Tedious at times and slow paced. I expected greater insights and tech comments on the challenges of such a mission. Some of the crew decisions didn't seem to make sense. Special effects were nice. Acting was good. I think the reach of this movie exceeded its grasp.

If I follow you right all that's required is to connect to Apple and update. You can do this through Itunes or WiFi, etc. You can call Apple support for tech questions...they are fast and friendly. Best direct return questions to Best Buy but the Geeks will help you as well with support questions.
