Amazing Sound!
on May 24, 2017
Posted by: Turab
The new Audio Technica ATH-DSR7BT headphones not just sound amazing but look amazing on you as well. They are extremely easy to set up as well and connect easily with any blue tooth device. The buttons and controls are extremely intuitive and you can understand all the controls and functions in less than a minute.
I know there's always talk about a new pair of headphones letting you hear things in songs you didn't know about, but I cannot stress enough how great this was. How clear and distinct I was able to hear the fading notes of a guitar was just amazing.
The new Pure Digital Drive system that eliminates the need to process and transform the audio signal as it goes from the source up and into the drivers of the headphone. This, according to Audio-Technica, should drastically reduce the risk of distortion when you're listening via Bluetooth.
All of this only works because the DSR7BTs use a four-wire voice coil paired with a driver that has a 45mm diaphragm coated with diamond-like carbon for improved audio fidelity. In layman's terms, Audio-Technica has reimagined how the mechanics of a pair of headphones function in order to make them sound as impressive as possible.
Other than the internals, the DSR7BTs feature the typical accouterments of a high-end pair of headphones. Plush, comfortable padding and a claimed 15-hours of battery that make a daylong session of Queen's greatest hits a real possibility. There's also a built-in mic and controls for answering calls and handling volume or playback options.
They are bit pricey but its a solid investment!

Replace the keyboard of your Microsoft Surface Pro 7, 6, 5 or 4 with this silver Brydge keyboard. It conveniently lets you open the screen at your preferred viewing angle without a kickstand, and its backlit keys increase visibility in low light working environments. This Brydge keyboard is lightweight, so it doesn't add extra bulk to your device.

Best Keyboard for Surface Pro
on May 24, 2017
Posted by: Turab
This keyboard is by far the best keyword for the surface pro, no questions asked. It super light, clips on easily and really good to type. I love the feedback and as I am a programmer I am really picky about the keyboards.
It converts your SP into the surface book. I have been using it for about a week and I really love it. I have seen comments on the internet about the discoloration it may be causing, I have not come across it on my SP4. However that is a big concern and I will keep a lookout for that.
Other than that this allows you to type very easily and comfortably and feels like a real keyboard. Plus the aluminium chassis is love

Great Hair dryer but Steeply Prices
on May 15, 2017
Posted by: Turab
Overall this is a very good hair dryer and gets the job done and also does not cause damage to hair but it is steeply priced.
I have straight small hair and therefore only blow-dry my hair maybe twice a month but when I do this hair dryer does the trick. It is quick and seems to add volume without drying out or frying my hair. It's a little on the heavy/awkward side for size but it dries quickly enough it doesn't really seem to matter but if you have super long hair past your waist it may be a bit heavy.

Great Wet and Dry Trimmer
on May 15, 2017
Posted by: Turab
This Panasonic Hair Trimmer is great for personal needs. It has both wet and dry operations and therefore provides much variety. Its easy to clean with the drain function.
It works for about 50 minutes on a full charge is OK with me - trimming my beard usually takes 5 minutes or less. I like the charging stand (as opposed to the more usual pluf-in charging cord) and have found that cleaning and rinsing it after use only takes a minute or so - and I have ALWAYS cleaned trimmers after each use - so I did not find this suggestion unreasonable or problematic. Also it is cordless which gives you the freedom of movement and frankly these days should be a standard anyways.
Overall a good product and a fair price. Recharging time is slightly long

Extremely Powerful all purpose vaccum
on April 7, 2017
Posted by: Turab
This vacuum by Dyson has the most suction of any of their vacuums, and I am not kidding. Overall I'm really happy with this vacuum so far (I've only had it for a couple of weeks) and glad I made the purchase. Similar to my previous Dyson, it's an expensive investment up front but totally worth it. I'll try and focus on highlighting the good and bad of this vacuum to help you make your purchase decision a bit easier.
Size/Weight: It's a bit larger than the old DC25 Animal. The brush head is a few inches longer and about an inch or two wider. Overall it's not a huge difference and I find that it helps pick up more dirt. The ball is larger as well, probably to accommodate a bigger motor. The dust bin is larger, but it's mainly due to a larger filter unit (non-HEPA)-- the dust bin itself is about the same size. The size of the larger ball makes it more difficult to get under any furniture you might have, but it's a decent trade off due to the larger brush head size. The power cord is long and comes with a better little clip for keeping it attached to the cord once you wrap it all up.
Suction power: 10/10. It's a bit crazy to say, but this vacuum almost has TOO much suction power. You actually need to put some muscle into using this thing because it has so much suction power. i put this thing without the brush heads on one of my rugs and it literally picked up the entire corner of the rug when I picked up the vacuum with both hands. When you run the vacuum over carpet with the brush running, it moves, but you still need to push/pull with some effort because the vacuum really does have incredible suction. As a result, I've found that a LOT of dirt gets picked up. It's really incredible. Just one pass over our carpets filled up the dust bin with lots of pet hair and dirt.
Attachments: This vacuum comes with three attachments-- the tangle-free brush head, small furniture attachment, and extended hose attachment. All three work fine but I will say that the placement on the new vacuum is not as great as the old one. The vacuum comes with this odd plastic holder that sits on the side of the dust bin. It doesn't feel very secure, but I haven't had any issues with it so far.
The not so good: This vacuum does NOT come with the old tried-and-true foot switch to put the vacuum out of the upright storage mode and into vacuuming position. I have no idea why Dyson decided to do this but it was a horrible design decision and the main reason why I didn't give this a 5-star review. Getting the vacuum out of the straight-up storage mode is easy enough, but putting it back into that mode is tricky and not very reliable. It usually takes me at least 2 tries to get it back into position and I'm not happy that Dyson made this change. The old foot-operated locking mechanism was super easy (the thing was bright red so you couldn't miss it) and the vacuum would always lock into place if you wanted it there. Every time i want to roll the vacuum back into my closet it slips out of upright mode and back into vacuum mode, which I absolutely cannot stand. I find that it requires me to pick up the vacuum and carry it back to my closet instead of just rolling it back. Dyson engineers--- if you're reading this please bring back the old foot mechanism!

Excellent tablet for Movies and Multimedia
on March 28, 2017
Posted by: Turab
The samsung galaxy tab S3 is a premium tablet competing with the Google Pixel C and the I-Pad pro. With the same price tag it is able to hold its own with its competitors and sometimes even surpassing them.
It runs running Android Nougat out of the box with guaranteed Samsung support for the next version of Android as well. The Tab S3 has a Qualcomm 820 processor, comes in only a 32GB version ( A flaw, should be a 64GB version as well), and includes a nice little pen for drawing on its admittedly vibrant AMOLED display.
Samsung charges $130 for a keyboard and cover with chiclet style keys that are much more satisfying to type on. Usually you can find a deal if you buy both together and I recommend buying the keyboard because that way you can get the most out of your tablet. Though each key is just small enough and placed just oddly enough that I had to double triple quadruple spell check this review while using it. The keyboard is not backlit and provides only one viewing angle. Also for some very odd reason the back cover does not have a camera hole in it !
Android as an operating system really doesn’t work in a tablet form. Only a smattering of apps is actually optimized for the landscape mode we use tablets in. The OS has long been for phones first and tablets a distant, distant second. So being able to write up this review or tweak photos on the tablet was a pleasant surprise. Yet if you want an actual laptop-like experience from Android you’re better off going with a Chromebook instead—as those are at least crafted with productivity as a focus instead of as a convenient bonus.
The big problem with the Galaxy Tabs S3 is that it is meant to exist in the same odd place as the iPad Pro. While it can help you crank out an email, or draw some nice comic art, it primarily exists to consume media, not create it. That’s why the 2,048 x 1,536 display supports HDR.
The Galaxy Tab S3 is, at its core, a supplemental computing device built for an audience who dont want to replace their Laptops for it.. This isn’t for business use, or as a primary device for students, or a necessity for artists. It's a pure luxury item Samsung . It’s what you buy because you’re tired of a computer on your lap while you watch TV or you want something light to carry on the plane for your next trip out of town.
I think the primary uses for it will be watching movies and playing games.

For Frequent Presenters
on March 14, 2017
Posted by: Turab
The Logitech Spotlight Presentation Remote is the next step forward in presentation remotes. The slim silver/grey wand looks and feels great in the hand. It comes with it USB Type A wireless receiver which fits in the remote so that you don’t loose it and a USB type C fast charging cable to charge the remote and also a carrying case. It can also connect via Bluetooth to your PC.
The Spotlight has three buttons, its motion-sensing air mouse function makes it a lot more flexible than a simple back/forward presentation remote. To use it as a mouse, just hold down the Spotlight button until the pointer appears on-screen, then wave the remote to move the pointer around. Release the Spotlight button to stop the pointer, then tap the button again to click.
You can't right-click using the Spotlight, but you can configure several other useful features for presentations, including cursor-enhancing modes that can completely replace a laser or telescoping pointer. Highlight darkens the screen except for a circle around the mouse pointer; Magnify magnifies the area of the screen around the pointer; and Circle simply draws a white circle around the pointer. These modes can be individually enabled or disabled; when multiple modes are turned on, you can switch between them by double-tapping the Spotlight button.
I have used the remote both with powerpoint and Prezi and it worked well and I had no issues. The remote has a long range and you can move around and still be connected to the computer. The only thing I will say is that the remote takes some time to getting used to, in order to use its advance features like magnification so you definitely practice these things before going to do your presentation. Don’t take it out of the box to a presentation, use it a couple of times to understand how it works. At $129 its expensive but provides features that no other remote currently provides.

Power at your tips!
on February 3, 2017
Posted by: Turab
The Ninja - Nutri Ninja Blendmax Blender gives you extreme amounts of power and is able to crush anything, be it ice or any hard fruit or vegetables. It is not only able to crush everything, it is able to that evenly. So all your smoothies and milkshakes have an even texture which is very important to me.
It has numerous buttons to set your blending options. No shaking the jug. No stirring. It blended and paused all on its own, resulting in a smooth refreshing drink. There are also two 24 oz. cups made out Triton.
The only drawback is that it is extremely loud. So if live in a small apartment or a collage dorm, you will wake everyone up.

Best Router for your home
on January 15, 2017
Posted by: Turab
I have a big two story home and I like to play online games especially DOTA :). My modem is downstairs and my room is upstairs. In order to play DOTA, I need a very reliable and stable connection. I have been using the Linksys Veloop for over a week now and it has turned out to be fantastic. I didnt face any problems and there have been no lags or dropped connection.
It comes in a nice box with each of the nodes separately wrapped. The setup is super easy with the app, available for both ios and android. You just need to plug in each node and follow the instructions on the app and you are done. Easy to setup all three nodes within 10 min. The best part is that the name of the wifi network remains the same, no matter which node you are connected with. I get a constant speed throughout the house and dont have to worry about anything.
Its the best router out there right now. Get the 3-pack if you have a big house with multiple stories, otherwise you can go for the 2-pack or the single node.

there are conflicting answers as to whether the verizon model will be locked or not. purchase would be at full retail obviously

The phone comes locked or unlocked depending on your definition of what is a locked phone. The phone is sim unlocked meaning that you can use any carrier sim in it even if you get the Verizon version. The phone is bootloader locked meaning that you cannot get sudo access to the phone unless you completely remove all the software from it and install new android from scratch on it. However bootloader locked doesnt really will have any effect on day to day usage, you can use any sim.
