Great Smart Home Doorbell!

I recently installed the Skybell Trim Plus Smart Video Doorbell in my home and I couldn't be happier. Setup was quick an easy and only took about 15 minutes total. I suggest downloading the APP first and watching the videos before installing. The setup through the wifi was quick and I didn't have any hiccups at all. Now whenever my doorbell rings I get a notification and it allows me to live video chat with the person at my door. I can speak to them and they can speak to me and it's all surprisingly clear and easy to use. The video is wide angle so you can see everything around the door area. If you couple this product with something like a smart door lock you can have UPS delivery guys leaving packages inside your home when you aren't there. I highly recommend this product to anyone looking for a Video doorbell for your home.

Amazing Bluetooth Speaker

Marshall is synonymous with Rock Music, their amps have been around for 50+ years and are the pinnacle in rock and roll sound. So it's only natural that they would eventually take that speaker technology and apply it to bluetooth speakers.
The speaker itself looks identical to a Marshall amp and comes in at a hefty 20+ pounds. You can connect either through the app or through your bluetooth connection in your phone. I tested this speaker out in comparison to my other bluetooth speakers in the house like a Bose Soundlink and Sony XRS and the Marshall blew all of them out of the water. I was really surprised by how clean and crisp the vocals were without being too muddled by the bass. The only thing I wish that this speaker could do is double as a real amp, but I understand why they probably couldn't make that work. It isn't by any means a very portable speaker so I'd recommend it for a backyard BBQ or pool area. But I can honestly say this is one of the best if not the best bluetooth speaker I've ever tested. If you're on the fence I would highly recommend buying it and taking the Marshall plunge, you won't be disappointed!

Amazing set of gaming Headphones

The Logitech G635 7.1 Surround Sound LIGHTSYNC Gaming Headset is an absolute must for those intense gaming battles! I have been playing a ton of apex legends lately and it is imperative that you hear where the action is coming from and the footsteps around you! When I put on the headphone it feels like it instantly immerses me into the game! I use these headphones primarily to play on PC but there is also a cable for Xbox 1 and it works seamlessly with the 3.5mm cable. The only slight issue I had was the 3.5 mm is a little cheap and can cause static if wiggled, I love the ability to be able to mute my mic by sliding the microphone back up into the headset. Very very nice feature. The lighting system is a nice touch but something that I'm not 100% concerned about because I'm more concerned with whats going down on screen! The headphones are comfortable and I can wear them for 4-5 hours at a time with no boxed in feeling or sweatiness. The mesh is nice and comfortable and doesn't pile compared to other headsets. I would definitely recommend downloading the G-HUB software for the headset on PC it really makes a difference in the sound. I really can't recommend these headphones enough, if you're looking for a sleek, sophisticated and comfy gaming headset look no further than this set

Amazing Underwater Fishing Drone

The PowerRay is something I never truly thought I would need or want, but after having it for the last week or two I have to say it has changed the game for me completely when it comes to fishing! I am an avid fisherman in Florida that loves to offshore fish. This unit goes to about 100 ft deep and the water here only gets about 75ft deep so its perfect to explore all the nearby reefs. I have to say when i opened up the box I was blown away by the quality and thought and care put into this product. The drone itself is a beautiful piece of machinery and is so well thought out. You can really tell that they really took the time and effort to make this a great product. I have many DJI drones that I've paid similar money for and they don't even compare to the quality that Powervision has achieved with the PowerRay. Charging is quick and efficient thanks to a well thought out design that connects all three devices at once. It comes with over 250 ft of tethered cable so you will never lose the drone in the water. An especially cool feature are the VR googles which make it feel like you're scuba diving. The drone itself works similar to a flying drone and was easy to master the depth controls within a few minutes. The ability to take 4k photos and video through the app on your smart phone or tablet is amazing. The battery life on the product is sufficient as well as I never had a fear of running out of battery life when we were out on the water. All in all I can find 0 faults with the product, I'm so impressed!
The main draw for me for this product was the ability to scope out fish and see where they're hiding and this does just the trick! It can go all the way down to the bottom of the ocean floor and "scout" for grouper and other fish that live in caves or reefs. The ability to stream to the VR googles or Ipad and see exactly where our lines are casting to is a whole new way to fish! It almost feels like cheating to be honest! It even has the ability to attach your fishing line to the drone right in front of the camera! Clean up and maintenance has been relatively easy so far and it holds up well even with the sea water. I honestly couldn't be happier with this product. I plan on using it for months to map out all the reefs and shipwrecks in the area to find the best fishing. No one else in the area has one so it makes me feel like some kind of fishing wizard, I can't wait to get back on the open water!

Not ready for the big leagues

I wanted to love this charger because I usually love Anker products. As a charging unit it is decent enough where the problems start to creep up is with Alexa functionality and Iphones with my Carplay. I have had several issues with pairing the bluetooth with the app and its super frustrating to have to manually redo it more than once when it unpairs. Basic Alexa commands work, but you have to keep the Audio low in your car for it to pickup your commands which kind of defeats the purpose. The basic commands work, but talk to text and navigation I've had major issues with to the point where they don't even work right. Unless they can do some updates to the app itself paired with Alexa I don't see myself using the Alexa functions too much. The unit itself is fairly bulky and the only way it would fit in my car was turning sideways which imo just doesn't look good. I would say there are probably some better options out there than this charger.

Great Portable USB Document Scanner

The Epson Workforce ES-55R is a great scanner with a few small drawbacks but nothing that doesn't stop it from being a winner. Installation took less than 3 minutes and was instantly recognized by my computer. The software that comes with the scanner works great and has alot of functionality to it. The receipt manager is fantastic for being able to get rid of old receipts. The fact that you can save the info with the receipt in such detail is amazing for accounting purposes! I love that the unit is self powered by my computer but I do wish it was USB-C. Due to me using a macbook pro with USB-C only I have to use an adapter to get this to work on my laptop. Also the only small caveat with the unit is it doesn't do more than one piece of paper at a time. You can make the unit continuously feed so you can feed it paper but it can't handle like a 3 paper stack and scan all three one by one. That is probably due to it being a small and portable unit, which again isn't a deal breaker because the scanner is so quick! I loved the fact that I could literally just feed it receipts and it'll separate them all one by one and allow me to get rid of envelopes upon envelopes of receipts. All in all I am very happy with this scanner, it is exactly what I was looking for. I am a realtor and a photographer so this will serve as a great tool going forward for being able to scan documents on the spot!

Good Massager But A Little Too Rough At High Speed

The Hyperice Hypervolt massager is an overall decent massaging device. It is said to help relieve muscle soreness and stiffness, improves range of motion, promotes circulation, accelerates warmup and recovery, its lightweight, and easy-to-use for self-myofascial release. It comes with 4 different style heads to vary up the way the massager works. The unit itself seems sturdy and well made and is balanced well with the weight of the battery. Overall it does a great job loosening up my tight hamstrings and my back muscles and has more than enough battery life for multiple uses on one charge. The one thing I will say with this device is its almost too powerful for its own good. Anything really above Level 1 is almost too much with any of the attachments. The motor in the massager is so strong it literally hurts on Level 2, and Level 3 well forget about it. I think it has great portability because its wireless but for 350 dollars I would think you could find a similar device that does the same thing for cheaper. Overall I'm not sure I would pay the money again for something that really doesn't have any function past pulsating. If it somehow could incorporate heat I think it would make it even better, but for now I would say spend your money elsewhere unless you really want a strong device for deep tissue massage.

Capable Notebook but with Limitations

The Lenovo Yoga C630 2 in 1 Chromebook is a decent laptop that does everything you would need for basic computing needs, but lacks a lot of customization that windows allows because of the Android OS. I think if you're reading this review you're already aware its a Chromebook, so I'm not going to really harp on what I think of googles OS and rather more on the laptop itself. The Chromebook is slick with a brushed metallic blue color. The screen is crisp and bright at 15 inches and text is easy to read. The device is light and has a touchscreen with a keyboard that can be folded back. Personally I don't ever use this feature, but to each his own. There is 8gb of ram and a snappy Flash 128gb SD style hard drive so everything boots up within seconds. Battery life is particularly good on this model and has a built in webcam and sd card reader slot. The core i5 processor handles more than is really needed for the Chromebook to function so everything is snappy and responsive. Honestly if you're interested in a chromebook you can't really go wrong with this model, for the average user it does everything you need to do from emails, to chrome web browsing, to documents and excel in Googles form. Just don't expect it to play fortnite, lol. All in all I would recommend it!

Great 13 Inch Laptop from Dell

The Dell - Inspiron 2-in-1 13.3" Touch-Screen Laptop is a very capable performing convertible laptop with a tons of features, making this a laptop I highly recommend.
First thing you notice is that the laptop is very sleek and lightweight. It has a design very similar to a Macbook air, but has the flexibility and user friendly ports of a PC. The laptop is sturdy with a brushed aluminum look. The computer itself is zippy with a i5 8th generation CPU and a 256 Solid State Hard Drive. Those two combinations make everything load instantly with little to no delay. The screen is an energy efficient IPS screen with Full HD, it is clear and bright and the text is easy to read. The backlit keyboard is responsive and the keys feel great. The trackpad is one of the nicest I've seen on a PC from Dell.
The ability to be able to fold the screen back and turn it into a tablet is a nice touch, but I'm not sure how much I'd actually use this function as it feels odd to set the keyboard side down on the counter. There are other great features in the laptop as well as an SD card reader, USB C Port, HDMI out, HD webcam, fingerprint scanner, bluetooth and Dual Band Wifi for Tablet and PC mode. The graphics are built in Intel graphics, so don't expect this computer to be a graphics gaming powerhouse, but for most tasks that people will be using the computer for it does a fantastic job. In short if you're looking for a lightweight and compact laptop with all the features you expect in a mid level laptop coming out in 2018 you can't go wrong with this model.

Great Wifi System for Any Home

I am a big fan of the Linksys Velop system. This particular set comes with 3 "Nodes". 1 Tri Band and 2 Dual Band. The Tri Band has 6 antennas and should be located by the modem or highest traffic area. It also has 2 ethernet ports underneath for the ability to hardwire devices into the network. The Dual and Tri Band Nodes are able to plugged into any outlet so you have the ability to customize what rooms get the best wifi signal, spreading your wifi to the areas in your home that matter most. Setup is a breeze and takes only a few minutes through the Linksys app. It even tells you if each unit has a strong signal or not and makes you relocate to get a stronger boost. The app itself is intuitive and makes the complicated days of setting up your router a thing of the past. You can setup security features if you want to limit your children. You can also prioritize certain devices to get a stronger signal. I gave precedence to my xbox one, my Macbook pro and my phone. Anytime I do speed tests on my phone through the house I get over 100mb per sec download speeds which allows me to comfortably stream anywhere in the house. It will also update all the Node's firmware through the app itself keeping everything up to date. I highly recommend this product for anyone who is looking for a functional and flexible wifi system for the whole house. Don't bother buying extenders or other add-ons. Just get these and place them in the high traffic areas in your home and you'll be set. I highly recommend.

By now everyone knows about the commuter and defender otterbox series. The otterbox has recently gotten sleeker, shedding alot of the extra bulk from previous generations, so I decided to go with this model for my Iphone 6. It fits the phone nicely, the only gripe I have with the case is there is a little bit of wiggle room at the top kind of like a gap between the hard and soft plastic. I'm not sure if this is true to all the commuters, I may go back tomorrow and try and find another commuter that might fit better.

Opted for the Symmetry

After having this case for almost a week now and the gap between the plastic not going away I decided to go check out the symmetry series. Although it doesn't have the screen protector, and the hole for the Apple logo on the back, I actually feel like the symmetry is sturdier and sleeker than the commuter.
On a side note I spoke with Otterbox about the commuter to see if maybe the case wasn't supposed to have the gap and it was a manufacturing issue. She said they had more than a few reports about it, and that they are looking into whether or not they need to make a change or whether it was a certain supplier that had the error. She told me to hold onto my case and check back in a few months and that if they made any adjustments they would gladly replace it for free. So worst case scenario you buy the case, it has a slight droop in it for a few months while you wait for Otterbox to perfect the case and then you call in and get a replacement for free because they already know about the issue.

Yes it can support up to 5. But with 3 you can cover a 6000sq ft house. So unless you live in a huge house you don't really need more than 3.
