This is exactly what I needed yet didn't know even existed! This allows me to use my iPod or iPad with the stereo in my car. The stereo has a 3.5mm input. Needless to say, Apple's proprietary cords can be a bit of an issue at times. This allows you to connect your Apple products to most legacy stereos and works perfectly!

Very Comfortable!

The Sony True Wireless Noise Cancelling Earbuds WFSP700N/B are among the most comfortable ear bud style headphones I have ever used. Right out of the box they fit perfectly. I expected them to be a bit heavier but instead they are very lightweight and they hold in the ear great.
Charging couldn't be simpler with the included charging case. The case is small enough to keep with you all the time. Kind of a must as these types of headphones are generally only good for a few hours of battery life. The sound quality is very nice but I do recommend downloading the accompanying Sony app for the buds. When I first tried them I hadn't downloaded the app yet. Sound was still overall good, but volume was a little lacking. But as soon as I added the app and used it fine tune the sound to my liking, the volume and overall sound quality was much better. The call quality is ok but not the best. Strangely, if your phone allows for HD calling as mine does, the phone calls are limited to only the left side. Not a deal breaker by any means (particularly for me as I don't use them for calls often) but still something to be aware of. On the plus side people on the other end of the calls say I sound nice and clear and can't even tell I am talking to them with the buds.
Overall these are a nice set of wireless ear buds that I think are an overall great value considering the high cost of many competing brands.

I own a bunch of headphones and I can honestly say these are absolutely superb! Everything from the build quality, the sound quality and the call clarity are beautiful.
The build is very nice while remaining lightweight. The ergonomics are excellent as well with a good set of ear pieces to customize your fit. They are lightweight enough to keep in your ear for a long time without issue. battery life so far has been excellent as well.
The sound quality really is outstanding. I have always found there to be a clear difference between full size over the ear headphones and earbud style headphones. The sound on these is right up there with full size headphones. Beautiful clarity and a nice balance. The call audio quality is just as excellent and the controls are easy to use as well. These really short be on your short list if you are in the market for a new set of headphones.

I am very impressed with this dash cam. As far as features go, I really don't know what more you could ask for. HD recording, stabilization, ability to ad a micro SD card, customizable recording settings, a rear camera and so on. Considering what most dash cams sell for, I really don't think you can find a better set of features for the price.
Set up is amazingly simple. Hardly any need for the instructions. I was up and running in a few minutes. I like the size and the fact that it didn't come with the old school suction cup way of mounting (those never work well). I placed it to the right of the driver side of the mirror and it is not in the way at all. All the buttons remain accessible as well. Video & audio quality are good. I imagine in time we will have 4K dash cams (if they are not already available) but this is really as good as anyone needs. The rear cam works good as well. I only have that rigged up in a temporary fashion until I decide how I want to run the cable. I have a small hatchback so I don't think I will have an issue rigging it up permanently myself. However, depending on your vehicle you might want to have it professionally installed.
There is a optional permanent power supply available for only around $10. I do plan to purchase this as the battery life is only ok. I don't really want to have it plugged in the the cigarette lighter all the time. All in all I think this is probably one of the best values in dash cams available today.

Top End Purifier!

The Dyson DP04 Pure Cool Air Purifier is really a top shelf item. Nicely crafted so as to not just look like an appliance sitting in the living room. Set up was very easy. Took it out of the box, attached the two sides of the filters and we were up and running. Nothing complicated at all. Directions are very easy to follow. The on board controls are very straight forward. The screen is very easy to read as well. The feature that I probably like the best is the remote control. Makes it easy to just find a spot for it and kind of forget it is there. Just grab the remote to control it. Also has the ability to connect with an app on your phone. Not really seeing the need for that but it is a nice touch. It runs fairly quiet. If you set it to the max speed and you are somewhat close to it you will hear it, but its not to loud. Leave it set on 8 or 9 and you will forget it is even running. A big part of why we wanted this is that we have a 16 week old puppy. Needless to say with a puppy comes accidents. Despite our best efforts in cleaning up after him, we were still catching the occasional wiff from his accidents. We noticed after only having the unit running for a couple of hours that we were not smelling anything at all. I really have nothing negative to say about it. It really is nicely made, easy to take care of and just flat out works great!

Great Sound!

I have had a few portable Bluetooth speakers from over the past few years and I can say they just keep getting better. The Sony - SRS-XB21 packs a punch above its weight class!
Construction is very solid feeling with water, dust and shock proofing. I don't think there will be any issues with this getting knocked about. There is a nice rubber flap to cover the external ports and several less commonly used buttons. One of which is a button to turn off the flashing disco style light (nice touch, but I can live without the light :-)).
Call audio is clear and synced perfectly with my Note 8 phone. The sound quality is really quite excellent for the size & price! I have more expensive Bluetooth speakers that don't mach the clarity, bass or volume that this speaker can. Bluetooth speakers in this price range are really a dime a dozen so I didn't expect it to really be any better than the rest but I was very wrong. This has quickly become my favorite portable speaker.
The packaging and set up is very straight forward and you will be up and running within a minute or two of opening the box. Included is the speaker and the USB charging cord. A wall charger to plug the USB cable into would have been nice (and the lack of one is really my only complaint), but seeing as I have a number of them lying around it really isn't a big deal. Battery life is stated as 35 hours and I don't doubt it one bit. There really is no reason to spend more for a great sounding speaker.

I own a good number of headphones (over the ear & buds) and I can highly recommend these Sony - WH-CH700N headphones.
The sound out of these headphones is very balanced. And by that I mean they don't sound flat, they don't sound tinny, they don't sound like they have to much base, they are just balanced. This is a very nice thing right out of the box. Far to often headphones lean to one side of things or the other (to much base or to much treble). Volume levels are nice and they don't sound blown out at higher levels. Using the headphones for in call conversations sounds good as well with the microphone picking up my voice well. People on the other end had no complaints with being able to hear me.
The noise cancelling seems to work pretty good. Maybe not quite as good as some sets that cost much more, but not bad either. I will probably use these while on the riding lawn mower in the summer. I don't expect any set of headphones to block out 100% of the noise in that situation (none ever have), but I don't expect them to not be good enough either.
The design is pretty typical. Nothing to flashy but they look nice. They are very light weight for a full size set and they are very comfortable. They never feel like they are pinching your head in a vice :-) Battery life is rated at 35 hours which is awesome. Headphones that I have from only a year or so back are rated at 20 hours and that was good at the time. So all in all, battery life just keeps getting better with headphones.
I really have nothing bad to say about these headphones. They check every box: Great sound, great battery life, comfort and price.

As always, this is another quality product from Sennheiser. I've owned a number of their headphones and never had an issue with any of them. The sound quality from these buds is absolutely outstanding. Truly some of the best sounding earbuds I've ever used (and I have used many from many different brands). Two things in particular I really like are the fit and the light weight. Getting a perfect fit with earbuds can be tricky because everyone is different. However, these are extremely comfortable. Helping ad to that comfort is the fact that these are probably the lightest weight Bluetooth buds I've ever used. Not that earbuds are really ever heavy, but every ounce counts considering they are essentially just resting on your ear. The extra ear piece covers are a nice touch although I found the pre installed ones to fit me perfectly. The storage case is very nice as well. But, getting back to what matters most, the sound quality. Extremely clean, tight sound with good highs. Although I would like a bit more base, it is adequate for what these are. In general, earbuds rarely have very strong base. Just not an easy thing to accomplish considering the size. All in all, these are absolutely excellent earbuds!

This is my first experience with using a Chromebook and I have to say I really like it. Even if you are use to using Mac's or Windows like I am, you will find this platform very easy to use. In fact, the simplicity of the Chrome operating system is a big part of what makes this so easy to use.
The computer itself is nicely made and about what you would expect for the price point. No, it's not going to rival a thousand dollar machine. But for it's intended use (web browsing & media) it really works nice. The combination of the 16gb flash memory and 4gb of memory make browsing the web, watching You Tube, listening to music and such a breeze. In fact, I am very impressed with the computers speed. Not sure how much the operating system has to do with that but either way, it's snappy. Just keep in mind what it is. This is not going to replace a power users machine. It features everything you need. Nice forward facing speakers, an SD card slot, HDMI, HDR webcam, two USB ports and 12 hour battery life. Pretty nice specs for this price.
If there is one area that is not so great it is the viewing angles of the screen. The screen is fine for most applications. However, when trying to watch video in full screen mode things get a bit washed out looking. But it's not really an issue when you are not in full screen mode and really, for this price it's not a big deal.
All in all this is a really nice, well performing computer that really can't be beat at this price. In fact, if you are on a budget I would easily take this over a machine with one of the competing operating systems in this price range. It honestly works that good! And if you are familiar with Google apps you will feel right at home.

Great Antenna!

This is really a nice antenna. Compared to my old round disk antenna the signal strength is dramatically improved! We are only about 10 miles or so from the local TV broadcast towers. But we are in a town (Duluth, MN) that sits on a hill. So direct line of sight with the broadcast towers isn't good. Before, I could adjust our old antenna to give us a good signal from one or two stations, but then the other stations would be out of wack. Impossible to get them all to have a solid signal at the same time without constantly adjusting the antenna. But with this Mohu antenna I didn't need to adjust anything. Just hooked it up and we have a perfect signal on every station! If there is a down side to it it is the fact that it is rather large. But, with the flat design and white on one side/ black on the other color it can be pressed flat against a wall behind the TV without it being in the way. Small price to pay for how well it works. Highly recommended!

I have to admit that I was a bit skeptical of the claims made in regards to the Linksys Velop Wi-Fi system. Lets face it, we have all heard the claims of more powerful Wi-Fi regarding the latest and greatest routers before, right? Well let me tell you that this time around it is no joke! Not only is this system amazingly simple to hook up, but it works as advertised!
To begin, the three tower kit is elegantly packaged it a very nice box. Aside from the three devices you won't find much else in the box but that is kind of the point of this system. Simplicity. You get the towers (smaller than I expected them to be), one Ethernet cord and three power units. As for instructions, there are very few and that is just fine. You get a simple guide telling you to download the Linksys App from there website, Google Play Store or iTunes. Trust me, that's all you need.
Set up once you have the app downloaded couldn't be more simple. Easy to understand instructions will guide you thru setting up the main unit (any one of the three will work. They are all identical). It only takes a few minutes but that may take a bit longer depending on your internet connection. As soon as you have the first unit set up it will then ask you if you want to hook up another unit and so on and so on until you are done. If you need more than the initial three, individual units or a two pack can be purchased and added to the system. It really is the easiest router system I have ever set up.
As for the app, it allows for a good amount of control over the Velop. Tech junkies who demand only the greatest of control over their internet settings might find it a bit too simple for them. However, for the vast majority of users you will find all the control you need. Parental settings, guest network settings and so on are all here. And with the app on your phone or tablet, you can control the system even when you are away.
Each unit has two Ethernet ports. The main unit will need one of them to connect to your internet modem. After that, they are all free to be used as you like (if you choose to be wired up at all). I have the main unit right by my Mac Mini so I have that hard wired in. Everything else in the house (a couple of laptops & tablets, phones and a couple of Echo Dots) are all using the Wi-Fi.
Ok, so how well does it work? Simply put, very very well. I had a very good router set up before this (also a Linksys). The big downfall to most routers is that even if it is very powerful you tend to lose some speed with distance. Power with most routers will give you distance but not always speed. Having run a series of speed tests, I am getting every ounce of internet speed that I am paying for in every corner of the house with the Velop. Literally, no drop off in speed even from the most distant of the three towers and that one is two floors down! Before, I had full speeds in the room with the router and although I had full house coverage, the speeds were down to less than half on the extreme fringes of the range. Now you can always hook up range extenders with most routers but that only extends your range, not your speed. With the way the Velop system works not only does it increase your reach, it maintains your speeds as well. Please don't confuse this with it making your Wi-Fi faster. No router can make the speeds coming into your home faster than what you are paying for. But this system keeps the Wi-Fi speeds consistent all thru the home and that is a major advantage over a traditional router with range extenders. Ever tried watching a tv show or movie on your tablet only to walk into another room and suddenly start having buffering issues because the speeds don't hold up? Well the Velop system goes a long ways towards fixing that. The Velop is really in my eyes the perfect router system. It gives you what most of us have been chasing after in a router for a long time. Consistent speed and signal strength. If you were to buy a good traditional router and several range extenders for your home it would cost around the same as the Velop. But the Velop works far better and is insanely easy to set up. It really is the perfect Wi-Fi system!

Still loving the Velop system after a couple of weeks of use. Solid performance. I did run into one issue that really isn't the Velop's problem but felt it might be helpful to share.
I use a Wemo switch to control a table lamp by way of the Echo Dot ( "Alexa, lights on/off"). It worked great before I hooked up the Velop but it took me some time to figure out why it wouldn't work with the Velop. The Wemo requires a 2.4ghz channel. The Velop uses 2.4ghz and 5ghz but they are not controllable. Therefore, the Wemo would not recognize the Velop's signal. My work around was actually simple and gave me a use for my old router. I simple plugged the old router into one of the Velop's ethernet ports and had the old router send out the dedicated 2.4ghz channel. Now I simple have the Wemo & Echo Dot hooked to that signal. Works like a charm. I would imaging this could be an issue for any other (mostly older) devices that only work on the 2.4ghz channel as well.
As I said before, this really isn't an issue of the Velop. It is really more an issue of the Wemo not being up to date with the current 5ghz channel. However, it is still something to keep in mind.
