I thought this was a really good film. There a smatterings of the "behind the scenes" realities of the recent housing melt down here as the backdrop. Overall this is a good piece of filmaking, nice writing, compelling characters, good acting... add it to the video library!

This may seem like familiar territory if you've seen Westworld (I thought this was going to be a updated re-make of that flick). This flick had a "lower-budget film" feel to it.
The concept was just OK, I just think they should have stayed away from the "internal politics" in the the movie and stuck with the of self actualization conccept of the AI beings, for an overall better movie and a driver for the action/character motivation.

This is a much anticpated set of movies for Star Wars fans. This was a great flick that moves the franchise closer to the first trilogy rather than that weaker second trilogy. Now that Disney owns the franchise these flicks should be a produced bit quicker and also start expolring some of the "side" stories from the Star Wars universe.

I love 3-D movies and will pick them up when they go on sale. Again this isn't one of those movies you got to because it's going to be nominated for best screenplay, you go to it because it is a special effects driven movie and just look past the holes in the plot. Sound reffects are good as well.

Did anyone opt to purchase the protection plan?
I didn't. I usually never do as the products usually have issues fairly early on in my experience (which would then be cover by the original warranty) and therefore many products will simply outlast the extended warranty period. However, another way to look at it is that you are simply buying piece of mind and for some folks it's well worth it.

Why is my fridge so noisy?
I have had my new fridge a week, but I've been on a trip most of the time. Now that I'm back, I've noticed how noisy it is -- unusually so. I can hear it all over my house and it's driving me batty. Is there anything that can be done... for example, insulation around the compressor or whatever, or pads on the bottom?
A new frige should be really quite and not heard from another room. Compare the noise from your frige and a neighbors to gage any real difference as a reference before calling for service (but it should be pretty quite).

Refrigerator questions. Energy rebate
Enters savings NYSEG rebate - getting rid of old refriferator . How does this work ? Does NYSEG need to come out to assure the old refriferator is still in working order ? Jodi
Normally it should be running so that the recycling company can verify that it's working (it just needs to get cold). Once they verify, you should be given a form that is used to submit for the rebate.
