They are compact and do the trick, however, unless worn around your neck, they have to constantly come off and then go back on. There really is not a better way to wear them when out and about. However, you get what you pay for.

My home has 2 stories and a basement. We have always had trouble with Wi-Fi reception throughout the house, especially trying to run multiple devices at one time such as laptops, smart TV's , smart DVD's, printers, tablets, and smart telephones on our network at once. I do not know if getting internet from a rural telephone cooperative has anything to do with the quality of internet signal wired to the home.
At any rate, we received this package directly from Belkin 2 days ago and just installed it today. I am deducting one star because what should have been an easy installation was not. My son downloaded the app to his Samsung android smartphone and when we got to the part where it was trying to connect to Linksys, it sat for over an hour doing nothing-not connecting nor stopping. So, I Goggled Linksys' technical support telephone number and contacted them. To start with, the call went offshore which I do not like since there are often communication issues. They said this was their top of the line product and referred us to that area. That area did start troubleshooting with my son by having him disconnect all of the towers except the home one that is hardwired to the router. They said they would call back in 15 minutes to see if it finally connected to their website for installation. They did call back, but it did not connect. I am not sure if it was the ISP of their site not being correct or compatible with us, but they had to work on transferring our download from their site working with a different ISP number. They did finally resolve the connection issues, but from beginning to end it took about 2 1/2 to 3 hours of time. The first part was when it initially tried to connect before we even called them. Then we were on for at least 15-30 minutes between the initial information getting at department one and department two who finally got it done. Then we waited the 15 minutes to see if it would connect before they called back and then another hour or so to finally get a good ISP to download to the home tower from their site. Eventually all towers were hooked up and operational.
Now, to the results. My son put a tower in his room on the second floor in the extreme southeast corner of the house. He had a laptop, smart TV, smart DVD, smart phone, tablet, etc. He had wanted me to get his room hard wired to our router through wiring through the attic, but that would be labor intensive and costly. After the installation, he was able to run many devices and have several pages open at a time without constant buffering and very slow internet transitioning from one site to another. Since we have not been using this item for long, I do not know if I can update this review as time goes by if not so great things start happening, but I will try to so. I already got an email from Best Buy to post a review even though I just got the goods and it wound up taking a good amount of time to get it running.
One last thing, this product does not come with an operations manual, but rather you have to go on to their website and look up technical briefs. One of the questions I asked my son and need to investigate is whether or not you can disconnect one of the two portable towers from electric power and reposition it somewhere else without having to reinstall or reconnect to the home tower wired to the router at where your internet cones into the home.

Great multigroom trimmers

I jumped at the chance to try this shower proof Phillips Norelco Multigroom 7400 trimmers, given that I have a husband, no facial hair, and two sons with facial hair, ages 24 and 21. The younger son used it first to trim his facial hair and wound up using all the attachments with my encouragement so as to provide the most comprehensive review possible. He said that it cut his facial hair efficiently with clean lines, and did not get stopped up from the hair being trimmed. Therefore, the process was quicker because he did not have to stop and start to clean hair out of the trimmer and the result was a more finished look with the use of all the attachments. The only complaint from him was that the nose trimmer was somewhat difficult to use because it could only be used in one direction vs. multi-directional, since the cutting surface was only on one side and that is why one star was deducted. My 24 year old son also gives it 4 stars because he liked that the body trimmer could shave not only the body, but the face making it a multi useful tool. It seemed like the regular motor speed was not as efficient as the turbo speed setting and therefore, requiring him to use the turbo setting most often to get done quicker. He also agreed with the younger son on his opinion of the nose trimming head. My husband used the nasal trimmer and said that it gets the job done great and fast. It is a winner in our home. This is the first time Best Buy has sent me a free product to try and asked for an honest review. My family gave me their honest opinions and none of them were affected by the fact that Best Buy sent us the product free.

Hard to Re-Load Playlist

My husband accidentally ran over his tiny IPod and went to Best Buy to get another one. He decided to get the next larger size and thus bought the Nano. However, it has been a nightmare to re-load the playlists. We have spent hundreds of dollars on these songs and did not realize how hard they are to re-load to a new device. You are apparently given the ability to load them to 5 devices, and we had only loaded them to one. Silly us, we do not own any IPod smartphones and do not know how to SYNC these to the new device. We have called Apple several times, spending hours on the phone and at the computer trying to authorize them to load onto the new Nano. What a disaster and nightmare. If we did not already have the investment in the playlist, I would have brought it back and said to heck with it. Apple is so freaking worried about their proprietary rights that they bust the gut of the consumer. Not for us..

Great picture

We went from a 2003 rear projection Toshiba television to the Sony XBR70X850B, and wow, it is like day and night. This 70 inch, high definition television with numerous bells and whistles has great picture quality and the JBL sound bar we purchased with it can literally shake the house. Of course, we also went to Directv from cable with this purchase which also makes the quality of this picture so much better, too. We purchased the whole system under a special promotion that had free home delivery and set up by the Geek Squad, to which they were excellent. However, we did have to pay $50 extra for them to run the cords down the wall, a very short distance, which virtually took no time at all.
Now, remember to use the 15 day price match offer. I saved over $600 off my initial purchase price, but beware they are going to challenge you on it and you will have to invest some real time to get it through their system. They will only price match certain internet sites like Amazon (not a seller on Amazon), Crutchfield, Newegg, BH photo? plus big box stores like Costco, Sam's, Wal-Mart, Nebraska Furniture Mart, and any brick and mortar within 25 miles. I had to literally explain that I lived in a rural area where nothing was within 25 miles, not even their store that I did the purchasing from. Expect the front line people at the number 888-237-8289 to not know the price match rules, so have them at the ready and be prepared to request a manager when trying to make sense to these people.
