AWSOME GAME< better than motorstorm

Great game, awsome graphics, nice weather system. i took a change on this game since it had no reviews on it at all. i did a little research online and found out it won an award from guiness book of world records for holding the world record for biggest landscape area in a game, consisting over over 5000 miles. suprisingly the game is awsome, i was expecting a motorstorm repeat but was hoping against it, and it was nothing like that game. great visuals, great vehicles, and awsome racing pyhsics. i recommend it for any off road racing fan. great acheivment, and the weather affects are great, and gives you something to worry about besides the other racers. over all i give it a perfect 10 out of 10.
What's great about it: graphics, lots of vehicles, fierce races
What's not so great: nothing, go buy it

i hated this game, the addition of the monster trucks is cool, but this game is kinda lame in the way it plays, it is really difficult to get in front and stay in front to win, it also seems to be dependant on what vehicle you select. i didnt care for the game nor its prequel. there are no customization options to the vehicles outside of color/paint schemes. the graphics are great, but i dont like the gameplay at all. alot of people seem to like it, but i hated it.
i do like racing games and i am great at them, but this one i didnt fair to well in for some reason which kinda takes away from the fun. not sure why i appearently couldnt play it yet every other reveiw is good.
i do however love and recommend FUEL over this game, more vehicles, more land, cool graphics and weather effects. AWSOME GAME. purchase that instead of this game, its better.

great remake, better than the origional

this movie is alot better than the origioinal, which was kind of slow paced and a little lacking. the remake is alot better in my opinion just like the remake of halloween compared to the slow origional.
the 3d version of the film is really neat, there are some scenes where it feels like you can reach out and touch things. it is amplified with the lights off on a good hd tv screen. my fiance and i enjoyed the movie and some scenes were very cool in 3d. the movie over all was a great remake and is worth buying in my opinion. i also bought the regular 3d dvd as well which i still need to return, this version i saw for 3 bucks more so i got it the same night i bought the regular dvd. since the price difference was only $3 i would rather have the blueray version rather than the regular dvd. great movie, worth purchasing, if you dont buy movies, definatly worth a rental.

great bargain

great adult fun with gore, bad language, explosions..its like a movie but you are in control. the only thing that would make the GTA series better is destructable environments, that is one thing missing from the otherwise great series. definatly worth $30 to own all 3 great games

the lego games in my opinion are better than the movie release games that tend to come out. they are all high quality, fun games that focus on...well fun. there is a story and lots of characters to play and choose from along with different abilities for the different types of character which keeps gameplay fun. also due to character abilities you can replay levels you have previously beaten with new characters to access areas previously not available. it adds to the re-playability of the game and also adds to the fun factor, the game is great for adults and kids. the simple button configuration is less advanced than most games which makes it easy to learn and easy to master. great job, now lego needs to get their hands on marvel comics next, that would be great fun.

great game, the best GTA game

i have played gta 3,4, and 5. in my opinion this is the best one due to enjoyable gameplay and customization options. the newest gta is ok, but besides the graphical and pyshic improvements the game is not nearly as fun to play as san andreas.
the map is big, there are pleny of things to do and some of the cars are fun to drive (i like the monster truck myself) and as always there are 100;s of cheats that change the time of day, weather, cars, and other elements of the game for when or if you get a little bored or just want to play it for a few minutes and do something different (i dont save after cheats due to possible save file corruption which has happened once before and most cheat sites will warn you of the same thing) the game over all is great..though i wish rockstar would make a different game similar to GTA but instead make it survival horror in a city full of zombies...would be very fun. i know that had nothing to do with san andreas so back to the point.
the game features plenty of customization options including the way you look (fat, muscular, skinny) clothes, car customization and it introduces dates which is easier to deal with in this game rather than gta 5.
overall the game is great, has some variety when going to a new island/part of the map, though the back country can be a little lacking when having to explore or travel.

funny movie

this movie was funny (as long as you like crude humor) and was a good movie to watch. i myself do not watch to many comedy type movies, but this movie was pretty good. i wont go over story details becuase the main page goes over it pretty good. i wouldnt suggest letting young children watch the movie due to the fact that it does have foul language in it, and half of the foul language comes from a child. over all it has some very funny moments in it and was worth watching (i downloaded off of playstation 3's rental service, i do not own this movie but plan on purchasing it)

great movies

the lethal weopon series is another that has always been a favorite of mine. from the first one that introduces us to rigs and murtaugh, to the addition of joe peschi who plays a comical role in the movies. the series has good action, a great story and cops who do not always play by the book but get the job done. the series isnt a hardcore action flick, there are some funny moments as well as backstory involving some of the characters past, though when the action picks up it is good. there are moments in the series that range from toilet bombs, the destruction of murtachs wifes car, blowing up a pyro-maniac, as well as other rememborable moments that are funny. all the lethal weopon movies are great fun and enjoyable. i myself grew up with them and they are worth adding to your collection.
What's great about it: action, funny, good actors
What's not so great: they havent made a 5th

i love all of the die hard movies, they are all great. all of the movies have a great story and great action sequences. bruce willis is also a top notch actor and does a great job of being the anti hero we all root for. great movie to own.
also man of fire is a great movie and dezel washington does a great performance, definatly a good bargain for both movies.

My shoulder button on my ds lite stopped working. Can you fix them?
My L and R buttons have stop working. Can bestbuy fix my ds lite and how much will it cost?
here is a link that tells how to fix them and what you will need, also if you call some game stores they may be able to repair them or maybe even bestbuy geeksquad can repair them for you, you would need to call the stores for pricing information though, hope this helps.

In this Sunday's paper , I looked in the Best Buy magazine and it said that you can trade in your ds lite for a dsi xl. Do I still have to pay money?
How much if I do? It said to go to www.bestbuy.com/gametradein but it never said anything about trading it in for a dsi xl.
best buy accepts trades on older electronics. the prices they give you are not that great. you will need to enter the information on the website to get a price, i assure you it wont be that much.

is any of the ps3 models backward compatibility
only the older models, when ps3 first came out. i beleive wikipedia has a chart that lists what models were backwards compatable. the new 80 gigs are not, i beleive the older 40 and 60 gigs were the only models with backwards compatability.

ps3 price cut
is there going to be any kind of bundle or price cut coming this year that is less than $400?
as much as romors point to a price cut i highly doubt it will happen, especially since they have had rumors of a price cut for as long as i can remember. also since the whole activision threatening to pull out and the ceo of sony basically stating "how logical is it to lose money on every system sold" a price cut isnt happening any time soon.
if it makes the purchase any easier, when you consider an xbox 360 with a harddrive for 300, a wireless adapter for 99, and a charge kit for the controller for 20 and 60 for an xbox live membership...you are already looking at more than a ps3, and you get blue ray as well, which i dont really care about blue ray. also if you are willing to pay $40 as a one time fee, there is a download where you can do netflix on ps3 along with a few other movie sites. it is called play on and i personally use it and it was worth it.

Call of Duty 3 ?
I am looking for a wwii era war/first person shooter game this looks to be the best(Besides battlefield 1943) is it ? (I am really clueless)
call of duty world at war is a WW era game, it features countries like the US/japan (which you play the us), and russian/germain (which you play russia) campains. the online multiplayer is great. i havent played 1943 yet, so i wouldnt know what it is like though i know it is multiplayer only.

Play Station Store ?
I am looking in to getting a PS3, what is play station store and how does it work? (how do i put in money?)
the playstation store is where you can purchase themes, games, add-on content, rent/purchase movies and watch videos/tv shows. you have to either purchase a playstation network card in various amounts, or use a credit/debit card to add funds. you get the option to add funds when you add something to your cart and confirm the check out, then it will ask you to add funds.

can i buy trade in games from best buy that have been traded in buy customers ?
at this time i dont think best buy has started to sell used games yet. i know they have kiosk's in dallas and austin that purchase used games. it is something recent to my knowledge, and i work in bestbuys call center, so far there is no word on when they will sell the games to customers..or exactly what they are doing with the games so far for that matter. granted i am no one big in the company but asking around no one has heard anything as of yet.

corrupted data
my ps3 says the data is corrupted what can i do to fix it? i start games then they freeze help!!!
it sounds like you have either downloaded a bad file, turned the game off when it was saving, or got a virus from browsing the internet. my suggestion would be to wipe the hard drive and start over. Simply remove the hard drive from your PS3, and turn on the console. It should display a screen saying the hard drive will need to be reformatted. Then, plug the hard drive back into your PS3, and allow it to reformat. In-camera cropping and rechargeable batteries?
I want to buy a digital camera $200 or less. it needs to have in-camera cropping and more than 7 megapixels. aslo, i would prefer for it to be 4x or more optical zoom and can record sound. i know its kind of specific, sorry about that
you are lucky. the perfect camera that fits that description is 1) commonly found in all best buy stores, 2) the highest rated camera on our website and highly rated on sites like cnet, and other sites. i did about 5 months of reasearch to find the perfect camera for my fiance, but i cant afford the price of a tv or car for a camera. the item i came up with is a canon PowerShot 10.0-Megapixel Digital ELPH Camera - Silver . the sku number for the item is 8800577. if you place those numbers in the search for box in bestbuys website it will take you straight to the item.
i personally bought this camera after researching and also wrote a review on it as well, it should be on the site under the item with in 72 hours. it is perfect for the price (200). you wont regret it and it has all the features you are looking for.
