Until this movie I have never failed to watch the entire picture no matter how bad. This movie broke my record. I could not even finish it on fast forward. A slow, boring, tedious poorly filmed painful experience.

In the specs it says ios 7 if I receive item and it's not ios 7 can I return to store for refund
If I follow you right all that's required is to connect to Apple and update. You can do this through Itunes or WiFi, etc. You can call Apple support for tech questions...they are fast and friendly. Best direct return questions to Best Buy but the Geeks will help you as well with support questions.
