I bought this and I'm still wondering why. This is just a tough franchise to translate to film and is probably better left in the comic form. I don't think it was cast well and they deviated from the comic for diversity reaons - it didn't help the story line at all. It is a pretty picture though and is fine in the super-hero genre, but not much more can be said about it from my perspective... I'd give it a 2.5 if I could.

Hey come on this is a no brainer here. Two great WWII movies in one package, I'm all in!!!
William Holden is terrific in Stalag 17, which has got a great script and supporting cast.
The Dirty Dozen has Lee Marvin in the lead role with one of the best ensemble casts ...ever! This has a good story and is extremely well acted and is a must have in any film library.

I found this genre to be worn a bit thin - dystopic society, only teenagers can save us - and well worn already (especially with two other similiar themed series out there now). Visually not a bad movie at all, the most young cast did a good job.

Three high school friends are forced to commit a brazen robbery which quickly goes horribly wrong... they were supposed to in and out in under "7-minutes." Not a bad movie. Has some good characters and acting. Overall I enjoyed it.

This is a really good movie and sheds some light on the plight of '50's era young Irish women that spent years in servitude to the "church" as an consequence of being an unwed mother..
This is based on the true story of one such woman who then got an opportunity to search for her son in her later years. This is a compelling story and makes a good addition to a good film library. The screenplay and acting are top notch.

Did anyone opt to purchase the protection plan?
I didn't. I usually never do as the products usually have issues fairly early on in my experience (which would then be cover by the original warranty) and therefore many products will simply outlast the extended warranty period. However, another way to look at it is that you are simply buying piece of mind and for some folks it's well worth it.

Why is my fridge so noisy?
I have had my new fridge a week, but I've been on a trip most of the time. Now that I'm back, I've noticed how noisy it is -- unusually so. I can hear it all over my house and it's driving me batty. Is there anything that can be done... for example, insulation around the compressor or whatever, or pads on the bottom?
A new frige should be really quite and not heard from another room. Compare the noise from your frige and a neighbors to gage any real difference as a reference before calling for service (but it should be pretty quite).

Enters savings NYSEG rebate - getting rid of old refriferator . How does this work ? Does NYSEG need to come out to assure the old refriferator is still in working order ? Jodi
Normally it should be running so that the recycling company can verify that it's working (it just needs to get cold). Once they verify, you should be given a form that is used to submit for the rebate.
