I was a little too old to enjoy the television series when it premiered some time ago. The past movies were Ok as they were geared to a mixed age but this particular movie wasn't at all what I expected. I would say I'm still not a fan of this franchise but this was a greatly entertaining movie.
This is a direct sequel to Prometheus movie that answers some questions fans have been wanting to know but leaves an underwhelming emotion to the story. It's a great story but it covers a lot of ground we've seen before giving you a feeling that everything is being recycled and updated with twist.
If you're a fan of the King Arthur Excalibur movie of the 80's and having expectations that this movie is along those lines you're going to be disappointed. While the basics of the King Arthur legend are here it's a spin on the original story. It's not a disappointing story and there is a lot of action.
I have the 3D version of the film so first let me write about that. Good CGI but like most live action 3D it's OK but not worth the added price to the set. The plot fits in nicely with the MCU it's not the best installment of all the Spidey films. Holland makes a great Peter Parker and seems comfortable in the role and will do well with the character in future films but as a fan it wasn't my favorite film but a solid addition.
It seems with each new movie in this franchise there is a ton of new or different things thrown at the fans that often leaves me confused. While this is a good movie it's much like everything that came after the second film" just unnecessary ".
If your a fan of this franchise you will love this next Pirates movie. Much better than the last movie and in typical fashion of bigger is sometimes better. Keep'em coming.
While there is a good story here it's not the reason to see this Arnold classic. It's just good fun, over the top fights, great one liners and an abundance of obvious film bloopers.
While this is a solid film with a great story and great acting it's the weakest in the newest ape movie trilogy. At times you get the feeling everyone is trying too hard or taking the plot a bit too seriously. After having watched all three films I was left feeling there could have been more or maybe we didn't get 100% of what this trilogy could have been.
This was an OK film. Great acting by some great big name actors. If your a horror fan this is something a little different. It's more action and adventure with a good twist on a classic story.
