This one left me thinking WTH???
The Wachowski's have a string of really good innovative movies, but this aint one of them. Visualy it is striking and there is plenty of eye candy from that side of the creative realm. However, the story was pretty lame and I had to wonder how this ever got green lighted for producton. I think it would have been better served as a short run series on the Sci-Fi channel.

Also as a side note this is the kind of movie t hat can really derail an actor's career - note to talent --> pick better projects next time (i.e. read the script and don't just buy into the "vision.")

This is a well done film of the backstory behind the flood of drugs that became the crack cocaine epdemic in the '80's. It sheds some real light on the CIA activites which allowed large quantities of drugs to cross the border to ultimately help fund the Contras.

Did anyone opt to purchase the protection plan?
I didn't. I usually never do as the products usually have issues fairly early on in my experience (which would then be cover by the original warranty) and therefore many products will simply outlast the extended warranty period. However, another way to look at it is that you are simply buying piece of mind and for some folks it's well worth it.

Why is my fridge so noisy?
I have had my new fridge a week, but I've been on a trip most of the time. Now that I'm back, I've noticed how noisy it is -- unusually so. I can hear it all over my house and it's driving me batty. Is there anything that can be done... for example, insulation around the compressor or whatever, or pads on the bottom?
A new frige should be really quite and not heard from another room. Compare the noise from your frige and a neighbors to gage any real difference as a reference before calling for service (but it should be pretty quite).

Enters savings NYSEG rebate - getting rid of old refriferator . How does this work ? Does NYSEG need to come out to assure the old refriferator is still in working order ? Jodi
Normally it should be running so that the recycling company can verify that it's working (it just needs to get cold). Once they verify, you should be given a form that is used to submit for the rebate.
