If this item is the 70th anniversary edition, This is the worst pressed album that I've bought in the last several years. This sounds like a used album found at goodwill. The paper lable is all bubbled up, ready to come off. I had hoped United Pressing had improved in the last several years. Unfortunately this is the worst one that I've heard yet.
For music this good, do yourself a favor and pay a little more for a better pressing.

Although I always loved Yessongs, I always thought the sound could be better. This is the answer. It sounds much better.
Even though it is 3 lps, it is somewhat shorter and they left off some of the songs compared to Yessongs.
At Best Buy's price, you can't go wrong. No brainer

Nice well-built cable.
Used this between my Bellari USB phono preamp and my computer.
I also use this to hook up my Headroom headphone amp. In both cases, it made an improvement.

Better than expected

I don't know what source was used for this release, but it sounds really good.
The sleeve design is really tight. Care must be given when removing the vinyl or you will split the seam.
I've owned the sacd release and the cd, but this will be my go-to copy.

This sounds like it's been transferred from an early digital file.
No "air" or crisp high end at all. If you have a decent original copy of this, it will most likely sound better than this one. Quite a disappointment.
You might as well stick with the cd.

This show is an solo show from 71. Sound quality is stunning. It sounds like he is in the room.
Pressing is top notch. Absolutely an essential purchase if you are a Neil Young fan.

nice pressing but digital source

When listening, I can't help but think that the original release must sound better than this.
It's tough to pin down, but something just doesn't sound quite right.
The digital file was sourced from a very deteriorated master tape back in the 80's, so it's not likely it will ever get any better than this.
Considering a nice original copy would probably cost quite a bit, I guess I would recommend this if you must have it.

Pressed by QRP. Sounds fantastic.
The bonus hologram is cool but not that big of deal.
It's the sound that matters, and this delivers in spades.
Some have reported some warp issues but mine from Bestbuy was perfectly flat.
