I don't care if Amazon is listening to everything I say (my conversations are pretty boring). I have gone all-in with the voice controlled lighting and AV systems in my house and while nobody really needs any of this stuff this gizmo works perfectly as a controller. Some people have complained that it isn't very loud but in my opinion if you think it should be you don't get the DOT. The Dot is a supplemental item, not the core of your sound system. It is plenty loud enough for my bedroom and most other rooms of my house. If it wasn't loud enough I would output the audio to a bigger better speaker, but I don't find that necessary.

Good Phone, not a huge upgrade

I purchased this phone as an upgrade for my over 2 year old iPhone 6 (not plus, not S). This is a very good phone and does everything I would like it to do. That being said, I see VERY LITTLE difference in the actual functionality of this phone compared to my 2 year old one. A lot of the "additions" that apple has made are in my opinion, less than thrilling. I see absolutely no improvement in battery life, and I have found the lack of a 3.5mm headphone jack much more annoying than I thought it would be. The included adapter feels extremely flimsy so I question how well it will hold up to regular use. Before you scoff and say "get some BT headphones" know that I do Audio/Visual work professionally and I have used my phone for years to do quick connection tests of audio feeds...a process that is now more difficult, or impossible if I forget or break the dongle.
The camera is good, but I have seen little difference from the 6.
All in all I say this phone is solid but NOT a game changer for me.
I would say unless you are upgrading from an iPhone 5, and you are an iPhone person, wait until the next generation comes out

I purchased this to replace a second generation Roku 2 after looking at the specs. After using this for a month or so I would say this is in fact basically an improved Roku 2. This model doesn't have the bells and whistles of the more expensive options but it does work very quickly and easily. Others have noted the lack of an Ethernet port, but I have excellent wifi signal where it is placed and it runs very smoothly for me even with lots of traffic on my network. I will say however that if you aren't looking for a 4K streaming device I would go with Roku's streaming stick. I have a couple of those in my house and because the remotes don't need line of sight and I see little or no difference in connection speed I would get one of those instead. If you do want the 4K, I would say this Roku will do what it should.

So Lego Dimensions is the fusion of Legos and Video games. Sounds like two great tastes that taste great together right? To be honest unless you are a little kid the games and the integrations with the physical pieces are kind of foolish, but my little kid likes them. At least the included parts are honest Lego pieces and can be used for play outside the game.

I have been using Microsoft Office for many years now and this iteration does everything that I would expect of it. This was a very simple product to activate once I had the key and it works fine. I am less than thrilled with the subscription rather than buying a piece of software but this is the way everything is going. The thing that really dings this down a star for me is that it has an annoying habit of "suggesting" things (formatting ideas, templates, that kind of things not advertising) fairly constantly rather than just letting me go through my workflow.

I can't believe how good this monitor is considering the price I paid. Sleek and just about as slim as any I have seen this monitor is bright and has vibrant colors. Hooked up via an HDMI cable the resolution is also excellent. Some people might be put out that there are no mounting holes for a wall bracket or a fancy swing arm but since that wasn't a requirement of mine I won't mark it down.

Basic but what I needed

I bought this is a long overdue replacement for an old iMac. My requirements were a computer that could handle basic online tasks, a little light photo editing and your average every day run-of-the-mill stuff. Most important I didn't want to spend an arm and a leg to do simple basic stuff. So this computer is a basic black box that looks like it could have come from the 1990's. Don't buy it if you want something that's sexy. Do buy it if you want a good solid everyday performer. I have had numerous web-pages and active applications up and running without any problems. I gave this 4 stars because there was some annoying software preloaded that turned out to be difficult and the stock keyboard and mouse were absolutely terrible.

I love this keyboard. I purchased this to replace the stock keyboard that came with my new computer because I wanted a wireless one, and I was dissatisfied with the stock one anyway. This is a full size, grownup keyboard which has the perfect key spacing for my hands. The keys are quiet but very responsive and feel good. To top it all off this keyboard has built in batteries recharged by solar panels built into the keyboard itself. Since the room this is in gets plenty of natural light the keyboard is always fully charged and ready to use. I have used it for many hours in the evening and in the morning before the sun came up and the batteries were still good to go.

Best photo printer I have ever owned

I purchased this to replace an older Epson all-in-one printer that just flat out stopped printing pictures well. Though this Canon cost less for me to buy It prints photos beautifully right out of the box and much better than any other printer I have had. As others have mentioned this is a very very large printer and it takes a very very long time to start up so that's why I won't give it 5 stars. If those issues are not a big deal I would recommend it.

Will this accept a cable card?
I know it says it is "digital ready" but I think I still have to have the mini digital box from my cable company.... unless it will accept a cable card.
I believe "digital ready" refers to the fact that it has a built-in digital tuner. It is a standard item on TVs nowadays. I have mine hooked up to an antenna and it pulls in local digital broadcasts. Until recently, a digital tuner equipped TV could also be connected to cable without having a cable box, but the cable companies now scramble their signals (around here at least) so you need a set top box or cable card to decode. There is no cable card slot on this TV.
