Great Balance of Quality and Portability

I have an ILC I use when traveling, but wanted something smaller and pocketable. I used to have the Canon S series, but that line had gone away. I tried the G7 X, bought found it too bulky that I couldn't justify it over my ILC or a Sony RX100. With the G9 X, it brings back the S series' form factor, but with a great design and better sensor.
I've found this to be a great travel pocket camera that complements my larger camera nicely for times where I don't want to carry a camera bag, and definitely is easier to tote than the more bulky Sony RX100 line.
