Beautiful music for thoughtful people

Low is a band that has made a name for themselves over the past 18 years in the so called slow core scene. Their music often is centered around spiritual and everyday life themes put to the soundtrack of beautiful male female vocals. The two vocalists are Alan Sparhawk and Mimi Parker who are husband and wife. They both sing during many songs either together or in seperate verses to a mesmerizing effect. In total low make beautiful music and have made the world a more beautiful place for it.

This edition gives us the complete soundtrack from the film. Another shortened version of this soundtrack was released in December but I held out for this one as I wanted to hear it in its complete form. The fact that the main cast sang all thier parts live for the film is amazing. The only weaker link in the singing department is Russell Crowe. Otherwise this film and the soundtrack are amazing. Take note of Sacha Baron Cohens part in the film soundtrack and how it fits his traditional ethnic humor so well..Hilarious! Can't reccomend this film and soundtrack enough!

Great Evolution in thier sound

Intronaut has gone from being a band that was widely unknown for their first two albums to one that has come into their own. To me, their sound in the beginning was rather unfocused and at times somewhat grating. But over the course of the last few albums they have honed their sound as well as their instrumental prowess. This album is well thought out with songs that equally balance the heavy with the progressive instrumental pieces. A job well done and an album that any serious music fan should pick up.
