speedy full featured router with good range

I just received the Belkin AC 1200 router and spent last night getting my equipment linked up to it. Fairly simple. You need the CD to install software so you can access the website to make any changes in your security settings. Dual Band 2.4 and 5.0 GHz plus Guest settings.
The shape is fairly nice. A blue/purple glow from the front tells you it is working. The is very small WPS button below the status light that you press if you are trying to link a printer to the wireless access point. It is not very easy to see.

Great for small jobs

This is an okay product but there are several reasons I gave it 3 stars. Pros: it is lightweight and easy to carry up and down stairs. The retractable cord is nice, I hate wrapping cords up. Cons: Really, the main drawback is the suction. I have to go over the same spots several times to get the pieces of cracker or pretzel or whatever else my son has dropped. The brush doesn't spin well enough on the carpet to lift the pieces and there isn't enough suction to carry them away. If the suction was better I would definitely give it 5 stars for ease of use and portability but it is aggravating to go over the same room over and over to get the carpet clean.

Quite frankly, the Apple TV is the most used consumer electronic device in our house, by far. Surprisingly even more than the TV, to which it is attached, because we stream music directly to it as well, without turning on the TV. It' almost always on, either playing music, showing photos or playing TV shows and movies. We have decided a few years ago that we switch all our electronic devices to Apple products because they can work together so seamlessly. The Apple TV is something like the window to everything Apple; this is the ultimate presentation device. It has access to all our devices and can play or display pretty much all the content we ever purchased/downloaded/created, straight on the big screen.
It's super easy to use and the interface is fast and responsive. We own a Samsung TV and a Samsung Blu-ray player, both of which actually have access to Netflix and other online services built-in, but boy ... you don't want to use them, believe me. They are laggy, ugly, have horrific user interface design, bad image quality and crash all the time. Since we don't have a cable box and we don't watch live TV, the TV is just a dumb box that displays the Apple TV's picture. The Blu-ray player is only used to play Blu-rays and DVDs occasionally.
True, content on the Apple TV costs money: Netflix, iTunes, etc. However, if you are an adult with a job who otherwise spends over a $100 on cable TV, then the Apple TV suddenly becomes the potent alternative as an on-demand video box and gateway to all the content you already own.

I was very Leary to purchase this TV after seeing all the bad reviews on Amazon.. When i saw it come up on a "lightning deal" for $799.00 i couldn't resist taking a chance.. Yes, It IS a budget minded TV without the bells and whistles BUT the picture (1080p) is very clear and i didnt experience any of the jitters or ghosting that other purchasers complained about.. My TV has a perfect refresh rate and a nice bright LED back-lit picture.. 3HDMI inputs, a component input and a regular good old fashioned AV (Red/White/Yellow)input make this unit very versatile. This purchase was a no brainer.. If i had the opportunity to get another one at the same price i would do it in a heartbeat.. I wonder if the bad reviewer was actually a competitor to this unit..

Rather disappointing

I can't seem to get all of the fruit to be processed into "ice cream". Fruit is left inside the machine. I've tried letting the fruit defrost more, which helped somewhat. If I hadn't used credit card points to purchase the machine, I probably would have returned it. However, what is processed does taste good. I was so looking forward to eating this fruit dessert because I'm lactose intolerant and really miss ice cream.
