Heavy, Slow, Average Battery Life, Good Speakers

I was really excited to try out this laptop as it was made from recycled parts and with the environment in mind. Even the packaging was made of recycled materials and nicely packaged with an included cover. I really was hoping this laptop would turn out as a great companion to my other laptops when traveling for business however it turned out to be a bad experience all around. The first thing you will notice with pulling out of the packaging is that its very heavy. This thing is as heavy as those heavy duty gaming laptops without the hardware specs. Also I am not a fan of the laptop screen tucking under the base when opening up. It puts pressure on the joints and the base of the unit when using the keyboard. I found myself having to lightly rest my hands on the keyboard however I am sure over time its going to start bowing due to that gap underneath throughout normal usage.
Thankfully setup was very simple due to how easy Windows 11 was upon startup. I noticed it runs quick on bootup however once a few applications start running it becomes sluggish. That is most likely due to only having 8GB of RAM. I found myself always running at 75% utilization on RAM with high page system usage. Another issue was the mousepad, its very tough to press the bottom left clicking area with sometimes it not registering. Even with increased sensitivity it feels like I am dragging the cursor across the screen. I do like how it has the finger scan placed there and works great. Speaking of working great, the speakers sounds really good. I was impressed with how loud they are! The sound is clear with great highs, mid level bass. I was also impressed with the read/write speeds of the SSD, its small at 500GB however there are options to upgrade.
The software that came on the laptop was impressively limited not having a ton of bloatware. Its nice to see ACER went with a clean OEM image to save on space. I really liked the Acer Care Center that provides a way to maintain your system all in one easy spot. The Acer Care Center does everything you would want to perform on the laptop to keep it functioning efficiency. On the other hand, the intel software for the graphics driver is very limited, there is not much room to push the graphics on this thing.
Overall this laptop is heavy, hard to travel with, sluggish with high ram usage, very tough mouse pad, rests on monitor hinges but has some great speakers. Honestly it is hard to recommend this laptop even at the current price point. You could find a laptop with same hardware specs that are lighter and more responsive.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Fast, Easy to use, Great App, Quality Scans

I have been searching for something that can easily scan my receipts and other items as well as include some organization software. I have always enjoyed Epson products so decided to try this device out. I am so glad I did! I was very impressed with how easy it was to setup, how light the device was and how great the phone app is to use. Out of the box , it was a quick setup, just be sure to remove all those tapes. I decided to go through the phone app setup instead of using a PC since I will be using this on my travels the most. When the device is in "AP" mode you can easily connect it to the phone app and start using the features. I found that it can go up to 600dpi however doing that level of quality is a lot slower. The app contains a lot of features and even has an easy to read layout that you can choose from "Cards vs Tiles" I chose tiles and took off from there. For the functionality of the device I had over 10 receipts that I needed to scan and it scanned without problems. I also had some business cards that needed scanning and it worked without issues. I really like the feature that it can scan both sides of the document quickly as well as kick it off as a pdf file. The file management is great to use and have not ran into any problems yet. Overall this is such a great small device that I can take on my travels and with the phone app I do not have to lug around my laptop waiting for bootup.

Easy to Use, So many Features, App Overwhelming

I have been in dire need of a good therapy device for my aches and pains. I am not a fan of many that is out in the market so I am very picky when selecting. I decided to try this out after reading multiple reviews of their products and features that it offered. I was going into this as a first time user of their product line. I have never used any of their products before.
Right out of the box it was very easy to use, nicely packaged and had great descriptors of each item. It did have an code to right in the front to get the software to download/install. I'll get back to the software in a moment, the package contains a ton of accessories along with oil to keep the device lubricated. I also liked how it had a small cover case to place it in to keep it safe. The case is not that large so its difficult to keep all the attachments within it. If only the case was just a tad larger everything would easily fit.
The software is very overwhelming. I did like how there are training videos to go through on the features and usage. However trying to navigate into different sections and build a routine was overwhelming. There is too much text to read / go through. It would have been better if there were simple picture or icons to drag/select to make up the routine. On the plus side, there is a ton of information to read and go through. I love all the abilities and features the software has as long as you have time to read it all haha. At times it felt like I was reading a novel trying to learn all the abilities it does.
The hardware itself is amazing, made very well and does a great job on those pain points. I also love the breathing exercise you can go through. There is a heart reader sensor on the inside however I have not been able to get it to work. I am hoping its software related and will keep an eye out for an update. The buttons are stiff to push on but does register to turn on easily. I like the small navigation screen to help when selecting the option. This is a huge plus for me so I am not having to constantly use my phone if I just want a quick session. The charge lasts extremely long. I have been using this at moderate usage for over a week now and still have battery charge.
Overall this a great device and recommend this to anyone who is searching for a nice therapy device. It travels well, has a long charge and multiple features!

The Perfect Sensor, Easy Setup and Great App

I have been using multiple Arlo products for some time now due to the ability to save video on an SD card without having to pay for a subscription. I have invested in multiple types of the cameras and was excited to try out the home security sensors / keypad. I have been very impressed with the Arlo products and customer service that added me throughout the process.
Setup was impressively easy with step by step animated instructions and retries without timing/erroring out. At times I found myself taking long pauses trying to decided where to place the sensor and keypad throughout the house. It was great to see the software never timed out as the phone screen locked throughout the entire timespan. Also it was nice to see the app retried without erroring out when I mistakenly placed the sensor upside down. There is a disclaimer for those who used the old arlo system that you will be upgraded to version 4.0 and loose custom settings. So if you are a legacy Arlo user be sure to take note of that warning. Otherwise all functions remains intact especially with still being able to access your SD Video recordings. The adhesive worked great for the sensors and the keypad has a long enough cord for placing in high areas. Be sure NOT to press on that sensor in the front of the keypad or it will ruin your device. My only issue is that the keypad uses WIFI 2.4Ghz instead of the 5G band. I wished they upgraded the band instead of using the slow legacy one. Other than that, setup worked great and with such ease.
The application is my favorite, I really like the addition of widgets to bring to front the most used devices. I was impressed with the improved customizations for routine automations. I was able to select the individual devices and set them on different times for activation. I am also able to customize each device personal settings way more than the legacy software prior to the upgrade. The app also allows the feed and delegation with others in the family to be able to access the devices. I did notice it hides the SD card video library within the Arlo Hub personal settings. I found myself having to go into the Arlo Hub personal settings then selecting "storage settings" to see the locally stored videos. I am unsure if this will become the norm or its due to the upgrade. The amount of customization is a huge win for me as I have a large family and various schedules to set automations for.
Overall this is an amazing product and strong recommend this for anyone looking to protect their home. The customer service is wonderful, Arlo allows for personal SD video storage outside of subscription and their products are well made!!

Responsive, Easy Customization, Long Cord

I love trying out different customized controllers and setups so when I heard about this one I couldn't wait to get my hands on it. I have been very impressed with how well this controller has been made and the length of the cord! When the product came in, the packaging was very nice and easy to setup once unpacked. I loved how easy it was to customize the layout buttons and triggers. I am very impressed with the ease of this controller as I have worked with other pro controllers that can be very difficult with the amount of special screws and tools. This pro controller is a great way to still have a very customizable controller yet easy to setup. Each button layout is magnetic for making it easy to swap out. Even the sides are magnetic if you wish to change out the side pads. The only screws were for the triggers and the packaging comes with the tool to make it very easy to modify. As for gaming, it was super easy to plug-in and play. I decided to test this controller on a PC instead of xbox as figured most would have already tested that route. On a PC it quickly detected the controller and functions loaded right into XBOX software. My favorite was the wheel , it made driving super easy and enjoyable! I had a blast using my thumb to steer when driving instead of an awkward controller stick. I was skeptical at first if a wheel would make that much of a difference however found it really did!
Overall I feel in love with this controller, its made well, has a long cord and very easy to customize the layout. Its super easy to just plug in and play without having to modify all the buttons.

Child Proof, Durable, Great Sound, Slow Software

My little one always loved talking to Alexa so decided to try out this Echo for kids. I was very impressed with the ease of setup and packaging. The plug fits snugly and "snaps" inside the Echo which gives it a good snug connection especially if the cord is pulled on for whatever reason. "Never know with Kids" My issue is the cord is so short. I really wished they had a longer cord so I can place the echo in a better place. Upon start up, it was easy to connect to the wifi and log into my amazon account. It requires you to accept the "Amazon Kids+" subscription before continuing as there is no way to back out of it. I understand its a year free subscription however I do wish there was a back-out option to be there. I love the manual shutter close of the camera, I keep that closed at all times and disabled that within the settings. I do wish there was a way to snap or lock the shutter so the kid cant open it or mess with it. However as long as its disabled I guess that is ok.
The responsiveness of voice commands is great and pulls up all the available kids apps. I enjoyed each of the kids apps, "Stories", "Skills" , "Videos" and "Music". The screen display is small however displays at high quality which was great at watching videos. The only surprising issue was how slow the responsiveness was when navigating through touchscreen to the different apps. As mentioned before, if you ask Alexa to do it, it loads fast and easy. However if your kid tries to use the touch menu to navigate and launch an app its painfully slow. Half the time my kid gave up on trying to get to where they wanted lol. I checked settings, verified latest software update was there and restarted. Nothing works at the moment, so hopefully the OS touchscreen can be improved over time.
The best part about the Echo is the sound system and Alexa mic picking us up no mater the volume of our voices. My little ones voice is picked up easily along with mine anywhere in the room. As for the sound system, that in my opinion is the best part! Sing-a-longs are a blast, the music sounds great, nice deep bass and high trebles. Plus there is an EQ to customize the sound levels.
Speaking of the settings, there are a ton of customization that you can set on the device. I strongly recommend going through all the settings, especially the "Privacy" Settings. During setup you are limited what you can sign out of. So its especially important to go in there and realize what you just signed up / agreed to. I would say its sneaky however almost every company does that now unfortunately.
Overall this is a great little product that can withstand littles ones manhandling, has great sounds and great kids apps. Hopefully they can improve the touch response through software to bump this up to 5 stars.

Easy Setup, Great App, Subscription Expensive

I originally had ADT but moved to a new house that does not have any alarm system installed. I decided to save some money on new installation and try out SimpliSafe. I was very impressed with the quality of their products and the packaging. It was nice to see everything easily laid out to make installation extremely easy. I really liked the stickers for the sensors and the way it connects to base station easily. You have the choice of going through the phone app or using the keypad for installation/setup. I originally chose the keypad to setup 80% of it then tried the phone app to install the rest. Both methods worked very well in my opinion. Its unfortunate that this system uses the legacy 2.4 Ghz Wi-Fi network. I really wished they had the 5 Ghz for better connection quality and speed. The outdoor camera installation was easy however I did not like the basal magnet stand. Its just a twist and can easily fall off if not fully twisted. There needs to be a "lock" or hitch to keep it from twisting off easily. Also wished the outdoor camera had a light. It does have night vision which is great however a light would be preferred to easily make out faces.

The phone application is easy to use/read and provides status indicators. Unfortunately those status indicators are delayed a bit, for example, opening a door will show up on status indicator 20 sec in , then closing a door another 20 sec. Overall the application is very nice and has picture n picture option for the cameras. I enjoy looking at the cameras within the app and the quality of the pictures. The motion sensors work great within the app as well. I enjoy the customizations allowed within the app and the settings that can be set.
Unfortunately the large issue I am having is the "required subscription" to unlock all the features. For now I have a subscription however if I ever cancel the service I loose all those abilities. SimpliSafe has no way to view / save video recordings without a subscription. Arlo and other companies allow a local save and library view of short video clip without a subscription. Just wish SimpliSafe did the same. Also the price of their subscription models are above average versus competitors, luckily I was able to get a subscription through a promo however if I had to pay full price honestly I am unsure if I would have gone with SimpliSafe.
Overall this is a great product , however wish they had a more competitive subscription model pricing. Its unfortunate to take advantage of all the features its hidden away behind a paywall. It would have been nice to see a company in good faith offer more like Arlo and let the user decide to go with subscription.

Great Sound Quality, Sensitive Mic, Comfort Fit

I am always looking for a good set of earbuds as I tend to wear them out quickly. I am always on the go and can be wearing them for 8 hours straight for business / personal use. I decided to try these out as I have always been a fan of high quality earbuds. I am glad I did as I was impressed with the ease of setup and comfort level within my ears. The packaging was nice and simple which I like incase I ever need to take that box with me for whatever reason. The earbuds were very easy to setup with the the app downloaded from the google store. I use a Note 20 Ultra and did not run into any problems with the setup. They include a ton of different size earbuds to allow for comfortable fit although I ended up wearing the standard medium ones. The sound quality was very impressive and has an array of setting to improve the sounds. I really like how you can customize EQ to the way you normally use the earbuds. I do wish there was a way to save individual EQ settings depending on what the usage will be for the day. The noise cancelling was very impressive and customizable which was awesome! During drives I can max out the noise cancelation then when in a noisy room set it down to medium or less depending. The app also shows battery levels for the earbuds and charging case. Overall I am very impressed at how easy it was to use the app and how much customization it allows. I definitely recommend trying these !

Soft, Comfortable, Great Quality, Awesome App

With a new baby I wanted to see what is out there for first time parents when I came across Stork. At first I was worried that it would not work well or be comfortable however was pleasantly mistaken on both. Being a techy, I enjoy seeing numbers and stats. Needless to say this product provides so much wonderful information to keep track of that it aids during checkups. The Stork product was packaged very nicely with easy setup instructions. I thought it was a nice touch to have a door hanger added for when the baby is sleeping! The little boots are very soft and comfortable and the app was easy to setup and use. At first the baby would kick off the boot or wave their little leg around wondering what's on it. However after a few short moments became use to having it on for monitoring. I do not keep the boot on for long, only during times I wish to monitor the baby. I have not seen any sweating due to the boot or discomfort however I've only used the boot for short periods of time. The camera is awesome, it provides great picture and it is fun to use the 2-way audio. The baby has no idea where its coming from haha. The mounting of the camera was very easy and the packet comes with everything to make it very simple. The app itself provides a ton of features including events , sleep habits and history. I really enjoy seeing the sleep habits and history to know how things are going. The measurements so far have been on par I feel. All the readings seem to be arcuate although have not had a sick baby "yet" to stress the system. For the tech people out there, not to worry its very easy to setup and uses 5Ghz wifi band which is great for those with high speed networks. It also can use the 2.4GhZ for those with legacy networks. The app does not take up must resources or battery on my android except when I find myself constantly running the camera watching the baby. I just cant help watching the little one for long periods of time so I have to plug in my phone haha.
Overall this product is worth it, very comfortable for the baby with a great app to monitor with.

Comfortable, Great Sounds, Great Light Effects

I was looking for a headset that would work great and be flashy when wearing during gaming events. I decided to try this one out and so thankful that I did. The headset rests very comfortably on my ears and the sound quality is amazing! The packaging was nice with everything secured for safe travels. The Setup process was very easy as well, as soon as you plug in the USB headset it brings up the Razer software to install. I strongly recommend installing this software to receive the full benefits / functionality of the headset. Technically it will work just fine if the software is not installed however there are so many features that would be missed. The software itself is easy to use and provides some great customizations for the sound equalizer/mixer , spatial sound and lights. The headset does 7.1 surround sound so you can really take advantage of the spatial audio modes. There is a distinct difference between "Game Mode" and Movie Mode" it adds some additional spatial sound which is nice when playing movies. The app tries to pick the best sound modes for the games you have installed onto the system with is a nice touch. However you are able to customize it for each game if you wish to get very detailed. The lighting on the headset if very bright and fun to change up. Speaking of changing up the ears are fun to switch out too! The server not other purpose than cosmetic and easy to change out.
Overall I have really loved this headset and recommend it for anyone looking for a fun great sounding headset of high quality!

Yes , 0.9 MP 16:9 Ratio (1280x720) it also does video at 720p 16:9 at 30 frames per second

Is there a small, medium, large load setting or are all load sizes washed with the same water usage?
There is not a manual setting however there are load sensors inside that will allow the system to judge how much water to use.

Yes you can use pods however will have to throw in with the clothes as the soap dispenser does not completely dissolve the pod.

will this stream net flix and amazon? this is probably a stupid question, but I need help.
Its ok , do not feel silly asking as I am sure there are others out there with the same question. Yes it will stream both and the quality is just as good as Roku however the Netflix version on Amazon TV/Firestick will not show the actually video quality in the status during play. I am always checking to make sure Netflix is streaming the show at 720p or 1080p as it can change during play and that was a little disappointing when I discovered I couldn't on Amazon TV/Firestick

Can I get international Indian Chanel and movie on this Amazon Fire tv
Yes Bingo TV and Sling TV does have the option however will require a subscription.

Can you stream new movie releases?
As long as you have a subscription to one of the movie channels like Hulu+, Amazon and CinemaNow you will.
