Anything is possible but the reality is, is it worth it? IF it is similar to previous Surface laptops there are four torx screws under the rubber feet that once removed will allow the keyboard to be removed and provide access to the HD. For the record, I have not done this on a Surface Laptop 4, nor do I recommend it as it would void your warranty, but have seen it done on previous models so there is no guarantee the design is the same. Hope that helps.
