This movie stars Robert Downey Jr., Chris Evans, Mark Ruffalo, Chris Hemsworth, Scralett Johansson, Jeremy Renner, Tom Hiddleston, and Samuel L. Jackson. It was the biggest movie of the year and is a must for any movie collection. It has high replay value in my opinion and was entertaining from start to finish.
I wish it came with a digital copy but I guess I can overlook it just this once.

This movie is a dark action comedy, and is very entertaining from start to end. Its a different story and is funny enough to make it highly re-watchable. A teenage decides to dress up and fight crime like his comic book hero's and gets in over his head. He ends up getting saved and teaming up with Nicolas Cage and Chloe Grace Moretz. It also stars Aaron Johnson, Mark Strong, and Christopher Mintz-Plasse.
It also comes with an iTunes Digital Copy as well.

This might be hard to believe but your computer does not come with what many would consider basic software. Computers have long since progressed beyond just typing letters but finding out it does not come with some type of word software is highly dubious. Some might point out it comes with an expanded notepad software and I defy anyone to use it for anything more then a grocery list.
Most new computers come with a one year subscription to this product which is how I got it. It is nice but not being able to just buy it but rent it is something I will have to consider when my year is up.
This year long subscription comes on a little plastic card where you have to scratch off to reveal a number to redeem it online. BE VERY CAREFUL when scratching off the covering film, if you damage the card or scratch a number rendering it unreadable you might be out the purchase price. If this happens Best Buy will tell you its a Microsoft issue and Microsoft will tell you its a Best Buy issue.
I got lucky, I think, that because I am a registered Best Buy Rewards Member that I got an email with the code reminding me to redeem my product. With out this I would have been out of luck.
I like Microsoft Software but the idea of renting their product every year versus just buying it is not something I am sure I can do, at the end of the year I will have to make that decision or take my chances with one a several free office software products available online.

The specs of this laptop are great for its price point. It has a full keyboard and number pad, a nice bright display and its a touch screen. It has an intel core i3, 6 gig memory, and a 750 gig hard drive which is large for a laptop.
It does come with windows 8.1 which does take some getting used to but isn't nearly as bad as I thought from some reviews I have read. The computer also has a lot of software, pre-packaged, called bloatware by some and does eat up a bit of the power of this laptop.
There are a number a websites you can go to that will walk you through what is needed and what can be turned off until needed if it gets to that point. I noticed a slight difference after removing a few items from the startup menu.
Overall after one month I am happy with this purchase of this HP Laptop.

The version I got from Best Buy only comes with a download code that you use on the Micro Trend website. It was a fairly fast download and install, I had no issues with it. I would make sure to disable any other security software you have before downloading just to avoid any conflicts in the software.

Open Box, as far as I know, can either mean a display model or a customer return. Some very good deals can be found but on a TV I would recommend adding on a two or three year warranty on it out of the savings you are receiving from the product being an "open box".

When we turn the TV, it says the picture is 720p, but the description says 1080p? What is up with that? Is this why the picture quality is poor?
The TV is 1080p but is dependent on what information you are giving it. I have a digital antenna hooked up and the signal I get is normally 1080i, only a slight difference from 1080p but still rather sharp. I have a Blu-ray player hooked up and all my movies show up at 1080p. If you are using a standard dvd player then it would display in 720p because that is the max resolution of a dvd. My XBOX ONE display goes from 1080p to 900p depending on what I am watching (Netflix, Hulu, YouTube ect) and the same for games, many only display 900p but I would be hard pressed to tell the difference when playing.
I would ask what devices you are using, or were you referring to the "Smart" features of the TV?

By making this purchase, am I buying a physical disc in the box, or a download from Trend Micro?
I bought it in-store and it came with a code in a box on a piece of paper. On the Micro Trend website you can request a physical disc if you want but I went through the download process and it wasn't terribly difficult.
If you buy this just read the steps online for download and code redeeming instructions, I think you will be fine.
I am a person with average computer knowledge and I got it up in running in a little under an hour.
