Stunning; very busy; grand special effects but the story didn't quite click. I'm a big sci-fi fan but events seemed to be all over the place with two lead actors that didn't make the story snap into focus. A great deal of emphasis on visual impact but dramatic impact appears to have been sacrificed.

First problem, no elapsed time display on player. Secondly, no audio outs (red & white) so you can plug in a wireless headset. Third, repeated lockups requiring you to unplug the unit. I've had more locks in two weeks than my last unit had in two years. Cost is higher than it should be for a unit with these features. The picture appears fine.

If I follow you right all that's required is to connect to Apple and update. You can do this through Itunes or WiFi, etc. You can call Apple support for tech questions...they are fast and friendly. Best direct return questions to Best Buy but the Geeks will help you as well with support questions.
