depending on the song, music type and application.
Verdict
This speaker hits the sweet spot for good sound and portability. It is easy to move around the house, take to the beach or the pool, or wherever else you want to be and have nice sounding music.
Useful Tips
The speaker has a 3.5 mm audio input and if you use it in wired mode instead of wireless, the battery charge will last longer since you are not using the Bluetooth transmitter on the speaker.
The multi-color led party lights are a cool feature, but for around the house I did not use them. But they would be fun in the right party environment. But remember that using them will make the battery drain faster.
According to the manual, two of these speakers can be paired to the same device. I was not able to test this, but this could be useful in a back yard or patio because it would provide a wider sound stage.

Sound Quality
This is a critical requirement for a headset, and this headset does not disappoint.
I watched several movies and listened to several hours of music, and found the sound produced to be full range and accurate. In fact, this headset rivals other more expensive headsets that I have used. If a headset excels at the demanding task of listening to music and movies, then it will likely have no problem with voice reproduction. Thankfully this turned out to be the case. I used the call feature on both my iPhone and Windows PC, and found voice calls to be very clear and intelligible. All of the people I communicated with by voice call had no problem hearing me, and said they wouldn’t have even known I was using a headset if I hadn’t had told them.
This headset also employs passive noise cancellation that helps to improve the quality of the sound because of the isolation of outside noises that can be disturbing.
Comfort
This is another critical element for a headset, and once again I was not disappointed. This is a very lightweight and comfortable headset. I had no problem wearing it for several hours and actually forgot that I was wearing a headset.
Usage
There are two ways to use this headset The first is using the standard 3.5 mm jack which makes it compatible with most devices.
The second option is to use a USB interface that attaches to your computer. This option allows the use of advanced call management commands such as transfer, mute, volume, and answer/end.
I especially liked the microphone boom because it easily rotates up and magnetically locks into place on the top of the headset. This gives the headset a clean and sleek look when the microphone is not needed.
Another nice touch is the included carrying pouch.
Verdict
The Jabra headset is an excellent choice for both home and office applications. I recommend it because it does the most important thing headphones need to do: Sound good and be comfortable to wear,

Outstanding Comfort and Sound Quality!

This gaming headset is an amazing value that excels at the two most critical requirements for a headset: Comfort and Sound Quality.

This is hands down the most comfortable headset I have ever used. The comfort is due to the ear cups being so soft, the adjustable frame, and self-adjusting headband. It is so comfortable and lightweight that you can forget you are even wearing it!

The sound quality of these headphones are exceptional and comparable to other more expensive headsets. They really sound that good!
Setup and Useage
The headset came nearly full assembled. The only extra step was to insert the removable microphone boom.
I really like that the microphone is removable, even though I will keep the microphone attached because it neatly extends upward when not in use. When in the up position, the microphone is muted so you know it is off.
The volume is adjustable by using a knob on the connector. This allows you to adjust the volume easily by turning the audio dial.
Verdict
I can't recommend this gaming headset more strongly! It has amazing comfort and souund quality.
Insider Tips
This headset is marketed as being for the PS4, but uses a standard 3.5 mm connector so it can be used with most other devices.
The connector that seamlessly fits the PS4 controller, has a removable sloped attachment next to the audio dial. If you remove the attachment, the connector will connect flatly with other devices.

Premium sound that does not disappoint!

The Sonos and Sonance outdoor audio streaming system is three different products bundled together and offered as an exclusive Magnolia package.
Sonos Connect Amp:
The brains of the system is the Sonos Connect Amp. This is one of Sonos original products, and has maintained its longevity for good reason.
The premium build quality and visual appeal are immediately apparent. It is made of aluminum with an attractive white finish. The compact size makes it easy to place and blend.
It offers WiFi streaming from all the major providers to the welcome inclusion of Apple Music. This is especially valuable to me because my wife has 3,000 songs in her iTunes library.
Be aware that while the Amp can stream over WiFi, it is not completely wireless. It must be plugged into a standard AC outlet, and utilizes speaker wire (not included) to power the speakers.
Even though it is marketed as part of an outdoor system, the amp in NOT weather proof and must be kept out of the elements.

Sonance MAG O6 Speakers
Speaker quality is arguably the most important factor to sound quality. You can have the most expensive amp in the world, but if it is hooked up to lousy speakers you will get lousy sound. Fortunately, these speakers produce exceptional sound quality to match their build quality. They sound remarkably full-ranged with excellent highs, mid-range, and mid-bass.
The pictures only tell half of the story, because you must see and hold the speakers to appreciate their mass and how well made they are. They are bigger than what they seem in the pictures, and that is a good thing because all things being equal, the larger the speakers the larger the sound.
xPRESS Audio Keypad
Think of this as a WiFi rechargeable remote that can be mounted. It has its uses, but I prefer the control and versatility of the App.
Setup
Setup of the Amp was as simple as plugging it in, connecting it to WiFi, and downloading the Sonos App.
My patio is already wired for speakers, so this was simple as well. Otherwise you will have to run speaker wire to the speaker placement location.
The speakers utilize a clever speaker wire pass-through to reach the front mounted speaker connector posts. I have never seen this before, but it is very innovative and I like it.
The xPRESS Audio Keypad involved charging it and downloading an App, and then syncing it.
Verdict
Sonos has a reputation for premium sound and this product does not disappoint. The three high quality products in this package make them an exceptional value for the individual that wants premium sound and capability.
I am something of an audiophile, and have spent approximately $5,000 on the surround sound system in my main listening area. So, I appreciate quality sound and can attest that: speaker for speaker, component for component, this system matches or exceeds anything on the market today.
Insider Tips
Even though this system is marketed as for the outdoors, there is nothing stopping you from setting it up indoors. The speakers will sound and look as good indoors as outdoors! And since the Amp has a sub woofer output, you can augment the low-end sound stage by adding a sub woofer if used inside. Theoretically adding a sub woofer outdoors is possible, but for practical reasons it would be very complicated to implement properly.

Perfect for beard trimming and sculpting

I have been trimming my beard the old-fashioned way, with scissors, for a long time. I haven't used an electric razor in many years, and didn't know what to expect. I am happy to report that this razor does an excellent job of trimming my beard.
When activated, the razor pules very solidly which is an indication of it's substantial power. But at no time did it vibrate in a way that made it difficult to handle. It is actually very smooth to handle, and I had no difficulty using it to precisely sculpt my beard.
I especially like the available trim setting of 0.5 (stubble short) to 10 mm. I am using the middle setting of 5 but am looking forward to experimenting with different lengths. The razor guard can be removed and this will allow you a to very closely edge your beard and side burns.
Razor blade quality:
The actual cutting mechanism is the best I have ever experienced in an electric. The blades cut my hair smoothly and cleanly, and the result is polished and even.
The trimmer feels very solid in my hand, and is very easy to handle because of the rubberized finish. I think the finish will also help with shock absorption if dropped on a hard bathroom floor.
Important unpacking step:
There is a small paper tab protecting the blades that must be removed before the first use. It could be easy to miss, and the razor will not work properly if not removed.

Replaced an old SXRD Sony 60" from 8 years ago. Tried the 65" 930 model and that picture was good however not like the 940D. Full array backlighting makes a big difference. First one upon delivery had a line all along the right side of the screen and a horizontal line about 6 inches up from the bottom of the screen. Magnolia came out a few days later with a replacement and this one is much better. Remote control is not user friendly, poor design, Arc audio does not work with my 2 year old Yamaha receiver so must use separate fibre optic cable to allow audio to services. Sony 3D nothing like the Samsung. 4 free movies promotion was difficult to set up and must supply credit card info to get promo and only 8 titles to choose from. I wish they would have included the 3D glasses instead of free movies with a $6500 TV. Overall happy with the purchase and would recommend as a great home theater TV with lots of smart features.

Cable Box breaks ARC

Are you using a cable box? Cable and satellite boxes are notorious for breaking ARC. When I disconnected the cable box HDMI cable from the chain, ARC started working. I am going to get a HDMI "CEC less adapter" and connect it to the cable box which should fix the problem.

It is about as loud as any powerful vacuum. To my ear no more or no less. I do not know the exact decibel level. But my pets run and hide from it.

What is the charging setup - does it need to be charged on a wall-mounted dock or can you just plug it in anywhere with an AC adapter while it's folded over? Can the battery be removed easily and swapped, assuming they start selling batteries separately?
The battery can be charged while attached to the vacuum, either when it is folded over or upright. The battery can be removed and charged while removed. The battery is very easy to remove and attach.

No it can not. This camera does not have electrical connections for a junction box.

I want to use wireless assuming it has an internal battery you can remove, bring inside and charge then insert it back in unit? How does it work wirelessly?
The camera housing snaps out of the wall mount by pressing a button. You bring the entire unit in for charging. It is a very simple method.
