This is a remake/origin story of Dracula starring Dominic Cooper, Luke Evans, and Sarah Gadon. Its a pretty fast paced movie with good action and special effects.
This version comes with a Blu-Ray, DVD, and an HD Digital Copy that can be redeemed through CinemaNow, Vudu, Flixster and others.
This was a fun movie, probably considered a popcorn movie, with a high replay value in my opinion. I got it on price match for under $10 so I consider it a steal.

This was a big budget fantasy movie a year ago or so starring Charlize Theron, Kristen Stewart, and Liam Hemsworth. Its a fun movie with high replay value.

This is a big budget monster movie and is very well done. Solid special effects and acting make this movie very entertaining. There was a version of Godzilla from like ten years ago that was so bad it almost ended the franchise. This version does a lot to redeem monster movies in general and I highly recommend checking it out.

The version I got from Best Buy only comes with a download code that you use on the Micro Trend website. It was a fairly fast download and install, I had no issues with it. I would make sure to disable any other security software you have before downloading just to avoid any conflicts in the software.

Open Box, as far as I know, can either mean a display model or a customer return. Some very good deals can be found but on a TV I would recommend adding on a two or three year warranty on it out of the savings you are receiving from the product being an "open box".

When we turn the TV, it says the picture is 720p, but the description says 1080p? What is up with that? Is this why the picture quality is poor?
The TV is 1080p but is dependent on what information you are giving it. I have a digital antenna hooked up and the signal I get is normally 1080i, only a slight difference from 1080p but still rather sharp. I have a Blu-ray player hooked up and all my movies show up at 1080p. If you are using a standard dvd player then it would display in 720p because that is the max resolution of a dvd. My XBOX ONE display goes from 1080p to 900p depending on what I am watching (Netflix, Hulu, YouTube ect) and the same for games, many only display 900p but I would be hard pressed to tell the difference when playing.
I would ask what devices you are using, or were you referring to the "Smart" features of the TV?

By making this purchase, am I buying a physical disc in the box, or a download from Trend Micro?
I bought it in-store and it came with a code in a box on a piece of paper. On the Micro Trend website you can request a physical disc if you want but I went through the download process and it wasn't terribly difficult.
If you buy this just read the steps online for download and code redeeming instructions, I think you will be fine.
I am a person with average computer knowledge and I got it up in running in a little under an hour.
