OK, tablet. Ideal for kids

First, i must admit I am more of an Apple guy than Android, so it took some getting used to in order to really get into this device. For an 8" tablet with 1gb of ram and 16gb of internal storage, it is a decent entry level unit. If you arent really much of a "techie" person, this may be ideal for you.I got this unit yesterday and played with it with my kids for about 6 hours or so. I like that I can add memory via a microsd card, which i used to add movies for 4 and 5 year old to watch and they enjoyed it. The picture is surprisingly clear and crisp and it had good volume. The battery came fully charged and after about 6 hours of playing with it and watching a movie, I still had about 2+ hours left of battery life. I let my kids play with it and they seemed to pick it up pretty quickly, which surprised me since they are used to iPads. I hooked this unit up to the TVs inside of my wife's SUV and the video played back on the screens. I think this unit will be ideal for my family for road trips and keeping the kids occupied while we are driving. I plan to fill up a memory card with nothing but movies and let them use this unit to watch movies as opposed to carrying multiple DVD's in her SUV. All in all for an entry level tablet, I was pleasantly surprised at how easy it is to use. This tablet isnt super fast, but you wouldnt expect it to be chock full of high end specs at this price point, but my first experience with an Android tablet was not too bad. I plan to play with this more of the next couple of days, by purposely putting my iPad down and trying to use this unit like i would my iPad. I will update this review if i find anything good or bad about it.

Best iPad Pro case I've used so far

I bought this case after first purchasing the UAG Armor Case and the Otterbox case for my iPad Pro. This one is the best of the three. The UAG, didnt provide any screen protector, the Otterbox was way too bulky for my liking, but this one is the best by far. I wanted a case that would also store my Apple Pencil and there werent many on the market at the time of purchase. This one has an internal screen protector which has no bubbles or haze to it and it is pretty slim given the size of the iPad Pro. I do wish i could put a magnetic cover on the front of it, but it does work with the Smart Keyboard (i havent tried it though). It stores the Apple Pencil on the back and is very secure, all in a slim design. The only reason for 4 stars and not 5 is because I cant put a magnetic cover on it for added protection. I returned the Otterbox and am putting the UAG online to sell. The UAG would be my second favorite and the Otterbox last because of its bulky size. I hope this review helps you in purchase decision.

Bought this TV for $622 (it has since been reduced to $569) and i think for that price, it works well. I mainly was enticed by the Netflix offer and the fact that I thought I could connect my dish to it without a set-top box using the virtual joey, but I couldnt because this TV uses the Web OS software platform. The mouse takes more getting used to than a Wii remote control and is rather annoying, but can be changed to use the buttons instead. The TV is light and has a nice appearance to it that complimented my work out room. Once you play around with the settings and the options on the TV it is pretty nice. I would encourage you to hook it up to the internet first, download any updates and apps that you want. The TV will need to remain on for the update. I did change the settings to automatically update the software, but not sure if the TV needs to be on for that. I bought the Best Buy brand Rocketfish wall mount show below as well and I will say I was pleasantly surprised that it is durable and came with everything I needed to set it up.
Internet content most enjoyed: Netflix and Pandora

To be fair, I said it was a good price because I bought mine around Christmas when they had promo codes so I probably paid around $15 bucks for it. Having said that, I really like this armband.
It locks my phone into it and has a button that you slide that will prevent the phone from coming out. It essentially locks the phone into the armband. The back of the band is heavily padded and is comfortable.
The only minor complaint I would make is that if multiple people are going to use the armband, make sure you fit it to the largest person. You must cut off the excess material in order for the armband to fit and if you cut off too much, you're pretty much stuck with it. I would definitely recommend this case.

Great protection in a not so bulky case

I bought this case around Christmas when these were selling at a discounted price on LifeProof's website. I think i paid about $60-$70 bucks for the case and bought the belt clip and armband which was around $12 - 15 each.
Make sure you follow the directions when installing your phone into this case. If you dont slide the phone in from left to right, your volume/vibrate switch may not seat properly and it will not work. It has provided great dust coverage, drop protection and my son dunked my phone in the toilet and when I pulled it out, my phone didnt miss a beat. Besides the "cooties" i had to wash off, everything was fine.
My only complaint about this case is using headphones requires plugging in the short cable that comes with it. If you lose that cable, be prepared to have to order it from LifeProof as no one locally carries it and at $20 bucks, its not cheap either. All in all, i love this case. I had an Otterbox (who actually bought LifeProof if i remember correctly) Defender Series case and it was just way too bulky for my liking.

Not a bad set of headphones

I have used these for about a year and they are decent headphones. Im not sure they are worth $150 other than the fact that they have to pay all of their celebrity endorsers. They are very stylish looking and are relatively comfortable to wear for a few hours at a time. Much longer than that and they get to be a little uncomfortable. The sound quality is decent, but i would have expected better at this price. The bass is deep and gutteral which is probably what they were going for, but the mids and highs could sound a bit cleaner. I am using an iPhone 5s and play music from both iTunes radio and songs that i have downloaded.
I like the extended cord that comes with it and although it comes with a carrying case, have fun trying to put the earphones back in it neatly. I had to go with a pair of wireless headphones because I have my iPhone in a Lifeproof Nuud case and the headphones will no longer fit in the headphone jack without the lifeproof plug. Doesnt work well for me if I need to use the headphones at home and the plug is at work.
I would still recommend these headphones if you could get them around $100 bucks or less.

Great set of bluetooth headphones

I did some pretty extensive research on bluetooth headphones before buying these. My criteria was comfort, sound quality and i wanted something around $150 or less. Initially i bought the Yurbuds Limited Edition behind the ears headphones for $130. The reviews werent that great but they were in the price range of what i wanted to spend. They arent bad headphones if you can get them to seat in your ears properly. They are a bit bulky and the sound quality is decent.
I saw that BestBuy had them on sale for $149 so i decided to grab a pair and decide which i liked better. Again, if you can get a good seal, these are fantastic headphones. The sound quality is clear and clean and the bass was surprisingly deep and tight. I have an iPhone 5s and i used these headphones with iTunes Radio and with music that i have purchased and the sound is real quality. The only thing I didnt really care for is the sound isolation. I couldnt hear any ambient noise with these on and when i work out i prefer being able to hear whats going on around me. That may be a plus for some people though.
I used the smallest set of wings in my ears and the fit is fine, very tight. They have never fallen out even when I sweat. I have a pair of PowerBeats that cost $150 and have the over the ear hook, so I was always partial to this type of earphone, but the Jaybirds actually stay in place and are much more comfortable even after extended use. Hope this helps anyone considering purchasing these. I wouldnt pay $170 for them, but i think $150 for a great pair of wireless headphones like these is a good deal.

The brightness is adjustable. It can give off light equivalent to a standard 60 watt bulb (default) but with the app, you can make the light brighter. If I remember correctly, its about 2400 lumens. For example, a 60 watt bulb is about 750-850 lumens.

What are installation instructions & wiring requirements?
You will need to have a "C" wire in order to use this. If you do not have one, there are additional instructions on how to wire it and it includes the wire you can use to jump it in your thermostat. If you have minor DIY skills, you should have no problem with the installation.

When I call someone they cannot hear me on the other end how do I fix this
I had that problem too initially, but I took the phone out and re-installed the phone into the case paying careful attention to making sure that the volume/vibrate button was installed correctly in the slot. Once i did that, the mic must have lined up the way it was supposed to and I havent had any problems since. Hope that helps.
