There are a number of missions to complete and the game will not allow you to free roam too much while on a mission but you can explore the vast and beautiful city of Glass between missions to acquire more hidden items and complete tasks for those of need for a runner.
The controls are very similar to "Dying Light" and do take a bit of practice but become second nature when running, jumping, wall-running, using a zip line, sliding, etc. The fighting is limited to 2 variations of punches and kicks in combination with the wall jumping and running to enhance their effectiveness. The fighting component is the weakest part of the game but isn't too bad since running away is better than tangling with armed adversaries unless required to complete the mission.
The combat, movements and gear can be upgraded as you progress throughout the game and are purchased after getting points for completing missions and locating hidden items.
This game is an acquired taste but can be very addictive once you catch on to the controls and premise of the game. You can also compete with other runners online in different time trials.
The city is huge and fairly active with planes, monorail trains and vehicles in the streets below. There are not that many citizens in the city which was intended so as not to get in the way of your running. The security force that is pursuing you is very aggressive and they are armed. This is one of the few games that does not have the player using weapons.
The language in the game is mild compared to many games today.
I summary, I find myself playing this game for a couple of hours at a time just to explore the city and take in the sights. Hopefully, there will be a sequel to this sleeper hit.

Follow Faith, a daring free runner, as she fights for freedom in the city of Glass. What appears to be an elegant, high-tech city on the outside, has a terrible secret hidden within. Explore every corner from the highest beautifully lit rooftops to the dark and gritty tunnels below. The city is huge, free to roam and Faith is at the center of it all. Through the first-person perspective, combine her fluid movement and advanced combat with the city's surroundings to master the environment and uncover the conspiracy. This is Mirror's Edge for this generation, raising the bar in action-adventure games.

The controls take a little getting used to but become second nature since you will get a lot of practice jumping and running. Some of the moves are tricky but not impossible and there are power-ups to enhance your abilities.
The fighting does have a learning curve but the power ups and Mirror's Edge web site does provide helpful hints for defeating the enemy. This is one of the few games available that does not involve the use of weapons for the main character.
The game has a real good auto-save feature so you won't have to start all over again from the beginning of a long segment if you fall and don't recover.
The game itself is a big improvement over the original and the city is quite large giving you lots to see. There's not a lot of NPC activity but it serves the game adequately. I did wish that there was more to do but overall the game was still fun to play.
It's very similar to Dying Light in play mechanics but is not gory and the language is tame by comparison.
Hopefully, the next one will be more expansive but this will do for now.

I had never played the original versions so I can't make any comparisons but this collection should satisfy most zombie fans.
The graphics and gameplay are fine with plenty of places to search for zombies and objects to collect being very similar to "Dying Light" which is a great game made by the same developer.

Rise of the Tomb Raider is a XBOX ONE exclusive (for now) where it goes back to the heroine's beginnings and really delivers on all aspects which make for a great game.
The only part that is lacking are the add-ons to extend the adventure and I feel that they could have been better and longer considering the cost.
Otherwise, the core game is more than adequate in length and should provide enough thrills for most Tomb Raiders!

If your Canon printer uses this particular series of inkjet cartridges, then there is really no better choice to get top performance from your printer.
Ink usage will vary depending on your settings but I usually have it set for the fastest speed which will provide a very good print copy for most documents such as receipts and will extend the life of the cartridge.

The 128 GB memory capacity is great for storing lots of movies on my Fire Tablet since the internal memory is only 8 GB.
I have not experienced any problems with storage or retrieval of data which is the case for all the other SanDisk memory cards I have previously purchased.
They are a great bargain when on sale and amazing that so much data can fit on such a tiny card.

These batteries will last as long as the major name-brands and are an excellent buy , especially when they go on sale.
If you have a lot of remotes and game controllers like I do, then these batteries will keep your devices well-fed.
Rechargeable batteries are great if you are concerned about the environment as we all should be but sometimes the economics and convenience can be a deciding factor. Non-rechargeable batteries do have more power available for the device and some devices do not recommend or allow the use of rechargeable batteries.

The game is a shining example of a great story line with excellent controls and sound.
It does take a little while to get Laura up to her full potential but it's worth every bit of the struggle.
The puzzles aren't too hard but can be tricky at times. Locating the treasures and items needed to increase Laura's abilities can be difficult at first but do become easier once she has the necessary maps which will require backtracking that is made easy with fast-travel points.
I've played both the PS4 and XBOX ONE versions and give a slight edge to the PS4 which has slightly crisper graphics but either version will not disappoint.
An excellent game that's worthy of any Tomb Raider or action-adventure fan!
